The hotel is well located close to the main train station. The property is fairly modern. The rooms are clean, and all amenities are provided.

My main problem with the hotel is the staff and the level of customer service. The staff at the reception are just not motivated to help. The check-in process is horrendously slow, even for returning customers. I don't understand why they don't have a system where they can actually recognise that you're a returning customer and have all of your details pre-populated. If I ever ask for an iron or an ironing board from reception, I am usually met with a few huffs and puffs. One member of reception even refused to talk to me in English, and when I was talking in English, she was responding back to me in German.

Zimmerservice mangelhaft: Betten werden nicht gemacht, Boden wird nicht ausreichend geputzt, Mülleimer und volle Windel-Mülleimer (!!!) werden nach mehreren Tagen nicht geleert. Benutzte Gläser werden nicht vom Zimmerservice mitgenommen bzw. ausgetauscht. Vorhänge sind nicht ordentlich befestigt. Flaschenöffner ist extrem schmutzig. Klimaanlage ist für den Sommer-Betrieb nicht ausreichend dimensioniert und ist nicht einmal Anfang/Mitte September dazu in der Lage, das Zimmer bei Sonnenschein herunterzukühlen. Fernseher hat keine zeitgemäßen Funktionen wie AirPlay, YouTube oder Netflix. Kinderbett ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand. WLAN ist im 12. Stock so gut wie nicht benutzbar (langsam und instabil, Arbeiten via Remote-Desktop nicht möglich, somit auch kein WLAN nutzbar).

It was clean and comfy. I had quite a large room for my family with kids.

WiFi signal was extremely poor. I couldn’t even read the news. I particularly didn’t like that I couldn't open a window. Not everyone likes breathing air from air conditioning.

It a modern hotel. Location is absolutely great. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. Fresh water local coca cola and beer were restocked daily. The staff were great. You get mobility card for your all stay including public transportation to the airport which is half hour ride from main station which is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The bar was very active and drinks were versatile and affordable

No smart tv that is really frustrating. Additional socket near bed. Note that the shower is practically open from the front so its more for couples.

Almost everything. This is how you do hotel rooms and facilities. Room decor, lights, hanging capacity availability, cleanliness, room organisation. Cosy bed, sheets. Rooftop bar, nice and polite staff.

Unbelievable slow and erratic WiFi. Also my data connection (Drei) didn't work as there was no connectivity.

Location was great. Close to train station and easy walk to old town. Room was nice but we booked for two people and it was set up for one. Had to arrange for the second person and the extra pillow we asked for never came. The view from our room was outstanding.

Would have liked an electric pot to make hot water for tea. Everything else was fine.

Teljesen üveg épület. A 13. Emeletről kinézve félelmetes volt kicsit.

A recepciós kislány végtelenül bunkó volt. Undok viselkedése az első pillanatban elrontotta a kedvünket. Nem értem mit keres egy ilyen helyen. A reggelinél a glutenmentes kenyér penèszes volt. Bár ezt azonnal orvosolta a felszolgáló.

Uitzicht vanuit het hotel erg mooi. Met name ontbijt vanaf de bovenste verdieping.

Alles tipptopp. Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel & würden es wieder buchen. Sehr praktisch ist die Tiefgarage gleich unterhalb des Hotels, sogar mit Elektro-Ladestationen. Tolles Restaurant in der obersten Etage & leckeres Frühstück. Schönes Hotelzimmer mit Ausblick über die Stadt & den Bahnhof. Ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss in die Innenstadt, gut machbar.

Für den Zugang in die Parkgarage ist man immer auf die angestellten an der Rezeption angewiesen. Leider musste man oftmals etwas warten bis einem das Tor aufgemacht wurde. Hier gäbe es Verbesserungspotential, evtl. Zugang per Zimmerkarte. Dass das Reinigungspersonal (nach der ersten Nacht) im Zimmer war hat man leider nicht bemerkt außer an den frischen Handtüchern.

