The terrace was a wonderful addition to the comfy room for the three of us. Staff was very helpful.

Since booking with Booking.com, we had to make adjustment to our check in time. The front desk would never confirm that there would be someone there to check us in. We were a little concerned about that, but no worries, Alex was there to let us in and was very helpful with our check in and departure.

Room was clean, roomy and comfortable.

We needed a late check in. Because we booked with Booking.com we needed to check in with Booking.com. The front desk could never confirm that we would be able to checkin at the time we thought. No worries, we had no trouble checking in at midnight. Alex was there and he was very welcoming and helpful.

It had more charm that most.

Very central for our needs. Clean with beds and towels changed daily. Lovely friendly staff. Extra touches such as free use of swimming towels and sunshades daily.

Lovely veranda but would have liked it open a little later in the evening. Maybe a fridge in every room with better coffee making facilities.

Great location, charming atmosphere, and a comfortable room. The hotel felt cozy and had a nice traditional character. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was easy to get around Nice from there.

Some of the facilities felt a little basic, but overall it was comfortable and good value for the stay.

Hôtel très bien situé dans la ville, avec un accueil chaleureux et agréable. Le séjour s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble.

Malheureusement, l’insonorisation est vraiment le point négatif : on entend énormément les bruits des autres chambres, notamment les télévisions, ce qui peut être assez gênant et nous a parfois empêcher de dormir ou réveillés.

Excellent hotel, location & staff. Good sized room (2 twin beds) with lots of storage and a large bathroom with a window that opened. Located next to a small grocery store, lots of shopping & restaurants plus laundry (Speed Queen Laverie) down the street. Love the balcony on the 2nd floor - comfy and lots of plants plus the large shared guest refrigerator. Alexsandro answered all our questions daily and did our heavy lifting (carried our luggage to the 3rd floor when we arrived and back down when we left). Daily housekeeping was amazing. I plan on going back and staying again in 2027.

I can definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very nice and pleasant. They gave us the room early and provided all the instructions we needed. The rooms were cleaned and the towels were changed every day. The hotel also provides parasols and clean beach towels every day. The location is amazing, close to both city center, old town and the beach is only 10-15 min walk which is always a pleasure in Nice. The train station and metro are also close by.

This hotel is an amazing value for money. It’s not the newest, but everything is extremely clean and is kept in very good condition.

La posizione ottima, a un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro (piazza Massena) e a 20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Lo staff è stato sempre molto disponibile e molto cordiale. Ci avevano dato una stanza diversa da quella mostrata in booking, ma quando l'ho segnalato mi hanno subito cambiato stanza. Danno in prestito ombrelli e asciugamani per la spiaggia.

La prima stanza che ci avevano assegnato era davvero piccola. Inoltre, per essere un hotel di una località di mare, non ha a disposizione spazi per asciugare costumi ecc.

Superbe hôtel, proche de la gare et de la mer (15 mns de marche environ pour l’un comme pour l’autre). Tout était parfait.

The location is bang on, close to everything-15 min to break, it is central, clean and it was approximately quiet. So really good

I traveled with a friend. We booked two rooms, independently. One of us got a really good, nice and big room. One got a cramped, and really nasty one. One that seemed to be the smallest of all the rooms. Since we payed the same sum of money, it was ridiculous. Don’t expect to get what is advertised in the booking description

Hotel Lepante should not be described as a hotel, and unfortunately, our stay was far below what we expected. The room itself was reasonably large compared with other rooms we had stayed in, but it did not resemble the photos shown when we booked. More importantly, the room was extremely dirty. There were large numbers of flies and mosquitoes, where we were bitten multiple times and the overall cleanliness was so poor that we often felt unclean simply by staying there. The towels and blankets were stained, while the bathroom cups were mouldy and dirty. When we checked in at around 3:00 a.m. on night 1, there was not even any toilet paper provided in the room. We also experienced issues with housekeeping. My phone charger was damaged while staff were cleaning other rooms, and our personal belongings were repeatedly moved around the room without explanation. Thankfully, reception replaced it for us. Initially, we accepted these issues because the room was relatively inexpensive, and we tried to be grateful given the low price. However, our experience became significantly more serious on our second-last night. Another “hotel” guest knocked on our door and repeatedly asked to come inside. We did not know who he was or why he wanted to enter, and we felt extremely unsafe. The door did not have a deadbolt or peephole, leaving us with very little sense of security. We ultimately had to contact the police because we were genuinely concerned about our safety and the reception was shut and didn’t answer calls or messages. The next morning we spoke to the owner, Jerome and he assured us that that guest had checked out after reviewing security footage. He was being very defensive and sneaky after we told him that it was unacceptable and he said there’s nothing he can do without an apology.

