Tout est parfait, très belle chambre avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, l’accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté des chambres et de l’hôtel, le buffet du matin et du soir avec de bons produits, l’emplacement est idéale,,face à la plage et à environ 20min de l’aéroport et 30min de la ville de Palma, des arrêts de bus à proximité pour facilité les déplacements. Un excellent établissement où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Die Lage ist super nah vom Flughafen, was ideal ist für nur ein paar Tage. Das Hotel ist schön an der Playa und hat eine super Sicht aufs Meer. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Die Bar mit Blick aus Meer und den Sonnenuntergang ist traumhaft. Das Frühstück ist gut, es hat alles was man will, aber HP würde ich nicht empfehlen. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich !

Die Dusche war nicht dich. Am Pool ist es sehr eng und das reservieren der Liegen wird leider auch hier nicht überwacht. Entgegen anderer Meinungen sind wir vom Essen am Abend nicht überzeugt. Zudem war oft gar nicht angeschrieben welches Fleisch oder Fisch da in dem Topf ist.

W hotelu jest bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji, nawet Pani Beata mówi po polsku. Śniadania i obiadokolacje są wyśmienite. Hotel jest bardzo czysty. Nie brakuje leżaków przy basenie - zawsze można znaleźć jakieś wolne. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra-przy samej plaży, przy hotelu jest przystanek autobusowy i bez problemu można dojechać do centrum Palmy autobusem nr 25 za 2 euro, a na lotnisko autobusem nr A2 za 4,5 euro. Z balkonu jest przepiękny widok na morze i plażę. W nocy jest cicho i nie słychać samolotów, choć bardzo blisko latają. Podczas pobytu trafiłam na wieczór z muzyką na żywo - było bardzo miło i wesoło. Mimo zdania pokoju do godz. 12-tej, była możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w w specjalnie wyznaczonym do tego pokoju i korzystania z basenu i leżaków hotelowych do czasu wyjazdu na lotnisko. Z całego serca polecam pobyt w tym hotelu.

Wiem, że każdy ma inne upodobania, ale mi akurat muzyka przy basenie przeszkadzała w odpoczynku. Bym ją chociaż trochę ściszyła. Mankamentem basenu hotelowego jest to, że do południa jest on zacieniony, a słońce pojawia się ok. 12-tej. Ale do 12-tej można korzystać ze słońca i kąpieli na plaży, która jest tuż obok-za deptakiem.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few kilometers from the airport and the city of Palma. The hotel is located directly across from a sandy beach where we could enjoy the clear turquoise water. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, bright and pleasant, with a balcony with a stunning sea view. Stuff was very kind, helpful, available at any moment and very professional.

For a hotel of this rank, and considering that the deposit for beach towels was paid in advance, I expected them to be changed and cleaned daily at no extra charge.

Výborná lokalita, cez cestu bola rovno pláž, dobré spojenie verejnou dopravou zastávkou priamo pred hotelom, možnosť zapožičania bicyklov priamo v hoteli aj s výbavou. Jedlo bolo chutné a obmieňalo sa.

Vrámci upratovania bola špinavá sklenna výplň a balkon- stôl sme si utierali sami. Nedala sa nastaviť klimatizácia- stále šla rovnakou teplotou. Sprchová hlavica bola pod nízkym tlakom čo môže byť problém pre ženy s dlhými vlasmi.

Could not fault our stay here. Exceptionally clean hotel with great facilities and friendly helpful staff who make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. Special shout out to Sumit on reception and Nadia and Carlos in the bar.

Very attentive and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and a good size. The food was great, with different varieties to suit everyone wishes. And of course the proximity to the beach.

Insgesamt hat uns alles gefallen: die Größe des Hotels, die zentrale Lage nach Palma und Flughafen, das freundliche Personal, das Buffet und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es war trotz Sommerferien sehr angenehm und ruhig.

Alles ok! "Nice to have" wäre eine kleine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer :-)

