Zimmer mit Duschbadewanne, die sehr rutschig ist. TV hat viele Sender…. Nur steht meistens ‚Service not available!…… Nur Anmach-Nescafé - keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. 2 Lifte für über 300 Zimmer! Passt überhaupt nicht - gehen alle via Treppenhaus, weil Lift nie kommt… Essen katastrophal - jeden Tag dasselbe… Qualität miserabel! Extrem laut im Buffetsaal wie in einem englischen Pub. Die zwei a la Carte Restaurants sind nur am Weekend offen - unbrauchbar! Keine Alternative! Auch in der Umgebung hinters leider keine guten Alternativen zum Essen. Service schlecht… Personal nicht interessant, Gast zu dienen - bsp. Wein… Es gibt Weiss-, Rosé-, Rotwein.. was für ein Wein… egal - einfach die 3 Farben… Sorte, Land, Geschmack… Personal hat keine Ahnung… Noch schlimmer, währenddem man zum Dessertholen unterwegs ist, werden abgeräumte Teller anderer Gäste auf dem eigenen Tisch platziert… Service überfordert .. - auch beim Frühstücksbuffet werden Tische nicht abgeräumt. Kaffee und Orangenjus nur eine ‚Brühe‘ ohne Geschmack… Hotel keine Empfehlung wert!!!! Keine 4 Sterne würdig.

Het adults only zwembad is een klein zwembad, omheind met hoge hekken. Erg ongezellig. Familiezwembad is prima!

Quand j’ai réservé sur la réservation, on avait dit que je serai débité en septembre, alors, j’ai été débité au mois de mars dès ma réservation, de suite, je n’ai toujours pas reçu les 95 Fr. pour avoir réservé cette prestation en retour comme il était indiqué sur l’annonce Le matelas très certainement plus très jeune Le spa, la partie détente, mauvais la piscine pour adultes Petit nous étions demi-pension et nous avons trouvé le buffet identique, toujours la même chose et produits transformés pour le lendemain

You have to pay for the beach umbrellas. 16 euros for the set . You pay for the parking 19 euros per day . Plus it is overpriced We paid almost 265 euros In double room .

Niet kindvriendelijk, overal mieren aanwezig, zelfs in het restaurant bij de borden en in ons bed. Omlopen naar het zwembad via het strand. Kleine kamers. Ontbijt en avondeten slechte kwaliteit en niet divers. Kamers worden niet goed schoongemaakt. Balkon wordt helemaal niet aangeraakt, in de balkon zijn veel mieren. Niet je kleding daar laten drogen, ze zullen onder de mieren komen. Badkamer cabine lekt enorm tijdens het douchen. Badkamers moeten gerenoveerd worden. Online in gechecked maar alsnog in een lange rij moeten wachten. Dus beste mensen bespaar jezelf de moeite om online in te checken en laat de medewerkers dat doen, heb je tenminste voor een goede reden gewacht in de rij.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Sehr gute Lage. Sehr gutes Essen. Bei All-inklusive teilweise längere Wartezeiten, bis das Trinken gebracht wurde - keine Selbstbedienung be Getränken.
Der Ausstattung ist das Alter anzusehen, insbesondere im Bad. Im Zimmer waren an einem Tag viele kleine Ameisen. Lange Wartezeiten durch veraltetes Liftmanagement bzw. zu kleine Liftkabinen für ein elfstöckiges Gebäude. Ein Tipp: Besser nimmt man eigene Badetücher mit.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026The room was comfortable and pleasant, and the shower was good. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent throughout our stay. The breakfast was varied, with a good selection overall.
There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The TV only had around ten channels, with no content specifically suitable for children. A Smart TV with access to streaming platforms would have been a great addition, especially since the internet connection was excellent. We also noticed quite a lot of ants in the room and on the terrace, which was a little uncomfortable and should definitely be addressed. The room lighting could also be improved. There was no soft or bedside lighting for the evening, and the main lighting system did not really allow us to adjust the atmosphere or brightness. Finally, although the breakfast offered a good variety, it would have been nice to have more options specifically for children, such as a wider selection of cereals, small pastries, donuts, or similar items.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026El lugar maravilloso un personal increíble desde las chicas de la limpieza hasta cualquier de los que te brindaban un servicio volvería 100% el día de la salida estábamos con el morro abajo porque aún queríamos seguir pero el hotel estaba full de capacidad y no era posible lo recomendamos totalmente
Quizás un poco de más tiempo en la piscina o dejar el baño hasta más tarde al menos en la de adultos asumiendo uno la responsabilidad obviamente

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Die Lage war sehr schön und das Personal war durchweg super hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Unser Aufenthalt war leider von einigen Punkten geprägt, die den Gesamteindruck deutlich getrübt haben. Besonders störend waren die sehr langen Wartezeiten auf die Aufzüge. Hinzu kam an 5 von 6 Tagen ein dauerhaftes, störendes Geräusch (sowohl am Tag, als auch in der Nacht) von draußen, das im Zimmer deutlich zu hören war und an Bauarbeiten erinnerte. Eine erholsame Ruhe war dadurch leider kaum möglich. Auch die Lage der Poolanlagen empfanden wir als unpraktisch, da man das Hotelgrundstück verlassen muss, um zu den Pools zu gelangen. Enttäuschend war außerdem die Situation am Meer: Die Liegen dort gehören nicht zum Hotel und kosten zusätzlich.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026En general todo bastante bien, volveria a repetir, la experiencia a sido buena, hay algunas cosas q mejoraria, pero en general a sido buena, lo recomendaria, tanto en el buffet como las habitaciones y las piscinas, sobre todo la de adultos que se esta bastante tranquilo, le doy un 9., a, al camarero de la piscina de adultos, Moises si no recuerdo mal el nombre, un tipo bastante buena gente y atento.
solo cambiaria algunas cosas como el tema ascensores, q hay q esperar mucho mientras suben y bajan, y el tema de zonas comunes como son los pasillos hace mucha calor, pero por lo general le doy un 9.