Good location, close by the old city but also the train station. Very great service, nice staff and very clean. Charming hotel that I would recommend.

The room was stuffy and the AC barely worked. We ended up keeping the window open in the 95° heat for fresh air flow. There was a common room with the use of a shared fridge and microwave, not one in the room.

La localización, amabilidad de uno de los que atendían en recepción.

Situación de la habitación, en la planta de la parte del tejado, con un funcionamiento del aire acondicionado malo que al estar la habitación pegada al tejado era tipo invernadero se notaba mucho la calor. Había un deterioro del mobiliario, cuando no faltaba cosas, desde estante del baño, pomo puerta. Igualmente no tenía ninguna neverita solo un frigorífico compartido en el edificio en zona de desayunos, con acceso restringido, si se viene tarde ya no se podría acceder a lo que uno tiene guardado, igualmente la terraza no se puede utilizar para estar en ella por la mañana a la hora del desayuno (solo clientes de pago del desayuno). Cuidado con hacer uso de los sobres de café de la zona común del microondas/frigorífico, porque aunque se utilice el agua propia te cobraran el sobre a 2 euros como si te lo hubieran preparado ellos. En general a precio invierno podría ser aceptable pero triplicando el precio en verano es un abuso para lo que se ofrece.

Hotel foarte curat, situat excelent — aproape de gară, plajă și centrul orașului. Personalul este extrem de amabil și primitor. Ne-a plăcut mult că am primit prosoape și umbrele de plajă din partea hotelului. Vom reveni cu siguranță!

Excelente estadia! Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo de tudo. O quarto é excelente, confortável e muito agradável. O hotel também dispõe de uma área com geladeira, micro-ondas, sofás e mesas, que é ótima para descansar ou fazer um lanche à tarde. Mas, sem dúvidas, o grande diferencial do hotel é o carinho, a simpatia e o suporte do Alexandro e do Jerome. Eles tornaram nossa estadia ainda mais especial e proveitosa, sempre muito atenciosos e dando ótimas dicas. Com certeza voltaremos! Recomendamos muito!

The location was perfect, beautiful view from the room and the staff helped carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

Shower/bathroom was maybe a bit tight and small and not a proper door so not much privacy if staying with someone you aren't too comfortable with

Boravili smo u hotelu Lepante i apsolutno smo oduševljeni. Od samog dolaska i srdačnog dočeka na recepciji, znali smo da smo izabrali pravo mesto. Sobe su izuzetno čiste, krevet je preudoban, a pogled sa terase je bio fantastičan. Osoblje je profesionalno, uvek nasmejano i spremno da pomogne za bilo šta. Lokacija hotela je savršena! Sve je blizu, a opet je mirno i idealno za pravi odmor. Higijena je na najvišem nivou, što nam je bilo izuzetno važno. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti ponovo i preporučujemo ovaj hotel svima koji žele besprekoran boravak! 🌸🩷

Great location of the hotel and the hotel Manager was very nice and helpful. The AC worked good in our room. The rooms are basic but that is also reflected in the rates. The bathroom was nice. The street was not noisy and we sleept well.

I have a family issue meaning I have to return home 5 days before my stay at this hotel. They refused any refund and took the full amount of 170 euros despite having incurred no costs. They were not at all helpful and I would 100% not recommend a stay here based on their lack of understanding.

The hotel has a very nice area (the terrace) where you can relax, and have some food. The hotel provided the beach towels and umbrellas which is priceless in summer time. Highly recommended

The hotel was excellent, a particular highlight was the friendly staff and the very cute terrace. For a two star hotel, this was exceptional. It has some lovely bakeries and patisserie nearby as well as a supermarket a couple of doors away.

