Reviewed Aug 24, 2026I couldn't recommend Hotel Splendide more, it was honestky exceptinional and we will be back soon if we can help it. this is a PERSONAL TOUCH Hotel that you don't get anymore. the views are eceptional adn the location is axcellent just a few steps from MIGROS and the Crans Montana Lake and a few steps into the town too once you walk the local side trek. Wonderful stay THANK YOU to the whole staff who gave a us such a good experience, we felt like HOME.
I small fridge in the room to hold some water would have been great.

Tout était correct, mais pas plus : petit-déjeuner, lit, confort. De nouveau, pour le prix, ça allait. Mais ce n'est pas un hôtel qui restera gravé dans mes souvenirs.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Le petit déjeuner, ainsi que l'amabilité du personnel sont la raison pour laquelle je reviendrai surement dans l'établissement une prochaine fois! Le positionnement de l'hôtel au village rend possible de tout faire a pied, y compris rejoindre les remontées mécaniques, la télécabine Cry d'Err étant a 500 mètres environ.
La météo de la semaine ne nous a malheureusement pas été favorable

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026La simplicité et le bon goût. Vue magnifique Atmosphère sereine. L'envie de faire plaisir. On est loin de l'anonymat de la plupart des hôtels. Un pique nique m'a été donné à la place du petit déjeuner, très agréable. Le dîner composé de produits frais était très bon.
Le décor de l'ascenseur. Mettre des douches à l'italienne à la place des grandes baignoire, ce serait bien.

The rooms are tidy and clean, the breakfast is excellent (with an amazing view) and the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Surpassed my expectations, I would return without a doubt!
Wifi was a bit slow and unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening. Apart from that: great. It's a simple hotel without much bells and whistles, but what you get is very good.

Parking directly in front of hotel, which is a huge bonus in Crans. The staff are really helpful and breakfast is excellent. Easy walk to all restaurants and hotel has a super restaurant Only stayed for 2 nights and no hesitation to go back when in the area.

The location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to both Crans and Montana, with bus stops nearby if you want to go farther. This stay was more than just a getaway—it felt like being welcomed into an exclusive five-star retreat. I’ll always remember this truly unforgettable time at Splendide.

Would have liked a kettle in the room with some tea and coffee, plus bottles of water. Really struggled without this. Decor is outdated, couldn’t have a proper shower as the head was in a weird position over the bath. Heating was either too extreme or very cold.
