Very friendly staff, who always welcome guest with big smile. Close to Nice Ville train station, so its very convenient for 1 day trip from Nice to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes etc.

The room is tiny, with very basic facility. Towels and bed sheets are really old. Lift is tiny as well.

It was close enough to tourist activities and restaurants

The room and shower is really small. The only place to iron one’s clothes is in the breakfast area , which isn’t great while everyone is having breakfast. The request for an iron in the room was denied. Parking for a car is a nightmare .

Das Personal war wirklich super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Besonders beim Frühstück habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und konnte ganz nebenbei sogar mein Französisch verbessern. 😊 Besonders schön fand ich auch den Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, sodass man sich abends noch gemütlich einen Tee machen konnte. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls super. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Orte konnte man innerhalb von 15–20 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

Viel mehr als Kritik würde ich einige Punkte eher als kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge sehen. Im Badezimmer habe ich einen Becher für die Zahnbürste vermisst. Auch die Handtücher und die Tagesdecke haben schon einige Jahre hinter sich und könnten bei Gelegenheit einmal erneuert werden. Das sind jedoch wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Der größte negative Punkt für uns war die Lautstärke. Durch den Straßenlärm draußen war es teilweise sehr laut, sodass meine Begleitung leider nicht besonders gut schlafen konnte. Vielleicht wäre es eine Möglichkeit, den Gästen gerade für die lauteren Nächte Ohropax bzw. Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung zu stellen, da manche Menschen empfindlicher auf Lärm reagieren.

Franchement, pour un hôtel 2 étoiles je le trouve incroyable. La salle de bain était magnifique. Il y avait des petits gâteaux et des bouteilles d'eau offerts dans les chambre c'est la première fois que ça m'arrive. Un petit mot aux réceptionnistes Thiago et Thomas qui sont formidables de bonne humeur et disponible.

Given the price, the breakfast could have been more varied or of better quality; there was street noise due to the proximity of the train station and the tram.

Понравилось что гостиница в хорошей локации,все в пешей доступности,поезд,трамвай,рестораны.Напротив универсам Монопри.Хороший кондиционер в номере. Завтрак был достаточно хорошим,все свежее.

Le camere sono veramente piccole e un pochino usurate. Inoltre era presente un piumone nel letto ma senza lenzuolo e dovendo dormire con l’aria condizionata accesa per il caldo avrei apprezzato il lenzuolo. La stanza dava sulla strada ma non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori. L’unica pecca quando siamo arrivati era l’odore di cucinato proveniente da un locale sottostante visto che le finestre erano aperte ma niente di non risolvibile.

Great stay in the middle of Nice! Super close to the train station and city center is just around the corner. 20 mins walk to the main city beach. Room was completely fine with big comfy bed. Staff was friendly.

- AC was working really loudly, need to fix it - WC doors was not closing - broken, as well needs attention from the hotel personel

При этом шума и грязи от вокзала нет, он вообще никак не ощущается. Напротив отеля есть продуктовый магазин и в целом отель находится на оживленной улице, где много различных кафе и магазинов. Некоторые номера имеют небольшие балкончики выходящие на улицу, где приятно посидеть за чашкой кофе или чего-нибудь еще. В номере есть капсульная кофеварка, холодильника нет. Завтраками не пользовались, поэтому ничего сказать не могу. На стойке регистрации есть автоматы с водой и снеками.

Отель в целом достаточно тесный и "уставший" в плане ремонта, но все в пределах нормы. Розеток в номере было мало и они были не у кровати.

All was good

Very close to the train station so it was easy to walk to the hotel when we arrived and to the station when we were leaving. Also a nice walk to the Promenade des Anglais. The breakfast was decent too.

We stayed three nights and it seems housekeeping only changed the sheets when they came by and didn’t clean the shower stall at all. The shower got dirty quickly since it took a while for the water to drain after bathing each time. see photo of the bathroom after we got back from a day at the beach on our first day. Also, we always had to crack open the window when we returned because the room smelled musty; I’m guessing it’s from the mop water which dried after cleaning?

Clean comfortable hotel, quiet. Good location bear main train station. Luggage storage.

