Very close to the train station. Nice ambience with bird chirping sounds in the hallway and plants in the room. They have a bathtub which is nice.

The hanging chair - it's in the way. It would be better to have a table or a desk instead.

צוות נפלא עונה על כל שאלה ובקשה עם חיוך גדול. ארוחה טובה ומשביעה ביום עזיבתנו מוקדם קבלנו צידה טובה מאד. מיקום אידיאלי ליד תחנת הרכבת שמרושתת בקווי אוטובוס לכל חלקי העיר.

החדר אכן היה מותאם לנכה. אבל כדאי להוסיף מוט אחיזה ליד כסא המקלחת. קשה להגיע לסבון כשמחזיקים ביד אחת את המשענת.

A solid stay - we didn't spend much time there but the bed was comfy, the room was nice, the breakfast was decent, and check in/check out went smoothly. Location is good depending on your needs. Super close to the train station and quiet. A bit of a walk to the main town center but a fairly pleasant and flat one (20-30 min walk).

Very rude staff and miscommunication between receptionist and the customer. Poor cleaning hygiene generally, no fridge in the room. It is just a “room” to close your eyes sleep and leave as soon as possible

Ich bin begeistert, sowohl vom Zimmer aber auch dem interessanten Design des Hotels. Hab jeden Moment dort genossen auch, wenn es nur kurz war. Ich hatte Frühstück gebucht, musste aber vor der Frühstückszeit weg und hab es dann als wirklich leckeres Lunchpaket bekommen (sogar vegan auf Wunsch). Danke!!

Beim Einchecken selber seine Daten in ein Tablet einzugeben obwohl mehrere Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren geht gar nicht. Die Verantwortlichen haben nicht verstanden was es heißt in den Urlaub zu fahren. Nach mehreren Stunden Fahrt zu verlangen sich selbst einzuchecken geht einfach nicht. Dann dieses ewige Vogelgezwitscher auf den Etagen und im Aufzug ist nur nervig . Das Frühstück war immer das selbe nur ein Tag gab es was anderes

Very central location. Very good for the train station and the buses (which were very efficient, clean and frequent). Excellent breakfast and breakfast room. Very quiet room (7th floor). Bird song in lifts was lovely. Sixt car rental was available close by - just a few minutes walk away.

No tea/coffee fascilities in room. Communal tea fascility was fairly useless. No cups/mugs - only glasses. No English breakfast tea. No milk. Our room had a suspended egg chair - which was novel, but just got in the way and was uncomfortable. We had a family room and the single bed was not very good, but adequate for a short stay. At check-in and at breakfast, the staff were not very welcoming or friendly. At check in they were too fast at explaining the local area and how to get to main tourist centre, resulting in us wasting a lot of time walking a long way unnecessarily. Not too many nice places to eat in the imdediate area (though the Asian Fusion place across the road was actually delicious).

La stanza pulita e molto carina ed anche il corridoio di accesso. L’hotel si trova accanto alla stazione, la posizione é buona se scegli di stare lì.

Il metodo di check in é LENTO, assolutamente inappropriato per una struttura del genere. Il deposito bagagli altrettanto male organizzato; non ci hanno dato un numero e rischiavamo di non trovare lo zaino con i passaporti.

O café da manhã tinha muita variedade e qualidade, com equipe muito simprática. O quarto tinha ar condicionado, banheiro amplo, camas confortáveis e estava limpo. A localização é excelente, muito próxima à estação de trem principal e a um terminal de ônibus.

とにかく駅を出て左へ出ると右手に見えてきて、アクセスがとても良く、バス移動するにも、朝早く列車に乗って移動するにも、とても便利でした。 ロビーに電子レンジとお水のサービスがあります。 ただ、冷たくはありませんでした。 タオル交換はお願いしないといけなかったようですが、フロントに持っていけば交換してもらえました。 早めの到着、チェックアウト後も、荷物はカードキーありのところで預かってもらえます。

ゴミだけは何日か滞在する場合は、捨てていただきたかったです。 8月半ばはとても暑かったので、お部屋に冷蔵庫がないのは残念でした。

Front desk staff were not welcoming. Looked annoyed. Room did not have a desk, no fridge, tiny garbage can. Had this swinging chair in the room that was totally useless as there was no way to sit in it without hitting the wall. Put the money into a desk and proper sized garbage can.

De locatie, vlakbij het station. Gezellig leuk aangekleed en ontspannen sfeer. Het dubbel bed was wat klein voor mij en mijn zoon kregen een andere kamer met twee bedden 😊

The combination of central location, descent cost and welcoming atmosphere make Cocoon an ideal place for business or leisure stays. If I summarized Cocoon in one word it would be “welcoming.”

Even if you don’t clean the room every day unless requested, you could empty the trash every day

Well organized, my room had two large windows including the shower which was a plus, there was good a/c, the staff is friendly. Good breakfast with efficient and friendly staff. Housekeeping only on request but was efficient.

