L'hotel està molt bé. És antic, però està net i ben cuidat. El personal molt amable i atent.

Els edredons eren massa gruixuts pel moment de l'any, i els coixins (per nosaltres) no van ser còmodes.

Quizas sea parte de la cultura suiza gente correcta pero mas bien fria cosa que no acostumbramos los latinos, el desayuno por el precio no me pareció muy completo pero el café era riquisimo.

The rooms were exceptional, extremely spacious and comfortable and the views were amazing.

Unfortunately we found the staff at the reception desk to be very unhelpful, and at times bordering on rude. When I compare it to the experience we have had at other hotels, it was disappointing considering the hotel is not cheap. When we arrived our greeting was ‘You are early, check in time is 3’, we knew that but we were just looking to drop our bags and would have expected a much warmer welcome than that. I appreciate there may be a communication barrier as we are English speaking and we may not have explained ourselves clearly but to be told ‘how am I supposed to know where you want to go’ when we asked for directions to get to a cable car was upsetting. They were also unhelpful with working out the free pass for the public transport and the cable cars etc. I left there after we dropped our bags off, quite upset and it put a damper on our first day in St Moritz . We are not demanding people at all, but we were made to feel like we were just a nuisance. However, the staff in the breakfast room were very nice and helpful. I also found the supplies in the room below standard. There was only hand wash and shower gel in the bathroom, no moisturiser or other amenities and the tea supplies were almost non existent, a few herbal teas, insufficient sugar and no milk. When we asked for milk we were given enough for one cup Of tea each over a 2 night stay.

El hotel es antiguo y se nota bastante por todos lados que es de otra época y que necesita una reforma profunda. En el bar del hotel había gente fumando pese a ser un espacio cerrado con una terraza enorme al lado, apestando todo a tabaco.

歴史あるヨーロッパの高級リゾートホテル。リノベされていて特にバス周りが綺麗。最新のジャグジーが大きく素晴らしい。部屋はツイン仕様でした。

The view from our room was fabulous. The people at the front desk and at breakfast were pleasant and helpful.

A description of how to get up there ahead of time would have been great. (We didn't know about the elevator from the train station.) Stepping in & out of the bathtub without any bar to hold onto was a little concerning.

Stunning location staff were great and the decor amazing. Is there a better view anywhere that beats the one from the sun terrace? Shower was amazing bed luxurious. Will stay here again and hopefully soon.

受付時に、ほとんどのホテルではWi-Fiのパスワードの説明がされますが、こちらではありませんでした。 当然ですが、後でこちらから訊ねた際は教えて頂けました。 朝食は、卵料理は自分でゆで卵を作るため、スクランブルエッグはありません。また、フルーツはありますが野菜はない為、野菜好きの自分には残念でした。 スクランブルエッグは人手がかかるのでゆで卵でも構いませんが、キュウリやトマトやパプリカやレタスがあれば野菜好きとしてさらに満足できる宿泊でした。

We had one of the rooms with a bay window and the view was absolutely gorgeous. The facilities were nice. We even found an old billiards table and enjoyed a quick game - though the pool sticks could use a bit of an upgrade. Note that there is an escalator down to the lake about 500 m through town.

Der Empfangsbereich und alle öffentlichen Bereiche sind wirklich sehr ansprechend, und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind großartig und scheinen sich in der Gegend um St. Moritz sehr gut auszukennen. Der Frühstücksraum war groß und geräumig und bot reichlich Platz. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, ebenso wie der Service.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, und es war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, in denen ich schon übernachtet habe, tatsächlich recht klein. Da das Hotel in der Nähe des Zentrums von St. Moritz liegt, gelten hier natürlich auch die Preise von St. Moritz.

La tranquillità del posto, la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Tutto molto pulito e confrotevole. La colazione propone diverse opzioni che soddisfano tutti. L’albergo mantiene ancora quel fascino di altri tempi.

Il bagno della camera è piccolo e ha poco spazio per collocare le proprie cose. Sarebbe da rimodernare. Purtroppo per la colazione non hanno cereali e pane per persone celiache.

Lake view room was stunningly beautiful. Artefacts around the hotel were so interesting. Staff were really helpful.

The hotel is a gorgeous antique boutique that was charming in every way. Hotel sent a driver to pick me up at the train station, my room wasn't ready yet but the staff kept my bags safe while I explored St Moritz and did a little shopping. I absolutely loved the city with it's beauty, cool weather (there was a heatwave going on in most of the country and St Moritz was very cool), and lovely surroundings. The staff were super helpful and gracious - 5 star location!!

That I didn't stay longer. There is so much to do in this city, it's a nice place to take your time and enjoy.

Stunning views - pay for the lake view it is worth every penny. Great location almost exactly halfway between St. Moritz Bad and dorf. Lovely staff and old school elegance.

ロケーションは駅から歩くとエスカレーターを使っても15分くらいだが、レストランや土産物屋が集まるエリアからは目と鼻の先、コープも10分あれば着くので利便性が高い。 歴史を感じる素敵な建物で、調度品を含めてとても大切に使っているのが良く分かる。（日本ではもう無いかも知れない、籠にドアが無いエレベーターにも乗れる！） 宿泊した3人部屋は十分な広さでスーツケースも広げられ、またプラグと小さな棚が良い場所に設置されているのでガジェットの充電もしやすかった。 朝食は景色の良いダイニングで美味しく頂ける。規模が小さい分、大手チェーンホテルに比べると品数が多いとは言えないが十分。スタッフはみな親切でフレンドリーに接してくれた。特に、2026年夏はすぐ裏のケーブルカーが修繕中だったが、チェックイン時にピッツネイルへの別の行き方を紹介してくれ、むしろスキー場にあるようなむき出しのリフトでサンクトモリッツの風を感じながら山に上がるという貴重体験ができた。

スイスのホテル全般に言えることかも知れないが、朝食にサラダがあれば嬉しかった。

Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Personals so gut wie nicht vorhanden, der Barbetrieb gleicht einem schlechten Landgasthaus und ist St. Moritz nicht würdig!

Absolutely exceptional in every way! I stayed in many hotels across Switzerland and this is my favorite. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable, view of the lake is spectacular from every window in the room. Great staff and restaurant serves amazing food with 2 males servers who provide outstanding service.
