Don't know whom to blame - hotel or booking.com...got informed about overbooking, thus kickout 4.5 hrs before occupying the room. Unhappy about this, you imagine....

Le canapé n'avait pas été déplié ni préparé alors que c'était prévu. Il a fallu aussi réclamer les serviettes de toilettes. Au cours du séjour les lits n'ont jamais été refaits, les serviettes et les verres utilisés n'ont jamais été remplacés. La première nuit nous avions fait l'erreur de laisser une fenêtre ouverte, et le quartier est très bruyant (circulation des bus et freinage des trains).

The person at the reception was very nice and the room looked like the photos, the bed was comfortable. There was also a fan and a mini fridge in the room which is a nice touch in summer.

The room doors are not that thick so you might easily hear other people in the hallway, unlocking their door etc. But it's not that big of an issue.

Мы провели в этом отеле толкьо 1 ночь и в целом довольны всем. Были небольшие проблемы с заселением, но персонал очень быстро решил вопрос и, несмотря на позднее время, администратор подошел к нам и помог. Номер полностью соответствовал описанию, достаточно чистый. Кровати удобные, ванная комната хоть и маленькая, но современная и с нормальным напором в кранах (кто много путешествует, меня поймет)). В целом если нужен вариант недалеко от вокзала по разумной цене, то этот отель отлично пдойдет.

This hotel was renovated and now it looks so modern ! Beds are not like the photos. They are more modern and beautiful. The bathroom too and there is a place ( kitchen with tables) in front of the reception where you can read a book or take a break. You can have breakfast with discount in the corner of the street.The hotel is very close to the train station and Mirabell gardens !

The reception is only from 9 to 5 .after that you can whats app them but they never answered me. There are no lockers.

Me cobraron dos veces el.hotel. Ls primera booking y la segunda el.hotel. Reconocieron el error pero se negaron a enviarme el justificante de la devolucion . Mi banco me lo ha abonado.provisionalmente ayer pero no se si será definitivo. tienes la traducción más natural y clara para enviar a un servicio de atención al cliente o soporte en inglés: "I was charged twice for the hotel. The first charge was by Booking.com and the second by the hotel itself. They acknowledged the mistake but refused to send me proof of the refund. My bank credited the money back to my account provisionally yesterday, but I am not sure if this will be permanent."

The location was excellent! Easy self check-in and check-out. Parking available (but 25 euro/day fee)

une chambre était trop petite par rapport au prix payé. Incompréhension avec le personnel sur le pass city Salzbourg, nous pensions qu'il incluait les visites alors qu'il ne s'agissait que d'un pass transport.

No air conditioning so room was like a sauna and the road outside was very noisy, so with the windows open, we didn't get much sleep. Extremely basic, it's more like a back packers hostel than a Hotel so if you're looking for normal hotel refinement, this is definitely not the place for you. Glad we we're only there for 1 night.

Location. Very close to most of tourist spots and central station

For my 4-day, 3-night stay, no one cleaned my room. There was no staff at the reception when I left the hotel in the morning, and also no one when I arrived. I didn't know whom to ask for help.

Fajny, mały hotel, rzut beretem od dworca. Czysto, spokojnie, w sam raz na krótki pobyt. Na dole smaczna restauracja z miłą obsługą. Przyjazny rowerzystom.

Mały problem z wejściem po godzinach check-in ale został on szybko rozwiązany po telefonie z osobą zarządzającą hotelem.

The rooms were a good size and there was a ceiling fan which was really effective. Nice location, friendly staff, easy to find and access.

No kettle in the room. The bathroom was pretty tiny. Pretty expensive - not sure if that’s just Salzburg though.

Het hotel is goed gelegen om Salzburg te verkennen. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

Het was zeer warm op de dag van ons bezoek. We hadden al een geluk wel een ventilator in de kamer, maar toch was het nog steeds zeer warm. De nachtrust was daardoor iets minder. Maar voor de rest wel zeer tevreden.

Very friendly staff willing to help you with everything and fix any issues that come up. Very good location for a vist to the old town. Free public transportation is included in case you don’t want to walk the short distance

The information and online check in was a bit confusing but once at the hotel everything got fixed and went well

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione: il centro su raggiunge a piedi in 20' con una bella passeggiata lungo il fiume. È disponibile alla reception una cartina dettagliata. C'è la possibilità di usare la cucina a piano terra, basta chiedere e c'è anche la macchinetta per il caffè. È disponibile un parcheggio sul retro (10€ per le moto) Veramente gentili il ragazzo e la ragazza alla reception.

