Walk right into pedestrian streets, shops, cafes. So convenient.

Really hard to park in front with it bring a bus lane and there was so much traffic. It would have been nice to know we had 10 minutes to unload. We thought we had a couple minutes so we were stressed .

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gebucht, hatten ein upgrade, was nicht optimal war, weil im Dachgeschoss, sehr dunkel und Blick auf die Hausmauer. Ich hätte das wohl vorher überprüfen müssen. Ganz lustig war der Obstkorb im Zimmer….

Zu meinem Geburtstag hatte ich eine umfangreiches Programm in Salzburg gebucht. Die Tatsache, das es im Hotel keine Parkplätze gibt hat uns sehr viel Zeit gekostet und einen der gebuchten Punkte nicht erreichen lassen.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location; on stepping out the back of the hotel you are directly in the old part of town. Although the streets are busy the hotel is calm and quiet All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming Our room was lovely, exceptionally comfortable and we had a fantastic view overlooking the river Breakfast was delicious and a wide variety of items to choose from I would highly recommend this hotel we had a wonderful holiday

Excellent location, once you exit the hotel you are in old town. Easy to access all the main sights. Beautiful location on the river, quiet. Room was luxurious, good amenities, complimentary champagne and fruit on arrival.

The breakfast selections should be varied daily, so you don't have to eat the same thing everyday. They ran out of waffles on the one day that was an option. Very disappointing.

Living off it’s reputation it was old and needs updating no face cloths inadequate towels I would say it was a 2 star hotel

Location in old town very good

Old, tatty, run down , shabby , cracked sink, paper and plaster peeling off the ceiling. You can hear the running water from the shower/bath from another room . No food covered at breakfast buffet even tho some of it was placed right next to open windows!

The location was perfect but two Concierge gave me the wrong information about a train ticket I purchased. You cannot buy a Prepaid train ticket to Munich and use it as a different time than it stated on the ticket and they both told me I could so I went to the train station at the wrong time.

The buffet breakfast was not good. All of the cakes were subpar packaged and not fresh baked goods. there were no pancakes. There was only eggs that you could order.

Wir würden uns beim Frühstücksbuffett den Kaffee lieber selber aus einer guten Maschine holen als auf die Bedienung zu warten.

Posizione imbattibile, in pieno centro storico, perfetta per raggiungere numerosi luoghi di interesse o ristoranti a piedi. Staff del servizio colazione gentile ed efficiente.

Servizio e struttura non all’altezza di un vero hotel 5 stelle. Molte aree dell’hotel incluse le camere risultano ormai datate e necessitano di ristrutturazione. Aree comuni dell’hotel poco curate e trascurate. Buffet della colazione di livello medio.

ザルツブルグ音楽祭に行くため、2泊利用。 旧市街にあるので、劇場に行きやすい。川向うのホテルも検討していたが、こちらでよかった。 旧市街は車が通りにくいため、22時過ぎなどの遅い時間でも気軽に街を散策できた（音楽祭期間ということもあったかもしれない）。 施設内は入り組んでいて、同じフロア内でも階段のアップダウンがあったり、迷路的な感じはする。 部屋は暗めで、よく言えば落ち着いている。窓の外は隣の建物なので景観はない。 サービススタッフは親しみやすく気楽。 朝食は川を見下ろせる明るいところで、朝シャンパンもある。 洗面台が2つあって、便利。 トイレとバスタブは別個室。 ウォシュレットはないがビデはある。

鍵が重い真鍮製で1つだけなので、別行動はとりづらいかも。フロントで預かってくれるとは思うけれど。 駅からバスで向かう際に、バス通りを通ってホテルに向かうと、歩道が狭いのでちょっと危ないので注意。またバス通り側からだと階段を上がる必要があるので、重い荷物だとしんどい。 Rathouseを降りてすぐに旧市街側に入って、一本目を左折して行くほうがよい。ただ、ホテルの入り口が少しわかりづらいかも。

Location is amazing. Dead center of old town on best shopping street in Salzburg. Rooms we had were huge with very nice bathrooms and beds. Staff is very nice and helpful.

A bit of a labyrinth to navigate lobby to your room which might be challenging for older guests with mobility issues. Only providing 1 bottle of water per guest per stay seemed inconsistent with the quality of the hotel. And the breakfast is not that great.

Sehr schönes altes Haus in absoluter Toplage mitten in der Altstadt. Alles blitzsauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne große Zimmer mit sehr gut funktionierender Klimaanlage und bequemen Betten ; Badezimmer geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet inklusive beleuchtetem Schminkspiegel. Ich hatte eine sehr hübsche Dachterasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl im schönen Restaurant mit Aussicht auf die Salzach. Sehr freundliches Personal im gesamten Haus. Ich werde sicherlich wiederkommen.

The hotel was in a fabulous location overlooking the river on one side and on the other side you walked straight out onto the pedestrian street in the Mozart area, with fabulous bars, restaurants and shops. Our hotel room was lovely and the staff were very friendly. We stayed at the end of June, which worked out very well as there was a Summer event on which was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer ist im Nebenhaus, es geht viele Stufen auf und ab. Im 5. Stock sind die Fenster klein und auf Hüfthöhe, das Zimmer hat eine Dachschräge. Beim Abendessen ist das Personal etwas überfordert.

