La situation, a proximité de la promenade des Anglais ce qui n'est pas négligeable. La gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel. Très bon petit déjeuner. Lit confortable. Chambre pour une seule personne.

Chambre single. Salle de bain mal agencée. Un seul bouchon pour la baignoire et le lavabo et qui ne tient pas... un hublot sale servant de fenêtre. Mini bar bruyant. Très mauvaise insonorisation. Pas de place pour les vêtements. Et un dimanche soir à 22h passage de l'aspirateur aux étages... terrasse pas facile d'accès.

Great location, super nice and helpful staff, clean, well sized room. Nice and affordable breakfast. Comfy bed. Fridge in the room. Would stay again.

Two minor things and I would give a perfect score - I wish there was coffee in the room (kettle was available). 2 single matresses on a double bed - you end up with a gap in the middle.

Up stairs deck was nice, location was good, cute little place. Parking was a plus.

Very small room for the money, you have to carry your own bags up the stairs to your room, bathroom is old, bath is slippery, breakfast was downstairs in basement and was ok. Nothing great. Fridge in room was not working.

Reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Perfect location, near to everything. Station and L2 tram to airport, beach, restaurants and shopping all near by. Has a lovely quiet roof terrace too. Absolutely perfect stay. I travelled alone but would happily visit as a couple here too. Everything nice and clean.

La ubicación. La posibilidad de aparcar en un parking subterráneo a 300 metros del hotel, pero a mi no me dieron la tarjeta para aparcar el primer día, lo deje delante del hotel

Para mi no es un hotel es una pensión. El desayuno ridículo. La habitación para 3 personas q me asignaron el primer día impresentable, te podías golpear en el techo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, muy poco espacio. Al día siguiente me dieron otra habitación con altura normal de techo. En la recepción tenías q entregar la llave y en algunos momentos no había nadie alli, con el riesgo de seguridad si alguien coge la llave y entra en la habitación.

Central with on-site parking, the hotel suited us for our one-night stay. Our room was comfortable with a good shower and the staff were helpful about parking and directions.

The common parts, and indeed our room, were painted in battleship grey and the floor covering was something harder than carpet. Our room was dark, being just along the corridor from reception and the breakfast, down in the basement, was less generous than I was expecting. Finally, the free unsecured WiFi was unreliable.

The staff was very kind and helpful, they made our stay very comfortable. The room was a compact size, everything was clean, and we were provided with everything we needed. The location was central and comfortable. Great value for money. Will definitely be back!

Luftkonditioneringen väsnades så att det var svårt att sova och rummets inredning var märkligt opraktisk.

Hôtel dans une très jolie bâtisse bien décorée. Bien situé dans Nice non loin du vieux Nice et à 800m de la gare. Vous pouvez laisser vos bagages à l'accueil le temps de vôtre visite en ville et à la mer. Le personnel est charmant.

The location is close to the train station and is situated in a rather peaceful neighborhood.

We stayed for 2 nights. First off, there was the wet bathroom floor issue that several users have already commented on. I'd like to add that ventilation wasn't enough so the bathroom actually remained damp and that affected the room the whole time. Secondly, the carpet was some sort of plastic type. I guess they picked this kind to reduce the absorption of water from the bathroom, but it certainly felt weird when you feet stepped on it. As for the rest, some points worth mentioning are that: (1) our room was just beneath the roofttop gathering space, so we kept hearing ppl walking pass; (2) our window was facing another room so we tended to close the curtain, but the lighting in the room was not enough and the room became very dark; (3) there was a small screen on the desk, I guessed it was the TV but we didn't even bother to try. Other from all these, the staff were reasonably nice. To sum up, for us, we wanted to enjoy our vacation, and didn't expect how basic the room design and amenities were, especially given the price of the room.

The room was an attic room and my partner is 6'5ft tall which wasn't ideal. The room also had two doomer windows so visible view for us.

Hervorragende Lage, nicht weit vom Meer, privater Parkplatz. Kleines Hotel, zweckmäßige Zimmer, kurze Wege und nette Dekoration. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Frühstück.

