The view during breakfast from the top floor was amazing. The stuff friendly. The breakfast very good.

During booking they show the bigger, more fancy rooms but it turned out our rooms were not that nice. But they were okay too.

The location is like a 2 minute walk from the central station. There's no microwave in the rooms but it's not a dealbreaker for us. The bathroom is spacious as well but the layout of the shower is a little confusing.

Der Mangel (klebrige Glasreste auf der Kopfablage) wurde trotz Reklamation nicht beseitigt. Im Waschbecken waren beim Bezug noch Haare zu finden, was auf eine mangelhafte Reinigung hinweist.

Lage, Frühstück Rezeption, hat geholfen mit Verbindungen etc.

Great location near station and a 10min walk to central Salzburg. The views from the upper floors and the restaurant are stunning, you can see the whole city and the mountains beyond. Rooms and bathrooms were large. Breakfast was good too.

It's the ugliest building in Salzburg but who cares when you are on the top floor looking out!

V porovnání s jinými hotely i v ČR snídaně nebyly dobré. Každý den to samé, ze sladkého pouze bábovka a makový závin. Vynahradil to pěkný výhled z 15. patra na Salzburg.

Jak jsem již zmínila, snídaně. Za tu cenu špatné.

The area right outside was a little sketchy to walk around at night, we were even worried to enter hotel one night due to a loud crowd of young men drinking right outside the doors

The location. We have stayed here before and chose this hotel again to be close to the train station. The room was fairly spacious. We did not have breakfast so unable to comment on this.

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it, but see a difference in the hotel since then. The bathroom was very dated and the washbasin and bottom of the toilet was stained. I did not feel reception staff were very helpful or communicative.

The location was convenient, with lots of facilities nearby and great access to public transport. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with air con, fridge and safe all included. The 8th and 9th floor where we stayed was quiet. Floors are solid and not creaky. The room had carpet. The view from our room was amazing, spectacular mountain view from all rooms. The hotel (and I believe all hotels in salzburg) provide a guest mobility ticket to use public transport free of charge while you are staying in the city which was great as the buses are fantastic.

We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment. No bar in the hotel that we saw.

Leider ist das Zimmer etwas schmutzig gewesen. Die Handtücher hatten Flecken und die Fensterbank war sehr schmutzig, das Bett war auch unbequem

Poor value for money. The hotel is shabby, rundown and grubby. No hotel bar, cafe or restaurant (except for breakfast). Limited choice at breakfast. A long walk to the old town.

Well located next to train and bus stations for easy day trips. 5 min. bus ride into centre.

No mini fridge in room. Room decor a bit outdated. Room layout unusual with double bed positioned in corner so person on inside has to scramble out the bottom or over outside person. Difficult for older patrons. Floor 14 we were on had a great view of castle and Alps but noisy early morning when breakfast being set up on 15th floor. Expensive.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man mit dem Zug ankommt. Unser Zimmer war auch schon fertig. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht im 11. Stock ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sogar ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage kann man auch ausstellen, wenn es einem zu laut oder zu kühl ist. Der Blick vom Frühstücksraum ist wirklich ein Erlebnis. Das Frühstück war okay.

Ich war schon vor einigen Jahren in diesem Hotel. Der Teppichboden ist inzwischen etwas mitgenommen. Das Frühstück für 24 Euro pro Person war okay, aber nichts Besonderes.

Die Lage gleich am Hauptbahnhof war praktisch. Das Frühstück im 15. Stock bot einen guten Ausblick.

Es war leider nicht möglich, die Zimmer ausreichend zu verdunkeln, und durch die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof war es abends auch sehr laut. Die Zimmer und das Frühstück entsprachen leider nicht dem, was wir von anderen "Austria Trend" Hotels gewohnt waren.