- este doar o remarca sau o mentiune pe care ar trebui sa o afle si alti turisti ,nu ca nu mi a placut ! - fiind o cladire veche are 2 corpuri de camere si accesul la unele camere ( de ex cam 502 ,care cred ca i ultima camera ) se face printr o curte interioara ,se urca si coboara mai multe trepte( e ca un labirint ,frumos ,dar pt cei mai in varsta sau cu o conditie fizica nu prea buna este destul de greu ,este si un lift ,dar doar pana la et 4 ( oricum la et 5 exista doar 2 cam :))) )si care are viteza unui melc ( nu m a deranjat dar m a amuzat ) ! - in descrierea camerei rezervate scria vedere la munte dar cameta 502 este intr o mansarda ( foarte ,foarte frumoasa ) dar cu vedere la un perete ! dar avand in vedere ca am stat doar vreo 12 ore in acea camera ,din care 8 am dormit ,nu ne a deranjat foarte mult ,ne am bucurat de vederea la munte din restaurant ,la micul dejun !

Hervorragender Zwischenstopp während unserer Radreise. Außerordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter beim Empfang. Räder wurden sicher untergestellt. Super Lage direkt an der Salzach/ Zentrum. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Unser schönes Zimmer war Richtung Straße und Fluss gelegen, ruhig bei geschlossenem Fenster, leise Klimaanlage. Besondere Atmosphäre in einem so historischen Gebäude zu übernachten. Frühstück nicht gebucht, uns reicht ein Kaffee, den man bequem im Zimmer zubereiten kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very beautiful authentic building located in the middle of old town, easy access to all the site seeings, kind and friendly staff, clean and emasculate rooms, provided all amenities. The food and breakfast range was the only downside, otherwise it was an excellent experience.

Location strategico nel centro della vecchia città. Camera molto spaziosa e luminosa e nonostante si affacciasse sulla strada principale era ben insonorizzata. Ottima prima colazione in una sala molto cart.

Aria condizionata rumorosa e purtroppo necessaria con le finestre chiuse altrettanto necessario per via della strada rumorosa.

Perfect location, large and comfortable room with beautiful view over the river.

Location and old style were great and in keeping with the old town. The main shopping street with its souvenirs and eateries were right at the rear entrance into one of the main squares. All very pretty. Beds super comfy and ac worked well.

Thought we were offered a Mountain View but could not prove it. This was not provided. But to be fair it was an anniversary treat and they did leave a tiny bottle of champagne and two glasses. Could not get the coffee machine to work but that is probably just me.

The Hotel room was spacious and well appointed. The Breafast Room was very pleasant with views over the river and city, with an excellent choice of food and the staff were courteous and friendly. Excellent Air Conditioning.

Not aware of any Saunna or swimmimng pool facilites, and for an evenng meal the Cafe Aldstadt was too much of a cafe not a restarant.

Our interactions with the staff were odd. I had emailed and asked if we could park our car and leave our bags before checkin as we would be arriving early. A lovely guy told us that our room was probably ready early and if we went back to our car a valet would meet us. After waiting a few mins a staff member appeared who I thought was the valet. He told me we needed to go back in and finish checking in before they would park the car for us. Back at the counter a different staff member was confused about why we were trying to checkin and told us it was too early - we knew that - we just wanted to park and leave bags. After some confusion the car was finally parked and bags stored. The next morning at breakfast I saw the waffle station had a sign saying ‘no self serve’ so I asked a staff member if I could please get a waffle. She told me to go for it. I pointed out the sign and said that it says no self serve and I have no idea how to use the machine. She shrugged and told me it wasn’t hard. After fumbling through and while waiting for it to be cooked another staff member appeared and scolded me for using the machine! I explained I was told to use it myself and she gave me a lecture about how other guests had being using it too and it’s making the machine dirty because I didn’t use the non stick spray.

A lovely old hotel with friendly staff. The air conditioning was a godsend in a heatwave. Perfect location in the old town a bus ride from the train station.

The shower was unusable. Set low on a wall and poured through a crack in the shower screen to drench the floor. An impossible situation. Probably due to the location of our room way up in the roof space. Would request a room on a lower floor.

Really nice property in a good location.

The staff were strange, one of them kept burping in our faces and the other seemed to be trying to pay somebody personal to their life in coins. We were sitting in our room one morning and somebody unlocked and opened the door without warning, quickly shutting it when realising we were in there. Bizarre experience, felt like there was dodgy dealings going on, most unusual for a Radisson and I wouldn’t go back.

In the middle of Altstadt and its shopping street. Easy access to transportation vehicles. During the arrival some staff were very welcoming and supportive.

Very loud area, in the evening you here cheering and partying people, in the early morning you wake up due to garbage collection or street cleaning. No gym in the hotel. The hotel room was smaller than the illustrative picture on Booking.

Localização é ótima para quem quer acesso fácil ao centro histórico. Mas Salzburgo é tão tranquilo que acho que ficar um pouco mais afastado não seria um problema. Café da manhã muito bom também.

O blackout nas janelas desse tipo de hotel em edifícios mais antigos realmente deixa a desejar. Pra quem está de carro não é muito prático já que o estacionamento é um pouco distante. O pessoal do hotel leva e traz o carro pra você pedindo com 30min de antecedencia, mas perde a praticidade.
