IMLAUER HOTEL PITTER Salzburg

Vom Personal bis Zimmer und Hotel hat mir alles gefallen. Super toller Service sogar Auto wird weggefahren beziehungsweise Koffer hoch getragen würde wieder hinfahren.

Premetto che non era la nostra prima volta a Salisburgo,citta’meravigliosa. Struttura molto grande,bellissima in ottima posizione,oltre il fiume rispetto al centro che si raggiunge in 15/20 minuti a piedi. Estremamente pulito,dotato di due ristoranti,uno rustico nell’interrato dove servono piatti tradizionali ad un prezzo consono. Un altro ristorante sulla terrazza panoramica con cucina piu’ raffinata e prezzi di conseguenza adeguati alla location. Camera adeguata,non grandissima ma fornita di tutto il necessario,molto gradita l’asse da stiro in armadio per stirare abiti eleganti per recarsi a concerti e teatro come abbiamo fatto noi. Personale tutto eccezionale,dalla reception agli addetti ai piani e alla ristorazione e sempre disponibile a dare informazioni con il sorriso. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Colazione a 37 euro a testa,non ne abbiamo usufruito per principio perche’ ci e’ sembrato un prezzo un po’ esagerato rispetto ad altri hotel stesso livello o anche superiore che abbiamo frequentato questa estate in location simili. Comunque vasta scelta di pasticcerie nei dintorni o in centro. Comunque e’ un ottimo hotel e non sara’ questo aspetto a impedirci di tornarci volentieri in futuro.

Very disappointed in my room I was supposed to have a queen size bed. It was more like a double. Inconsistencies with the billing some people in my party didn’t have a balance and I did.

Clean, comfortable upscale hotel in a safe area with many good resteraunts and coffee shops. Uniformly cheerful and helpful staff. Meticulous daily cleaning of guest rooms.the hotel is an easy flatish 8-10 min walk to Mirabelle palace and gardens and also the open air market and tour buses to the surrounding attractions. 10-15 min walk to old Town restaurants and 20 min to the fortress funicular and Cathedral. Museum of Modern art interesting 3 floors with each having a special exhibits of an artist is a pleasant 25 min stroll across the river. An Edelweiss cooking class near the museum to make strudel was excellent. The weekly Saturday night Mozart concert at Mirabelle palace was outstanding. Talented young musicians and a guest artist associated with the music school provide a deep talent base.

Room could have had more shelf or drawer space, but spacious overall. Bathroom with shower only a bit cramped.

Die Tiefgarage liegt etwas außerhalb des Hotels aber immer noch gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Zimmer-Upgrade von einem Gartenzimmer auf ein geringfügig grösseres Zimmer im 3. Obergeschoss zur Strassenseite hat uns enttäuscht. Durch die Lage war das Zimmer ständigem Licht und erheblichem Strassenlärm ausgesetzt. Zudem war das Bett bei unserer Ankunft bereits kurz benutzt. Als wir dies am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption ansprachen, wurde der Vorfall lediglich zur Kenntnis genommen. Eine entsprechende Preisminderung gab es nicht; stattdessen wurde uns der ohnehin sehr hohe Zimmerpreis voll in Rechnung gestellt.

מלון מפואר, מיטה נוחה מאוד, חדר מרווח, יש חניון מקורה של המלון בתוספת תשלום, צווח אדיב ושירותי, ארוחת בוקר מאוד עשירה , במכונת קפה היה גם קפוצ'ינו עם חלב ללא לקטוז, המלון נמצא רבע שעה ברגל מהמרכז, הלכנו ברגל לכל האטרקציות, מקום ממש נוח.

אהבנו הכל אבל המחיר יקר מאוד.

فندق جميل جداً يعتبر في وسط المدينة وقريب جداً من حديقة ميرابل (10 دقايق مشي) والمدينة القديمة (18 دقيقة)، وجنبه فيه حميع الخدمات والمطاعم. الغرفة كانت مساحتها طيبة ومطلة على الحديقة، والسرير نظيف والمخدات جيدة، والحمام نظيف وفيه جميع الحاجات الأساسية، وفيها مكوة وكواية وغلاية. والمكيف كان تبريده طيب. والمواقف متوفرة (يقيمة 25 يورو في اليوم) في مبنى آخر قريب من الفندق (تقدر تخرج وترجع بالكرت حق الغرفة) (لمن توصل ممكن توقف جنب الفندق مسموح للتنزيل والتحميل لمدة 15 دقيقة ولمن تسوي تشيك ان رح يعلموك كيف رح توقف سيارتك في المواقف حقتهم، لا تشيل هم الأمور طيبة ان شاء الله). مبلغ التأمين 50 يورو (اعطيهم كاش عشان يرجعوها لك لمن تخرج أو يخصموها من قيمة المواقف)

Die Lage des Hotels ist nahezu perfekt.Die Aussicht zum Abendessen und beim Frühstück auf die Burg ist absolut perfekt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichrnd.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

