Le bruit généré par un groupe d’américaines déguisées qui faisaient salon à 5/6 dans la chambre voisine de la nôtre et étaient très peu discrètes.

The property was well located for visiting Versailles, the main reason for our trip. We had a room on the ground floor near reception and were offered a relocation if we felt it was too noisy ( we didn’t need to). The hotel was also close to lots of restaurants.

Tilava huone, erinomainen sänky ja palvelut lähellä. Henkilökunta erityisen ystävällistä! Autotalli oli hyvä ominaisuus, toki ahdas, mutta hyvä kuski pärjää.

Wi-Fi oli vähän heikko ja heitti ulos useamman kerran.

We booked two rooms and technically they were on the same floor. We took the lift to the 2nd floor but we then had to climb four steps to my Mothers room and then go through a small maze of two doors to reach our room next door? So a little odd but doable really Our shower door would not close properly so the floor got wet

Solid hotel, nice reception and greeting. Professional and friendly staff. Room good, if a little tired, but still very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast all around, especially well catered for vegans which was a nice surprise in France. Probably wouldn't stay more than 2 nights in the family room, as it was a touch small.

Our room was a bit dated and probably, ideally needs a renovation. Family room for reference.

Well located with a small car park that we pre booked. It was an easy walk of about 15 mins to both the Palais and the train station to Paris. The first floor room was comfortable and quiet, despite being near the lift. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and welcoming.

The room size would be frustrating for travellers with large cases as no space to put them but we managed ok with two small cases.

l'acceuil très cordial, le calme, la mise à disposition d'eau par ces fortes chaleurs, le rapport qualité prix, et des petits dejeuner de grande qualité et copieux à volonté.

je pense que le nettoyage des douches est rapide, car par deux fois nous avons retrouvé des cheveux ne nous appatenant pas. le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas. sinon tout le reste est parfait

Posizione comoda, vicino ai bistrot e a due passi dalla reggia. Personale accogliente, puntuale nel dare informazioni, disponibile e tempestivo nel soddisfare richieste. Camera non grande, ma comoda, estremamente funzionale e recentemente rinnovata.

J'ai rarement autant apprécié un hôtel que Le Mercure Versailles!!! Entre le personnel exceptionnel et la chambre tres propre et confortable, il faut être vraiment difficile pour se plaindre ! Sans compter le petit déjeuner qui est simplement fabuleux, j'ai juste hâte d'y revenir...

Bel hôtel et proche du château de Versailles ainsi que du centre et bien des petits restaurants en bas de la rue. Personnel souriant et agréable. Bon petit déjeuner et chambre confort 👍

Bien sûr le stationnement n’est pas aisé et le parking complet le jour où nous y étions mais chanceux, 1 des 2 des places devant l’hôtel était libre pour nous.

Wat ons het meest beviel was de heer die ons hielp bij het inchecken, Guillaume. Hij was zeer vriendelijk, en zeer behulpzaam.

De locatie is perfect! Dichtbij de restaurants en een kwartiertje lopen naar het paleis. Aardige mensen.

Wir wollten eine Veranstaltung in Schloss Versailles besuchen. Dafür war der Standort ideal. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und auch einen Supermarkt. Das Schloss ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett gebucht und dieses war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Der Preis vielleicht ein bißchen hoch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war recht klein und hatte wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Auch für die Kleidung gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank sondern nur eine Stange über dem Safe. Die Badezimmertür war eine Schiebetür und eine Katastrophe. Sie blieb sehr oft hängen, was besonders nachts zu Störungen führte. Außerdem war das Badezimmer nebst Toilette direkt an der einen Bettseite, auch nicht immer angenehm. Wir haben zwar keinen Parkplatz gebraucht und haben uns trotzdem die Tiefgarage einmal angesehen. Sie ist sehr eng und wir denken für die Autos heutzutage eine Herausforderung.

My daughter and I have been travelling in Europe for the last 5 weeks and when we arrived at Mercure Versailles Chateau we felt welcomed. Beautiful hotel with everything that you need. The staff is amazing and available to help you for whatever you need. Always smiling and very helpful. After big days visiting Paris, Disney Paris and walking everywhere we were happy to finish our day in this comfortable hotel. The bed felt soft and the room was quiet. Comfy pillows as well. We loved our stay very much!

