Bedrooms tiny. Showers smaller than you’d get in a camper-van. Basic extras - water, milk etc very expensive.

Le personnel est très aimable et agréable. L'accueil est parfait et avec le sourire, ce qui devient rare malheureusement. J'ai été surclassé suite à un problème technique dans ma chambre et je félicite la réception.

Le stationnement sur le parking en face, les pigeons en avaient plein le c..., ils ont tout lâché sur ma voiture !

Hôtel charmant à 10mn à pieds du Châteaux de Versailles, à côté de la gare Versailles Rive gauche. Bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié, tant en salé qu'en sucré. Personnel très aimable et courtois. Chambre confortable avec 2 grands lits et au calme.

Emplacement idéal, très facile d'accès en RER ou métro, à 10 minutes à pieds du château. Excellent accueil, belle chambre très agréable, salle de bain avec douche spacieuse. Bon petit déjeuner.

Die Lage des Hotels war sensationell, da wir den Besuch in Versailles mit dem Besuch im Schloss verbunden haben. Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, wir haben außerhalb des Hotels gefrühstückt. Kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten gab es vor dem Hotel.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, bis zu zwei Übernachtungen sicher ausreichend. Es gab auch keine Möglichkeit die Kleidung zu verstauen. Der so genannte Garten war vor dem Hotel und sehr verschmutzt und staubig. Vielleicht lag es auch an der wochenlangen Trockenheit.

Chambre cosy dans le thème des rois et propre. Cafetière avec consommables à disposition. A proximité du château de Versailles et des restaurants. Hôtel plutôt calme. Literie correcte.

Pas de climatisation, seul un ventilo. Sanitaires un peu petits et plutôt vétustes mais propres.

Das Hotel in zentraler Lage ist sehr charmant, aber die Innenausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Parkplatzsituation war sehr gut, dank der freundlichen Beratung hielten sich die Gebühren auch in Grenzen. Das Schloss ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben ist das für französische Verhältnisse üppige Frühstück, das in einem netten Frühstücksraum serviert wird und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat.

Die Betten waren nur 1,90 m lang, was für uns große Menschen etwas kurz war.

Tutto! Pulito e hanno rifatto la camera senza doverlo chiedere. Personale preparato e mi hanno modificato la prenotazione senza problemi, accogliente, in reception offrono da bere limonata acqua o caffe con frutta e macarons, ottima colazione abbondante e varia (dolce e salato), posizione centrale comodissima per la visita alla reggia, parcheggio proprio davanti all'hotel. Camera spaziosa con doppio ventilatore, letti comodi, ci sono macchinetta del caffè con cialde nespresso, bollitore e tea (e l'hanno ricaricata il giorno dopo) con doccia grande, saponi, doppio asciugamano, e veline. Consigliato.

Personnel très agréable et très à l’écoute des clients. Très bon petit déjeuner.

La qualité du lit un peu médiocre,la propreté de la salle de bain était limite, et le ventilateur installé trop haut et pas du tout propre.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la reggia

Ho prenotato con largo anticipo una stanza superior. Ho dovuto cambiare per la stanza aveva un odore orribile di fogna. Sono stati gentili e mi hanno dato una stanza diversa ma era un buco. Tutte le stanze non hanno aria condizionata ma un ventilatore sulla parete.

La pena fue un baño excesivamente pequeño en una habitación para tres personas. Todo estaba limpio pero mi .árido pesa 118kg y mide 1.82 Un baño de 2,5x.90 es inconcebible,nada cómodo ni para mi,que soy pequeña. El desayuno correcto,pero el salón es muy pequeño también,pero quiero agradecer al señor del desayuno que fueron muy amables con mi primo que tenía que marchar a las 7 y le permitieron desayunar un poquito antes. Mil gracias, volveremos 🥰

