Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Personal freundlich.

Leider war die Ausstattung im Zimmer gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht als so modern. Das Bett war sehr klein und unbequem. Was mich aber am meisten gestört hat, dass in der gesamten Unterkunft die Decken super niedrig sind. In meinem Zimmer waren die Decken gerade mal 1,60-1,70m hoch. Mit meinen 1,90m musste ich mich daher immer stark ducken, selbst auf den Gängen oder in der Dusche. Das war wirklich mehr als beengend und nicht schön auf Dauer.

Das Frühstück war viel besser und umfangreicher wie früher. Ich bin ja nun schon. Ich glaube das dritte oder vierte Mal hier. Ansonsten ist alles eigentlich so, wie ich es erwartet hab. Nächstes Mal, wenn ich in meine alte Heimat komme, werde ich ganz bestimmt wieder hier absteigen.

Die Lage

Zimmer ist sehr dunkel, das Bett ist sehr schmal und knarrt bei jeder Bewegung, Duschen nur in der Badewanne aber gebückt da es ein schräges Dach gibt. Der Preis (300€ ohne Frühstück und ohne Parkplatzgebühr) ist absurd zu hoch.

Das Frühstück war gut.

Um 4 Uhr nachts hat im Zimmer oben dran jemand gepackt und es war sooo ringhörig, dass wir (inkl. Baby) wach wurde. Um 7 Uhr morgens kamen dan die Reinigungskräfte in diese Zimmer oberhalb und haben mit dem Staubdauger hantiert...wieder wach!!! Am Morgen eine gemütliche Dusch war auch falsch erhofft, die Duschbrause hielt nicht, man musste sie in der Hand halten zum Duschen... doo enttäuschend und viel zu teuer für die Leistung....

Ontzettend aardig en net personeel. Ook heel fijn dat je voor de prijs van je kamer gebruik mag maken van het strandje, badhanddoeken, ontbijt en de koffiehoek. De authentieke inrichting was bovendien een leuke toevoeging.

In verband met de datering van het pand was het helaas verzakt en erg gehorig. De bedden en kussens waren niet comfortabel. Wij kwamen erachter dat we de badkamer moesten delen, opzich geen probleem, maar deze douche was erg smerig. Het plafond en de voegen waren beschimmeld en gasten hielden de wc niet schoon.

Was slecht hotel en die medewerkers daar beetje raar en elke dag komen om 9:00 uur of 10 uur om de kamer schoon te maken. Is dit nog iets als je iemand gaat vakantie hij wilt niet om 9:00 uur wakker worden.

Floors creaking, you could hear the others move about the hotel. Very rustic atmosphere, high price for the room. Close to the street so you could hear cars passing. Not a good choice for a work trip.

Nera nei nemokamo parkingo (10€) , nei nemokamo wifi. Darbuotojai nesugebejo padeti del wifi pajungimo. Kambariuose tvanku, karsta, kondicionierių nera.

En positif : le lieu est très beau, l'aspect vieux chalet de l'hôtel à beaucoup de charme et la décoration est très mignonne. De plus, l'accès à une plage privée donnant sur le lac de Lucerne est très agréable !

En négatif : Lorsque vous arrivez, vous serez surpris d'apprendre que le check-in de l'hôtel ne se situe pas au Swiss-Hotel mais au Schloss-Hotel qui se trouve de l'autre coté de la route. La chambre est assez inconfortable, surtout les lits, et il n'y a qu'un seul WC commun et une seule douche commune pour tout l'étage ! (Il y a 8 chambre à l'étage !!! Nous avons donc passé notre temps à attendre notre tour pour aller aux toilettes et à la douche). De plus, il y avait des moisissures noires dans la douche et le plafond de la salle de bain ... Le parking de l'hôtel, bien que privé, est également payant... Bref, bien que près de Lucerne, nous avons trouvé le prix trop élevé. Mauvais rapport qualité-prix

die wiese am see, frühstück war ganz ok, war aber mal viiiiiel besser. wir waren vor jahren mal hier was man mit heute überhaupt nicht vergleichen kann. hat sich sehr zum schlechten verändert, absolut keine empfehung mehr

betten waren durchgelegen, die betten zu alt, der boden war schräg, keine fensterläden oder rolladen, konnten jeden ton von unten oben rechts und links hören, deckenhöhe war max. 1,80m, gemeinschaftsbad: zu klein-schimmelig-ekelig -dreckig -herpes gefahr, große aufregung wenn wir aus der küche besteck oder eiswürfel haben wollten.

Hervorragendes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Kleine, aber feine Küche beim Nachtessen. Baden im See Liegestühle zum Verweilen.

Die Zimmer sind nicht mit dem Restaurant verbunden... Es hat ein Gewitter gegeben, da wurden wir nass.

The location was really good, a bit far from Luzern but it was quiet and serene. Service Staff was helpful so no complaints there.

