The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating the breakfast was lovely and the location was central and perfect for exploring.

The building maintains some beautiful period features but overall the property decor, furnishings and fixtures feels dated, and could use a refresh. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and one of our mattresses felt more like a worn piece of foam and could not be called a bed. Understandably due to the age of the property air conditioning is not a feature in the hotel, however it was shocking to stay in the height of summer and have only one broken fan in our two bedroom suite with no guard covering the plastic cracked blades and a missing leg on the stand which meant that in our suite we had to sleep with our bedroom windows completely open allowing the guests across the courtyard to wave to us while laying in our beds. There is no mini fridge, luggage racks or an extra key provided which was annoying as two friends travelling together and only one of us being able to have a key to the room.

Комната с окнами во внутренний двор, мебель в ней довольно изношена, не совпадала с фото комнат на странице отеля. Очень маленькие подушки. Не возможно остановиться у отеля для разгрузки машины, мы долго крутились по району пока нашли. В сентябре парковка с 10 до 17 на дворцовой площади стоила нам почти 30€ , не рекомендую .

Très bon hôtel. Bien situé, réceptionnistes sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise d'être surclassées, merci beaucoup ! Chambre propre et calme, avec du charme et une belle salle d'eau moderne. Petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Nous sommes restées une nuit mais une nuit supplémentaire nous aurait beaucoup plu.

Malgré la fin de la canicule, la chambre au troisième étage était assez chaude. Un ventilateur était disponible mais un peu vieillot, sans minuteur pour permettre de s'endormir avec. Le personnel du petit-déjeuner est moins chaleureux.

Freundliches Personal, für französische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück, gute Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Schloss; wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage, daher war es ruhig.

Parkplatz nur in einem der benachbarten Parkhäuser machbar; Zimmer sehr klein, keine Möglichkeit um Kleidung ver nünftig abzulegen, nichts für grössere Koffer; Bad schon etwas abgewohnt, Dusche nur etwas für kleinere Konfektionsgrössen

Friendliness and efficiency of reception staff. Cosy bedroom, very clean with toiletries, tea and coffee provided. Baggage kept while exploring the town on check out day.

Chambre un peu petite, et problème de réception de certaines chaînes sur la TV, mais vraiment pour trouver une critique.

A localização, muito perto do Palácio de Versailles, é excelente. A zona envolvente muito calma e tivemos a sorte de ter estacionamento gratuito mesmo em frente ao hotel por ser o mês de agosto.

Os corredores de acesso aos quartos são muito apertados e um pouco escuros. O tamanho do quarto também é relativamente pequeno.

Esta muy bien ubicado. Esta limpio, amplio y la cama muy cómoda. Nos atendió Francisco en la recepción, encantador, nos dio super buenos consejos.

Hotel w bardzo spokojnej cichej dzielnicy. Blisko do Wersala, restauracji, stacji metra oraz wyśmienitych piekarni. Szczególnie polecam piekarnię Aux Pains de la Ferme- bardzo dobre wyroby.

Pokoje są dość ciemne i niskie co daje poczucie ciasnoty. Panuje nieprzyjemny zapach.Mieliśmy okna od dzedzińca na którym mieszkańcy hotelu palili papierosy i dym wpadał do naszych sypialni.

Great location, 10mins walk from train station & 15mins walk to Palace. Greeted by very welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean & quiet area, so had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was fabulous, with a huge selection of delights. We particularly liked the courtyard garden & perfect for a smoke. A lovely addition is the bar, for a late night drink. Best of all, the staff are most lovely & accommodating

L'accueil. Les informations sur l'accès aux transports en commun. La restauration aux alentours. Proche du château. Les petits déjeuners top ! L'amabilité des serveuses.

C'était la période des fortes chaleurs, la clim aurait était la bienvenue, c'était malgré tout précisé dans la description de l'hôtel, mais le ventilateur a un peu compensé.

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, souriant et attentionné.

Die Zimmer sind extrem klein. Es fehlt bei der Hitze eine Klimaanlage.

Die günstige Lage in Versailles zum Schloss ist ein Hauptpunkt der Buchung gewesen. Das Parken war vor dem Hotel problemlos möglich und war im August auch kostenlos - worauf uns der Concierge freundlicherweise hinwies. Die gemeinschaftlich nutzbaren Räume im Erdgeschoss waren gut (Billard, Schachspiel, kleiner Innenhof). Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl. Eier wurden auf Bestellung zubereitet - wenn man davon wusste.

Die Betten und die Duschen haben uns weniger gefallen. Wir hatten ein großes Bad mit Wanne und Bidet und eines sehr enges mit Dusche. Beim Duschen waren die Armaturen sehr störend. Das ist bei 2 Übernachtungen verkraftbar. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und jede Feder spürbar. Dabei stellten wir einerseits positiv fest, dass Schonbezüge auf den Matratzen waren - was in Hotels viel zu selten der Fall ist -, allerdings sollten sie dann auch in einem angemessenen Turnus gewaschen werden. Leider fanden wir dort reichlich Haare von früheren Gästen vor. Teppichböden sind per se nicht gut sauber zu halten. Für Hausstauballergiker ist das schwierig. Klimaanlage und Ventilator gab es auf dem Zimmer nicht. Grundsätzlich gibt es auch einen Aufzug im Haus. Aber ausgerechnet für unser Zimmer 110 kam er nicht in Frage. Auch das sollte man vorher erfahren.

Top locatie, met gratis uitzicht op het vuurwerk in de tuinen van Versailles. Ze hadden een kinderbedje klaargezet, de kamer was super proper en het personeel was lief. Gezellig terrasje en bar beneden.

