Das Frühstück das wir noch zusätzlich gebucht haben, war sehr gut . Schön hingerichtet, gut Auswahl freundliches Personal. Die Haltestelle des Linienbusses war gleich um die Ecke, Dadurch gute Anbindung ins Stadtzentrum.

Die Größe des Zimmers hat etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen.

This hotel clearly values charm. Our room was very nice with plenty of space for our luggage. Even though its steps from downtown its very quiet. One is close to the river and the train station. The breakfast was wonderful with lots if choices and to my mind great coffee. The staff were very helpful, professional and more importantly just nice people. Helene in particular went way beyond to make us feel welcome and part of the family. She was also full of good advice about all things Saltzburg. We arrived a little stressed but she was able to see, understand and make it all go away. The other staff we dealt with were equally professional and clearly cared about the guests and the hotel.

Location is great, close and walkable from the train station. Room is clean, fully air cond. Surprisingly there is radio in the bathroom which was very nice.

Twin beds room is two single beds which was a bit small. Provides a kettle but no instant coffee or tea bags, and no complimentary water but you could drink tap water I suppose.

綺麗な部屋で、静かでした。元々ネット上では6時30分からとなっていましたが、この時期は7時から朝食と言われて困っていました。しかし、朝出発が早かった際に、お願いしたら、7時前でも朝食を食べさせてもらえました。

ホテルに帰るには、必ずHBFから歩いて帰る必要があったこと。

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, sehr große Auswahl. Zimmer sind sehr schön aber sehr klein - etwas eng. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und angenehm und man kann neben dem Fluss zur Stadt gehen - sehr schön.

Vom Hotel aus ist die Altstadt fußläufig in ca. 20 min erreichbar. Busverbindung existiert. Frühstück mit Service war sehr gut. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel gegen Gebühr verfügbar.

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt.

La posizione è molto buona perchè si arriva in centro a piedi in un quarto d'ora. La colazione è sicuramente il pezzo forte dell'albergo, direi tra le migliori mai fatte!

A localização é boa, fica perto dos principais pontos turísticos e estação de trem.

O quarto tinha mal cheiro. No café da manhã as frutas estavam parecendo como “passadas”. A máquina de cartão de crédito não funcionou e precisei pagar com dinheiro em espécie. O café da manhã não estava incluso e não achei que compensou pagar pelo valor que foi cobrado. Além disso, a recepcionista que nos atendeu foi muito pouco solicita e demonstrou zero interesse em ser ao menos simpática.

The rooms were well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. Located close to the rail station. Quiet residential area.

Very close to the train/bus station. The room was clean and modern. Most staff were very friendly.

There was one front desk employee who was not nice- I requested a couple of tea bags because I liked the two supplied in my room. I made the request with the night-shift staff and when I went to pick up the tea tags, it was a woman on duty. When I told her I requested some tea bags, she dumped them on the counter.

Super freundliches Personal, hier fühlt man wirklich die österreichische Gastfreundschaft! Hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet mit großer Auswahl. Neu renovierte Bäder, auf dem neusten Stand, neutral gehalten aber sehr funktional.

Die Standardzimmer sind klein, aber reichen für ein bis zwei Nächte. Der Teppichboden ist gewöhnungsbedürftig (ist aber auch Geschmacksache)

Was will man von einem "Durchreisehotel"? Sauberkeit - bequemes Bett - Anbindung an ÖPNV - sicherer Stellplatz fürs Auto. Das war gegeben.

Was will man nicht? Teppichboden im Zimmer. Und: für jede Leistung konsequent zusätzlich zur Kasse gebeten werden. Und: als ´"Kunde zweiter Klasse" behandelt zu werden, weil man das Zimmer über Booking gebucht hat. Wenn es Booking nicht gäbe, hätten wir das Hotel Scherer nicht gefunden.

ザルツブルグ中央駅（6-23時までのSPARがあります）からアクセスが良いところ。徒歩で行けます。旧市街まではバスでアクセスできますが、川沿いを散歩しながらアクセスもできます。フロントスタッフに道を教えて頂きましたが、早朝の散歩は最高でした。 お部屋は比較的コンパクトな作りでしたが、バスタブがあり嬉しかったです。 フロントスタッフがフレンドリーであり、会話が楽しかったです。24時間フロントのため、この音楽祭で帰りが遅くなっても安心です。 チェックイン時にCity Taxを払いますが、滞在期間中のバス無料バウチャーをいただけるので結果的にとてもお得だと思います。

ザルツブルグ音楽祭の開催期間だったため、お高め（仕方ないことですが）だったこと。

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und gut. Lage: wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und ein ca 20 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Das Hotel lag sehr nah am Bahnhof, in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ein paar hundert Meter entfernt befand sich eine Haltestelle der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit einem tollen Duschraum und hochwertigen Sanitäranlagen. Und das Wichtigste: Es war sehr ruhig. Im Zimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage, die lediglich etwas laut war – vielleicht, weil wir nicht daran gewöhnt sind. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. It had lovely character to it and the room was super comfy. We appreciated the air conditioning. The staff were super lovely, Helene served us on most instances and was kind and attentive. We also loved the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of choices and was set up beautifully. The location was also great with a bus stop very close by and a short 8 min walk to the main train station.