Leider wäre es bequemer, wenn ich im Auto schlafen würde, das bereue ich sehr.

Sie betrügen unzählige Leute, die Toilette ist nicht einmal für ein kleines Kind bequem, das Badezimmer ist genauso klein, es ist fast unmöglich, in den Zimmern zu baden, es gab bis zum Morgen einen sehr lauten Lärm, ich verließ das Zimmer nachts und schlief im Auto.

The chalet was beautiful and easy on the eye. Location was great next to lake. Restaurant was really good. Staff extremely helpful with our check in.

Personel çok soğuk ve resmi daire görevlisi gibiydiler. Odalar çok çok Eski üst kat yürürken attığı her adımı ve yatakta her dönüşünü - ve diğer tüm hareketlerini duyabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca birleşik double yatak bulunmuyor iki tek yatak birleşimi var. Bunlara takılmazsanız, mutlaka gdilmeli.

Fantastic views from the private lake! There was an issue with our booking, but Dustin at the front desk did a fantastic job getting us set up with what we needed. Dustin was instrumental in making our short stay extremely enjoyable I wish we had more time there!

Zapach w hotelu i w pokoju, zepsuta lampka, która miała jeden możliwy kąt świecenia. Stare klamki, które powodowały wrażenie, że drzwi zaraz się zatną.

We loved this historic chalet, which was full of character. The location is beautiful, right on the lake. The employees were kind and welcoming.

The hotel is indeed "squeaky". It didn't bother us too much, and we liked the character that this added. However, it might not be ideal for light sleepers.

The breakfast was really worth. All the staff members were very kind. When I called the front desk for assistance with the backpack I had forgotten at the train station on the day I checked out, a female staff member went there personally and brought it back to the hotel for me. Her thoughtful advice also helped me catch my next scheduled train on time. I am truly grateful for the wonderful service.”

The main dish I had for dinner at the 1st night was too salty

Tolles Frühstück und gute Lage, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen.

Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer sehr kalt (Winter) und hätte schon vorgewärmt werden sollen. Ein Bademantel (trotz schlechterer Kategorie als Schlosshotel) hätte zur Verfügung gestellt werden können. Im Bad auch keine Heizung.

Beautiful structure from outside by the lake

It was a nightmare. 1. The floors are incredibly low, at 1.9m high, I was touching the roof with my head. Everything smelled funny. 2. The room was extremely small, with an internal temperature of 40°C. I woke up every night to open the windows, despite having deactivated the heating. 3. There was no sound insulation, you could perfectly hear everything happening in the room next door. At 4am, my neighbor woke up and I could hear everything. 4. The reception is on the other side of the road and the main door is always open. You can imagine how safe this is. Also, to have breakfast, you have to go outside because the stairs to the breakfast area were closed. 5. The breakfast was very poor, no warm eggs or bacon, very limited options. On top of that, at the end of my stay, I was asked to pay 26 CHF (for two nights) for parking. The parking is on the road, with no signs indicating private parking, and nobody told me this was not free when I checked in. Never again.

With its historic charm and secluded location, this lodge is the perfect escape for travelers looking to get away from the city. I also liked the fact that the price includes a delicious buffet breakfast. The surrounding hills and mountains are currently experiencing beautiful snowfall.

Für die Schweiz ein außergewöhnliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer mit Charme.

Kleines feines Frühstück Buffet. Urchiges traditionelles Haus.

Die Beleuchtung könnte etwas besser sein. Die gelieferte Pizza war schnell da entsprach aber nicht der Bestellung und war echt nichts zum empfehlen.

Mit Hund angereist ,es war top.hunde sind da herzlich willkommen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach. Badezimmer alt und klein. Dusche schmutzig. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig, man hört jedes Wort vom Nachbar. Lärmig.

L'hôtel dispose d'une terrasse extérieure qui donne juste devant le lac avec des transats et des sièges. C'est vraiment très sympa. On n'a pas eu le temps mais des pédalots peuvent être loués.

C'est un châlet Suisse avec beaucoup de charme, mais les grincements dû au bruits de pas des autres personnes peuvent peut être en déranger certains. Mais pour nous ce n'était pas un problème.

Meget lytte rum, naboen ovenpå larmede det meste af aftenen. Ikke særlig praktisk med en lille baby der blev vækket flere gange. Rummene var meget små, hvilket gjorde det svært med en lille baby..

Is very unique, but to get to is very hard to get to from the train stop is a steep road and its just very hard with luggage. The area is beautiful. And the staff is not very friendly or helpful.

Desk staff was very helpful

The room we had was more like a hostel with shared toilet and shower. It had a sink and was a reasonable size but the beds were very small and not comfortable. Breakfast was not included but available (pretty expensive). There is a wonderful small grocery store adjacent which we made use of.

The building was quaint and charming, beautiful views. The transportation system is convenient and free. Thats where the positive ends
