The location and staff were wonderful. All amenities exceeded expectations. Staff was super friendly - spoke slow French to us, which was very appreciated. Best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Could not really understand the thermostat, but that's on us. We probably didn't understand the directions given to us in French. Room was still comfortable - a/c appreciated.

Location, room, quality of breakfast

Breakfast room is too small and overcrowded

Location is good, clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was good, very nice and welcoming stuff.

The elevator was broken, the reception lady helped us with the luggage but only after one and a half day it was fixed. We were on the fourth floor so it required a lot of exercise. However, at the checkout they gave us the two days parking for free, so it was a decent compensation.

Staff very helpful

From the restaurant not a great view

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Aix-Les-Bains, wunderschönes Zimmer mit großer Terrasse, ruhig, tolles Frühstück, sehr schöner Innenhof, sehr freundliches Personal.

fast alles

Hand und Badetücher nicht komplett gewechselt

L'accueil, la qualité du service. Le niveau de standing de l'hôtel.

Très confortable et tres jolie decoration. Personnel très accueillant.

Beinahe (siehe unten) alles sehr gut!

Rien

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in.A beautiful, spotless hotel with fresh-smelling carpets. The bathroom was spacious and exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was lovely. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. I wish every hotel I stay in were like this.

The only thing I didn’t like was that smoking was allowed during breakfast.

Gute Lage

The location is right in the heart of the city. The room has many designed features. It is styled in a modern way. High ceiling and very comfortable bed. We had a room with several windows and all of them can be opened for some fresh air. It was very helpful after a whole night of aircon and we can have some fresh air into the room. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. I forgot to book the parking but they managed to find one in the end. And the receptionist walked with us to show how to get in the garage and out.

Hotel centralissimo e super-organizzato. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Parcheggio comodo e decisamente poco costoso rispetto agli standard europei. Stanza ampia, attrezzata e silenziosa. Un'esperienza ottima. Consigliatissimo

Lovely garden room great for a drink outside

We were in the loft space so lots of slanting ceilings so not good if tall. Pool was tiny

A really beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Aix-les-bains village. The hotel and the rooms were really nicely decorated. The staff were really available, professionnal and kind. The cocktail and tapas bar was lovely and the staff were so kind.

I think the breakfast buffet could have been a bit bigger and better for the price (23€/person). Considering we are in Summer, the fruit salad and fruit platter could have been a bit fresher with more choice. Also, we arrived at about 9:30am and we couldn’t find plates or tea pots to put hot water in.

Personnel très aimable et disponible

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. What impressed me most was their problem-solving attitude – whenever I needed assistance, they handled everything quickly and efficiently with a smile. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the team genuinely made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a great overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

We drove ourselves. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was GREAT! I would like to know the brand and details of the bed. It was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Please let me know via email!

Our room was on the 4th floor so the ceiling was a little low in the corners and a beam was in the way. My wife hit her head a few times. If we stay again we will make sure we have a regular ceiling.

Lovely hotel, huge, spacious. Great Pool. Roxy on reception very nice, Mitchell in Restaurant, great service.

The bed was too soft! A lot of people would love it!

Beautiful room and spa, friendly staff. Location was on the same street as an excellent bread shop, fresh fruit and vegetable market, chocolatier shop, and so much more.

Breakfast was nice, we had it one morning and then explored the area for breakfast the following morning.