Top Lage …direkt am Bahnhof. Hoch über den Dächern Salzburgs oder nahe den Schienen des Bahnhofs in Ruhe zu speisen oder zu schlafen macht wirklich Spaß. Die Bar des Hauses hat ein superfreundliches Team. Der Frühstücksraum ist im obersten Stockwerk untergebracht….da kann man den höchsten Blick über die Stadt genießen. Die Auswahl an veganen Optionen zum Frühstück ist ausreichend.

Zum gestalterischen Grossstadtflair des Hauses würden auch unter der Woche Frühstückszeiten bis 11:00 passen.

Very accommodating to babies with everything we needed. Great location, very clean and a lovely good sized room. Excellent location to the station and not too far from main old town and river.

We had a wonderful stay in Salzburg. Our apartment was located on the eighth floor and offered a breathtaking view of the Hohensalzburg Fortress and the surrounding mountains. The apartment was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed provided a good night’s sleep. Well soundproofed windows, so despite the hotel’s location near the railway station, we could not hear the trains at all. Breakfast was varied and served in the restaurant on the top floor, where we could enjoy another spectacular view over the city and the mountains.

C’est le client qui doit faire son Check in manuellement sous le contrôle de la réceptionniste ce qui n’est pas l’idéal quand on arrive d’un long voyage - Chambre beaucoup trop petite pour un 4 étoiles

駅から舗装された平坦な道。バスやトラムの停留所もとても近くて便利。メイン駅の近くではあるが、観光の中心地から少し離れているので、飲食店も比較的に安いのでは。道を渡った反対側のショッピングモールの地下にはスーパーもあり、買い出しにも便利。電気ケトルは部屋には設置されていなかったが、受付で聞いたら後ろの棚から出してくれた。また、部屋の蛇口からの水も飲料可能、だったのだと思う。朝食をいただくフロアから、ザルツブルク城も望め、お食事も眺めも最高でした。

お部屋の窓が広くて大きいため、視界は最高に良いのだが、特に今年のような酷暑では日差しが強く、エアコンの効きが少し悪かったように思う。でも、許容範囲でした。

Pas de cafetière et bouilloire dans la chambre. La salle de bain séparée du lit par une simple vitre avec un rideau. Dès que lon allume, on éclaire la chambre.

Ottima posizione per chi viene in automobile, a 2km dall’autostrada e con un parcheggio sotterraneo raggiungibile con l’ascensore. Stanza nuova e stile moderno, può piacere o meno ma c’è tutto quello che serve. Staff disponibile e cordiale.