We stayed at your hotel for three nights in three rooms. We were staying on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. One of the rooms was so small that it was extremely difficult to move around. In another room, it was impossible to sit on the toilet and close the bathroom door at the same time for someone who is approximately 1.84 metres tall. We also felt that the hotel’s photos did not live up to our expectations when we arrived. We seem to remember having read that the rooms had air conditioning, but we realise that we were mistaken about this. However, there was a heatwave in Versailles during our stay, with temperatures around 27–30°C. Of course, we understand that the weather is not the hotel’s responsibility. Unfortunately, there were only fans in the rooms, and they were not sufficient. We had to sleep with the windows open. We even tried opening our doors towards the corridor, together with the doors of the other rooms, in an attempt to create some air circulation, but unfortunately it did not help. In the end, we each suffered more than 25 mosquito bites. The sleeping conditions were extremely poor. It was actually warmer inside the rooms than outside, and it was impossible to get the temperature down. As a result, the quality of our sleep was extremely bad throughout our stay. We are therefore very dissatisfied with our experience and, unfortunately, did not enjoy our stay at all. We would, however, like to emphasise that the staff were very kind and friendly, and we appreciated their helpful attitude. Unfortunately, this could not compensate for the issues with the rooms and the very poor sleeping conditions. We hope you will take our comments seriously and consider what can be done to improve the experience for future guests.

La localisation si proche du château! Il y avait de la place pour se garer juste devant l'hôtel. L'accueil était sympa et notre chambre était spacieuse. Cest une bon hôtel pour profitez de Versailles.

La VMC de la salle de bain faisait un bruit FOU.

Die Lage zum Schloss ist super, auch das Ambiente passt. Dass es in der Lobby Getrönke und eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit vorm Hotel ist super. Das Frühstück war gut und hatte alles wesentliche.

Das Bad war in einer Art Wandschrank „versteckt“ und schlecht belüftet. Nach dem Duschen war dann die Luft im Zimmer entsprechend feucht. Zwar gab es einen Ventilator, aber die fehlende Klimaanlage bei einem so heißen Sommer vermissten wir schon sehr. Wir haben bei offenem Fenster geschlafen - leider hatten wir dadurch Mückenprobleme.

Douche très petite

Kleines süßes Hotel nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Schloß entfernt, Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal.

L'hôtel est vraiment très bien situé : à seulement 5 minutes à pied du Château de Versailles ! La rue est plutôt tranquille et le gros point positif est qu'il y a beaucoup de places de parking en face (totalement gratuites en août !). L'accueil était très agréable et les espaces communs aussi. + le lit était très grand.

Nous avons passé une nuit en plein été dans cet hôtel, et plusieurs choses ont été vraiment désagréables : le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de clim, mais plutôt un ventilateur très vieux et sale, accroché au mur. On ne sentait pas du tout l'air qu'il brassait. Impossible en plus d'ouvrir les fenêtres car il n'y avait pas de moustiquaires alors qu'il y avait énormément de moustiques. S'ajoute à cela le fait que le wifi de notre chambre ne marchait pas et que ceux des autres auxquels on avait accès étaient très capricieux. La chambre était en plus assez vieillotte comparativement à la salle de bain plus neuve. Le tout sentait d'ailleurs l'humidité. On a aussi regretté le manque de petit frigo (alors que la chambre était un four...) pour stocker nos sandwichs du lendemain.

Das Hotel hat maximal eine 1 Sterne Kategorie verdient. Ich bin zweimal umgezogen. Faulige Badezimmer, dreckig und in einem Doppelzimmer die Tür nicht schließen zu können, wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt, weil es kein Platz für die Knie gibt (ich bin 180), ist unverschämt. Das funktioniert nur auf Grund der Lage - fussläufig zum Schloss.

Ein wirklich süßes Hotel mit einer super Lage.

Wir haben das gebuchte Familienzimmer nicht erhalten, dafür zwei Zimmer. Je nach Alter der Kinder ist das keine angenehme Umbuchung.

That lovely little courtyard was very special. Also Sebastian was so very helpful with all the help we needed! Tour schedules, maps, luggage storage. He is very valuable to your hotel!

Our room was a little bit too small, but of course we understand it’s a very old building trying to accommodate modern beds.

Notre chambre dans le patio était très calme et confortable. Très bon accueil. Les rafraîchissements bien appréciés surtout avec la température extérieure. Je recommanderai cet établissement

Avec la chaleur de juillet, le positionnement du ventilateur devrait être réétudié: non inclinable et fixé parallèle au plafond, son efficacité est pratiquement nulle. Dommage.

Location great only 10mins walk from palace gates

Rooms lack air conditioning, fan ineffective bathroom in ‘superior’ triple is a converted cupboard with no extraction. No lock on bathroom door. Lighting in communal areas only working when activated by motion. Bin far too small for 3 people.

