I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was extremely nice, very helpful, and professional. The rooms were very cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the beach is just a short walk away.

Helpful staff always available to deal with some issues that arose. Very close to train by foot - 5 mins. A little further to beach and Old Nice -15-20 minutes or so. Close to main street Jean Medecin with shops and public transportation. Right next to Notre Dame. We selected a slightly larger room based on comments. Good size for 2 people. A/C worked well.

Be aware that courtyard is not a green space to look at and enjoy. Heard water running and gushing for 1 1/2 hours off and on first night. It happened a bit other nights but not as long. Definitely affected sleep. Not sure what it was. Hair dryer didn’t work - that was remedied. Leak under sink in bathroom - that was remedied. Extremely tiny elevators.

Chambre et salle de bain un peu petites. Pas d’espace pour passer devant le lit et accéder à l’espace « dressing » : une étagère avec une tringle. Sommaire ! Pas de détails dans la salle de bain ; Pas de kleenex, pas de place pour poser ses affaires : sommaire. Rue piétonne un peu bruyante en soirée 22h/24h. mais cela n’a pas duré : la nuit à été calme .. après plein centre ville ça fait aussi partie de l’animation…

The check-in was outstanding. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely nice. He explained everything that we needed to know and made several outstanding suggestions about things to do around town. Unfortunately, I have forgotten his name but I hope his supervisor sees this review and recognizes him for his work.

The room was on the small side but suited our needs perfectly.

Charmantes, kleines Hotel. Zweckmäßig, Preis-Leistung aber auf jeden Fall gut. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis der touristisch interessante Teil beginnt. Parkgarage nur bis 1,90 m Höhe nutzbar. Frühstück im Café nebenan voll in Ordnung (a la carte mit Spiegelei, Croissant, Baguette, Orangensaft und einem Heißgetränk).

Hotel moderno, comodo e pulito situato nel centro della città. La camera con il terrazzino sulla basilica è spettacolare. Abbiamo apprezzato lo sconto per il vicino parcheggio. Il ragazzo del check-in è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie. Il distributore di acqua alla reception ci è servito molto, così come ci sono piaciuti gli omaggi di benvenuto trovati in camera.

Per quattro adulti, camera e bagno sono un po' piccoli, ma è normale nei centri storici

The hotel was a real lifesaver for us. We had to find accommodation unexpectedly late at night, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated, and the location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Nice. After a very stressful evening, it was exactly what we needed.

Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations, especially considering that we booked at the very last minute. We were grateful to find such a clean, comfortable and welcoming place.

Location it’s the best if you are planing day trips it’s 5 minutes walk to the train station which safes so much time

TODO sin lugar a dudas, repetiremos en nuestro viaje a Niza. Ubicación céntrica al lado de un parking. Cómodo, cerca de todo, a 15 minutos paseando. Pero lo más importante es PERSONAL. Gracias a Julien, Raquel, Ada, TODOS, Grandes profesionales que hicieron nuestra estancia ÚNICA.

Tolle Lage und schöner Balkon. Das Personal ist wirklich hervorzuheben, jede Person aus dem Team war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Friendly staff. Convenient location near railway station but on picturesque square. Decent bed. Clean. Hotel had decent touches like collect extra pillows, chilled water. Would be a higher rating from me but the air-con didn't work as well as it should which meant an uncomfortable night in the heatwave.

Air-con unit pumped out tepid air and didn't properly cool the room. Some minor damage to paintwork. Very small room.

There’s a significant walk to the hotel from taxi drop off point as the access is restricted. During departure it was open access and the taxi (arranged by hotel) helped out carrying my luggage. I expect that the arrival issue is well documented by the hotel for the customers to know before booking.

Bardzo mała łazienka. Bardzo mała winda. Cena dość wysoka, ale w tym czasie były tak wysokie ceny wszędzie nie wiem czy to nie z powodu Ture de France które miało finał w Nicei tego dnia.

Nonostante sia un hotel a 2 stelle offre servizi di un hotel a 4 stelle. Appena arrivati ci hanno offerto due bottigliette d’acqua. La camera era pulita e profumava di pulito, macchinetta nespresso in camera con capsule a disposizione, biscottini alla reception, erogatore dell’acqua a disposizione h24. Zona super centrale e con 10 minuti di arriva alla spiaggia. Offrono anche ombrelloni da spiaggia che si possono prendere gratuitamente in giornata. Zona sicura per girare a piedi anche di notte. Parcheggio comodissimo per chi arriva in macchina e l’albergo si trova proprio a 2 minuti a piedi di distanza. Wifi super funzionante. Tutto bellissimo, tanto che stiamo pensando di ritornarci

Se proprio devo trovare una nota negativa è l’ascensore. Purtroppo è minuscolo e si fa quasi fatica a starci in 2.