Magari un po' più di attenzione alla pulizia (sotto al lavandino del bagno c'erano chicchi d'uva e capelli e anche gli infissi erano sporchi) ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è soddisfacente. Non c è carta igienica in bagno

The staff were very impressive and went through all lengths to assist us with a smile on their face. The location was central and accessible to top tourist attractions.

Nothing really!

If cleanliness is next to godliness, this hotel room was… spiritually distant. The room looked like it had been “cleaned” by someone who merely thought about cleaning. The shower drain was so dirty and stinky it felt like it had its own personality. The bed was made in a way that suggested the sheets had given up on life, and there was dust sprinkled across the surface like some sort of sad confetti. Every table surface was doing its best impression of a forgotten attic. And then came the ventilator (pedestal fan) — a true masterpiece. It had collected so much dust that when it spun, it basically turned into a DIY dust storm machine. We sneezed so much we considered counting it as cardio. Honestly, if there were an award for “Most Poorly Maintained Room,” this one would win by a landslide — no competition, no tie-breaker, straight to the podium. To add to the ambience, the smell from the neighbouring kitchen drifted in generously. Since the kitchen stays open until 1 am, sleeping becomes more of a suggestion than a reality. Definitely not for the faint-hearted 😅

Die Geräusche aus dem Innenhof waren zu laut. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen. Auch im Flur waren nachts laute Geräusche.

On the day when we arrived they mentioned they did not see the message and collected additional 40 euros. Seems to me not honest. I believe they did this to collect additional money

No coffee in the room. First time in many years in many hotels. To me this is very important. There was a machine in the hall (€3) but it was broken on the second morning.

Pas de climatisation. A côté de la voie ferrée. Mais pour 1 nuit ça va.

La habitación era mucho más grande de lo que me esperaba y estaba muy bien. Al entrar tenía un armario y varios percheros por lo que era muy cómodo para poner la ropa. Las camas son muy cómodas y puedes abrir la ventana y cerrar las cortinas opacas por lo que para la noche es perfecto. Contaba con ventilador aunque casi no lo usamos porque no hacía mucho calor. El baño también era muy grande y estaba muy limpio. Tenía gel de ducha y secador de pelo, además de que nos dejaron dos toallas para cada uno. Fueron muy amables a la hora del check-in y la ubicación muy buena ya que no tienes mucho tiempo andando ni a la estación de tren ni al centro. Tiene una mini cocina al lado de recepción y con el alojamiento te dan transporte público gratis en todo Salzburgo. Volvería a ir de nuevo.

Lo peor fue el wifi, ya que a veces funcionaba bien pero otras veces no. Nosotros estábamos en la habitación más lejana de todas ya que estábamos en la última puerta del piso 3, y no llegaba bien el wifi. Por lo demás, aunque fueron muy amables, no nos informaron de que había una sala estilo cocina que podríamos usar, y tampoco de que con el alojamiento teníamos el transporte público gratis (aunque te llega un correo electrónico con la información). No tiene ascensor.

Boendet saknar hiss och då vi fick ett rum på 4 våning vad det det lite tufft att ta upp och ner all packning samt med två små barn. Lite dyr parkering men vi stod skyddade så det får det vara värt.

We had a nice stay at the Atrium Hotel. I am very grateful for the staff members. They were very helpful, and that helped us with our logistical issues. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is very close to the main train station.

die Lage des hotels war sehr praktisch für uns, und das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis war in Ordnung.

Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht besonders gut, wir haben mehrere Haare auf dem Bett gehabt.

Bra läge.

Hade behövts AC. Minikyl hade varit bra. Någon tog av vår vatten som var i den gemensamma kylen. Lite slitna rum och hade varit bra med frukost.

Das Zimmer stimmte überhaupt nicht mit dem Foto überein.

Das Hotel Atrium liegt fast perfekt. Man ist zu allen Hauptbesichtigungspunkten zu Fuß schnell dort, aber auch die Öffi-Anbindung ist top. Supermarkt im Kiesel 3 Gehminuten.

Dass der Parkplatz fürs Auto mit 25 € pro Tag anfiel, erinnerte mich etwas an (gewohnte) Wiener Verhältnisse, wo fürs Parken ja auch kräftig abkassiert wird. Schade, dass es im Hotel direkt kein Frühstück gab.

Zu einem Doppelbett wird eine breite Matratze gelegt und als Familienzimmer angepriesen. Beide Matratzen durchgelegen.