Отель расположен прямо напротив вокзала, удобно,если вы планируете поездить по разным городам на Лазурном берегу. Номер комфортный, большая удобная кровать, кондиционер, есть чайник/кофемашина. Персонал вежливый и приятный. Есть лифт. Оплатить проживание можно наличными на месте.

В первую ночь показалось шумновато,было очень слышно соседей и происходящее в коридоре. Дальше то ли я привыкла, то ли просто почему-то стало тише) Блокируется залог в размере 100 евро, в зависимости от вашего банка,разблокировка может занять до месяца.

Te retiran de la cuenta 100€ de garantia algunos días antes de la estancia, se te devuelve un mes después y no porque lo devuelvan ellos. Simplemente no saben gestionar las devoluciones y tienes que esperar que se complete 30 dias desde que te lo quitan de la cuenta para que desaparezca el estado de “el comercio aun está processando el pago” y puedas solicitar la devolución a tu banco, ya que es el plazo máximo para finalizar una gestión . Intenté explicarles que aunque hayan anulado la pre autorización del tpv y el justificante diga que se ha anulado, deben acceder y gestionar desde el banco del establecimiento la anulación de esa remesa para que no quedé enganchado aí en stand by, nada tiene que ver con el tpv. Total que tras intercambiar correos e intentar explicarles el porqué seguia sin poder solicitar la devolución a mi banco, no se aclaraban y dejaron de contestar. Reservé 2 habitaciones y 3 semanas después de mis vacaciones finalmente tengo mis 200 euros, suerte que no lo llevaba contado…

One of the desk clerks on the day shift was exceptional.Ww arrived last Friday in the late afternoon and he was on duty. He was very patient, kind, and very helpful.

It could have been cleaner. The towels were old. The shower didn't work very well. It was difficult not the splash water all over the floor. Getting in and out of the bed was difficult for the second person in te bed because the room was too small and the bed had to be placed against thec wall Staff left an ironing board a cleaning supplies on the table before breakfast time was up

Η εξυπηρέτηση, η ευγένεια και η καλή διάθεση του προσωπικού, τόσο στην ρεσεψιόν όσο και στο πρωινό. Η τοποθεσία: πάρα πολύ κοντά και σε τραμ και στον σταθμό του τρένου. Επίσης πολύ εύκολη και η πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της πόλης (1Km).

Αρχικά κατανοώ ότι το ξενοδοχείο είναι 2 αστέρων. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό και με περίεργη διαρρύθμιση, (ένα τριγωνικό δωμάτιο). Η καθαριότητα ήταν υποτυπώδης (πέντε μέρες δεν άλλαξαν πετσέτες) και κάτι κούπες καφέ έμειναν στο ίδιο σημείο επί 4 ημέρες !!!.

Very well located near the center. Very small room, but it seems that is how it is in Nice. Big king bedroom, but no a lot of space around it. Breakfast was good, people are nice and helpful.

Davvero eccezionale la posizione, vicinissima alla stazione dei treni e ad un passo da quella del tram per raggiungere il lungo mare. Molto utile la vicinanza di diversi supermercati e di tanti ristorantini in cui mangiare, sia street food che qualcosa di più ricercato. Abbastanza varia la colazione, molto disponibili tutti i ragazzi del personale e abbastanza pulita la stanza. Utile anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nella struttura l'ultimo giorno in attesa di ripartire.

Diciamo che tutto è riconducibile al fatto che si tratta comunque di un albergo a 2 stelle: la stanza non aveva molta possibilità di sistemare i bagagli ed è risultato scomodo non avere prese elettriche vicino i comodini. A colazione per 2/3 giorni è stato riproposto tutto quello che non era stato finito e che di conseguenza non risultava più freschissimo.

Quarto muito pequeno, janela avariada que nunca foi reparada durante 5 dias de estadia, limpeza deficiente. Em metade dos dias as toalhas foram repostas em quantidade insuficiente.

The first thing I would like to undermine is that the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient. The facilities were all worth the price.

When you get the room entrance card with you, the electricity (except for the AC) was turning off, therefore we couldn’t charge the toothbrushes etc. It’s not a game changer, but just a minor downside.

