The staff were really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. The food was excellent and the room comfortable and clean. Great location close to the Medieval City.

Aux pieds de la cité juste à quelques minutes de l'entrée principale. Et il y a un grand parking gratuit. Le personnel est très accueillant. La chambre est grande. Le petit dejeuner était correct avec un grand choix de yaourts, fruits, fromages. Les boissons sont servies à table par un monsieur très sympathique.

Decoration trop simple et la chambre donnait sur une rue avec un peu de passage de voitures. Au petit déjeuner il manquait un choix de pain complet. Il y a des croissants, pain chocolat et baguette.

Foarte aproape de Cetate. Proprietarul foarte prietenos, ne-a dat indicații imediat ce am ajuns. Patul foarte odihnitor. Micul dejun arhisuficient. Doamna care ne-a servit cu cafea extrem de prietenoasă. Faptul că ni s-a permis să lăsăm mașina în parcare până seara în ziua plecării constituie un plus.

Het ontbijt was perfect. De locatie was fantastisch, je liep zo naar de burcht. De moeite waard om het te bezichtigen.

Super emplacement, idéal pour visiter la cité médiévale, personnel hyper agréable. Les chambres sont simples mais très propre. Nous avons mangé au restaurant et c'était excellent 👍👍👍 je recommande à 100%

Our third stay at this lovely little hotel. We were upgraded to a room with a big terrace overlooking the citadel. This is a comftable good value stay, an outside as well as inside dining area with two bars. Good food and a lovely host.

De locatie ende fijne kamer.

De badkamer was qua douche netjes maar bij het toilet miste er een tegel aan de onderkant. Deze was afgebroken.

Albergo con vista mura città. Parcheggio gratuito interno. Stanza grande con due letti matrimoniali. Colazione buona con prodotti dolci e salati. Possibilità del bar sempre a disposizione e del ristorante.

Proximity to cite was excellent. Airport bus stop a few minutes walk away. Food in restaurant was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Super lokalizacja tuż przy murach twierdzy.

Posizione favolosa, albergo carino. La colazione abbastanza buona, gentilissima la signora che serve. Bello lo spazio fuori che affaccia direttamente sulle mura dove si possono consumare la colazione e la cena. Molto comodo e gratuito il parcheggio, davvero un punto a favore della struttura.

Le stanze sono un po' trasandate, ma tutto sommato comode e ampie.

Posto delizioso sotto la e mura del castello, personale gentile, giardino romantico.

Posizione perfetta e con disponibilità di posteggio. Camera silenziosa e con ottimi condizionatori in ogni stanza. Colazione migliorabile come qualità ma gestita da un'addetta veramente gentile e disponibile.

Qualche armadio in più nelle stanze dove appoggiare il bagaglio. In 4 il letto da una piazza e mezzo risulta piccolo

Ubicació excel·lent, a 2 min. caminant de les muralles. Molt interessant aparcament gratuït. Servei, neteja i instal·lacions bones.

He trobat a faltar opcions sanes (de debo, no bio, eco, etc.) a l'esmorzar, era justet en general. Falten documents en català.

La posizione, appena fuori dalle mura e quindi raggiungibile a piedi in 1 minuto. Personale gentile, parcheggio disponibile senza sovraprezzo e la colazione inclusa.

La struttura è molto, molto datata e a noi non è piaciuto come è strutturata. Ci sono vari edifici che si collegano con dei vialetti, quindi ogni camera ha un'entrata indipendente. Davanti alla nostra camera c'era un divieto di accesso con due camere in ristrutturazione e materiale vario accatastato. Proprio brutto da vedere. Il prezzo (caro!) pagato ci è sembrato sproporzionato per i servizi offerti.

What a fabulous location! Close enough to almost touch the castle! Private parking and friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable.

Aangename gastvrouw en heer! Heerlijk gegeten. Kamer basic maar al wat je nodig hebt.

Idéalement situé, à 5 mins à pied de la citadelle (vue superbe), tout en étant au calme. Restauration sur place (très bon, copieux et prix très raisonnable) et un petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre très copieux et varié lui aussi. La personne présente est adorable et vous assiste si vous manquez de quoi que ce soit. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le prix de la chambre est très abordable compte tenu de l'emplacement et de la qualité. Quant au patron, très sympathique et abordable. Bref, on a l'impression d'être en famille !!!

Peut-être un peu plus de produits sanitaires dans la SDB mais cela reste un détail ...

De familiekamer bestaat uit 2 losse kamers die met een (lange) gang verbonden zijn. Het uitzicht is minimaal. Bedden waren niet zo best meer.