オペラ座まで徒歩10秒。場所がとにかく最高でした。 暑い毎日でしたので疲れるとすぐ戻ってきて休憩できて体が楽でした。 また、クラシック調のお部屋がウィーン旅の気分を盛り上げてくれました。スタッフのマダムたちも優しくて素敵で3泊だけの滞在が残念でした。

クーラー？のような室内機が全然効かなかったのと音がうるさすぎて夜は消して寝ました。 クーラーが必要な時期は避けた方がいいかな。 玄関を入って階段があるのですが、その横に荷物を滑らすようの急勾配の坂？があります。 これが急すぎてスーツケースを大量に持ち運びしている我が家にはきつかったです。ないよりは全然ましです！

Nice clean hotel very handy to main train station. Nice big beds not super comfy but ok.

Water was scalding hot. Had to be careful in shower and dangerous for children.

La posizione buona. Di fronte ad un centro commerciale dove puoi fare colazione. Noi non avevamo la colazione compresa troppo costosa. Sta proprio sulla stazione ferroviaria ben collegata tramite bus con il centro 10 Min o 20 a piedi. Le stanza carine con vista castello.

Meinem Wunsch nach einem Zimmer in einer höher gelegenen Etage wurde entsprochen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren freundlich und zuvorkommend.

+ Location was very convenient and within walking distance to Salzburg hbf. + Check in , check out was smooth + Checkout time until 12pm + They provide Salzburg guest mobility card + Classic room was spacious and the beds were comfortable + Appreciate the kettle and tea, coffee in the room + Bathroom was great, water pressure was good + Have AC, which is something rare in Austrian hotels and great for hot summer nights

- The room does not have blackout curtains, which causes city lights to come into the room at night, and will affect some people who need absolute blackout-ness during sleep.

Das Team, das das Frühstück betreut hat, war so freundlich und zuvorkommend und dabei auch noch guter Laune - mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Türme von Salzburg kann ein Tag nur gut beginnen.

오래되었지만 정돈되어있고 위치도 좋았습니다 직원들이 친절했습니다 수건이나 침구상태도 좋았어요 침대 매트리스가 약간 부드러운편인데, 딱딱한 매트리스를 선호하는 입장에서도 숙면 취하기 좋았어요

조식의 가짓수가 비지니스 호텔 보다 적고 조식비 대비 구성이 너무 아쉬웠습니다 과일도 가짓수가 적은편이고 구색만 맞춰 놓은느낌어서요 욕실 청결상태는 좋진 않았습니다(변기포함)

location very convenient from train station! We walked with three suitcases. Room was clean and comfortable, and ready when we arrived early. Breakfast was ample, very tasty, and an there was an excellent view of the city from their 15th floor!

Better glass door coverage in the shower (1/4 panel.... not really a door); my husband turned it on and it sprayed everywhere!

Excellent accommodation close to the train station (across the road), very comfortable with large rooms. Stored luggage for us without issue and were able to facilitate an early check in

The room was of good size with comfy bed. The shower was reasonable. The hotel is right next to the station so was great to catch an early morning train. Its a bit away from the main town, but manageable walking; there are also frequent buses, with the bus station next to the hotel.

Perfect for a one night stay in Salzburg. Staff were very polite & helpful especially with letting us leave bags behind reception after checking out to could enjoy final hours in Salzburg without carrying luggage. Location is literally a 5 minute walk from the main train station, with shops nearby for convenience.

The room we had was abit out dated but this detail was absolutely fine for our short term stay.

The hotel is next to the main station, so it is convinient to walk to bus and train stations. The room is spacious for two people. The breakfast is rich, and would be better if the fruit selection was more diverse.

La chambre était spacieuse. Il y avait la clim. Les lits étaient confortables. Le petit-déjeuner était très très bon avec une superbe vue sur toute la ville depuis le 15ème étage. De la place sur le parking de l'hôtel pour se garer facilement. Des ascenseurs pour accéder aux chambres.

Petit bémol sur le pare douche un peu petit, nous avons dû éponger le sol près de la baignoire après la douche. La vue n'était pas exceptionnelle et donnait sur un immeuble.
