Ubicacion genial. Desayuno maravilloso con mucha variedad y productos de calidad. Habitacion bastante comoda y limpia.

Las cortinas de la habitacion no cierran bien y dejan pasar directamente la luz de las farolas de delante cosa que dificulta el descanso.

Excellent historic hotel recently restored. Friendly staff and right next to both the bus and train station. Walkable to central Santander, the new Faro Museum and iconic Museum Botìn. We visit Santander twice a year and this is a new fave for us.

Appartamento in pieno centro, comodissimo ed enorme! Con più stanze e due bagni, ognuno del gruppo ha avuto i propri spazi e la massima comodità. L’accoglienza e la disponibilità dell’host sono state impeccabili dall'inizio alla fine. Il parcheggio gratuito è stato un valore aggiunto enorme: un piccolo consiglio per i futuri ospiti è di seguire con attenzione le indicazioni inviate su WhatsApp prima dell'arrivo, dato che il parcheggio si trova in una via perpendicolare alla strada principale ed è leggermente nascosto. Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo!

Muy céntrico, perfecto para desplazarse a pie en todo momento. Habitaciones muy agradables, confortables y bien equipadas. Personal de recepción muy atento. Muy buen desayuno.

El hotel no dispone de parquing propio, pero tiene convenio con uno municipal a una calle de distancia. Un poco aparatoso en caso de mal tiempo para desplazarse con el equipaje.

No desayuné. La ubicación excelente. Frente a la estación de autobuses. En el centro. Silencioso. Con un supermercado Lupa casi enfrente.

Nuestra habitación en el último piso era muy pequeña. Con muy poco espacio para pasar entre las camas y el escritorio. El último día el aire acondicionado no enfrió lo suficiente la habitación.

Las tuberías del baño huelen muy mal. Se nota mucho y pasa el olor a la habitación. Es un problema de la zona pero ojalá tenga solución para que el hotel tenga de termine de tener su encanto al 100%

Lo céntrico q está

Que no tiene ningún espacio en la puerta para poder, bajar las maletas y es una calle súper transitada . El olor tan malo a cloacas en el baño.

Pese a mantener su calidad en lo esencial, se ve un poco anticuado. No tiene cafetería, pero en las habitaciones hay un servicio para tomar infusiones.

El baño no tenía donde poner ni siquiera un neceser…

El personal encantador tanto los de recepción , como el personal en el desayuno , las chicas que limpiaban las habitaciones encantadoras y se amoldaban a tu horario , con mucha amabilidad . La limpieza excelente . El desayuno muy bueno . Me ha encantado este hotel en todos los aspectos . Recomendable 100 x100 . Cuando hicimos el check out , nos dejaron las maletas en consigna , tuvimos que sacarlas y meterlas varias veces a coger cosas , y siempre con mucha amabilidad . Me ha encantado este hotel en todos los aspectos . Y la relación calidad- precio muy buena también .

Very good location near to centre and to bus station! Very clean and nice staff. Room was stylish and bed was comfy. The overall feeling of the hotel was safe and nice, and we had a good time.

Shower drain was messed up and overflowed when you turned the water on. Otherwise, it was all good.

Camera piccola, soprattutto bagno. Per sederti sul water devi chiudere la porta altrimenti ti viene addosso. Nemmeno un appendino per asciugamani che quindi rimangono per forza di cose bagnati

The location is great, right next to the bus stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s generally clean. Bed was comfy.

The room is quite small, and a bit dark. Breakfast was quite basic. It’s sufficient but basic. We wish there is a bar or something at the hotel itself especially at the reception area. They do provide water and some Haribo, which is a nice touch. For the price we paid, we thought it could be a little better. But it could be because of the time we stayed.

Bien ubicado, cerca del Ayuntamiento y al lado de las estaciones de tren y bus. Personal muy amable. Desayuno muy completo.

Las sábanas de la cama estaban como húmedas y a nosotros nos resultó muy desagradable. Las ventanas no cerraban bien. Y la temperatura del aire acondicionado no se puede regular, solo la potencia. Nos ha parecido un hotel carísimo para lo que es.

