Hôtel IMPERATOR Béziers

Le petit déjeuner été bien. Simple et efficace. Literie bien Personnel sympathique

Very central for restaurants and shops. Good size room and air conditioning in bedroom. Large reception/lounge area and outdoor seating in the courtyard. Lovely helpful staff. Enjoyed chatting to Louie. Easy walk to the station through lovely park. Amazing fountains round the corner - don’t miss the changing colours and accompanying music at night - spectacular.

Nothing not to like. It can obviously be a little noisy if windows are open as it’s on a main boulevard and dustman and street cleaning starts early.

In the heart of Béziers, very easy to get around! Short walk to the beautiful cathedral. Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the guy working on repetition (very sorry I forgot your name!) has relatives in England, his English was great and he was a huge help. Reception is 24 hours, very helpful.

Everything was great!

Very clean and recently renovated rooms, excelente location. Staff was top notch

Rien

Front desk Quentin was delightful

Location is excellent.

The only curtains in the bedroom were blackout curtains and they didn’t fit the window.

Really lovely hotel right in the centre of town, but completely quiet in our room. Everything was great - good decoration, plenty hot water, very clean, good aircon, decent breakfast. Couldn't fault the hotel or the friendly staff. Would definitely stay again! 😁😁😁

Nothing - honestly, nothing! 😁

Location excellent ,comfy beds .

The WC is in a separate room which the average sized person cannot fit ,you have to sit on the side of the WC with your legs sticking out into the bedroom to use. Very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory.

Liegt zentral, alles funktioniert bestens

Kein Parkplatz

Third or fourth time that we have stayed here. Staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help. Great roo and hotel has a central location for restaurants, train stations, busses etc.

Nothing.

Perfect location in central Beziers and nice comfortable room. Very friendly staff and lovely welcome from reception.

We went to the festival and the hotel was ideally situated on the main road and so location very good. Although there was a lively atmosphere each night during the festival i slept well. The shower was good.

The toilet was a little small in the room we had - a box cupboard.

L’emplacement puis l’accueil

Système de clé à déposer à reprendre à chaque sortie , un détail quand même

Nous avons adoré bravo a toutes l'équipe

Posizione centrale, pulizia

Wi-fi poco funzionante

La situació. El recepcionista super agradable. El llit molt còmode

Céntrico

Location good. Room clean and comfortable. Appreciated the bottled water. Breakfast good. Staff helpful

Check-in process was smooth, staff were very welcoming.

Excellent staff on reception. Great position as surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely hotel with a very helpful reception team who supported us to change our dates of stay, when I booked for the wrong year! Duh! Comfortable accommodation and a fantastic location close by everything. We had a great couple of days. Thanks very much

Nothing

Emplacement, propreté et personnel très sympa

Très bon accueil.

Super helpful and friendly staff, great location.

Zelo lepa lokacija, v samem centru mesta. Osebje zelo prijazno, soba čista in prostorna, z balkonom. Zajtrka nisva imela, ker sva kolesarila so nama omogočili varno hrambo koles.

Excellent location and great value for money

NA

Very helpful staff on reception - light and spacious lobby area. Room was fine.

Nothing to dislike.

No tener parking

Fantastic location, spacious room with large windows and very comfortable beds. Very nice shower. Secure area to lock up bicycles.

You will hear noise in the hallways. The Wi-Fi did not reach our room on the 2nd floor. It would only connect if we walked out by the elevator.

L'emplecement

Excellent location, good air conditioning, clean, pretty bar area

Very small toilet room .

A great location with a very helpful staff.

No issues.

Hotel bien placé en centre ville. Chambre confortable . Petit déjeuner continental correct

Perfect location on the main street, but quiet and safe. The room was of good size, bathroom nice and clean, the separate toilet a plus. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of natural light. Very friendly staff.

The three steps to get to the lift are annoying if you have heavy luggage, but the receptionists are eager to help.

Very central location. Easily accessible from Beziers Airport ( bus from airport €2)

More choice at breakfast

Excellent reception staff. Air conditioning Comfortable bed

Lack of drawers in room Lack of space to stow items in bathroom Lack of shower door...floor completely wet after using shower.

Excellent location, friendly and courteous staff, good value for money

The toilet space in our room was too small

This hotel is fantastic, the central location is very convenient for sightseeing. The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond to help. Everything is spotlessly clean and in working order. This is a fantastic choice for a stay in Beziers.

Nothing, we liked everything. The WiFi is a little slow, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Accogliente e funzionale nel cuore di Beziers

L’emplacement, l’hôtel en lui même

Le bruit

Bien placé . Accueil vélo . Chambre confortable

Excellent location

No complaints

Great location, lovely helpful staff & a great courtyard for breakfast and relaxing outside.

Centrally located hotel, close to the main sights in Beziers.

Nothing particularly wrong with hotel but it didn't feel very welcoming or homely.

Petit dej passable.