Zimmer 15 ohne Lift im ersten Stock ist etwas mühsam mit dem Gepäck

The staff are very friendly everyone. The location is just a few metres from the beach and from the city centre. They have a beautiful roof where you can have a smoke and eat and enjoy a quiet morning or evening.

The noise because some of the guests do a lot of noises and the rooms are really close to each other which is normal , but sometimes I felt like someone will just enter my room.

Die Lage ist toll!! Das Viertel ist schön und lebendig mit tollen Restaurants und Cafés. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind sehr sehr freundlich und Kundenorientiert. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und das Bett war bequem.

Das erste Zimmer war unterm Dach - die Dachschräge so tief gezogen, dass ich nur im halben Zimmer aufrecht stehen konnte. Die beiden Fenster waren klein und so weit oben, dass ich nicht hinaus sehen konnte. Beides war sehr unangenehm und für die Zimmerkategorie „superior“ unangemessen. Das zweite Zimmer hatte normale Raumhöhe und ein normales Fenster - der Zimmerwechsel war auf Nachfrage problemlos möglich >> sehr freundliches Personal!! Beide Zimmer waren in die Jahre gekommen - die Bodenbeläge (Kunstfaser ??) abgewetzt und etwas fleckig/dreckig, die Stühle fleckig, die Klimaanlage laut und im zweiten Zimmer tropfend, die Bäder hatten Stock-/Schimmelflecken…alles für sich genommen erträglich aber bei über 200€ die Nacht und angeblich superior Zimmer inakzeptabel.

Our room was small but was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is in a great location for exploring the Old Town area of Nice and close to the Promenade des Anglais. Breakfast was good and offered a limited selection of pastry, breads, yogurts, cold cuts, cheese and fruits. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Hice la reserva de dos camas individuales, pero al parecer la información no les llega al hotel, creo que esto es más problema de booking, que no del hotel. La habitación era pequeña.

The location is spectacular, hard to beat between Nice Ville and the harbor. We also appreciated that the staff provided us water regularly.

Upon check in, our room was infested with mosquitos; we spent an hour with a member of the staff killing dozens of bugs. Never experienced anything like it — dozens of mosquitos, trying to kill each of them one by one. The staff said they couldn’t provide any refund (and this was the last room), so instead he offered us breakfast… which felt like a very unsatisfactory response, to say the least. Beyond this, the room felt regularly uncomfortable; neither the bed nor the pillows were great, and you can hear every single thing outside of the room. With the air conditioning also struggling in the first night, we also needed an extra fan to help keep the room cool. Overall, just not a pleasant or comfortable experience, and would recommend anyone spend their money elsewhere.

La posizione.

Camera molto molto piccola e buia per quello che ho pagato, aveva una finestra all’interno del palazzo con muro davanti. La cosa che mi ha lasciata senza parole è stata che scesa in sala colazione ho avuto il disgusto di vedere la frutta ammuffita come dalle foto. Ovviamente non ho fatto più colazione in quanto era anche povera di cibo.

Air conditioning was a little poor. Didn’t reach cold temperatures effectively, but was sufficient. A good positive point would be to have some lighting on the terrace just enough to highlight a beautiful space.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre moderne, l’accueil très sympathique, la facilité d’accès, l’emplacement de l’hôtel et le très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés : la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain se détachait, l’insonorisation des chambres pourrait être meilleure, et les oreillers n’étaient pas à notre goût. Cela n’a toutefois pas gâché notre séjour.

Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodations. The room had everything needed for a pleasant stay, and the overall experience was excellent. I would gladly stay here again.

Central hotel in the heart of the Carre Dor of Nice. Close to all attractions by foot. Close to very nice cafes restaurant and spots for brunch. Big plus is the parking just next to the hotel. Very friendly and English speaking staff.

Only downside is that the cleaner started cleaning the corridor with the vacuum, at 07:15 in the morning!!!! Which awaked all of us....