Desi este un hotel trecut ca si adults only(+16ani), asta se intampla doar la rezervarile de pe booking, in hotel sunt multi copii, lucru care nu este normal, cand am intrebat la receptie mi s-a spus ca va deveni de la anul adults only :)) probabil spun asta de cativa ani in si vor spune si in urmatorii. Cand am ajuns, terasa camerei era murdara, pe sezloguri si pe masa de pe terasa era plin de nisip uscat. Am anuntat la receptie, s a rezolvat problema. A doua zi, am gasit un gandac foarte mare la intrarea in camera, penibil. Pentru prosoape se da un depozit de 10€/ prosop, iar fiecare schimbare este 2€. Zona de piscina si sezlonguri e ceva mic. In schimb privelistea de pe terasa este foaste frumoasa. Mancarea nu este extraordinara, nu e variata, ceva basic. Pe partea de desert sta foarte prost, majoritar creme. Am cerut un fier de calcat de la receptie, mi s a dat, doar ca din nou depozit 10€, nu e ca si cum plecam cu el in geanta :)) dar a trebuit sa merg din nou la etaj dupa bani. Personalul de la receptie a fost ok, curatenie in camera facuta zilnic, nimic de comentat. Per total nu e rau, doar ca raportul pret calitate lasa de dorit. Nu inteleg de ce nota de pe booking e atat de mare, personal e cel mai slab hotel in care am fost.

Отдельная огромная благодарность BEA! Благодаря таким людям отель становится не просто местом проживания, а настоящим домом на время отпуска. 🥂 Завтраки - отличное начало дня. Всё вкусно, хороший выбор, завтраки можно разнообразить, а бокал шампанского утром - это дополнительное удовольствие, которое создаёт особое настроение. 🍽️ А вот ужины - это настоящее произведение искусства! Очень вкусно, красиво, разнообразно и с любовью к деталям. Каждый вечер - маленькое гастрономическое событие.🍸Очень большой выбор морепродуктов особенно радует. Номер красивый, современный и очень удобный — приятно возвращаться туда после прогулок и пляжа. 📍 Расположение - ещё один огромный плюс. Рядом аэропорт: если вы без тяжёлых чемоданов, можно дойти пешком примерно за 35 минут. Minden tökéletes. Tavaly is itt voltunk, nem véletlenül jöttünk vissza. A szálloda nagyon jó helyen van, a személyzet nagyon segítőkész és kedves. A reggeli és a vacsora mindig bőséges és választékos. Bármikor ismét visszamennék🙂

Amazing hotel. Went here for our honey moon and everything was exceptional. Great location, beach and shops right outside, bus stop also, lovely modern and clean throughout. Food was delicious we were half board and ate at snack bar at lunch which was also just as good ! Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would definitely return here we were sad to leave

The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent, right next to the beach. The food was also quite good, with a decent variety of options. Overall, the cleanliness and location were definitely the strongest points of our stay.

We had a very disappointing experience with the reception service at HSM Golden Playa. We arrived at HSM Golden Playa on 8 August 2026 at approximately 23:00. We travelled from Belgrade and, due to a flight delay, landed in Mallorca at around 21:30 instead of 19:55. After picking up our rental car from Wiber at around 22:30, we arrived at the hotel at approximately 23:00. At reception, we were welcomed by a receptionist who spoke Spanish and French but did not understand English. For an international hotel, we found this very surprising, considering that English is the main language used by travellers from all over the world. However, the language barrier itself was not even the biggest problem. The real problem was the attitude and the complete lack of understanding and hospitality. We needed to pay for our seven-night stay by Mastercard. Due to our own mistake, we had not increased the daily card payment limit before travelling, so the full amount could not be processed in a single transaction. We explained that we could pay the amount in several transactions or use two different cards/accounts. We also explained that we could contact our bank the following day to increase the limit, as it was already late on a Saturday evening and the bank was closed. Instead of calmly helping us find a solution, the receptionist was extremely unpleasant and called his manager. The manager’s response was equally disappointing. We were told that we had to pay approximately €300 for one night and that if the remaining amount was not paid in cash by 11:00 the next morning, we would have to leave the hotel. We found this completely unacceptable. We had just arrived after a delayed international flight, late at night, and there was clearly no intention on our side to avoid paying. We were simply experiencing a temporary card limit issue that could easily have been resolved the next morning.

Struttura molto pulita, ubicazione ottima, direttamente fronte spiaggia, vicino all’aeroporto ed a tutti i servizi. La zona è tranquilla. Ottima se non interessati al caos ed alle discoteche, che si trovano comunque non lontano da lì. Ci sono comunque sul lungomare molti ristoranti e servizi vari, farmacie, market, ecc. Camere spaziose, balcone accogliente con vista mare stupenda. Piscina e spazio circostante stupendo, sempre con vista mare, che è letteralmente attraversata la strada. Colazione e cena a buffet vari ed abbondanti, cibo di qualità. Una menzione speciale al personale, sempre attento, disponibile ed estremamente gentile e cordiale. Addirittura ci hanno fatto trovare in camera gli occhialini per vedere l’eclissi! Non ne abbiamo usufruito, ma l’albergo offre servizio biciclette, palestra e spa. Magazzino bagagli con pesa valige. Possibilità di prenotare escursioni, se ne occupa la reception e vengono a prendere di fronte all’albergo. Non cambierei nulla del soggiorno. Grazie!