Very hard to fault this hotel. The only thing we had minimal trouble with was the wifi occasionally dropping in and out. Apart from that, everything was exceptional!

Das Hotel liegt nahe beim Hauptbahnhof und ist daher gut zu erreichen. Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und preislich OK. Der Frühstücksraum selbst ist wenig einladend. Auf den Kaffee müssen wir eine Weile warten, weil sich minutenlang niemand blicken läßt und erst die Nachfrage an der Rezeption zum Auftauchen von Personal führt.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und eher am unteren Ende eines 4 Stern Betriebes anzusiedeln. Das Zimmer (offensichtlich ein früheres Raucherzimmer) war muffig und roch schlecht. Das Zimmer war außerdem recht klein und auf ebener Erde zur Straße gelegen. Besonders verärgert hat mich das Check-in. Obwohl ich nach Aufforderung durch das Hotel via Booking das Online Formular in mühsamer Arbeit am Mobiltelefon ausgefüllt hatte, war bei unserer Ankunft die Information nicht mehr aufzutreiben und wir mussten die gesamten Daten nocheinmal ausfüllen. Insgesamt erschien uns die Kompetenz der Rezeptionistin mangelhaft und eines Viersternehotels nicht würdig.

Staff so warm and welcoming, with daily room cleaning and wonderful hospitality. The homemade apple strudel was the best we had in Austria! 🍎❤️ The complimentary Salzburg Mobility Ticket was a great plus, making sightseeing around Salzburg and nearby towns like Mondsee and Bad Ischl so convenient.

Tolles Frühstück

Sehr kleines Badezimmer. Platz zwischen Wand und Toilette ca. 20 cm, Platz zwischen Duschwand und Toilette 1 cm! Warum setzt man die Toilette nicht mittig? Fön war vom Spiegel zu weit weg an der Wand installiert und die Schnur war zu kurz. Kein Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer.

Hotel non modernissimo ma con stanze confortevoli e pulite. In bagno si può ascoltare una radio che trasmette anche musica classica. Il personale è molto gentile e qualcuno parla italiano. Si trova a poca distanza dalla stazione dei treni in una zona tranquilla e signorile. Non è vicinissimo al centro ma ci hanno fornito gratuitamente una card per i trasporti a Salisburgo, che è stata molto utile. Esperienza molto positiva.

Disappointing service from one reception staff member Overall, Hotel Scherer is a pleasant hotel and most of the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience with one of the reception staff, Helene, was quite disappointing. When I approached the reception, I was waiting to be attended to, but she turned her attention to another guest who arrived after me. What made the experience worse was her unfriendly manner and expression, which made me feel as though I was not welcome. There was no warm greeting or acknowledgement while I was waiting, and the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable. I understand that reception staff can be busy and may need to attend to different matters, but a simple acknowledgement and polite communication would have made a big difference. I would like to stress that, apart from this particular experience, the other hotel staff we met were friendly, helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, this one interaction affected my overall impression of the hotel and was not the level of hospitality I expected. I hope the management will take this feedback constructively and ensure that every guest is treated with the same courtesy and warmth.

中央駅から近く便利でした。 小さいけれど朝食会場がとても優雅で素敵でした。コーヒーはテーブルへポットでサーブしてくれました。 客室のバスルームの壁紙がとても可愛くて好みでした。

一泊しかしないのに、朝食中に部屋の清掃をしてくださったようで、部屋に帰ってきて青ざめました。

Non c'era acqua calda per lavarsi. Abbiamo telefonato alla reception ma nessuno ha risposto. Scesi alla reception la persona che parlava e capiva l'italiano è stata scortese e l'unica risposta che ha dato è stato "far scorrere l'acqua per tanto tempo". Abbiamo seguito il suo assurdo consiglio ma l'acqua calda continuava a non esserci. Dopo ulteriori nostre rimostranze si sono presentate 2 persone in tempi differenti ma nessuna di queste ha risolto il problema. L'ultima persona ci ha accennato che poteva essere la caldaia malfunzionante ma da quel momento non si è fatto sentire o vedere più nessuno. Siamo consapevoli che problemi ci possano anche stare ma la cosa che ci ha lasciato perplessi è che non ci è stata cambiata la camera e l'atteggiamento scocciato del personale. Quando siamo partititi abbiamo fatto notare queste cose e abbiamo fatto presente che avremmo lasciato giudizi negativi sui vari forum di viaggiatori. Il giorno dopo abbiamo ricevuto due email, una da parte della struttura alberghiera e l'altra da parte di Booking con le quali ci avvertivano che l'albergo ci rimborserà della metà di quanto già pagato. Apprezziamo questa soluzione ma sarebbe stato più semplice cambiare la camera ed essere più cordiali.