Location was right by the bus and train stations, and close to the ferries. Centre of town close by, with lots of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was great. Towels were big and fluffy. Staff were nice.

Room was very dark, all walls and ceiling had very dark colours. The air conditioning only worked while in the room, so it would be hot and stuffy when arriving and took a while to cool down. The bathroom door was very hard to close and the handle was loose, almost fell off. A bit dusty in places. The safe didn't work and even though we reported it straight away, it never got fixed (stayed 4 nights).

Room faced the afternoon sun so A/C could not cool room below 26 C in the afternoon and evening. For the price I expected A/C to keep room closer to 23 C especially while sleeping.

Lacking a bedside table, no milk or spoons for the tea, AC wasn't great, too warm in the day yet freezing at night. Bedside lights only switched the lights off so couldn't turn them on in the night when needed.

È molto comodo in quanto rimane all'inizio del centro di Santander. La struttura si vede che è recentemente rinnovata e le camere sono molto ampie, spaziose e curate. Alla reception sono molto disponibili e cordiali. Lato parcheggio viene offerto un parcheggio convenzionato limitrofo.

Il prezzo non è molto competitivo per la zona in cui si trova e considerando che la colazione è extra. La bellezza della struttura in se non basta per giustificare un prezzo alto.

Chambre spacieuse lit confortable produits et linge de toilettes de bonne qualité grande salle de bain récente avec douche italienne et double système de jets. Petit déjeuner très copieux pour le prix.

Nous avions 3 chambres et dans une des chambres il y avait des odeurs désagréables type d'égouts. La porte de notre chambre était très difficile à fermer cela nous obligeait de la faire claquer

Long drive to the hotel and we were exceptionally lucky to get a parking space outside of the hotel; it has 4 space but they were taken. We were ready to park in the adjacent public underground parking if we needed to ! The lady on reception was incredibly welcoming; the room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a very modern walk-in shower! Good air-con. The location is excellent and minutes from the main promenade, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good and then only a few minutes drive to the ferry terminal. We would stay again and hope to be lucky with the parking a 2nd time!

Great location, comfy room and beds and great breakfast

Concierge when we arrived was really helpful. Thank you. Breakfast was lovely and room very comfortable, with a great shower.

A really nice hotel in a great central location, conveniently near to the main shopping centre, bars, restaurants, the cathedral, the railway station and the ferry terminal. Very clean room with a big comfortable bed. The receptionists were particularly helpful and friendly, and spoke very good English. On the minus side, the breakfast could have been better - as non-meat eaters there was not a lot of choice, and the cooked items were only lukewarm - although admittedly we came down towards the end, which we like to do when on holiday. The (English) waiter in the breakfast room had a slightly strange manner, zooming around at speed, and slamming the crockery, etc, down in the kitchen. The other guests noticed this. I would add that he seemed to be angry with us on the second day for some reason, brusquely asking for our room number and being off hand. Not sure why - could be as we moved the cutlery from a table which was next to the kitchen entrance to one further away in the corner, which was quieter. Shouldn't have been an issue as the tables were not set, other than the cutlery, as it was all self service so you brought your own crockery, etc to the table. Maybe he was just having a bad day. We were not looking forward to coming down for breakfast on the third morning because of his attitude, but thankfully there was a waitress on duty, and she was much friendlier. (Although she was sweeping around the tables when people were still eating, which is a no no. I understand that there will be some clearing up to be done towards the end of breakfast time, but this should be tables only - not the floor!). One or two other minor things - there was no milk in the room for the tea and coffee - we were told that we needed to buy from the supermarket. Not good form for any hotel, never mind a classy one like the Abba Santander. The fridge was not cold enough, and no way of turning it up, so we had warm(ish) beer and wine! Oh, and the shower room did not have any hooks on which to hang things, which was surprising. I know I'm being slightly picky, but little things make all the difference. The negatives would not stop us staying at the hotel again should we visit Santander in the future.

Good position, staff very helpful. Parking near by. Neat the hop on hop off bus stop. Nice room particularly lovely towels. Room was ready early so we could check in.

The hotel was in a good location - handy for the train and bus station, but not sketchy! It was very nice and felt very safe for a single traveller. The central areas were a 2 minute walk and so was the water front.