We cancelled as the temps were 95 degrees and the hotel has no air conditioning. We were not able to get a refund.

We have been in many hotels in various European countries over the past four weeks, and we are happy to report that the front desk staff at this hotel has been the best of all!

The breakfast was disappointing.

Clean and comfortable, location fantastic for palace as well as many eateries nearby and also very close to train station. Hotel opens out to a lovely green strip which was very nice. Breakfast was very good value. We could also hire bikes directly with the hotel.

Room a bit tight but probably because we had to convert the sofa into a bed for our child so moving around in room was a bit tight.

Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent location, clean room. Loved the luggage storing service which I found very useful. Room quiet at night. Soy milk available at the breakfast buffet. Very good coffee from the machine, lovely fresh bread.

The fan was good (there is no air conditioning) but didn't have a pedestral and I had to make it lean on the wall to make it stand. The room was very small but enough for one person. Breakfast was rich but it would have been nice to have more vegan options, like some vegan biscuits or pastry. . Still as a vegan I was able to have a decent breakfast anyway, with fresh fruit and bread, peanut butter and many different conserves, also good coffee.

Salle de bain minuscule, surchauffé, pas d’eau froide au lavabo et pas pratique du tout (chambre 407) Personnel très gentil mais pas très pro (à la réception, ne connait pas Versailles, donc ne pas demander de renseignements surtout!) Tout le personnel est approximatif limite amateur! Mais gentil donc ça passe. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas exceptionnel du tout mais fait l’affaire.

The staff was very friendly. The lobby was pretty, and the bathrooms were redone, but the rooms were a bit shabby as were the hallways. It was ok for a night or two, and the location is excellent, but it wasn’t exactly comfy.

Location was great

Not having air conditioner because of government regulation is certainly a challenge, I’m providing this review so that the hotel management can use as an argument to obtain permission for it. If I could chose I would take air conditioner over the small lift. With the extreme heat becoming more regular, aircon is not a building esthétique discussion, it’s becoming a public health matter.

PLEASE NOTE NO A/C! I stayed here on hottest recorded day in French history and the room was unbearably hot, obviously they don’t control the weather, but really not recommended for summer. I asked if the room had a/c at check-in and was told it did. Only later found out that wasn’t the case. Receptionist claimed he never said that. I choose to believe it was a communication mix up Aside from that offering, room erc was fair for the price

La habitación es preciosa y la cama muy cómoda. La ubicación es excelente y el lugar tranquilo, cerca del palacio de versalles llegas caminando en 5 minutos. Sin duda volveremos y la recomendamos a todos. Tiene ascensor lo cual es muy cómodo para las maletas.

Fuimos a fin de abril y creo que en la noche tenían la calefacción muy fuerte y despertamos con mucho calor jajaj. No es un lugar para ir en auto, vimos estacionamientos fuera en la calle y estaban full... pero si llegas en tren o en uber es una excelente opción de alojamiento para disfrutar de una hermosa noche en versalles

Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and even recommended the nearby "Convivium" restaurant where we had outstanding dinners both nights of our stay. Breakfast was very good/standard and well presented in the dining room.

Room we were given was too small although clean, bathroom was updated/adequate. This is a dated city hotel with difficult parking on the street, a handicap placard certainly helps.

L'hotel est très bien situé. Le lieu est charmant, le personnel aimable, la chambre que l'on m'avait attribuée est au fond d'une jolie courette à l'ancienne en rez-de-chaussée, très atypique et très calme. la chambre était un peu également à l'ancienne, petite, mais la literie très confortable. Une machine à café Nespresso était à disposition dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était assez bon et varié

Très étonnant, je n'avais AUCUN réseau téléphonique accessible dans ma chambre ; j'ai dû passer mes appels via Wifi (qui était correct, bien que le nom du réseau transmis n'était pas le bon) Pas de seche cheveux dans la chambre ; j'ai passé un appel le soir, la personne à la réception, n'a pas pu m'en apporter un ("je ne sais pas où est le stock") et n'a pas laissé de message pour la personne qui prenait le relai ; mais en rappelant le matin, sa collègue a pu venir m'en fournir 1 dans les minutes suivantes. La chambre pourrait être un peu rafraichie (peu de prises de courant, porte un peu ancienne, salle de douche un peu "dans son jus" ;-) ) Mais globalement, le séjour fut ok pour une nuit de passage.