DERENKO 是一家專門從事飯店與餐飲空間的室內建築／設計公司。2019 年完成的 arte Hotel Salzburg 專案，從客房、Reception、Lobby、餐飲空間、會議室到露台，整體室內空間皆由他們操刀。 所以這裡並不是單純「裝潢得很漂亮」，而是從一開始就以完整的設計概念去規劃整間飯店。 空間大量運用清水混凝土、玻璃、黑色金屬與木質元素，搭配低調的黑色、赭色與棕色系，再以金色、黃銅細節點綴。 它沒有走傳統五星級飯店那種華麗繁複的豪華路線，而是透過材質、幾何線條、光線與空間比例，建立出成熟、俐落的 Urban Lifestyle 氛圍。 這也正好呼應「arte」這個品牌的概念——把藝術、Lifestyle 與當代建築真正融入住宿體驗，而不是只在牆上掛幾幅作品，就稱自己是設計飯店。 arte Hotels 的品牌視覺也受到俄羅斯抽象藝術大師 Wassily Kandinsky 康丁斯基作品的啟發，讓「藝術」這件事從品牌識別一路延伸到整體空間。 飯店另一個非常實際的優點，就是緊鄰 Salzburg Hbf 薩爾斯堡中央車站。對搭 Railjet 抵達、又帶著大型行李旅行的人來說，真的非常方便。 加上飯店本身位於高樓層，大面積玻璃把薩爾斯堡市區與周圍山景直接帶進室內，高樓層的早餐空間與 Rooftop，也確實是整間飯店最有記憶點的地方之一。 如果只看設計、建築、交通位置與景觀，arte Hotel Salzburg 的確是一間相當有個性的城市型設計飯店。 但真正住下來之後，我必須說： 這是一間外表非常好看，實際使用上卻有不少問題的飯店。 首先，馬桶沖水力道明顯不足，甚至連一般衛生紙都經常無法一次沖乾淨，常常必須沖好幾次。這種最基本的住宿機能出問題，其實相當影響體驗。 床本身很好睡，但枕頭就沒有那麼舒服。 **拖鞋房間內沒有直接提供，必須另外向櫃檯索取。**對這個等級、這種定位的飯店來說，我覺得沒有必要讓住客多一道程序。 另外我非常不喜歡浴室採用的透明開放式玻璃設計。我理解設計師想營造空間穿透感，但住宿空間首先還是必須考慮實際使用者的隱私。對不是單獨入住的人而言，這種設計真的非常尷尬。 這也是我覺得設計上比較「自我感覺良好」的一個地方：
視覺效果很漂亮，但設計不應該凌駕於使用者真正的需求之上。 另一個讓我非常困擾的是網路。 飯店 Wi-Fi 速度非常慢，但因為房間位於高樓層，行動網路訊號本身又不理想，結果就形成一種很奇妙的**「高樓網路孤島」**：Wi-Fi 不夠快，自己的手機訊號又不好。 對一般觀光客可能只是麻煩，但對需要隨時處理工作、傳送大型檔案或進行商務通訊的人來說，這真的會成為非常實際的問題。 房間的衣架設計也不好使用。外型也許符合整體設計語言，但缺乏一般衣架的自由度，旅行途中洗過的衣服，想臨時拿來掛晾都很不方便。 更誇張的是，到了最後一晚，房間冷氣突然只剩送風，幾乎沒有冷房效果。 至於服務部分，櫃檯接待人員表面上都維持基本的客氣與禮貌，但幾次詢問問題時，還是能明顯感受到對方的不耐煩。那種感覺大概就是：禮貌還在，但已經只差沒有直接對你翻白眼。 所以住完之後，我對這間飯店的評價其實非常矛盾。 我依然很欣賞它的建築、設計理念與整體視覺，也喜歡它靠近 Salzburg Hbf 的便利性，以及高樓層非常漂亮的城市景觀。 它是一間很適合拍照、很適合欣賞設計的飯店。
卻不一定是一間真正好住的飯店。 基於我自己「存好心、做好人」的原則，我最後仍然給它： ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 但如果問我會不會再次入住？ 不會。 好看的飯店很多。
真正厲害的設計，應該不只是讓人第一眼覺得漂亮，而是住進去之後，依然覺得每一個細節都是為使用者著想。 arte Hotel Salzburg 在前者做得很好。 但在後者，還有很大的進步空間。 Bewertung des arte Hotel Salzburg Einer der Punkte, die mich an diesem Hotel am meisten angesprochen haben, ist seine sehr klare und markante moderne Designsprache. 酒店有自己的停车场，不错，只是第1次来要找到这个停车场的入口比较困难，另外一套房内有两间房，但是共用的洗浴间没有门，这个设计很奇怪。

The property was convenient to the train station.

For the shower, there was NO privacy! We had 3 people staying in the room and while one person took a shower, the other two people had to go to the other side of the room. The reception people were not friendly at all.

De plek is fantastisch. Naast het station en je bent met 10 minuten wandelen in het oude centrum. We hadden een kamer voor drie personen en was ruim. Klimaatregeling is op het randje omdat verkoeling met deze temperaturen (32 graden) niet helemaal lukte. Comfort is verder goed!

