Reviewed Sep 10, 2026We loved everything about Hotel Beaucour - in particular the location. It was only steps away from the historic centre, the canals lined with half-timbered houses and the enormous cathedral. Also we could park our car in a parking station right next door to the hotel. The staff were very hospitable, and the breakfast was delicious. There is a lift (elevator) to the upper floors, and a little courtyard filled with plants and flowers where you can sit on a hot day. I highly recommend this beautiful, historic hotel.

Leftover towel from other guest stayed in our room. It happens but was not the best feeling 😊.

Upea hotellin sisäpiha johon meidän huoneistoista oli näkyvyys, jotenka se oli myös hiljainen verrattuna kadun puolen huoneistoihin. Erinomainen aamiainen ja tarvittaessa aamiaisen pystyi nauttimaan myös sisäpihalla. Erittäin ystävällinen ja kielitaitoinen (englanti) henkilökunta.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Perfect location in the centre of Strasbourg, the hotel is in a beautiful old building set around a central courtyard. Everything was very tasteful and the staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful. The room was great although disappointingly, our view was mostly of a brick wall! I suppose I could have requested a better view. It was, however, very comfortable and the bathroom was great. Coffee and various drinks are provided in the foyer, some free and some available on an honesty basis. There is a car park just behind the hotel and street parking nearby. Because of the height of our car (and roof tent) we had to park on a street nearby and keep paying on a parking app which was quite easy and not much more than the underground car park would have cost. I would recommend this as a good value but very attractive and comfortable hotel, centrally located and I would definitely return.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Alles bestens. Eines der schönsten Hotels in dem wir übernachtet haben. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen.
Es gab keinen Mängel in dem Zimmer. Lediglich das Frühstücksangebot sah etwas nach Chaos aus und ich denke, dass wenn die meisten Frühstücksgäste schon durch sind, nur noch auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt wird. Satt sind wir trotzdem geworden.

All'arrivo ci hanno dato una camera al quarto piano raggiungibile dal terzo piano con una stretta scala a chiocciola .La camera era disposta su due piani : un soppalco con letto con stretta scala a chiocciola e il piano sotto con un divano letto aperto. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera. CI è stata assegnata una camera senza doccia. DUE GIORNI SENZA DOCCIA. La cauzione di 100 euro prelevata all'arrivo umilia gli ospiti.

Una alfombra roja en la que daba gusto caminar descalzo, una cama super comoda, aire acondicionado, buena separacion de ambientes dentro de la habitacion. Hervidor de agua con café y té. Hermosa vista desde la habitacion. Agua y café gratis en la planta baja. Un estacionamiento de pago cruzando la calle. Todo tipo de negocios alrededor para comprar comida, café, salir a comer.

El baño muy grande con todo tipo de amenities y las camas comodisimas. Al lado de recepción hay una zona con cafés, infusiones, agua y chocolate gratis todo el día. Si llegas en coche el parking austerlitz está justo enfrente mismo de la puerta del hotel lo cual es muy cómodo Lo recomiendo 100%

Persoonlijk vind ik het zelf minder chill om geen douche te hebben er was alleen een bad. Dit stond beschreven als een optie bij het boeken. Voor 1 nacht helemaal prima.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to the cathedral and la Petite France, but far enough to be very quiet. It has a beautiful entryway. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner of the hotel gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. The room and the bed were very comfortable with AC helping a lot during very hot days. Various types of refreshing mineral waters and coffees were available for free in the reception area. The buffet breakfast was a good value. We would happily return on our next visit.

AC wouldn’t cool room below 25 (we were there in a heat wave but this is the norm now it seems). Bathroom in desperate need of a refurb. They have many different room designs on their website and I was disappointed with the one we were assigned. The Hansel and Gretel theme is a little creepy and old dated looking for my tastes

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Oltre all'alto livello della struttura, ho gradito l'estrema comodità del parcheggio:: dato che è prevista una tassa x entrare con la macchina nella "Low emission zone" , l'autosilos è comodissimo, proprio davanti all' hotel. Aldilà delle considerazioni sulle low emission zone , l hotel farebbe bene ad avvisare preventivamente i clienti su questa eurofollia , e al contempo a garantire un parcheggio comodo e sicuro.
Il fatto che mettano una tassa demenziale x entrare in città: l 'hotel non dice nulla fino a che non chiami x capire di cosa si tratta ( non ci sono avvisi, se non su google maps) ...

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption. Kaffeegetränke und Wasser für Hotelgäste wurden ohne Kosten angeboten. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um die Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden. Das gegenüberliegende öffentliche Parkhaus verschafft kurze Wege mit dem Gepäck zum Hotel. Es gibt wohl eine Kooperation mit dem Parkhausbetreiber, so dass Gäste des Hotels einen Nachlass fürs Parken erhalten.
Das angebotene Frühstück entspricht nicht der Kategorie des Hotels. Es wurde keine Wurst angeboten. Der im recht kleinen Frühstücksraum stehende Kaffeevollautomat ist im Betrieb störend laut. Zu viel abgepackte Plastikwaren, was nicht für Nachhaltigkeit spricht. Ich habe Naturjoghurt vermisst. Es wurden lediglich süße Fertigjoghurts in Plastik abgepackt angeboten.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2026Very charming hotel in the city center - one of the most authentic hotels we ever stayed at. The staff at the reception was very friendly and our room was really nice and spacious. Clean room, overlooking the patio - so no noise from the city. Double shower and separate toilet, good air-conditioning. Free coffee and water available in the reception area as well as an honesty bar. Parking garage directly opposite of the hotel. As soon as you stepped out of the hotel, you were in the city center. Great place for visiting Strasbourg!

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Loved the staff and the location to the centre of Strasbourg. We had a family room (207) and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. Such a quaint & cute hotel & very close to a great parking lot. Breakfast was lovely too.
The shower was an old fashioned sit in the bath type. If it had had a stand up shower, it would have been perfect!

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026This hotel is a boutique property located in downtown Strasbourg steps from the Cathedral. There is an elevator but know there are a few steps to manage in the reception area. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Some of the rooms appeared to be updated compared to others for our group. The breakfast was nice and you can even squeeze your Orange juice. It is a full breakfast with lots of choices. The rooms have a fridge with an honor bar , bottled water and coffee/tea. There was a nice wine store across the garden. There inside and outside seating for time to catch up and relax.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026We loved our stay here. A perfect location with the car park opposite right in the middle of the town. The hotel is very pretty and lovingly decorated…just a wonderful place to be. The staff from the minute we entered were delightful and friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, so clean and relaxed and an amazingly comfortable bed. We loved the free coffee and water in the lounge, very gladly received on such hot days! Breakfast was plentiful and varied and delicious! The lounge area was an added bonus and there was also lovely seating outside in the beautiful courtyard. We were blown away by how beautiful Strasbourg was but our stay in this special hotel made it even better. Thank you to the team there who make it so good. Completely can’t recommend this heavenly hotel highly enough

The old town was very close and really everything worth seeing was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Strasbourg.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026We loved this hotel. We loved the location and the surrounding area. Our room was very spacious and the modern bathroom was fabulous. Two showers! And lots of mirrors and bright lighting. The tram stop to get to and from the train station was very close. If we go back to Strasbourg we would definitely stay here again.
