Reviewed Sep 17, 2026As others have said, the location is perfect for the old city. Staff are very nice, breakfast is good but there are cafes nearby if you want to explore. Secure parking for motorcycles if you are riding. 25 min walk into Carcacassone town. Great bars and cafes around Place Carnot. If you fancy a pint of Guinness, The Celt Irish pub is nearby the Place also. Take the little train ride around the old city. Gives you some interesting facts about it.
If it had a bar and restaurant it would be perfect.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole, un'ottima colazione, la stanza pulita e abbastanza spaziosa, il personale gentilissimo, attento e cordiale. Molto disponibili anche sul parcheggio, dato che abbiamo chiesto di lasciare l'auto qualche ora in più del previsto. Siamo rimasti solo una notte ma ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e coccolati, dispiaciuti di restarci cosi poco. Esperienza super positiva
Unica nota per noi un po' negativa è stata la doccia, non essendoci nulla per arginare l'acqua ma solo un dislivello, si bagnava un po' tutto il bagno, inevitabilmente. Nulla di super tragico comunque, anzi piuttosto comune in molte strutture. È stata davvero l'unica cosa negativa.

La camera era pulita, ordinata e confortevole, e ho apprezzato particolarmente la posizione: comodissima e vicinissima alla città vecchia, perfetta per visitare Carcassonne a piedi senza dover utilizzare l’auto. Un soggiorno molto positivo, ideale per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in città in una struttura comoda e ben posizionata. Lo consiglio sicuramente!

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026A localização do hotel não poderia ser melhor! Super perto da cidade antiga, 3 min e 10 min a pé da ponte neuf, que leva ao centro da cidade! A limpeza dis quartos é perfeita, trocam as toalhas todos os dias! Até o Box, que achamos que inundaram o banheiro, dos 9 hotéis que nos hospedamos nesta viagem, foi o que menos molhou o piso do banheiro! Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosis. O estacionamento é murado e com câmeras! Há um hall com poltronas e máquina de café. Adoramos!
O quarto poderia ser um.pouco mais espaçoso, mas conseguimos abrir as duas malas, pois é tudo bem planejado! Só faltou um frigobar, mas não teria espaço... rsrsrs A recepcionista guardou nossas frutas na geladeira do hotel.

It had everything we needed and air conditioning worked well. All staff were lovely and helpful. Special thanks to Bruno for booking our taxi. Would highly recommend and definitely return. We had an amazing 3 days.

The staff were exceptional, Warm, welcoming, kind, and always helpful. There is something so genuine and special about this place. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Perfect location, wonderful atmosphere, and truly lovely people. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back without hesitation. One of the highlights of our time in Carcassonne. Highly recommended! ❤️

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Für unsere Motorräder gab es hinter dem Hotel Gratis-Parkplätze. Die Festung war innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, da wir keines dazu bestellt haben.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026L'hôtel est à la fois à 5mn à pied des remparts de Carcassonne et au calme absolu ( chambre rez-de-chaussée donnant sur parking de l'hôtel). Literie confortable, chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné, de bons conseils et vigilants sur les allers et venues 24h/24h , rassurant pour notre moto qui était à l'abri dans le parking sous terrain ( 6€/j) et parking privé extérieur surveillé gratuit. Nous reprendrons cet hôtel la prochaine fois sans hésiter.
La sdb trop petite (on met plein d'eau sur le WC quand on se douche). Le petit déjeuner bon mais trop cher 12€/p

Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et vient parfaitement compléter le séjour. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment et recommandons vivement cette belle adresse !

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026La ubicación es perfecta, a 2 min a pie de la puerta principal de la Citè Tiene aparcamiento gratis en el exterior, y de pago en un garaje, cuando nosotros llegamos aparcamos fuera xq había sitio. El buffet del desayuno no es enorme pero es suficiente, los croissants buenísimos. La cama cómoda, aunque las almonas son un poco bajas, pero había una extra que utilicé. El personal muy amable y hablan español
Lo único raro es que cuando te duchas mojas el WC y todo lo que hay en el suelo, pero organizándote no es mayor problema.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Un po' stretto lo spazio all'esterno, abbiamo affittato un posto auto nel sotterraneo, a pagamento. Non abbiamo usufruito di colazione per cui non posso giudicare

Posizione ottima davanti alle mura della città antica di Carcassonne che raggiungi a piedi in 1 minuto. Buona colazione con vista sul castello. Puoi cenare tranquillamente in centro storico pieno di locali.
Le dimensioni della nostra camera e del bagno erano veramente minuscole. Facendoti la doccia bagnavi dappertutto, non sapevi dove posare la roba e per raggiungere il letto vicino al muro ero quasi in difficoltà. Visto il costo della camera, il parcheggio potrebbe essere gratuito.

La ducha está abierta al baño y justo al lado del WC. No se pueden usar contemporáneamente

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026La ubicación es muy buena, y la habitación muy limpia. El desayuno, está rico y tiene un buen precio. El personal es muy amable. Y tiene parking exterior gratuito.
El baño es pequeño, separado de la zona de dormir con una cristalera y resulta muy molesto para tu acompañante si necesitas hacer uso en mitad de la noche:la luz le despierta.

El cuarto de baño pésimo, la ducha no existe es el suelo y no hay cortina ni mampara te duchas cayendo el agua sobre el wc, además no tiene intimidad pues lo separa un cristal del dormitorio que es pequeño

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026c’est écrit hôtel climatisé et que il fait une chaleur d’enfer dans la chambre avec un bébé de 15 mois Nous somme descendu à 00h30 à la réception pour le signaler on nous a répondu « que la Clim tirer sur tout l’hôtel » Le lendemain nous entendons que les autres chambre avais bien la Clim Rien a été fait pour nous soulager nous avons très très mal dormi Petit dej prix un petit peu élevée pour se qu’il y avais à proposer
