Die Lage ist umwerfend, direkt am See. Schöns Pärkli mit Liegestühlen, Schatten😀.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage absolut ruhig.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eine Renovation würde dem Hotel gut anstehen.Es war etwas störend, dass man für das Frühstück in ein anderes Gebäude wechseln und dazu eine Autostrasse überqueren musste. Das Restaurant wirkte etwas düster.

Great room size woth sitting area. Location with easy access to public transport. Access to the lake for swimming. Friendly staff.

Een luxe van A tot Z, vriendelijk, behulpzaam. Onze hond was echt welkom, voor hem was er zelfs een kom en een hondenmat. Een zeer mooi interieur, alles in dezelfde stijl in overeenstemming met het gebouw. En dan zeker niet te vergeten het sublieme uitzicht op het meer, ramen die openschuiven, een verduistering store. Teveel om op te noemen.

Lage 1A am See, Mitarbeiter*innen sehr freundlich, Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Zimmer und Balkon großzügig, - Bett sehr gut, sonstige Einrichtung ggf. etwas altbacken. Anlage sehr sauber, Seezugang mit grosszügier Liegewiese, Liegen etc. nur für Hotelgäste, - nebenan Standbistro auf öffentlicher Liegewiese. Frühstück und Speiserestaurant liegen auf der anderen Straßenseite ! Hervorragende Karte, - war sehr lecker. - Jetzt kommt´s: wir waren geschäftlich in Küssnacht für 2 Tage...... haben dann aber noch 2 Tage angehängt. Das sagt doch alles :-)

Nice location, private beach, cleanliness, free coffee and tea. The employees were also very kind.

It is needed to pay for an open parking. The prices are generally very high, there are not body lotions in the room, no cotton buds. The breakfast was served in the Chalet across the street. It was always only one person working and the breakfast was not offering the variety we were expecting from a 4* hotel.

This hotel is great! Classic style and very comfortable and peaceful. The location is beautiful and the rooms are very nice and restful. Amazing for kids/families.

We came 16 years ago and there was an indoor pool which isn’t there now but this doesn’t matter at all because the hotel is right on the lake and has its own swimming area (and pedalos).

La décoration de l établissement manque de modernité et tt est trop sombre, notamment les chambres du 1er étage donnant coté parking et dont on ne peut lever les volets.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am Vierwaldstättersee mit schönen Zimmern auf den See, eigenem Strand und Parkplatz. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Angemessenes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis.

Negativpunkt im Sommer: die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert und werden sehr warm. Schade!

Hotel direkt am See gelegen und Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden

Ziemlich dunkel und sehr viel dunkler Einrichtung . Frühstücksbuffet mittelmäßige Auswahl. 4 Tage Aufenthalt und jeden Tag die gleiche Wurst.

Schönes Chalet-Hotel mit Schloss-Charme. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den See. Schöne Liegewiese und direkter Zugang zum See. Personal sehr freundlich. Alles sauber und gut in Schuss. Haben zwei schöne Tage dort verbracht.

Air conditioning solution, the cooler provided in the rooms is extremely loud we couldn’t sleep the whole night, and it doesn’t work properly we had to call for help multiple times to empty the water tank! Pillows are very bad , we couldn’t sleep because of the loud cooler noise and bad pillows for two nights

Everything was perfect

Spezielles Schloss Hotel, tolle Einrichtung. Wunderbare Lage mit eigenem Park und See Anstoss.

Da verständlicher Weise keine Klimaanlage eingebaut ist, ist es bei Aussentemperaturen um die 35 Grad Celsius in den Zimmern doch ziemlich heiss.

The location was excellent! Beautiful position on the lake, close to a supermarket and local train.

No air conditioning and the rooms are very hot in summer with no breeze. The small fan did very little to keep you cool.

The breakfast was very good. Colombina and Josef were very friendly and service minded.

The rooms should really have air conditioners when the temperatures stay high as they do nowadays.

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr nettes Personal

Das private Sandstrandbad war das Schönste an unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das reichhaltige Frühstück.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut.

No air con so rooms were hot. No kettle in room but did have access to shared area do were able to make coffee and tea and take to room

Superb location on the lake shore. Good facilities in the building and grounds. Room was traditional, clean and tidy.

Only negative was that the air conditioning that was provided was not working and only replaced with a small fan. Some nights uncomfortable to sleep as the summer temperatures were high.

Eu adorei a atmosfera aconchegante do hotel, na beira do lago, longe de local muito turístico.

Um dos nossos quartos simplesmente não tinha ar condicionado. E na reserva dizia que tinha! O hotel nos informou que o ar condicionado tinha estragado, mas ficamos lá por 3 noites e o ar condicionado nunca retornou ao nosso quarto.