De ontvangst is echt niet passend bij een hotel met deze status. Inchecken met een app die grote moeite heeft met het lezen van je ID-kaart vanwege ongelukkig licht. Het is daarnaast ook zeer onpersoonlijk en is bepaald geen manifestatie van gastvrijheid. Laat de eerste mogelijkheid om je als hotel op de kaart te zetten, niet onbenut door zo’n technocratische ontvangst. We gingen geïrriteerd naar onze kamer.

Sehe sauber, freundliches Personal, sehr gut gelegen, und hervorragende Aussicht.

Ungemütliche und nicht einladende Inneneinrichtung. Alles sehr modern dabei aber veraltet, größtenteils 2000er-Jahre-Optik. Klimaanlage unzureichend leistungsfähig.

Connectivity was good to the old town for exploring

The location around the property felt a bit unsafe and not so ideal. Didn’t feel safe stepping out in the night , as we could see people using drugs etc near the hotel.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is excellent, right next to Salzburg Central Station, yet the rooms were extremely quiet thanks to the excellent soundproofing as we did not hear any noise from the trains at all. The staff were friendly and professional, both at reception and at breakfast. The breakfast staff in particular were very polite and welcoming, and the breakfast itself was very good. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and experienced no problems.

The only thing we missed as a family was having connecting rooms. The hotel kindly arranged two rooms next to each other for us, which we really appreciated, but having connecting rooms would make the hotel even more convenient for families with children.

Frühstück war ordentlich, man fand immer etwas, obwohl die Eierspeis bereits kürz nach 7 Uhr (Beginn des Frühstückes) schon kalt war. Das Hotel liegt gleich neben dem Hauptbahnhofes.

Für ein 4 Stern Hotel sind die Zimmer zu klein und zu sporadisch eingerichtet. Vielleicht sollte man auch die Einfahrt zur Garage überdenken, da man anläuten muss und es nicht selten war, das man 2 bis 3 mal läuten musste. Beim Check-In, verstand man nicht, dass einige Personen sofort ein Zimmer erhalten haben und einige warten mussten (Hotel war sicher nicht komplett ausgebucht)

L'hôtel en lui-même était bien, la chambre était spacieuse et propre.

Mon expérience a été gâchée par le manque total de professionnalisme du service après mon départ. Après mon check-out, j'ai oublié une robe dans la chambre. Lors du nettoyage, le personnel l'a forcément retrouvée, mais personne ne m'a contactée pour m'en informer ou me proposer une solution afin que je puisse la récupérer. C'est uniquement parce que je me suis moi-même rendu compte de cet oubli que j'ai contacté l'hôtel par e-mail. Malgré plusieurs messages, je n'ai jamais eu de retour concernant ma robe. C'est vraiment regrettable, car un simple appel ou un e-mail aurait suffi. Un hôtel de cette catégorie devrait faire preuve d'un minimum de sérieux dans la gestion des objets oubliés et dans le suivi de ses clients.

Goede locatie ten opzichte van centrum. Lekker ontbijt. Stille kamer met prachtig uitzicht. Parkeergarage super!

Café da manhã bom. Vista muito bonita para a cidade.Estacionamento dá direto no elevador do hotel.

Limpeza deixou a desejas. Cortina e armário embaixo Tv sujo, cortina rasgada, corredores sujos, paredes sujas( escorridas de líquido). Restaurante no 14 andar chão bem sujo, especialmente corredor que vai para o banheiro. Ar condicionado não resfriou o suficiente. Também não gostamos dos travesseiros.

The room was clean, well designed and the mattress was comfortable. The air conditioning unit was powerful, customizable and easily understood.

