Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. It isn’t that close to the city but easily accessible on two regular bus services or a nice walk along the river.
Some of the staff (reception) were excellent but the breakfast staff could have been a bit friendlier with their welcome. Breakfast was mediocre I thought and would benefit from more (ripe) fresh fruit. The bread also didn’t seem that fresh (although this might just be that I’m not used to that style).

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und ruhig. Die An Anbindung zur Stadt mit den Bussen ist perfekt, da diese direkt vorm Hotel die Haltestelle haben. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.
Der Gang zu den Zimmern ist sehr dunkel. Die Lampen sind zwar sehr schön und modern, strahlen aber kaum Licht ab. Es wirkt somit etwas düster.

man hat kein Schild aussen am Hotel, dass es das Plaza Inn ist, das sieht man erst nach Betreten des Hotels, nicht aber von aussen. Man sucht erstmal.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026מלון קרוב לשדה תעופה ישנו בו בלילה שלפני הטיסה שהייתה לפנות בוקר והיה נוח להגיע . לקחנו 2 סויטות כל סויטה לזוג הסויטה היתה מורכבת מחדר + חדר שינה אבל להפתעתנו בחדר הנוסף הספה היתה פתוחה ועם מצעים למרות שהיינו רק זוג והייתה מיטה נוספת בחדר שינה לא ביקשנו לשנות כי הגענו רק למספר שעות. מסעדת המלון נחמדה עם תפריט מצומצם במיוחד לצמחונים. חניית המלון נוחה ובתשלום
לא מלון מפואר לנו התאים בול ללילה לפני הטיסה בשל הקרבה לשדה

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Sehr nettes Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption, Restaurant oder Hotelbar. Frühstück sehr lecker und ausreichen. Guter Kaffee an einer Maschine zum selber holen. Große Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, verschiedene Eier Varianten.
Zimmer war nicht gründlich gereinigt, leider haben wir im Bad Haare anderer Gäste gefunden. In der Minibar war ein alter Apfel der schimmelt und in der Ecke im Zimmer lag ein Reisestecker den ein Gast vergessen hat.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Es werden fürs Parken 20 € kassiert, obwohl es vor Ort keine Regelung oder Überwachung gibt; wenn man einen Parkplatz verlässt, wird er einfach nochmals verkauft, und niemand hat nach dem Kennzeichen oder Ähnlichem gefragt. Mich sieht dort niemand mehr!

The room was dirty, the AC didn’t work correctly and it was hot in the room. The refrigerator didn’t work at all and the front desk staff was very rude and refused to address any issues. I checked out of the hotel after one night and had to go find someplace else to go.

Wir sind an der Adresse ausgestiegen, da der Busfahrer meinte es kann nur dieses Hotel sein. Leider war als Logo aussen ein anderer Name. Beim betreten des Hotels war auf dem Läufer dann Plaza Inn gestanden. Wir haben dann an der Rezeption gesagt,das es schon verwirrend ist wenn aussen nicht der richtige Name des Hotels steht.

I can't comment on the breakfast, as we didn't have it. We also really liked that the hotel was close to the exhibition building, which was very convenient :) !

Bad experience. Staff was nice, but booking said free parking, when i asked where can i park i was charged 20euros per day. So 3 nights, plus coty tax added almost 100euros of unexpected expenses. The room was no cleaned. Trash from previous guests was left on the floor, the sheets had a bunch of hair under the pillows. Worst thing, the sheets were nor cleaned and changed the next day even after marking the room for cleaning and we were only given clean sheets for out last, third night. Also Checked the breakfast to see if i should buy it. Nir worth the 22eur, since there is almost no variety. So, the hotel is far from the center, no kettle in the room, no other additional amenities that are usual for the 4 star hotels.i would say the price was okay, but it was definetelly not worth it with the addition of the 60 euros for a "free" parking and dirty sheets.

Vorraum / Aufenthalltsbereich der Junior Suite ( Sofa, Hocker, Schreibtisch, Ablageschrank für Bettzeug ) sieht aus wie einfach zusammen gestellt, das etwas dort steht. Teppiche, Wände auf den Fluren sind abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig. Damit das Zimmer gereinigt wird muss ein Schild an die Tür gehängt werden, bei der Preisklasse wohl eher ein No GO !!! Parkplatzsituation am Hotel eher schlecht, auch die Tiefgarage, man muss auf dem Messegelände parken. Glasfront, Eingangstüren sind stark reinigungsbedürftig , auch der Zurückgesetzte Teil / Fensterbereich auf den Fluren ist von Aussen voll mit Spinnen & Spinnweben dies sieht sehr ungepflegt aus wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut. Die Brötchen am zweiten Tag waren erneut aufgebacken ( schade die anderen beiden Tage waren sie echt gut )

Lauantai-iltana keittiö oli mennyt jo kiinni klo 20.30 eikä lähellä ole ravintoloita. Sunnuntaina keittiö ei ollut ollenkaan auki.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Erstmal war ich irritiert, da der Name des Hotels nicht ersichtlich war, auf Nachfragen wurde dann erklärt, das es eine Übernahme gab. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich, das Zimmer, sauber, die Betten bequem, sogar eine Klimaanlage und ein Fenster zum öffnen, was ich persönlich sehr mag. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, für jeden etwas dabei.
Die Bar -Gaststätte hat nur bis 20.30Uhr eine offene Küche, wenn man nach einem anstrengenden Tag noch etwas essen möchte, wird man vom Barbesitzer sehr unfreundlich aufgeklärt. Die Mitarbeiter selber waren freundlich. Beim nächsten mal weiß man es und wird gleich woanders essen.