No fridge in the room. Slow elevators prone to queues in peak time. Rooms are small plus a good corner is taken by the coocoon swing which I understand it's part of the hotel concept, so it's not good for a long stay but for 3 days we managed.

Pela manhã, o alarme de incêndio acionou muito alto no quarto. Era cedo, estávamos cansados e precisávamos dormir. Desci na recepção e me disseram que havia sido acionado por conta de um desodorante. Achei um absurdo um sensor de incêndio acionar com um desodorante. Fiquei extremamente irritada com essa situação. A senhorita que nos atendeu no check in não foi nenhum pouco simpática, apesar dos funcionários da noite serem. Pelo valor da diária do hotel, achei que deixou a desejar. O quarto era minúsculo, assim como o banheiro. O café da manhã não havia muita reposição.

Fabulous hotel with plenty of character- even the teenagers loved the little touches, like swinging chairs in the bedrooms and the forest sounds in the corridors. The views from the bedrooms of the surrounding mountains were a bonus.

Love the location when traveling by train. The whole hotel gave a very cool chill vibe with the decor and lounge.

باللنسبه للملغ الذي دفعته يحق لي استخدام الباصات مجاناً ولكن الموظفه لم تخبرني ،وعند الذهاب سمعناهم يخبرون الضيوف الاجانب بوجود باص مجاني ينقلهم اي مكان في سالزبورغ وعندما سألناهم قالت الموظفه انتم لم تسألو !!

Zentral, freundlich und unkompliziert

Wir haben unter dem Bett ein t-Shirt gefunden und die Duschhalterung war kaputt. Das t-Shirt unter dem Bett machte den Eindruck, dass nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Außerdem hatten wir, obwohl ich mit meiner Ehefrau da war, zwei getrennte Betten.

Die Lage ist optimal. Dazu sehr freundliches Personal, das stets behilflich ist. Da unser Zug zurück am Abreisetag sehr spät ging, duften wir unser Gepäck so lange wie wir es brauchten unterstellen. Es gab dafür sogar einen versperrbaren Spint ohne Gebühr - ein fantastischer Service.

You should have advertised the hiring of the fridge and kettle concept as a check in option! Would have been a handy hint. But we loved it!

The location was great, 4 minutes walk from the main train and bus stations, easy walk to the river and old town. The hotel is really clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, a good selection of hot and cold food and fresh fruit.

This is such a minor point, but the design of the tap / wash basin in the bathroom is bad. You cant wash you face in the basin as the tap sticks out too far and you splash water everywhere. There was also no wash basin plug. As I said, it's really minor but both my daughter and I commented on it.

Rooms were nice and quiet, beds comfortable, location right next to the station convenient.

Check-in was taking a lot of time, the staff wasn't very welcoming - they did nothing wrong but a bit of smile and a kind word is expected by me. I couldn't figure out the under bed lighting, I was walking around and looking for a switch for good 10min and it turned out it's automatic - this should be shared with the guest

We loved the location to the train station! It’s helped with having two young children to be able to come back in the middle of the day and still go out after to explore again. Loved being able to easily connect to the tv through my streaming services and the option for a mini fridge and coffee/tea service in the room.

There was no laundry, room was uncomfortably hot (but went during the heat wave), beds softer than what we’re used to.

Die Lage am BH ist top und das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist schön und gemütlich zum Verweilen.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Als Wiedergutmachung haben wir aber ein kostenlosen Frühstück erhalten.

Es war alles tip top.

Der Hängesessel hat etwas viel Platz eingenommen. Ein Tisch mit Sessel wär angenehmer gewesen.

Das Zimmer war sauber, zwar nicht groß, aber sehr gemütlich. Der Cocoon-Sitz hat uns besonders gut gefallen – dort konnte man sehr bequem sitzen und entspannen.

Zunächst wurden wir in ein Zimmer ohne Cocoon-Sitz und mit einer Verbindungstür untergebracht. Das fand ich etwas unsicher. Zum Glück wurden wir anschließend ohne Probleme in das gebuchte Einzelzimmer mit Cocoon-Sitz umgebucht.

A pályaudvar közelsége nagyon jó volt, mivel vonattal érkeztünk. Egy kellemes sétával a városközpont is elérhető volt. A szállás alapvetően nagyszerű, a személyzet nagyon segítőkész volt. A reggeli frissessége, választéka nagyszerű volt. A hotel tematikusan őserdei hangulatot árasztott, ez is érdekes és kedves volt. A folyosón és a liftben madárcsicsergés hallható. Ez egy fiatalos szállás, üzleti úton lévőknek és városnézőknek kitűnő. Mi egész nap városnézésen voltunk, így nekünk tökéletesen megfelelt. 11.00ig lehetett reggelizni, ez is tetszett nekünk.

A szobában az ágy kicsit magas, és feleslegesnek éreztük a mozgásérzékelős világítást az ágy alól. Helyette rakhattak volna be egy normális fotelt vagy széket és kicsit hosszabb ágyat. A fiam magas, ő keresztben aludt az ágyon.