1- السعر مرتفع جداً جداً جداً مقابل الجوده والخدمات ومستوى الغرف . 2-تم اخذ مني ضرائب المدينة عند الخروج. 3-العزل بين الغرف ليس بالمستوى المطلوب كنت اسمع اصوات الغرفه المجاورة مساءاً . 4-عند مرور اشخاص بالممر تسطيع سماع الاصوات. حصل معي موقف بمطعم الفندق حيث تك احتساب مبلغ خدمه لم يتم اخباري بها مسبقا وعند تقدمي للشكوى لدى مدير الاستقبال تواصل مع ادارة المطعم وارجعوا المبلغ. 5-عند وصولي مساء تم احتساب مبلغ مختلف عن ما ام حجزه بسبب خطأ تقني في النطام ولاكن اذا لم انتبه لذلك وانبه الاستقبال لكنت دفعت مبلغ اعلى 6-البطانيات التي تم تقديمها في الغرفه بطانيه شخص واحد وصغيره جداً.

Ho alloggiato in una Junior Suite XL, la stanza era perfetta, spaziosa, pulita, ben arredata. Minibar a disposizione gratuitamente, welcome drink, accoglienza calda che ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa. Colazione eccezionale con prodotti di qualità. Regalino molto gradito al check out. Che dire? Se dovessi tornare a Salisburgo, saprei di certo dove alloggiare!

Room could use a little freshening up. I always forget they allow smoking in restaurants outside. A non-smoking section outside would have made this an 11.

Vom Ankommen bis zum Auschecken und darüber hinaus (dachte, ich hätte mein Portemonnaie vergessen) äußerst freundliches, kompetentes und hilfsbereites Personal. Auch beim Frühstück (reicheste Auswahl) sehr nettes und nicht aufdringliches Personal !

1. The parking is away from the hotel and the most expensive in the city. 2. The location of the hotel is inconvenient. 3. The staff was unknowledgable of official means of ID from EU except for the passport and refused to recognize it despite clarifications. This was the first time in my whole life that I see someone rejecting an official ID document from an EU state out of inexperience. 4. A safety deposit of 50euros per room through credit card was asked at the reception. This term was never disclosed neither at the policy section in the booking.com nor in any confirmation email sent after booking and prepayment. Had we known that, we would have chosen another hotel, hence not disclosing this term is illegal competition in my opinion. 5. While the rooms were prepaid, the check-in took us more than 25 minutes. The passport ID check was reminiscent of customs control, rather than a welcoming hotel. As we had just arrived from a very difficult trip and we had a toddler with us, our checkin experience was all the more unpleasant. 6. The stuff was non-accomodating. The whole attitude of the supervisor was iffy, snobbish and fake professionalism. Not to mention that his inferior bursted into tears and ran away to hide in the back office... 7. The temperature of the fridge was way higher than 4 degrees celsius, and as a result we could not store temperature-sensitive drugs in it. 8. The towels were of poor quality, the coffee maker and coffee in the room was the worst option a hotel can offer. The beds were small. The shampoo/duschgel bottle was empty and we washed ourselves with the handsoap. 9. They placed half of the family on the 1th floor and the rest in the 4th, instead of trying to book us in nearby rooms. Overall, we paid over 550euros + 100 euros deposit for one overnight in a hotel which poses and chargeals as a 4star but its overpriced services are of the poorest quality by choice.

피아노가 있어서 좋았고, 욕실이 화려하고 좋았습니다. 방이 넓어서 좋았어요. 전반적으로 모두 만족스러웠어요.

수영장이 없어서 좀 아쉬웠어요.

Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, schönes Zimmer, gutes Restaurant, haben noch das a la carte Frühstück in der Sky Bar genossen

Leider hatte unser Zimmer im 1. Stock gar keine Aussicht, Blick auf eine Betonwand; und das bei der Kategorie, und obwohl wir schon zum 4. Mal da waren.

The rooms were small, the beds were small, and the mattress cover was made of some synthetic material. Although the hotel's location was good, the comfort was poor. The air conditioner in the room was noisy, making it impossible to rest. The breakfast was very poor, except for the sweets.

We had a wonderful stay at IMLAUER Hotel. Our family of four, my husband, our two teenagers, and I, stayed comfortably in one spacious room with a king bed and a sofa bed. The room was thoughtfully designed, and having two bathrooms made a huge difference. It was incredibly convenient and made our stay so much more comfortable. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and professional, and the location was perfect for exploring Salzburg. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing to note is that it’s about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, so if you want to be right in the city center, keep that in mind. We would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter Lage fußläufig in die Altstadt, sehr schönes Zimmer.

Das Frühstück wurde in anderen Bewertungen sehr gelobt, so dass wir eher enttäuscht waren.. die Auswahl war nur mäßig, aber ausreichend. Instant Rührei war nicht genießbar, nur als Omelette -wenigstens ganz frisch und mit Extrazutaten. Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage, allerdings ist diese ein paar 100 m vom Hotel entfernt. Da wir auf der Durchreise waren, hatten wir sehr viel Gepäck, was dann sehr unpraktisch war. An der Rezeption tummelte sich Personal, was sehr seltsam wirkte. Der Föhn im Badezimmer altmodisch an viel zu kurzer Schnur, dass es sehr viel Kraft brauchte, um ihn auf Kopfhöhe zu bringen.