酒店是老式的建筑，很有乡村感觉，前台和其他服务人员都很好，彬彬有礼的感觉，早餐也还算丰盛，有个中庭小院可以歇息和抽烟，不想出去吃饭用ubereats店外卖也蛮方便的，离凡尔赛宫入口10分钟步行路程吧

如果在城市中生活久了离不开空调制冷的人可能晚上稍微会觉得热，不过酒店提供了电风扇，风力很强

A very warm & friendly welcome as we arrived. Great location, only 10 minute walk from the station & 15 minute walk to the Palace. The beds are very comfortable & we had a nice quite, peaceful sleep. Absolutely spotless & the lift was a bonus. Our breakfast was extensive & delicious. There is a cute courtyard garden to relax & have a smoke. The bar & billiards room was a lovely addition for a late night tipple. Lots of fabulous restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Les deux petites bouteilles d'eau glacée données lors du check in ne sauraient se substituer à l'absence de climatisation. Dans cette chambre étouffante même pas le petit réconfort d'un mini réfrigérateur. Rajoutez le bruit de l' ascenseur recouvert partiellement par le ronflement du petit ventilateur essoufflé à brasser tant d'air chaud et vous avez les ingrédients d'une nuit sans sommeil.

I stayed at the property for two nights and they have bed bugs, BED BUGS! In Europe in 2026: UNACCEPTABLE! My friend was bit raw! I complained and insisted and the hotel agreed to a full refund that never arrived and now they have stopped responding to both: me and Booking.com’s customer service. Needless to say that the refund never arrived, I would never stay here again and I most certainly do not recommend!

El trato personal, son muy amables. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado, muy buen desayuno. De los tres hoteles que estuve en París este ha sido el mejor, súper limpio y las toallas realmente eran blancas, la cama impecable (en cuanto limpio, quizá no es muy confortable pero eso lo menor) todo en general es muy bueno.

Que no tenía aire o ventiladores. Considerar mínimo uno de torre, porque hace mucho calor.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut.

Unser Zimmer lag genau am Fahrstuhlschacht und man hörte ihn immer rauf und runter fahren. Es war sehr heiß als wir da waren und es war die Sonnenseite, es gab keine Klimatisierung. Am schlimmsten aber war das Frühstücksbuffet. Es gab große Marmeladengläser, in denen die Wespen bereits zu vielen im Inneren des Glases festgeklebt waren. Das war so unappetitlich, dass ich kaum was essen konnte. Und beim Gurken /Zitronenwasser in der Lobby sollten ab und zu auch mal die Gurken und Zitronen gewechselt werden... Es gibt viel zu verbessern.

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Versailles ist super. Man ist in 10 Minuten am Schloss oder an der Bahnstation. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und haben keine Klimaanlage. Das habe ich vorher gewußt, aber nicht, dass es so heiß werden würde.

Pas de clim, mais je pense que ce n'est pas possible dans ce genre d'endroit. Petit déjeuner extrêmement cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé et la piètre qualité des produits. De plus la charcuterie, les produits laitiers ne sont pas mis au frais. Très peu de choix. Une tâche dans le lit mais l'établissement est propre dans l'ensemble. Loin des standings 3*

Beautiful, historic building with very friendly staff.

One major letdown after all the positives was no air conditioning. Very hard to sleep and be comfortable with such. The simple fan in the room doesn’t cut it. Unfortunately wouldn’t be able to stay here again. Can’t imagine how people go once summer really kicks in.

La produit "desinfectant" très présent à l'arrivée dans la chambre. L'éclairage des couloirs est automatique mais s'éteint très rapidement.

I like location and Staf in the reception - they were very kind.

Room size , Bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. There is no AC and that's a big problem especially if a weather is warm- impossible to sleep and to stay in a such a small room without AC. The Bathtube is unbelievably small!!! I will recommend to admin of the hotel once to make a shower in bath tube and rate it !!! Facility of the hotel and Price is incomparable. The price is extremely high for such a hotel so poor facilities. No refrigerator, No AC, very dark in the room- even No light in the room and hair driver is a product of 1960-1980 at list that was possible to change in a new, stronger and modern one. I am really sorry , but Bad Facility Hotel.

This was an easy walk from the station .(Versailles Rive Gauche). I had a lovely room overlooking the street. Despite the heat wave the temperature was manageable ( and a fan was provided, as well as cold lemony water on arrival ) I ate at the lovely fish restaurant over the road and had a much needed undisturbed long sleep in a very comfortable bed .Staff were very friendly thank you.

The reception and front office staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is accessible to the palace by few minutes walk. Breakfast was not up-to-the mark with very limited choices, crowded sitting area and very poor service by the serving staff. For the price I paid, it was not worth it. I had selected the hotel as it appeared on the official page of the palace.

The location was the only good thing I found about this hotel.

The fact that there is no air conditioning is understandable for the 350 year old Versailles, but not for a current hotel where people sleep every day. With global warming being a factor for many years now, you must get a/c if you hope to attract any tourists at. Plus, our small double room was TINY and not even big enough for me and my hoop skirt to fit with another person. And the bed was equally tiny as well. Just not acceptable for a hotel that is meant to be of high caliber.

Je trouve que la chambre était vraiment petite et la douche très mal agencée :impossible d'ouvrir la porte et la douche en même temps, difficulté d'être deux dans la salle d'eau. La fenêtre était encastrée au fond de la chambre donc peu de lumière et de la moquette était présente partout dans la chambre ce qui me questionne par rapport à la propriété.