Non c’è niente che non ci sia piaciuto! Forse l’orario della cena (18:30-21:00). Al di là delle personali abitudini, ci saremmo trattenuti di più in spiaggia se l’orario della cena fosse stato almeno fino alle 22:00.

Mi è piaciuto tutto,dal accoglienza del personale,sempre attento ad ascoltarti ogni tua esigenza fino al albergo sempre pulito,ordinato e sopratutto rinfrescante con aria condizionata. A volte sentivo quel profumo travolgente entrando dalla spiaggia;che poi era proprio di fronte al albergo. Un posto nella zona tranquilla ottima per le famiglie e anche coppie. La collazione è cena che ha soddisfatto tutti i palati. Noi avevamo la mezza pensione e posso dire che dopo la colazione abbondante non mangiavamo più il pranzo in giro,solo un po' di frutta che poi alla cena avevamo più appetito. La spiaggia alternavamo con la piscina e poi cena. Si poteva fare tuffo notturno al mare!ottimo! Possibilità attraverso al albergo prenotare le gite,macchina,moto e taxi..e biciclette direttamente nel albergo...prezzi ragionevoli.

Horário do jantar. Encerrar às 21h para quem está de férias, acho desapropriado. Na parte da comida só tivemos um dia carne de vaca e mesmo assim acabou rápido. Passamos a semana a comer carne de porco. Muito mau.

Good location and pool / service staff were very good

It stated on Booking.com that it was adults only yet the hotel informed us that it’s not the case until January 2027. There were families, children and the advertisement of the hotel was incorrect. The hotel needs an update with AC unit leaking and door frames broken.

Perfect location, right on the beach, lovely clean fresh/modern hotel, nice and quiet, mixture of nationalities. Theweather was fabulous and the sea warm and calm. Quick and easy check in, nicest ladies on reception I have ever checked in with (sounds corny but they were) Bea and not sure of the other ladies name were so friendly, helpful, courteous all throughout our stay. Plenty of sunbeds any time of day. Plenty of breakfast choice, we only ate in one evening out of our three but loads to choose from and great food. Super little nice and cold fridge in the room and 2 bottles of water to welcome us which may sound small but came in very handy when getting in the room initially. The view from our fourth floor balcony we had room 424 was stunning, looking at all the sea-view room locations all would have been as perfect. Highly recommended place to stay. Cafes, restaurants and bars all within walking distance and a great location being 10 minutes from the airport.

The property was always clean and Pool chairs were always available. Breakfast area was clean and they had a variety to choose from.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand und genau vor einer Busstation. Es gibt ausreichend kostenlosen Parkplatz falls man einen Mietwagen hat. Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer von allen Zimmern. Das Essen war sehr gut im Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Supermärkte direkt neben dem Hotel. Der Pool ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und nichts besonderes. Das Doppelbett ist zwei Einzelbetten zusammengestellt.

Das Doppelbett hatte zwei einzelne Matratzen und nicht eine ganze. Der Pool ist alt.

The first time, we rented a Junior Suite with a sea view. Although quite basic, it provided the minimum comforts, and the view was magnificent. For our second stay, we wanted more comfort in the room and, of course, still an amazing view on the Mediterranean. So, we increased our budget and booked a "superior" suite with a sea view (as described on the booking website). The hotel immediately confirmed the reservation and requested a 50% deposit. Upon arrival, the room was ready: on the 5th floor (510), a two-room apartment with two balconies, overlooking the Tropical Hotel and its pool on one side!! On the other side, there was a supermarket (at the back of the hotel)!! We could see the sea, yes, a side view and quite far away. So, our primary criterion for choosing this upgrade was therefore not met! We contacted reception. The employee checked our reservation in detail, as well as the description on the website, and acknowledged that the matter would be fixed asap. I came down the next day, the two ladies at reception argued that a mistake had been made in the description by Booking.com and that it was certainly not the hotel's fault… I insisted on raising the issue of compensation… finally, they told me that the manager would decide. On the third day, they came to me with the manager's decision: ...listen carefully...⚠️a voucher for a cocktail or a bottle of wine (value: maybe €10!)The manager didn't even introduce himself (which I can understand after such a decision!). With a smile, I left the voucher on the desk, inviting the manager to enjoy it. So nothing was done, we paid full price (450 Eur/ night) and no compensation/ benefit/ apologies ! I'm a Genius 4 on Booking.