It was clean and the room had everything you would need

The check-in process was disappointing. I missed the message asking me to complete the online check-in a few days in advance because I had dozens of hotel bookings during my trip, so it was difficult to keep track of all the messages. I completed the check-in when I arrived, and I was told that an automatic email with the access information would be sent. However, I never received it. I waited for about 40 minutes while trying to contact the hotel. Eventually, I managed to reach the correct phone number, and they provided me with the information I needed. I recommend updating the contact phone number to reflect the current situation and making it easier for guests to receive assistance promptly if they need it. Also the hair dryer was not working, but this is not such a big issue.

The staff were very warm and welcoming, the lady was good at her job & very helpful and the young gentleman who welcomed us was very lovely. If you needed any help they were there to help.

The rooms are ancient plus all that comes with it(drawers & cupboards) so if thats your sort of thing then thats good. I would have personally preferred a modern & recent feel to the rooms. What could improve would be to have a small mini fridge especially the time of year we went which was very very hot and also a microwave as its a sleep stay hotel/apartment and i had kids with me, this would make a very big difference.

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Haus ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber das Zimmer war tadellos sauber. Wer eine Unterkunft ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Salzburg sucht, ist hier absolut richtig.

I booked 4 nights. 3 nights just less than 1/2 toilet paper, just one clothes hanger, no clothes hook, and one light tube was broken. I wrote email to this hotel, no answer. At the last afternoon, one woman appeared at the reception… The bed has a dent in the middle, which is very uncomfortable.

Gute Lage, nahe beim Bahnhof und der Altstadt. Der Check-In funktionierte problemlos ohne Personal. Interessante Wanddekoration (Plakate).

Unser Zimmer ging zu einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Deshalb war es die ganze Nacht extrem laut und hell. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Sehr kleines Badezimmer ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten und ohne Abfalleimer. Schmuddeliger Teppich. Das Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket wurde uns erst auf Nachfrage zugestellt. Das Fenster ist schwierig zu öffnen, da die Fensterbank sehr breit ist.

Minimalistische und billige Ausstattung des Zimmers. Kein Stuhl, nur ein tiefer Hocker. Anfangs nicht einmal ein Kleiderbügel, um ein Sakko aufhängen zu können. Internetverbindung oft instabil.

Hotel abbastanza centrale e comodo per i giri turistici. Vicino alla stazione, la zona è piena di negozi, bar e ristoranti. Buona accoglienza da parte del receptionist.

TV non funzionante, doccia che non scarica con continuo allagamento del vano doccia , frigo mancante in tutta la struttura (ne avevo necessità per riporre delle medicine che non ho potuto prendere e che ho dovuto buttare). C'è un distributore di bibite vicino alla reception ma mancava la cosa più importante, l'acqua minerale. Le stanze dell'hotel avrebbero bisogno di un restauro, c'è ancora la moquette anni 70 che è un ricettacolo di batteri, armadi vecchi e logori, insonorizzazione inesistente.

La ubicación es excelente muy céntrico al lado de la estación de tren, cerca de supermercado y centro comerciales y andando estás cerca del centro histórico. Puedes dejar el equipaje antes y después de llegar o marchar.

de eigenaren zijn leuke jonge mensen, sympathiek en eerlijk. niet te ver weg van de Oude Stad, lekker dicht bij het station.

een ontbijt in huis was leuk geweest, maar gelukkig kun je twee deuren verderop goed ontbijten, maar die locatie is niet altijd open. maar je vindt wel wat in Salzburg.

Convenient location, well connected

The hotel did not have a lift, so it was quite difficult to carry luggage three floors up, we were on the 3rd floor. Also the room facilities were very average, for the money we paid, at least having complementary water, coffee/tea and a kettle would have been nice.

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!! Check in war super einfach und schnell, sowie das Auschecken. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und der Parkplatz im Hof ist super!

Das Zimmer war für ein 2-Bett-Zimmer sehr sehr klein. Wir hatten keinen Platz um den Koffer hin zu stellen oder uns zu zweit zu bewegen ohne uns im Weg zu stehen. Das Bad war viel zu klein. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist schlecht abgelaufen. Das Fenster war zur Straße, wir konnten leider nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen, weil die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Fenster vorbei fährt.

Die Lage ist top. Das Personal sehr freundlich, das fand ich toll. Da es kein Frühstück bin, bin ich ums Eck ins “Heart of Joy” gegangen. Absolute Empfehlung.

Das Badezimmer war sehr einfach.