La ubicación es ideal! Caminando llegas a todas las atracciones y por su ubicación es fácil estacionar. Tiene un supermercado al lado mismo y muchas cafeterías y lugares para comer. La habitación estaba impecable, muy amplia y cómoda, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto; el personal muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Además de ello, el alojamiento cuenta con una terraza hermosa, con sillas para tomar sol y muchas mesas, almorzamos un día aquí y fue placentero, porque la tienen muy bien decorada. El hotel cuenta también con microondas, refrigerador, café, azúcar, té y hervidor de libre disposición, también ofrece toallas de playa y quitasol. Excelente opción!!

There is not elevators, if any body has heavy or big luggage is hard to bring upstairs.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear this property looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The entire building was dirty, run-down, and poorly maintained. The lobby itself was unclean and gave an immediate impression that the hotel was not being properly cared for. The check-in experience was equally disappointing. The concierge was watching television during check-in, which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. When I raised concerns about my room, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. The biggest issue, however, was that my room had bed bugs. That alone made the room completely unacceptable to stay in. I was offered another room, but it was extremely dirty and in no way reflected the photos or positive reviews I had relied on when booking. Instead of enjoying my trip, I had to spend valuable vacation time searching for another hotel at the last minute. It was stressful, inconvenient, and completely avoidable. I cannot recommend this property. Between the bed bugs, the poor cleanliness throughout the building, the misleading online photos, and the unprofessional check-in experience, this hotel fell far below even basic expectations. I strongly encourage management to address these serious cleanliness and maintenance issues before more guests have a similar experience.

Quite close to tram and practically next door to a carrefour shop. Close to some nice bars and restaurants too. Our room had a bath and the beds were comfortable. There was a guest fridge and microwave and a nice patio, but it was very noisy with traffic. We had breakfast the first morning. It was 14€ so not cheap, but there was a nice selection.

Our room was in the second floor and there was no lift. It was hard with heavy bags. The reception wasn’t 24 hours, closed at 9pm, when the other rooms came alive with banging doors and talking loudly. We were woken up 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. We had to go and ask them to be quiet. Wasn’t great. There were 3 people in our room, but it was only made up for 2, we couldn’t really share 2 paper cups between 3 to brush our teeth. The room maid didn’t speak English and my French is limited. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay again. Not the worst hotel, but definitely not the best.

Cena wygórowana w stosunku do udogodnień. Za 1 noc ponad 800 zł, pokój był wręcz klaustrofobiczny, do centrum wcale nie aż tak blisko, jak za tę cenę. Brak lodówki. Tylko żeby się wyspać. Odradzam osobom, które chciałyby spędzać czas w hotelu. Nie skorzystałabym więcej z oferty tego hotelu - przede wszystkim ze względu na bardzo zawyżoną cenę.

Ho pagato 110 euro per una stanza che ne vale al massimo 70. Il personale della reception estremamente antipatico e arrogante. L’aria condizionata non funzionava, ho provato per lungo tempo a cercare di attivarla, ma usciva solo aria calda. La mattina l’ho segnalato al receptionist e mi ha preso in giro dicendo che non ero nemmeno in grado di usare l’aria condizionata. Le camere non sono insonorizzate, i vicini hanno litigato fino all’una di notte ed era come averli in casa. La mattina sono stata svegliata alle 7 dalle persone che andavano a fare colazione.

The noise of the bar and other guests in the rooms prevented sleep until late at night, the rooms were very close to each other and the snoring of other guests could be heard in my room, the bathroom and toilet were very small. The bed needed repair and was noisy. It has minimum facilities.

Miły świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko centrum oraz przystanku tramwajowego, z którego tramwaje kursują na lotnisko. Miły personel, przechowali nasze bagaże ostatniego dnia

Pokoje były codziennie sprzątane, jednak pierwszego dnia łazienka nie była dokładnie wysprzątana, zostały w niej kosmetyki po poprzednich gościach. Pokój był bardzo mały, nie byliśmy w stanie się wypakować a byliśmy jedynie na 3 dni. Prysznic był za mały, szczupła osoba miała kłopot się w nim obracać.
