Il y a de l'humidité dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre. Le sol était sale à notre arrivée et la douche aussi . Les échantillons présents étaient déjà utilisés . Les biscuits lotus étaient périmés . Sur la TV il n'y avait que des chaînes espagnol. Les murs étaient mal insonorisés. La fenêtre donne sur la rue , un escalier avec beaucoup de passants pour être exact . J'ai été réveillé la nuit à cause du bruit . Pas de lumière dans le couloir . Douche qui était bouchée . Aucun équipement appart les draps.

La biancheria da bagno e da letto era macchiata e con capelli residui sparsi. Poca cura e pulizia dei dettagli. Un po' rumorosa la notte per la strada a altezza finestra e galleria vicina, anche se al secondo piano.

La limpieza era desastrosa. Es un piso con habitaciones y el pasillo olía muy mal. La habitación estaba muy sucia. El suelo tenía migas, polvo, pelusas enormes…de mucho mucho tiempo sin limpiar. Los muebles tenían una suciedad y un polvo horrible, tuvimos que limpiarlo y las toallitas salían completamente negras. Las cortinas estaban tan sucias que no se podían tocar. El baño estaba muy sucio, con pelos pegados por todas partes. La persiana no funcionaba bien, la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota y el cable perdía agua, la ducha no tragaba… y aún así, lo peor sin duda, la falta de limpieza. Tuvimos que pedir por favor al menos barrieran o aspiraran y tampoco es que mejorase mucho.

Room didn't have any sunlight. And when the shower drain was blocked after a few days, I couldn't clean it myself. But these are not unexpected or unsolveable issues.

The room itself wasn't very clean, unfortunately. Floor was sticky after some orange colour liquid was spilt out and never cleaned. Leyers of dust everywhere. The tray with tea & coffee was simply grouse. I used a large packet of wet tissues to make this room usable. But surprisingly, the bathroom was spotless !!

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026La personne qui nous a accueilli était souriant et agréable. Il a fait un effort pour parler français, on a trouvé ça super sympa. Le logement était correcte que ce soit la douche et la chambre. La lampe faisait ventilateur en même temps donc vraiment sympa.
La seule chose était que ça sentait un peu la cigarette quand on arrive dans la pièce mais sinon tout le reste est parfait!

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Nos gustó mucho la estancia. El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, cerca del aeropuerto, del centro y con fácil acceso a transporte y comercios. Además, María fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento, haciendo que nos sintiéramos cómodos desde el primer día.
Como pequeño aspecto a mejorar, creemos que la limpieza podría cuidarse un poco más en algunos detalles. Aun así, ha sido una experiencia muy positiva y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Wonderfully located in central Santander and only 100m from the bus station if you catch the bus (S4) from the airport into Santander. Staff are friendly and accommodating and will leave keys in a door-safe if you are arriving late. I stayed in two rooms and both had on-suite bathrooms.
Very minor issues - operating the ceiling fan was difficult (it was hot during my stay). Lots of noise from inner courtyard.

We had some concerns about having a train station close but the room was quiet, after all. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The comms with the host - very good. Nothing to complain about. We recommend it.

Precies voor het bus/treinstation en om de hoek van het leuke centrum van Santander en op ca. 20 minuten lopen van het strand. Mooie kamer met goede badkamer. De kamer had echte "hotel vibes" qua uitvoering. Perfect! Het bed was echt fantastisch!

The room was very small and the bathroom was extremely compact, but it was well equipped with toiletries, clean white towels, good-quality bed linen, a refrigerator, and glasses. The room was nicely decorated and even had books, which added a special touch. Overall, it is a very pleasant place for a short stay right in the heart of Santander. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in the city center.
The accommodation does not provide a digital access code or a key pickup box, so it is necessary to meet a staff member in person to collect the keys. This can be somewhat inconvenient, as you need to call ahead or arrive at a specifically arranged time. In fact, this was the only drawback of the hostel.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Tokrat sem bila drugič in sem bila nekoliko razočarana. Prvič mi je bilo všeč, vendar sem bila v drugi sobi. Tokrat sem bila v sobi s kavčem, ki je smrdel po plesni. Vonj sobe je bil plesniv oz. So reševali s klorom. Sobe se ni dalo dobro prezračiti. Sicer oprema sobe solidna, grelec vode in kava je dobrodošel dodatek. Je pa lokacija zraven avtobusne in železniške postaje odlična.
Motil me je vonj po cigaretah, ki je bil na hodniku.

No ponen jabón ni champu. Es algo necesario para el huésped y no creo sea algo que aumente tanto el costo del alojamiento. En todos los demás alojamientos en donde fui, los suministraron.

Es difícil encontrar parking por la zona ,hay un parking en la estación de Renfe que está cerca pero es muy caro .

He estado en muchos alojamientos y no me esperaba que al ser un hostal fuera tan genial. Y el check in temprano encima una maravilla. Ventanas dobles no se oye nada Estacion de buses al lado, te deja un mapa. Lo dicho no le falta un detalle

No estaba limpio, las fotos son totalmente diferentes a lo que en realidad es, olor a pies total, la gente de la habitación de al lado parecía que estaba allí contigo y me dicen a las 10:30 siendo el chekout a las 11:30 que hay que irse rapido que la gente está llamando.

Everything smells like mold inside, the cleaning is not done properly. We asked after 3 days to have our room cleaned and despite the towels being wet and dirty left specifically on the floor to be changesld, they were just picked up and hanged in the bathroom. There was hair in the bathroom from previous guests probably and one towel was already dirty with make up upon arrival. There is no staff and the only lady that is there for a couple of hours a day doesn't speak any English.

El intento de presionar para hacer el "Parte de Viajeros Policial" de forma digital, sin saber donde acabarán tus datos, dada la posibilidad de piratería digital incontrolada. Por ello, me negué y exigí me lo confeccionaran al llegar a la recepción, pues es obligación del hospedaje hacerlo ellos personalmente teniendo a la vista al huésped y comprobar físicamente el contenido del DNI, sin que se traslade tal responsabilidad al solicitante de hospedaje.

Il bagno non si trovava in buone condizioni. L'odore era sgradevole, così come la pulizia non eccellente, ma probabilmente siamo stati solo un po' sfortunati. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva.

No staff interaction so unable to rate this. Would want to be closer to beach and downtown if train location wasn't an issue

Todo era aceptable, pero a la noche (pronto) tuvimos frio y no había cómo poner la calefacción y tampoco nadie para ayudarnos
