Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Relatively easy to find, spacious, clean. Since it's on a narrow street, it wasn't too noisy. Via car, most of the city is nearby - 5-10m to supermarkets, 20m to beach. Even by foot it's not too far from the old city.
The toiled could use some kind of renovation. The sofa was not too comfortable for sleeping over, but sufficient I guess. Parking in front of the hotel is nearly impossible - it's complicated to even just stop and drop off bags. The underground parking is quite likely to be fully occupied, so one has to park 5-10m away...

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Their booking system is absolutely ridiculous. After numerous e mails, I decided to book a room inclusive a parking. They then informed me that the only way to book is by calling them on their landline. I replied that it is not possible because of 2 reasons: 1) I am currently deep in a gorge where there is no cell phone reception and 2) I don’t have a French number but a Portuguese number. I then offered to give my CC details. This was strangely not accepted. I then made an effort to drive out of the deep gorge (to get cell phone reception) and also borrowed a friend’s French phone. When I did call a morning, I end up waiting TWICE for 4,5 minutes before eventually speaking to a human being. Shockingly, the man told me to call back 4 hours later because he was too busy doing check-outs!!! Frankly, this is ridiculous. I have worked 20 years in the hotel industry and I have never seen such a disaster system. To avoid !

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Accueil soigné. Résidence neuve ou rénovée. Chambres très agréables, climatisation silencieuse et maîtrisée. Confortable, au calme. Bagagerie possible.

- •Clean rooms and generally good housekeeping

- •Quiet environment and comfortable beds for many guests

Areas to consider
- •Parking often full / difficult to find spaces

- •Breakfast can be extra, limited or awkward (especially with pets)
Cleanliness
8.3/10Generally praised (multiple mentions of 'propreté', 'room clean', 'impeccable') though some guests reported infrequent sheet/towel changes and at least one comment about rooms not well cleaned.
Service
8.8/10Staff repeatedly described as very friendly and welcoming with excellent reception; a small number of service issues noted (e.g., one guest reported no email response).
Location
9/10Frequently noted as near/plein centre ville, ideal central location and convenient for sightseeing; a few guests found it slightly further than expected but overall very positive.
Room Quality
7.8/10Rooms described as clean, spacious and well equipped (kitchenette, AC) but several comments point to dated furniture, small or uncomfortable beds (third bed narrow) and some wear.
Amenities
7.7/10Air conditioning and kitchenette appreciated; paid garage parking available. However parking often full, some exterior facilities inaccessible to guests, and pet/breakfast arrangements were awkward for some.
Value for Money
8.2/10Mixed but generally positive: several guests call it good value ('cheap and clean', good quality-price), though a few questioned housekeeping policy during longer stays relative to price.
Food and Beverage
7.5/10Breakfast is available (often at extra cost) but some guests found it limited or inconvenient (no tea/coffee in some cases, awkward seating when bringing pets).
Overall Experience
8.3/10Majority of reviews are positive ('Très bien', 'très bon séjour', many say they'd return) with recurrent negatives centred on parking and the dated condition of parts of the hotel.