It’s not about to property but it was just a bit away from the train station. A good 10-15 minutes walk.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. We were a group of 3, my wife and I and our grown-up daughter. We had 2 rooms on the second floor of the hotel. The room was in perfect condition and spotless. The staff on reception were friendly from the first point of contact. There is parking at the hotel but it is limited to 8 or 10 spaces maximum. It is below the hotel and the entrance is rather tight, but we were lucky enough to get a space. The hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes walk from the Palace of Versailles, which was the main purpose of our visit. We asked at reception for suggestions of places in the evening and they were kind enough to recommend a few options. On the first night, we chose to eat at a Tapas restaurant, just at the bottom of the street the hotel is on. And on the second evening we went to a restaurant recommended by the hotel. It was called Le Boeuf à la Mode and was no more than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We did have breakfast at the hotel on the first morning and we found it to be ok but not great, so we got breakfast somewhere else on the second (and final) morning - this might just be a matter of taste, though, so it is not a criticism.

Nothing, it was comfortable and clean and met all our needs for our 2-night stay. The only negative was that we watched the England football team lose in the World Cup semi final to Argentina, which was sad, but it’s definitely the team’s responsibility and not the hotel’s!

The car parking was a bit awkward, some of the spaces are trapped in behind others. The room itself was a bit odd.. not in the main building it was out the back and felt like a pre-fab.

The staff are absolutely lovely, genuinely could not ask for nicer people. They gave great recognition for local places and were just great to talk too. The room was small but thats not a bother as i was only there to sleep. The neighbourhood is lovely and closed to many public transport links. And its so so close to Versailles Palace.

I would have liked a mat outside the shower and I personally didn’t like the bed pillows.

Fijne ontvangst door vriendelijke meneer, een parkeerplek in de garage was geregeld (op verzoek). Kamer was erg schoon en heerlijk koel. Bedden waren perfect. Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid, blij dat we dit nog hadden bijgeboekt bij aankomst. Fijn hotel om Versailles te ontdekken. Het hotel ligt in dezelfde straat als een aantal prima restaurants, je kunt elke avond om de hoek iets anders eten. Een aanrader!

De accommodatie ligt op een gunstige locatie, dicht bij diverse restaurants en op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het paleis. De airconditioning was een groot pluspunt tijdens de warme dagen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and parking was available on request.

The room was very small for 2 people. Nowhere to leave our suitcases and only the bed pretty much fit in the room. The shower was smaller than the one in our caravan and only a shower curtain, not a glass door so the entire floor was covered in water.

Le quartier est très sympathique avec nombreux bars et restaurants à proximité. L'environnement reste très calme par ailleurs. La décoration est soignée et l'établissement est propre. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. J'y retournerai avec plaisir !

The breakfast was excellent. Fresh food and lots of choice! We appreciated that it started at 6:30 am so we could get an early start to the day. The air conditioning was excellent (some places claim to have AC and don't have it) since the time we were there, we experienced an unexpected heat wave. The location was walkable to the palace, close to many restaurants and the train station.

The room we had was a "twin" and smaller than North American standards but still very comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna- obok wiele restauracji, duży supermarket, 15-20min piechotą do pałacu wersalskiego, 5min-7min drogi na targ. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne- na ciepło jajka i kiełbaski lub parówki i jajecznica. Do tego nalesniki, owoce, wędliny, sery, wybór pieczywa, dżemy, smarowidła. Brak warzyw. Możliwość bezpłatnego nalewania wody z dyfuzora do karafki przez cały pobyt.

Personnel très bien, attentif, très serviable, aimable, bref au top. Hôtel bien situé dans une rue calme mais à proximité de lieux plus animés notamment de nombreux restaurants. Château pas loin à pieds si on aime marcher un peu. Chambre au calme et confortable. Pas de bruit. Petit parking payant.

Le petit-déjeuner : un peu cher pour des produits industriels. La propreté pas au top dans la salle de bain : des traces suspectes sur le sol à mon arrivée (Bon, peut-être des produits ménagers, je n'ai pas cherché à savoir), des traces de calcaire sur certains éléments de la douche et beaucoup de poussière sur la VMC.

De locatie is echt uitstekend. In een rustige straat en toch op wandelafstand van het kasteel. Het ontbijt was ook heel lekker, veel aanbod dat geleidelijk aan wordt aangevuld waardoor verspilling wordt tegengegaan. Top 👍