Die Lage ist großartig direkt unterhalb der Cité. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus und inkludiert! Für ein französisches Frühstück ist es ziemlich reichhaltig, also völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten noch eine Terrasse, auf der wir den Abend im Schein der Burg genussvoll ausklingen lassen konnten. Für uns war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis damit echt in Ordnung.

Veraltete spartanische Einrichtung , dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Für eine oder zwei Nächte okay. Frühstücksterrasse hat den Charme eines Campingplatzes aus den 70ern.

The view overlooking the Cite walls from the outside terrasse / bar is fantastic. Many locals also use the outside bar in the evenings and so there is a good atmosphere. The restaurant food was also very good.

Our room was more or less in the cellar, with no nice view. But the bed was comfortable and the shower was good which is all we needed (who stays in a hotel room when visiting Carcassonne?).

Bardzo dobry pensjonat typu bed and breakfast. Ogromną zaletą jest położenie, tuż przy głównej bramie do Carassonne. Mimo, że zostaliśmy zakwaterowani w chyba najgorszym pokoju, z punktu widzenia położenia, to był on czysty, obszerny i dobrze klimatyzowany. Nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem samochodu. Personel spontanicznie podpowiadał, co należy zobaczyć w okolicy, i deklarował pomoc np. w wyborze restauracji. Na podkreślenie zasługują bardzo dobre śniadanie i kawa oraz poziom restauracji, która serwuje doskonałe dania obiadowe.

Bezwzględnie należy odświeżyć bezpośrednie otoczenie wewnętrznego apartamentu, w którym nocowaliśmy.

Voor een overnachting prima. Dit hotel zou er met wat goede styling zeer op vooruit gaan en ook meer kunnen vragen.

Accueil bienveillant et agréable. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. La vue sur la citadelle est magnifique et on peut aller la visiter à pied en quelques pas . Le parking sur place est pratique et très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et encadré par une adorable dame de service qui s'emploie à satisfaire tout le monde avec gentillesse et générosité. Un grand merci pour cet excellent accueil !

This place only gets good rating due two things: the good location and the extremely friendly staff. Without this, that place would not have the good rating it has currently.

It is heartless, half finished and you can see that there is somebody behind who takes advantage of the good location without investing a penny. It’s a pitty, there is so much potential. It’s beyond me how high the prices are for a under average hotel room that has not even sheets on their beds.

La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación del lugar, situado delante de una de las puertas de entrada de la Cité, sumada al hecho de que el establecimiento tiene párking propio.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel direkt am Fuße der Festung inklusive kostenfreiem Parkplatz. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstück beinhaltete neben typisch französischen Köstlichkeiten auch viel frisches Obst und anderen Kleinigkeiten. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit Burgblick. Einfach herrlich ! Sehr geräumig (wir waren nur zu zweit). Großes Bad. Frühstück tadellos. Privater Parkplatz. Sehr nettes Personal. Und die Lage, direkt an der mittelalterlichen Stadt (La Cite) ! Alles Hervorragend.

La struttura e’ molto ben tenuta. Ha una ottima area di parcheggio. La camera ottima è ben pulita. Ottima pure la colazione. Il personale molto accogliente e per di più parlava pure l’italiano.

l'emplacement aux pieds des remparts la gentillesse du personnel

L’accueil est parfait, la personne qui s’occupe des petits déjeuners est d’une extrême gentillesse. L’hôtel est très bien situé le parking privé est un plus. Les chambres sont climatisées ce qui était indispensable étant donné la température extérieure.

Le seul bémol c’est l’humidité dans la chambre c’est clairement un véritable problème.

Hotellet lå perfekt i forhold til at opleve Carcassonne både borgen og byen. Med sin placering lige uden for borgen var det perfekt med udsigt fra værelset til borgen. At vi så var der på Bastilliedagen hvor det næst største fyrværkeri i Frankrig er med til at markere dagen. Personalet er super, søde og meget serviceorienterede.

Tout est aménagé de façon optimale : l'hébergement avec des chambres climatisées et bien équipées (belle salle de bain, très bonne literie), un petit déjeuner où rien ne manque, un parking privé, une salle de restauration ainsi qu'un bar, fréquentés également par les locaux. C'est convivial , vivant et très agréable.

Mettre un rideaux à la vitre de la porte de la chambre 4 car des 6h du matin il fait jour dans la chambre... Cloison surement trop fine entre la chambre 4 et 5, le moindre mouvement de nos voisins c’était comme s'ils étaient avec nous dans la chambre, et vice-versa surement..