Název hotelu na budově neodpovídá názvu v rezervaci, což zbytečně komplikuje příjezd a hledání. Špatně odtékající umyvadlo a zanedbaná kontrola spotřebního materiálu před příjezdem hosta. Nedostatečná kapacita hotelové garáže s nutností parkovat v ulici přibližně 500 metrů od objektu. Nefunkční chlazení minibaru/ledničky (slouží pouze jako dekorace); možnost chladit potraviny či nápoje je dostupná výhradně přes centrální lednici na recepci.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Das Schönste ist, auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken und den direkten Blick aufs Meer mit seinen kristallklaren Wellen und den kleinen Booten und Schiffen am Ufer zu genießen. Nachts, wenn die Lichter der Küste hell erleuchtet sind, ist der Anblick noch viel schöner. Einfach herrlich!
Das entfernung von Opatija centrum Ingäfer 15min zu Fuß von Opatija centrum Aber trotzdem war nicht schlimm

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Nice hotel, we had got two rooms and the staff opened it to make it interconnected which helped. Rest was good. No major issue.
No kettle at room, which is very very inconvenient. You have to go down to reception and the there is a water heater which never worked. Then the staff had to get it from kitchen. Carrying hot water in hand through lift was very inconvenient. Hotel should think about putting a kettle in every room - its a basic feature of any hotel now.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The man in the restaurant very kindly went into the kitchen and got me (I'm Coeliac) fresh jam out of the pot so as to avoid me risking gluten contamination from the open pots of jam on the buffet.
The rooms need a thorough clean. For example, the bathroom door was quite dirty. There was an empty beer can in the safe. Also the pillows need replacing. They are lumpy. The bacon on the breakfast buffet had a layer of bread at the bottom of the pan!! Good thing I noticed that 😬

Kłopot z parkingiem -bardzo mało miejsc . Personel nie zauważył informacji z prośbą o miejsce parkingowe Personel nie informuje , ze jeżeli mieszka się w hotelu na terenie Salzburga to można otrzymać darmowy bilet na środki komunikacji miejskiej na czas pobytu.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Un pochino lontano dal centro ma con collegamento bus comodo ( fermata davanti all'Hotel) con biglietti inclusi nella tassa di soggiorno. ( tragitto bus circa 20 minuti). Vale la pena lasciare la macchina all'Hotel ( parcheggio 20 euro) e spostarsi in centro con il bus. Camera grande, molto pulita . Personale gentilissimo. Colazione buona con ampia scelta.

Hotel von außen nicht zu erkennen, da falsche Schilder angebracht. Nur ein Kleiderbügel, kein Schuhlöffel, abgesägte Baumstämme als Nachttisch, keine Liste für Fernsehprogramme, diese auch nicht abrufbar mit der Fernbedienung. Indiskutabele Parkgebühren.

Очень много людей . Кровать очень плохая проваливается матрац подушки очень старые не комфортно. Паркинг стоит 20 ойро ночь . Ещё такого а Европе не видел. Сам отель обшарпанный . Ковролин старый и грчзный

Zu wenig Handtücher für zwei Personen. Duschgel und Hygienebeutel waren leer. Die Gläser waren teilweise dreckig und auf den Oberflächen waren Ränder von Gläsern zu sehen. Außerdem lagen überall fremde Haare herum. Das Parken kostet 20 €, unabhängig davon, ob man die Tiefgarage oder den Außenparkplatz nutzt. Das Frühstück war eher mittelmäßig und hat insgesamt nicht überzeugt.

A szálloda kevés parkolóval rendelkezik. Késő este érkeztünk és már nem volt szabad hely, amire nem voltunk felkészülve. Másnap ugyan már volt szabad parkolóhely, de a napi 20 euró parkolási díjat az egyébként sem olcsó szobaár mellett a szálloda saját parkolójában túlárazottnak tartom. A reggeli nincs a szobaárban, 22 euró fejenként, amelyhez mérten bőségesebb kínálatra számítottunk.

Un po' distante dal centro, ma è raggiungibile in 6-7 minuti di auto o con autobus. Il parcheggio a pagamento 20€/notte, un po' troppo per una struttura lontana dal centro.

Eines vorweg, ich bin eigentlich nicht so anspruchsvoll aber das hotel, na ja! Teppichboden im Zimmer geht gar nicht. Sehr schönes Bad aber leider eine glasschiebetür wo man so ziemlich alle Geräusche auf der Toilette durchhört. Lauts singen ist angebracht! Warum manche das frühstück mit Sehr gut bewerten ist mir ein Rätsel. Wenn die Aufbackware bei der Tankstelle besser schmeckt als die Semmeln die es gab oder gebäck das den Eindruck macht das es schon mehrere Tage alt ist, von den leeren körben (man weiss ja nicht was drin war weil sie ja leer ware) den Wurstwaren und dem Obst reden wir lieber nicht, verdient es nicht viel mehr wie "genügen" Auf einfachste Berghütte hab ich schon besser gefrühstückt!

The room needed dusting. The rain part of the shower didn't work. There were no individual portions of jam left, which is essential for a Coeliac needing to avoid all risk of cross-contamination