Die Matratze dar viel zu weich, schon fast durchgelegen. Eine Erneuerung der Federkernmatratze könnte sinnvoll sein.

Ubicación muy buena, atención perfecta, muy limpio, las personas muy amables y solucionaron todo lo que le pedimos, el parking está a media cuadra y es muy cómodo y a buen precio, la habitación es grande, y fresca, con vistas a la catedral. Hay lindos resto por la zona.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional - kind, warm, offering helpful tips of what to see and how to get around without me even asking. Also, I was traveling alone and the front desk staff made me feel super safe - they all seemed to be friendly with the other business owners on either side of the hotel so you felt like you were staying in a little hub of community. Rooms are small and AC was sort of wobbly but truly none of that mattered because the room was clean and the staff was so on point.

Small and cozy hotel in the heart of Nice. Super friendly staff.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon, and we had an incredible experience! The staff were extremely nice, and the room was very clean and decently-sized. The location of the hotel is perfect, since it is only about a five-minute walk to the train station, and is centrally located in Nice. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nice!

Exelent hotel with great location, friendly staff and nice rooms. Room service, cleanliness and comfort was top tier. Staff changed our bedding every day, brought new towels and were polite. Location is great, short walk to the train station, stores, malls, the old town and the beach. Right down stairs there is Hug Café a lovely coffee shop with pastries. Great value for the money and comfortable stay.

It’s a cute small hotel located in a safe spot along one of the main roads. The location was perfect, close to the train station and in walking distance to the beach/old nice, which made it easy getting around. The room and washroom were clean and comfortable, the reception were friendly and were helpful with providing recommendations for many different needs, and there were no issues with noise. They had an elevator, which was a plus! It was great value for the location. Enjoyed getting a small discount at the HUG café when cleaning wasn’t needed (sometimes better depending on the day), which was also a 10/10.

Excellent location, room had everything needed for a 4 night stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly and also very efficient re ordering breakfast etc. I found them very approachable and always on hand to sort out any issues such as noisy guest in one of the rooms!

Some people may not like having breakfast in the restaurant next door but it was fine with me. There is also the HUG cafe if you want a coffee and they are also super nice in there. The great location means you can easily walk to other cafes and restaurants. I had no problem walking back to the hotel in the evening, felt perfectly safe.

The washroom were very small. The AC was working but not cooling much.

Perfect location for us being a short walk from the station, tram to airport, the old town for relaxing dinners and the beautiful sea front. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful giving us lots of useful information when checking in. We upgraded our standard room to have a lovely view of the cathedral and added a good breakfast in the restaurant next door, along with early and late check-in / out making the whole experience more leisurely. The room was lovely if a little “cosy”, as they say themselves, but it was great to be able to open the full length windows with Juliet balcony and admire the view. The beds were very comfortable with good linen, the decor was pretty and the bathroom nice with a good shower. We would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are probably the nicest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. They are friendly, attentive, happy to help with directions, recommendations, and anything you need. The hotel is located just off the busy Jean Medecin but remains safe, calm, and comfortable. It’s within very easy reach of train and tram stations, and about 15 mins walk to the Promenade des Anglais and the old town. The rooms (at least mine) are small but very clean and comfortable, with a safe, fridge, hairdryer, and ironing board all available. Thanks to all the wonderful staff at the hotel for a great visit to Nice!

Excellent customer care and support throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and the location is perfect (7 minute walk to the train station and a 15 minute walk to the promenade). The coffee from the cafe downstairs was delicious every single day so that comes highly recommended. Only thing I’d ask is that they improve the WiFi connection; maybe it’s because we were on the 4th floor but the WiFi strength was hit and miss.

Oddly shaped room which made it feel small. Had to edge around the bed. Quite a basic room for the price, I guess you are paying for location. There is a coffee machine in the room (great!), but you only get two pods, milk etc. on the first day. I then had to go down to reception to ask for a pod, this was given reluctantly and no milk. Don’t be stingy with the pods! They should have been issued each day.

- ходить за водой к кулеру на 1 этаж ( неизвестно как регулярно там меняют фильтры ) - завтраки у соседнего отеля даже по фото не вызывали желание зайти. сколько проходила мимо - там никого не видела

Good location and nice staff

We stayed three nights at the Hotel du Centre in Nice. The staff was cheerful and efficient, while the room and bed were very comfortable. Loved the view of the Notre Dame cathedral outside our room. Each morning we started our day with a latte macchiato and a warm, flaky croissant at the Hug Cafe (part of the hotel). The location is perfect to explore Nice and the surrounding areas - especially if traveling by train. Highly recommend - we'd definitely stay there again. Oh, they also have a moderately-priced laundry service which came in very handy.