La habitacion era amplia y moderna. Esta muy bien ubicado. Tienen un convenio con el parquin de la estación cercana y eso hace que sea fácil aparcar. Un desayuno muy completo.

Se oía el ruido de la calle y dormimos con tapones.

Excelente ubicación, personal muy atento y amable, limpieza, cama cómoda, toallas de calidad y muchos detalles en la habitación, sorprendente en un hotel de tres estrellas.

Nos gustó todo, pero la habitación doble es pequeña para dos personas.

My room had doors opening on to a little balcony overlooking the street. It was lovely. The room was clean and nicely presented. It’s very close to the ferry port and there’s lots going on as soon as you step outside the hotel. I really liked it.

Честно говоря, я ожидала чего-то значительно большего. Номер оказался маленький, не протиснуться. Мы брали номер на троих и оплатили прилично больше, чем за двухместный номер. Но 3-я кровать оказалась раскладушкой. Вид из окна не очень. В холодильнике было 3 бутылки воды, мы думали, что это приветственный напиток. Во многих местах так принято, ставить воду в день приезда гостей. Так как в этом холодильнике ничего кроме воды больше не было, мы и не подумали, что это мини бар. Когда выписывались, прилшось заплатить по 2 евро за каждую пол-литровую бутылку. Парковки можно сказать нет. У отеля 4 места, они всегда заняты. Нас отправили на городскую парковку, с которой у них договор. Очень дорого. Проживание очень дорого.

No coffee in the room only tea. Tv only had limited Spanish channels, was not a smart tv, could not use a fire stick.staff just shrugged when asked why. Very poor for a quite expensive room.

Ubicación perfecta. 3 de los 5 días pudimos aparcar en la puerta por 10€/día. El resto, encontramos al lado en zona azul Personal amabilísimo y encantador Habitación bonita y espaciosa. Toallas suaves y mullidas. Colchon cómodo. Nos ofrecieron desayuno a un coste inferior a la web, de calidad, variedad suficiente. En muy pocos hoteles disponen de zumo natural como este Enfrente hay un parque infantil y restaurantes muy recomendables

Solo la ubicación. Desayuno salvo el ruido y vistas a la cocina.

Hotel muy ruidoso. La reforma tiene un año y está igual: ventanas que no aíslan del ruido, faltaba una cortina (casi de día por la noche en la habitación). Luz del detector de humos justo encima de la cama (horrendo). Toallero caído y toma del AC pendiente del cable. Habitación para tres pero tamaño de una single. 1 silla y 1 portamaletas y sin sitio en el armario para guardar las maletas…Sin agua de bienvenida pero sí de pago.

Locatie is goed. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Kamer is in principe ok wanneer er gordijnen zouden hangen die het raam bedekken en niet lichtdoorlatend zouden zijn en je oordoppen draagt.

Ik had een kamer aan de straatkant met veel lawaai, de kamers zijn super gehorig, niet alleen vd straat maar ook vd andere kamers, en daarbij het gordijn, was lichtdoorlatend en sloot niet helemaal; veel neonverlichting aan straatkant. Je hebt en oordoppen en slaapmasker nodig wil je er kunnen slapen. Verder noemen ze onder faciliteiten dat er koffie en thee faciliteiten aanwezig zouden moeten zijn; alleen een waterkoker voor thee, geen koffie.

La atención al cliente,tuve un problema con la cartera y el chico de la recepción se portó excepcionalmente bien, preocupándose en todo momento.

Tolles Design der Zimmer, wunderschöne Lobby und top Lage im Zentrum von Bilbao. Das Frühstück hatte ebenfalls alles was man braucht. Empfehlenswert :)

It meet our needs.

There was a smell of recent excrement in the room, even though it was clean and the bands were on the bidet and lavatory.

We had an excellent stay here. The room was good and clean. The breakfast was a buffet selection of hot and cold items. The location is great for the bus depot and train station.

Prima hotel. Schoon, mooie kamer, goede voorzieningen (onder andere mogelijkheid tot theezetten). Goed gelegen in het centrum, en tegenover het trein en het busstation.