La posizione rispetto alla spiaggia, la pulizia e la stanza

Hotel pulito e accogliente, con camere confortevoli e un'atmosfera piacevole. Le colazioni e le cene sono sempre varie e ben assortite, con un'ampia scelta di piatti. La piscina è ben curata e il mare si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. La posizione è davvero ottima: la fermata dell'autobus 25 è vicinissima, passa con frequenza e permette di raggiungere comodamente le principali destinazioni, rendendo gli spostamenti semplici e pratici.

La piscina apre un po' tardi, alle 10:00, quindi sarebbe apprezzabile un orario di apertura anticipato. Inoltre, durante i giorni successivi al nostro arrivo non è stato effettuato il ricambio delle bottiglie d'acqua nel minibar, un piccolo dettaglio che potrebbe migliorare ulteriormente il servizio.

La struttura è nuova, ben tenuta e vicinissima al mare; basta attraversare la strada e si è in spiaggia dove puoi affittare l'ombrello oppure portare il tuo. Le stanze sono pulite e spaziose. Personale cortese e colazione abbondante, sia dolce che salata.

Tutto perfetto, magari da rivedere gli orari per la colazione 8:00-10:30 e la cena 18:30-21:00.

Bardzo dobre i obfite jedzenie. Duży wybór wegetariańskich potraw i dużo owoców i warzyw. Mięsa, ryby, owoce morza również duży wybór. Spokój, czysto, boutiqowo. Na basenie nie było problemów z leżakami, nie było tłoczno mimo szczytu sezonu. Duża przestrzeń barku z dobrymi przekąskami, smoothie, nawet bardzo dobra matcha. Wygodne łóżka, bardzo dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Najładniejszy hotel w okolicy, przy samym morzu. Ładne widoki. Zazwyczaj nie piszę komentarzy ale ten hotel zasługuje na duży pozytyw.

Minden tetszett, lokáció kivàló, ètelek is nagyon finomak és vàltozatosak, kilàtàs a tengerre fantasztikus, személyzet kedvessége pàratlan.

I pregi della struttura sono sicuramente la sua eccellente posizione da cui è facile raggiungere qualsiasi posto grazie alle fermate autobus adiacenti. La spiaggia anche è vicinissima, molto pulita ed attrezzata. Inoltre la struttura è situata alla giusta distanza dall'aereoporto per non sentire gli aerei di notte.

Le uniche due pecche che mi sento di segnalare sono: l'orario della cena (18:30-21:00). Per chi ama sfruttare il mare fino alla fine questi orari sono un po' scomodi. Sicuramente era meglio 19-21:30. Per lasciare più margine a chi torna anche da escursioni lontane. Le bibite inoltre sono a pagamento , anche l'acqua! Attenzione 2,40€ l'acqua da 0,5 neanche un litro... Fuori nei negozietti adiacenti alla spiaggia la singola bottiglia da 1,5 l viene 1.50€. Non l'ho capita questa cosa , l'acqua a cena dovrebbe essere gratuita come lo è a colazione. Hotellihuone oli mukavasti sisustettu ja merinäköala oli mahtava. Erityismaininnan saavat tyynyt, joilla oli tosi hyvät nukkua, en ole vielä missään hotellissa nukkunut yhtä hyvillä tyynyillä.

Huoneen ilmastointi olisi voinut olla tehokkaampi.

We had a wonderful stay at HSM Golden Playa. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are genuinely friendly and always willing to help. The location is excellent, just steps from the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The only small suggestion would be to offer a bit more variety and a wider selection at dinner. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay here again!

Room superb. Staff very attentive and polite. Location was excellent.

Lack of attention by cleaning staff. Tissue box not refilled and shower gel not refilled. Dirty cup not replaced or tea\ coffee etc. Cushions for balcony seats delivered after two days. Disappointing as we booked a superior suite.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Golden Playa. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Zimmerservice war ausgesprochen sorgfältig. Das Essen sehr schmackhaft und umfangreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Terrassenmusik war etwas zu laut.

Do not hesitate to book , you will not be disappointed. A big thank you to Manolo and his team. Nothing was a trouble for them. Tables are perfectly set , with attention to detail and promptly cleared when you have finished a dish. Superbly clean throughout. Very quiet and peaceful.Will definitely return.

There weren't enough sunbeds by the pool

1 A Lage direkt am Strand, Halbpension richtig gut, sehr sauber und Personal äußerst freundlich!

In der großen komfortablen Dusche läuft das Wasser nach hinten ins Bad hinein, da scheint das Gefälle nicht zu stimmen, hat uns nicht groß gestört.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, direkt an der Beach. Saubere Zimmer mit guten Betten, sehr freundliches Personal.