Frühstück konnte nicht im Hotel eingenommen werden Lösung mit Gang zum Swisschalet etwas speziell. Seepark wegen Gewitter am Abend geschlossen das war unser Pech!

Great spot by the lake. Helpful staff. Hotel style was interesting! Room was super spacious and had partly view of the lake.

Room was warm and no integrated AC made the evenings difficult. We were provided with 3 fans which did help - thanks to the staff for being very responsive. On our 3rd night the outside temperature had dropped and it was just fine.

The fact that I was put in a corner room with little to no lake view at first. Coming from so far a clear and decent lake view is a prerogative. I had to pay 90 Francs more per night for a room with a view. Also no travel discount for a travel industry related person.

Het was erg warm, airco had een toegevoegde waarde geweest. Echter dit is niet meer dan een aanbeveling, het was van tevoren duidelijk dat er geen airco aanwezig was

Das Personal war freundlich, nettes Hotel

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht. Es war ein Haus und Baum vor dem Fenster und ganz rechts konnte man den See erahnen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Personal bekam ich ein etwas besseres Zimmer, aber von Seesicht war auch nicht viel mehr! Schade, es hat nur vereinzelt ein Zimmer mit mehr Seesicht, weil ein Haus vor dem Hotel steht!!! Frühstück und Abendessen ist nicht am See. Über die Strasse in einem anderen Gebäude, an der Strasse.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Anlage sehr sauber. Die Kaffee/Tee Lounge sowie gratis Mineralwasser und Cola, Zero war ein super plus!! Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Es ist sehr ruhig bis auf die Leute die spazieren gehen oder in die Badi. Alles in allem so gut das wir uns kurz überlegt haben länger zu bleiben.

Die Klimaanlage ist etwas zu laut aber wir liessen sie nur am Abend laufen und beim schlafen war sie aus

Arriving after a long flight SFO to Zurich, this hotel was paradise. With 3 generations, we drove just 45 min to what was a lovely lakeside resort. Kids swam in lake. Breakfast place was amazing!

湖のほとりで景色もすごく綺麗で、古風な建物でとても素敵です。

6月の初旬で気温が35度あり。エアコンもないので暑い。その影響でテレビも壊れていた。 ビーチタオルが油臭かった。 朝食会場等の場所の説明がわかりにくい。時間や駐車場代もわかりにくい、文章でで渡していただけるとありがたい。 ラウンジに水が置いてあったが、前の日からそのままでぬるい。

My son loved the beach front and the little park next door. We found it hard to sleep due to the pillows (no support). The property was adorable but I definitely thought it was closer to the city when I booked but turns out due to the heat we spent most of our time at the water front!

The charm, the convenience- so much to say! Everything was picture perfect- and to add to it- free parking and full breakfast!!! It's the only place we've EVER stayed where minibar soft drinks are free! Coffee and an amazing assortment of teas are always available. The lake front is just stunning and we really hope to visit again!

Eine grandiose Lage an einem herrlichen Bergsee mit hoteleigenem Zugang. Sehr schöne , große Zimmer mit bestem Blick. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und auch die Reinigungskräfte sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotelrestaurant und Frühstücksbuffet befanden sich im gegenüberliegenden Hotel.

No air conditioning, low quality decoration, everything is old

Location on the lake Luzern with some beautiful views. The interior decor of the hotel was like a medieval castle. Easy access to the bus stop and slightly strenuous uphill walk to Merlichachen train station. Wifi included.

With four months of advance booking, the staff had not done the pre-planning to give us two rooms side-by-side in spite of knowing we are traveling with children. Upon arrival, they made accommodations to give us rooms next to each other but we had to give up our lake-facing room. They gave us rooms 152 and 153 and 152 and both were smaller in square feet than what we paid for. Stand-up shower in 152 was so small that a normal 5'5" person would keep bumping the elbow against the glass panel. The rooms don't have A/C and we had to sleep in 80F heat for two nights. On the third night they provided fans for both rooms. Water and soft drinks were only provided in one of the room upon arrival. The bathroom sink drain in the 152 was leaking badly. We notified manager and it was patch-fixed the next day. They did not put a new drain stopper when they repaired leaving an open drain hole where one can easily loose a piece of jewelry. Very bad experience overall and if there is a way to file a complaint and get part of the money back, I would.

Macchina del caffè funzionante con difetto di perdita d’acqua… non è stata sostituita ne la guarnizione, ne la macchina stessa. 3. Frigobar non funzionante : bevande calde con poca varietà Delusione per quanto riguarda qualità/prezzo… ci si aspetta che le cose (elencate sopra) siano funzionanti per questo prezzo…