Trovo allucinante che mi abbiano assegnato (senza averne fatto richiesta) una camera per disabili con la doccia aperta. La cosa ancora più assurda è che di fronte alle mia rimostranze mi hanno semplicemente detto che tutte le camere sono così!!!!

What we did not like about our trip ... First of all the pool isnt really inside the hotel but at the side and you access this with your key card however locals or non hotel people just stand at the gate until someone opens it therefore people are taking beds and there is a allot more people in the pools than there should be. Plus only one tiny pool for toddlers Next was the all inclusive part the pool bar food was served to you and they didnt use gloves or utensils and just used the bare hands to just serve chips and pizza. After this is the all inclusive food within the hotel its very basic and bland with not allot to choose from I would suggest staying somewhere better as this is out the way or all main areas. We paid all inclusive to make our stay with a toddler easier and because the food and the pools where terrible we went out everyday so next time I'd choose a better catering hotel near a more local area. Lastly they have a kids club but the staff didnt even acknowledge my daughter and was to busy playing cars with each other in the corner. Rooms where clean.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Die Zimmer waren schön und die Lage super. Das Rundum-Angebot war wirklich hervorzuheben. Das Essen war ein absoluter Traum! Der Pool hätte vielleicht in der Vorsaison beheizt sein können, aber das war kein großes Problem.
Es gab leider nur wenige Aufzüge, daher mussten wir etwas länger warten.

Hora de entrada tarde. Bañera en el baño. Servicio de habitaciones al ser de las últimas del pasillo un día era casi las 4 la tarde cuando pudimos entrar para descansar, debería de a ver más personal para este servicio,,

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026As instalações são bonitas e muito limpas. O quarto era óptimo e a cama enorme e super confortável. Limpeza óptima! A comida sempre muito bem confecionada e os buffets variados e com uma reposição irrepreensível, até à hora do término. Nunca tivemos de esperar por mesa, mesmo nas horas com mais afluência. Os funcionários da sala de refeições são super simpáticos e atenciosos. A localização é óptima e o hotel tem acesso directo à praia. Tem estacionamento próprio.
A piscina foi uma desilusão, para além de ser bastante mais pequena do que aparenta nas fotografias, precisa de limpeza pois as paredes estão com manchas pretas de fungos e está constantemente com cabelos e areia no fundo. O redor da piscina é igualmente mau, sempre sujo com pratos e copos espalhados, esprigaçadeiras manchadas e restos de comida e bebida pelo chão. Embora entenda que isso se deve à falta de civismo de alguns hóspedes, cabe ao hotel não nos igualar a todos por baixo e manter as zonas comuns. Quando perguntei se seria possível fazer uma limpeza na zona, um dos funcionários respondeu que só faziam ao meio dia... Há constantemente espreguiçadeiras "reservadas" todo o dia, com toalhas,, mas sem ninguém nem qualquer controlo por parte dos funcionários, fazendo com que outros hóspedes não possam usufruir das mesmas. Valeu-nos a praia, que é mesmo em frente ao hotel e passou a ser a nossa preferência. Os elevadores são uma confusão, muito tempo de espera e nem todos param em todos os andares. Não tem acesso directo de elevador da garagem até aos andares dos quartos o que com crianças e malas torna a logística pesada. Num dos dias saímos de passeio pelas 10H e regressámos pelas 23h. Cansados e com muito calor, contudo quando entrámos no quarto, mesmo não tinha sido limpo nem tínhamos toalhas de banho. Quando reportei a situação à recepção, disseram-me que não tinham ninguém para me levar toalhas e tive de ser eu a atravessar o hotel com as mesmas. Tendo em conta a categoria e dimensão do hotel, não se justifica não ter piquete de serviço de quartos para colmatar necessidades de última hora. Foram situações pontuais, que em momento algum estragaram as férias mas acho importante dar conhecimento das mesmas.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The hotel was very clean throughout our stay, and the room was cleaned well every day. The beds were very comfortable, the mattress was excellent, and together with the efficient air conditioning we had amazing sleep every night. The family pool was nice, and although the number of sunbeds is limited, we always managed to find one. I also liked that the staff did their best to remove towels from sunbeds reserved early in the morning. The food was good. Don't expect Michelin cooking, which is normal for this type of hotel, but there was always something everyone in our family enjoyed. If you don't want to pay €19/day for the hotel parking, there is usually free parking available on the street.
It is a 12-floor hotel, so just be prepared to meet a lot of people. The elevators are probably the worst-designed part of the hotel. Be patient - waiting several minutes for a lift is normal, and once you get in, it usually stops on almost every floor. We ended up using the stairs most of the time. Our room was clean but quite small for 2 adults and 2 young kids. In many other hotels we got a separate bedroom, so after putting the kids to sleep we could still enjoy the evening. The all-inclusive cocktails come from a machine. My wife didn't like them, and I ended up buying freshly made mojitos for €7-9 instead. The kids' corner also felt a bit sterile and was not very inviting. Overall, we had a nice holiday, but compared to other all-inclusive hotels we have visited, this one was just average. Good enough for one visit, but we probably wouldn't return.