Hotel ist direkt in der Innenstadt alles zu Fuß erreichbar Supermärkte, Centre Ville Hauptbahnhof, Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen und auch Essen also alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Die Promenade d’Anglais ist auch mit Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nettes Personal, wenn ich nochmal nach Nizza würde ich aufjedenfall nochmal hierher kommen.

Location was excellent, next to train station and short walk to main parts of nice. Bed was comfy.

Room was very small so just enough room to open suitcase and bathroom could be cleaner.

Excellent location opposite the main railway station - and opposite a food version of Monoprix, great for breakfast pastries from 0700. Modest sized room but all one needed including air con, kettle - and a small balcony! Surprisingly quiet despite being on main road. Reasonable rates by Nice standards. Recommended.

Hotel's location is good. Just across the train station and on the main street of the city. You should walk for a while or need to take the tram to reach Place Massena and the shore though. Staff is good.

The standard double room is too small that I don't think it is suitable for two people. We had to upgrade to a superior room. The superior room's size is ok. However, its bathroom is too tiny that it looks like you are in upward coffin, at least for man of my size.

Nothing major, I was a bit disappointed that my room didn't have a little mini fridge in, would have been ideal for keeping the bottles of water nice and cool.... everything else was great!!!

We had an amazing one-night stay at Bernie with my daughter! ✨ The location is absolutely perfect, right opposite the railway station and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and everything you could possibly need. It made getting around so easy and convenient. The stay was comfortable, the atmosphere was lovely, and the location couldn’t have been better. Perfect for a short stay, especially when travelling with a child. We would definitely stay here again! 🤍

Excellent location for transport, close to the main station and the tram to the airport is a short walk away. Good value for a solo traveller on a budget. Cosy room and useful.

A few small issues - ones that I experienced personally. The sink leaked slightly after use of the water tap and the bathroom door stuck when closed. Had to yank it open! Nonetheless, only small picky things, a generally good hotel.

Very clean, location is perfect especially if you want to explore the Cote d’Azur, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be nice to put a small fridge in all rooms as a standard but it was clearly indicated that our room does not have it when we booked, it was not a surprise for us.

La dernière chambre disponible nous a bien dépannée, mais le rapport qualité prix était très mauvais. La peinture etait décrépie, les draps et les serviettes usés, et la chambre très sombre donnait sur une minuscule cour où se déversaient les sorties des clims.

The room was small but was designed very practical. It seemed that it was recently renovated. The room was clean and dirty towels were changed daily and bins emptied. The bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. It was very good that there is air condition in the room. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. The option to leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out is very handy.

It will be very handy if there is a small shelf in the shower area so you can put the shower gel, etc. without the need to bend in the narrow space. It was going to be good to change the bedsheets and pillow cases after about 3 days. Despite the AC (maybe due to the duvet made of artificial material) we were sweating too much and it was not very comfortable laying in the same sheets during the second half of the stay.

L'accoglienza in assoluto. Premetto che il problema non sono loro, Sicuramente è mio Sono abituato ad accoglienze sorridenti e gentilezza con almeno un minimo sforzo nella collaborazione a comprendere chi non conosce la lingua. In questo hotel non ho visto nulla di queste cose.

Pulizia: pessima!

Posizione davvero comoda, soprattutto per chi si sposta con i mezzi pubblici: la vicinanza alla stazione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza. La camera era piccola, ma ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Struttura pratica e adatta soprattutto a chi vuole visitare Nizza e avere una buona base per gli spostamenti.

L'unica vera pecca è l'isolamento acustico. Le pareti sono piuttosto sottili e dalla camera accanto si sentivano facilmente voci e rumori, soprattutto nei momenti di maggiore tranquillità.

Hotel bem central, a poucos passos da estação, quarto limpo, roupas de cama e toalhas cheirosas, tem até uma cafeteira com alguns sachês de café no quarto e chá. Queria agradecer em especial ao recepcionista Tiago que foi muito solicito desde o início da minha reserva, ele fala português e é muito desenrolado. Com certeza voltaria.

The properties location was amazing, right next to the main train station were we could access Monaco and Cannes so easily and be back at our hotel easily too. Although our room was smaller than expected from the pictures online, it was cosy and did the job. Special shoutout to Tiago who helped us during our stay and was so kind and helpful with everything we needed. What a lovely human!! A welcoming face every time.