The hotel requires guests to complete check-in using their own mobile phone. When I arrived, I did not yet have a local SIM card, and my phone battery had been drained during my travels. As a result, I was unable to complete the process. Rather than offering a practical alternative, I felt that the front desk clerk placed the responsibility on me for being unable to use a system that the hotel itself had chosen to implement. Requiring guests to rely on their own devices for check-in is an unconventional approach, and hotels should be prepared to accommodate travelers who may not have immediate access to mobile service or a charged phone after a long journey. A more flexible check-in process would greatly improve the guest experience. The WiFi connection was inconsistent in room 611.

Check in felt like a chore: had to do everything yourself by first scanning a QR code with phone. Then prompted to share all your data for discount on public transport. Takes long, requires effort, and would rather not share any more persinal data than necessary.

Perfect modern hotel. Voelt allemaal nog nieuw aan. We hadden een kamer op de elfde etage en dus schitterend uitzicht over de stad. De glazen pui en uitzicht op de treinen maakte het voor onze kinderen extra leuk. Ontbijt ook uitgebreid en goed verzorgd.

Niks negatiefs. Misschien dat de verste bezienswaardigheden net wat ver lopen zijn.

Banyonun kapısı yok, bir kapı veya perde yapmak bu kadar zor değil. Otele gelen herkes çift değil. 24 yaşındaki oğlumla geldim duş alırken çok zorlandık

Grote kamer, veel licht, loopafstand station, prima ontbijt.

Onsympathiek personeel (er werd om fooi gevraagd bij bestellen koffie, onnodig lang wachten bij uitchecken). Geen thee faciliteiten buiten ontbijt om. Voor een cappuccino of thee moet je een hoog bedrag betalen in de bar. Geen mini supermarkt. Geen schoonmaak tussendoor, alleen bed opgemaakt, vieze kopjes etc worden niet opgeruimd.

Conveniently close to the station. Comfy beds and great view from 14th floor bar.

Self check in is lengthy. Staff were fine but quite disengaged and the ‘complimentary mini bar’ was meagre with no snacks.

We weren't provided with a crib, which was previously confirmed by the hotel. Three people stayed up all night because there wasn't enough room for three. They promised a 50% discount on the room, but instead, they only gave us a 71 euro discount on checkout. The towels were dirty.

The room on the 7 th floor alloted to us is towards railway track side, which had absolutely no ventilation. Toilet, didn't have exhaust or ventilation. No door for bathroom. No kettle for morning tea, no tea bags, etc.

Nichts

Spermaflecken im Bett. Die Kaffee- und Müslimilch bestand aus ein paar Tropfen Milch Rest Wasser. Die Minibrötchen mit den stumpfen Messern aufzuschneiden war fast nicht möglich. Wenn ja, war der ganze Tisch übersät mit Bröseln und in der Hand hatte man ein total zerfleddertes Reststück des Brötchens.Der Kühlschrank war warm.

Die Lage ist gut, zentral und mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kann man alles erreichen.

Das Frühstück soll bis 10 Uhr gehen, ab 09:30 wird weggeräumt. Dementsprechend, früher dort sein. Leider ist die Sauberkeit nicht immer ideal. Genauso ist der Telefonempfang oder auch das Internet eine mittlere Katastrophe.

Dirty curtains, surfaces in room and stained bedsheet. WiFi was useless in this property although we were only on the 4th floor. The staff were not welcoming. One lady was attending to a guy checking in, and the other 2 saw us arrive but did not stop talking to welcome us. We arrived 30 mins earlier than check-in and I was told to scan the QR code myself and input all details myself for check-in. Never had to do this in a so-called 4 star hotel. The room cleaning service was definitely a disappointment.

The room was nice and very clean. What could be trully recommended is breakfast with a great mountain view on 15th floor. It was good and tasty. As the city is no very big, you can get to the Altstadt in just in 15min by bus.

We didn't like that the bathroom has no door, and it's actually in the same room as the bed. NO privacy at all while having a shower. One towel was dirty. Looks like it was not changed after the previous guests. Room was small but it's okay for one time stay.
