Best Western Hotel Bellevue au Lac

A very relaxable atmosphere !

Nothing !

Ottima posizione, struttura molto confortevole ed ottimi servizi. Personale molto accogliente e preparato

This hotel is in an excellent location across from the beautiful lake. The staff were very helpful and always pleasant and accommodating of our needs. The rooms we booked were very clean and very well provisioned. We have stayed here multiple times over the last few years. It is a lovely hotel.

The private car parking can be a very tight fit if you have a 4 x 4 SUV like we have, because of the vehicle rack system they use. It only accommodates up to a certain vehicle wheel width. But there is an underground car park very close by if the hotel car park does not suit your car.

Gerne wieder

Top personnel! Really friendly & helpful. Private garage upon request next door; thus very convenient.

Becoming slightly old and would certainly appreciate a refreshment here an there. BUT: still totally fine and acceptable.

Everything.

Salle breakfast très insatisfaisante

Restaurant Personnel peu attentif

Sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr sauber und edel wirkendes Interieur, Lage fast direkt am See, schöne Fotografien thematisch gebündelt in den Gängen. Sehr ruhig. Sauberer, gepflegter Poolbereich.

Friendly staff

It was excellent in every way !

Location in front of the lake

The air conditioning is not well locares in the room Only in the entrance

The crew was great, room is very big

Odlična lokacija tik ob promenadi.

Non

Our hotel room had a lovely view of Lake Lugano and the promenade. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. And the location was amazing. We were close to everything!

The only small negative was a request we made to the front desk for a bathroom robe which was never provided.

Beautiful hotel with views of the lake. Convenient to the boat and the bus stop. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.

I was not a fan of the bed. Too hard/firm for my taste.

Parking is perfect

Pulizia e staff

La posizione

Beautiful property with an excellent location and awesome views

using this hotel each time i arrive to Lugano. excellent location-nice view to the lake/mountains, close to the center of the town both on foot and by bus. excellent and polite stuff each minute ready to help and advise. i feel myself so comfortable and calm staying in it.

It was great

Nothing to report

Sehr schöne Lage am See. Personal extrem nett

Ich habe nichts negatives zum berichten

Great location , good secure parking , nothing was to much trouble

Location

location

This is a terribly old hotel! And it's not historically old, it's just old. The renovation is terribly outdated, with old furniture that smells bad. Very cheap renovations with no taste or designer. There are always artificial flowers covered in dust; it looks very cheap. Old bedspreads, window pillows. Everything stinks of age. It feels like the closet hasn't been opened for several years. We constantly aired the room, but it didn't help. We are very disappointed. I've been to many hotels in Switzerland, both expensive and cheap, but this is the worst. The price is absolutely not justified by anything. I would never stay at this hotel again.