Trotz Juniorsuite leider nur am 1. Tag 2 kleine gratis Wasser, Kühlschrank war leer. Für frische Strandtücher mussten wir jeweils 2 Euro bezahlen, ist zwar wenig aber doch störend. Buffet für Nachtessen war nicht besonders gut (oft billiges, trockenes SchweineFleisch)

Das Personal war super nett - vorallem Sumit an der Reception :-)! die Hotelanlage ist toll und an bester Lage! Würde wieder gehen.

Clean ,near beach and the staff was very nice and helpful.

A lot of older people from German and Austria with not such good modalities and kind of disgusting behaviour some of them. We couldn’t have any place to the pool area cause they “reserve “ every single morning the sun bed with a towel and that’s not nice!!!! They made line and waited until they let them to enter the pool area,really embarrassing!!! If you take hotel with swimming pool the hotel should provide a sun bed for you and not let others reserve and not using it …cause they just want to stay at the sun just for 2-3 hours. The room was good but the doors from the wardrobe were really loud ,need a check.

What I didn’t like, first and foremost, were the pillows. They were terrible—literally as flat as pancakes. It was awful, and I actually considered going out to buy my own pillow. I had a headache for 10 days straight. I also didn't like the fact that the exact same dishes were repeated day after day for both breakfast and dinner, maybe with just some minor tweaks or additions. Don't even get me started on the desserts, which were practically non-existent. There were no cakes or pastries at all, just various types of jelly served in 101 different ways and a few kinds of fruit on repeat. I stayed at this hotel 9 months ago and expected it to be at least as good as back then. However, it is now 100 times worse when it comes to the food. The only thing I can highly praise is the cleanliness and hygiene. I have absolutely no complaints there—a perfect 10 out of 10 for that.

Lovely hotel, great staff teams in every area, smashing room, location perfect overlooking the beach. Food was a brilliant selection all round Also the hotel is very handy for buses into Palma.

Daily issues with other holidaymakers ‘booking’ sunbeds well before breakfast(0800) despite very clear signs stating sunbeds cannot be reserved. The rules were totally ignored and there was no one from the hotel enforcing the rules… it’s very very annoying and unacceptable that having paid a lot of money you find at 0900 there are no sunbeds or parasols available anywhere. Many of the sunbeds are left for hours with towels on them but no people. Reception said they couldn’t stop it !!but they did get their maintenance man to bring extra sunbeds and a parasol but obviously that is not practical. We regularly stay in a 4 star hotel in Tenerife where they have the same rules, anyone who leaves towels or bags on sunbeds before 10am when the pool opens find they are all removed and collected by the pool manager and his assistant and taken to a store room. . Those who fall foul of this have to to reception to have their towels etc returned… the rule message soon gets across and they can complain all they like but they will get nowhere.

Mâncarea excelenta- si la mic dejun si la cina produse diversificate si foarte gustoase. Se face curat zilnic, piscina foarte curata, plaja chiar langa hotel( poti sa stai pe terasa sau la piscina si doar traversezi strada si faci o baie in mare)

O întâmplare nefericita si care nu are legatura cu hotelul. In timp ce ma plimbam pe faleza mi-a fost furat portmoneul din geanta. Nu am simțit nimic. Ulterior am aflat ca in zona sunt profesioniști desavarsiti si recunoscuți. Aveți foarte mare grija.

Visited in the first week of May, got some rainy days. The room was big and clean, had a view over the next door hotel's pool, with a nice balcony. Very nice staff. Huge selection for breakfast. There is a big public parking just in front, we had no issue to find a spot at any time and it's free. The area overall is quiet and you can find lots of places to eat nearby, plus walk to the aquarium. Bus stop right downstairs. We were happy with our stay.

The pool temperature was cold and FYI you can rent a pool towel for 10€ each.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Łatwy dojazd z lotniska / na lotnisko autobusem oraz do Palmy. Po przyjeździe w nocy czekał na na posiłek. W hotelu bardzo cicho pomimo pełnego obłożenia. Dobra dźwiękoszczelność ścian. Personel hotelu rewelacyjny. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Z tyłu hotelu po drugiej stronie ulic znajduje się darmowy publiczny parking - więc przy wynajmie auta zawsze można łatwo i blisko zaparkować. Super widok z okien na plażę i wodę. Podziękowania dla Pani Agnieszki, Beaty i Iwony za gościnność w hotelu. Na pewno wrócimy w przyszłości!

Tout était très bien et particulièrement les excellents repas copieux et variés. La situation de la chambre avec balcon face à la mer était parfaite.
