Wir hatten ein schön grosses Standard-Zimmer mit Balkon und Sicht auf die Berge und den Pool. Der Pool war sehr sauber und erfrischend.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Restaurants sind zu Fuss gut in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist fein, aber wir haben ein Birchermüesli vermisst.

The location was perfect for us and felt wonderfully “Swiss.” Our room was spacious with a comfortable couch in the seating area as well as chairs and table on the private balcony overlooking a spectacular view. Continental breakfast was very good.

The rooms are rather in need of updated decor, and my friends’ room had a slight cigarette odor, but the overall effect is charming.

Very nice proposal for a family of 5. Thanks for the kindess and service. Beds were very confortable and check in very easy.

We went out for dinner one night and came back at 22h30 with 3 small kids asleep in the car but could not find a parking spot which was terrible given the situation with the kids and no other slots at proximity. Someone (a nice client) at the bar kindly gave us his spot which we are grateful for.

Family owned hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast offers option to eat inside or outside at the terrace. Location is good and offer free bus transportation (public transportation) to the center of Montana and Crans. The bus station is in front of the hotel.

Very hot summer and... no Air Conditioning. A challenge for hotels in Switzerland and probalby need to upgrade in the future to AC for hot summers or at least offer a ventilator.

Petit hôtel rustique agréable et calme sis dans un joli cadre de verdure. Personnel d'accueil souriant et avenant. Chambre comfortable et bien équipée. Bon petit-déjeûner riche en choix dans un beau restaurant.

La literie pourrait être un peu plus ferme. Expérience décevante avec un serveur en soirée.

Excellent accueil, très bel emplacement pour un moment de détente, bonne table. Espace piscine agréable. Literie confortable, équipements conformes aux descriptifs. Les chambres côté sud sont spacieuse. La déco avec les murs en lambris apparaît un peu suranné, mais peu aussi contribuer à un charme années 60.

Hôtel calme situé un peu en périphérie, mais proche du Centre sportif et du Lac Moubra, avec une bonne liaison de transport public à proximité. Chambre accueillante et d'assez grande dimension. Installations sanitaires propres et bien équipées. La présence de la piscine est un véritable plus. Possibilités de prendre les repas sur la terrasse du restaurant. Généreux et très complet petit-déjeuner. Excellente cuisine du restaurant, avec de générereuses portions.

La chambre donnant au Sud sur la terrasse, on pouvait être dérangé par le bruit des personnes (enfants) à la piscine, mais surtout par la fumée des fumeurs.

Zimmer muffte nach Hund. Alter Teppich. Das das Billiard bezahlt werden musste, obwohl es alte Tische sind. Der Preis ist eindeutig zu Hoch auch für Sommer Hochsaison.

L attention et la sympathie du personnel autant a l accueil qu au service du restaurant.

La moquette un peu vieillotte dans la chambre, mais c est un détail

Sehr, sehr freundliche Leute im Hotel! Alles sehr sauber. Pool und Poolbereich prima.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, was man fast überall sieht. Der uralte Lift blieb 2x stehen, das Licht ging aus. Fuhr dann aber zum Glück weiter. Terrasse wurde nie um voraus aufgedeckt, auch wenn das Wetter seht schön und stabil war. Aber es wurde dann immer gleich gemacht beim Wunsch, draussen zu essen.

Crans Montana is een prachtig gebied met veel faciliteiten. Hotel La Prairie is een beetje old fashioned, maar biedt comfort wat betreft ontspanning. je kunt gebruik maken van de tuin met zwembad, het ontbijt is prima en de kamers hebben mooi uitzicht.

Het personeel is vriendelijk maar niet echt gemeend. Ze spreken slecht engels maar doen hun best je te helpen. De kamers hebben geen airco wat in de zomer toch wel fijn is als het erg warm is. De locatie is nogal ver (lopend) van het centrum af.

Super accueil, l’ensemble du personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Nous avons mangé les deux soir et tout était succulent. Pas eu la possibilité de profiter de la piscine…une prochaine fois.

Loved our stay, the breakfast is superb. There is a lovely atmosphere in this hotel and we were made very welcome in the bar by staff and residents/customers. We didn’t have as much time to enjoy the facilities as we would have liked, we’d like to come back

Quiet location, nice rooms and pool.

Le personnel a été trés trés attentionné et d'une gentillesse incroyable, parfait pour la fin de nos vacances ! Nous avons eu une chambre trés propre avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, une atmosphère trés agréable et très calme. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose des plats excellents, typiques de la région. Merci !

Die Unterkunft ist nicht gut gedämmt. Man hört wenn andere Menschen auf die Toilette gehen oder Ähnliches. Ebenso war es seeehr laut & man kann wenn überhaupt erst ab nachts schlafen , wird dann aber schon um 6 Uhr mit lauten Krach geweckt.

I loved my room, swimming pool, breakfast! If I come back I will book this hotel again.

We booked a standard room last minute and were very pleased. Great breakfast with a good variety of food and drinks in a nice bright room with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Lovely views. The room was very nice with a large, private patio, very comfortable bed, and great shower - much larger than the tight showers in some European hotels. All of the staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. We took a bus (free) right from the funicular to almost right across the street from the hotel. Very convenient.

The carpet was worn, but everything else was great!

We came to play the golf course and stayed at this lovely Hotel which is a family business. You feel at ease straight away, the staff and owners are so welcoming and friendly, lovely people. The views from our room were spectacular, the restaurant, bar and breakfast were also excellent. Im going to miss you, thankyou for looking after us you were great.

Beautiful setting, the staff went over and above to be helpful, and the traditional food we enjoyed at their restaurant was our favorite fondue and raclette of our entire trip.