Közel volt a vasutállomáshoz és a nevezetesebb helyekhez. Térkepet adtak a könnyebb tájékozodáshoz, ajánlottak egy kerthelyiséges éttermet ami kiváló ajánlás. Fürdőszobai beépített rádió.

Központi klima időnként behangosodott.

Yo lo escribiría así, natural y muy positivo, pero sin sonar exagerado: Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Scherer fue estupenda. El personal fue encantador y muy atento en todo momento, especialmente Helen, que fue con quien más tratamos y nos hizo sentir muy a gusto. La ubicación nos pareció perfecta: muy cerca de la estación de tren y a unos 15 minutos andando del centro de Salzburgo, por lo que resulta muy cómodo para visitar la ciudad. Éramos dos adultos y dos niñas y nuestra habitación era amplia, estaba muy limpia y las camas eran cómodas. En general, nos pareció un hotel con una relación calidad-precio muy buena. Sin duda, es un alojamiento totalmente recomendable y volveríamos a elegirlo si regresamos a Salzburgo.

Die Lage war optimal mit der Nähe zum Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber mit Wohlfühlbetten für eine ruhige Nacht. Die Administration verlief komplikationslos.

Ein nicht definierbares aber wiederkehrendes Geräusch aus dem Bad störte etwas die Nachtruhe.

Die Servicekraft beim Frühstück hat sich bemüht war aber deutlich überfordert. Die angebotenen Semmeln waren wie Gummi. Insgesamt etwas enttäuschend.

Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, gute Lage zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt kann man auch noch zu Fuss gehen.

Einzelzimmer sind meistens etwas spartanisch. Das Design ist Geschmackssache.

Optimale Lage zum Fahrradfahren

Breakfast was tasty and everyone can find something to enjoy. You can leave your baggage even for a whole day. Staff is nice, but they seem to have too much to take care of. Good hotel to stay in, close to the railway station and 20 minutes walk from the old town.

In einem der beiden Zimmer hat es nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Die Tür innerhalb des Zimmers liess sich nur sehr schwer schliessen (Wölbung im Boden). Online-Checkin hat nicht funktioniert.

Het was behoorlijk aan de prijs en dan ook nog 17 euro pp voor het ontbijt. Maar dat is in Salzburg en dan ook nog in het hoogseizoen bij andere hotels niet anders.

Room size was normal but they put 2 benches with table in the room and they cant be move so there is no room for walking or to open suitcases in the room and make the room very congested …..keys of all the rooms were so heavy and immense in size as nowadays every where key cards are used that was also irritating to give keys to receptionist before going out as no one can carry along with them and i think this was the reason for those awkward keys .while checking in the receptionist was irritating asking again n again number of people as we had 2 rooms and we a family of 4 but still asked many times,no idea about her concerns.

An incredible staff who enjoy helping. The breakfast had large variety and was very reasonably priced.

Es war alles gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut: nahe zum Zentrum, aber ruhig.

Accueil extrêmement sympathique, les trois personnes que nous avons vues nous ont beaucoup aidés et parlaient très bien français. Sans être très grande, notre chambre était équipée d’une table et de banquettes très pratique pour prendre nos repas.

L’air conditionné n’était pas allumé à notre arrivée et nous avons cru qu’il n’y en avait pas.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und überredete uns während der Wartezeit zu eine Aperol Lemon, der uns (leider) sehr schmeckte. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder sicher in einer Garage abstellen.

Lage ist gut. Frühstück ok. Einzelne Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel hat den Charme der 90er Jahre und könnte einige Adaptionen vertragen. Wenig Infos durch das Personal bei der Anreise: Keine Infos über die Freifahrt in den Öffis. Keine Infos über die vorhandene Klimaanlage,…

Amei o hotel, me lembrei de quando era criança e saia de férias com meus pais todos os anos para o mesmo hotel e la era reconhecida por todos os funcionários. Eu nunca havia pisado no Scherer mas foi exatamente assim que todos os funcionários nos fizeram sentir: especiais. Café da manhã maravilhoso e quarto super confortável completaram a experiência.

Acho que pro quarto ficar perfeito falta apenas trocar a cortina por um Blackout que realmente deixe o ambiente escuro principalmente no verão que amanhece cedo por lá.
