Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Gute Lage, fußläufig zum Hafen, Centro Botin... Gute Betten, Beleuchtung vom Bett aus zu bedienen. Garage im Hotel für 17 Euro zu mieten. 4 Fahrstühle, daher kaum Wartezeit. Schöne Aussicht auf die Dächer der Kathedrale.
Neben der Kathedrale war eine Baustelle, deren Lärm man leider auch durch die geschlossenen Fenster hörte, wenn auch gedämpft. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Очень понравился вид из номера и близость к набережной и основным достопримечательностям города. Персонал был приветливым и внимательным. Мы прекрасно провели 5 ночей и с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Ligging vh hotel en zeezicht erg goed. Fijn ontbijt, grote badkamer met inloop douche. Twee bedden van 105 cm ieder, heerlijk. Eerst een kamer met een rammelig smal bed, maar dit werd direct goed opgepakt en veranderd door de zeer vriendelijke receptioniste, onze complimenten!
Eerste kamer had smal en beweeglijk bed met wieltjes, niet fijn. Gelukkig gecorrigeerd door receptie.

Wat mij tegen viel bij het ontbijt was papieren tafelkleden.. het afruimen van de tafels met een soort van vuilniskar waar blauwe vuilniszakken aanhingen. Niet op 4 sterren niveau. Wij vonden het personeel erg afstandelijk, zowel bij de receptie als bij ontbijtzaal.

No kettle or coffee machine in the room. I didn't like having to drive my car into a lift to get to the car park!

In addition, the hotel is very central, bars and restaurants are just around the corner. The kids even found a very lovely playground just a few metres from the hotel. Breakfast was very good too! It was wonderful staying in Santander!

Tutto un pò datato (eccetto la hall): il locale colazione un pò cupo e triste, assortimento poco più che sufficiente, mancanza di varietà e di prodotti freschi. La stanza familiare anch'essa un pò datata, mediamente confortevole per gli spazi, letto matrimoniale piccolo con materasso leggermente molle. Detto ciò, abbiamo pagato un prezzo giusto per tre notti.

No dieron una habitación que daba a la plaza y ese día hubo DJ con música altísima hasta la 1 y media de la madrugada. Entiendo que el hotel no controla los eventos que se hacen en la plaza, pero antes de pagar más de 200€ por una habitación normal con mobiliario anticuado podían avisarlo. Porque yo no hubiera cogido esa habitación.

La primera noche estuve en una habitación en la que el olor a tuberías que salía por la ventilación era insoportable. Tuve que abrir la ventana para diluir el olor y entró un mosquito. Noche mala e incomprensible en un hotel de este precio y categoría. A la mañana siguiente lo dije y me cambiaron la habitación, pero la primera noche fue infernal. En la segunda habitación la ventana no terminaba de ajustar y por tanto no aislaba bien del ruido de la calle. Esto ya ni lo dije en recepción. La cafetería era estupenda pero han decidido estropear el ambiente poniendo el hilo musical a un volumen demasiado alto. El camarero dijo que no se podía bajar porque era el volumen estándar. Para tomar algo de desayuno o cena ligera no quiero un ambiente sonoro de discoteca.
