Very friendly & helpful staff. We left some valuable in the room while rushing to catch our onward journey train. Staff were kind to post those valuable to our home address.

Location. We parked the car and did not need to move it until we left for our next destination. Short walk to the ferry, took us to Gandria. Short walk into Paradiso and to the San Salvatore funicular. Americans will feel right at home with breakfast here. Eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, plus fruits and cereals. And also the cheeses and hams that Europeans have for breakfast.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war auch während der Hitzeperiode angenehm gekühlt, und der wunderschöne Garten mit Pool war eine echte Wohltat. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Möglichkeit, zwischen zwei Restaurants mit unterschiedlichem Angebot zu wählen – der Pizzeria mit italienischer Küche und dem Gartenrestaurant mit gehobener Küche. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgesprochen freundliche, persönliche und liebenswürdige Personal. Die offene und spontane Art hat wesentlich dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt haben. Sehr geschätzt haben wir zudem den unkomplizierten und zuverlässigen Umgang mit Zöliakie. Sie wurde ernst genommen, und passende glutenfreie Alternativen waren problemlos möglich. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich entspannt und angenehm gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen sowohl das Hotel als auch die Gastronomie wärmstens.

Es gab wirklich kaum etwas, das uns nicht gefallen hätte. Einzig am Empfang war die Verständigung durch die Glasscheibe manchmal etwas schwierig, da teilweise sehr leise gesprochen wurde. Das ist jedoch nur eine kleine Anmerkung und hat unseren rundum positiven Eindruck in keiner Weise getrübt.

Das Personal - vorallem Antonella am Empfang sind extrem (Kinder-)freundlich. Der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür und man kann kostenlos mit ihm ins Zentrum fahren. Ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es ebenfalls vor der Tür. Das Frühstück ist, dafür dass es inklusive ist, umfangreich und vielseitig. Die Zimmer im 6. Stock hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf den See mit Balkon. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder für einen Zwischenstopp hier übernachten.

Die Zimmer an sich sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt und sauber.

Some parts of the hotel feel a little dated and my room was slightly dark, but overall I had a very good stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Great room, lots of little perks, staff was very gracious and helpful. Lots of free parking. 3 minute walk to lake promenade and funicular to top of San Salvatore mountain!

Very comfortable, good location near the lake with easy access to city centre. Great breakfast.

The Wi-Fi was very poor. As a working traveller, this was a significant issue and made it difficult to get work done. In 2026, I would expect a four-star hotel to provide a reliable internet connection, particularly given how many guests need to work while travelling.

كانت إقامتي في الفندق في لوغانو جميلة جدًا، والفندق بشكل عام كان ممتازًا ومرتبًا ونظيفًا، والأجواء فيه كانت مريحة. أعجبني اهتمامهم بالترتيب والنظافة، وكانت المرافق جيدة والإقامة مريحة بشكل عام. كما أن الفندق كان جميلًا ومناسبًا للإقامة، وكانت تجربتي فيه إيجابية. بشكل عام، كانت تجربة موفقة، وأنصح بالفندق لمن يبحث عن إقامة مريحة ومرتبة في لوغانو

Everything was great! The hotel is super clean and breakfasts are good. The most amazing thing is the view from the balcony.

Gostei do atendimento em todos os setores. A limpeza é perfeita, o café da manhã ótimo. Só posso recomendar esse hotel.

Unser Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick war sehr grosszügig und hatte einen grossen Balkon. Der Blick auf den See und die Lichter am Abend auf die Stadt waren wunderschön. Der Kühlschrank wurde jeden Tag unentgeltlich aufgefüllt. Die Pizza in der hauseigenen Pizzeria war sehr lecker. Die Lage war super, diverse Bushaltestellen und die Schiffsstation in der Nähe. Am Pool hatte es genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war so leise, dass man sie kaum hörte. Tesla-Ladestation: Aufladen war gratis!

Das Frühstück dürfte abwechslungsreicher sein, obwohl alles vorhanden und frisch war (mal anderen Käse/andere Wurst usw.).

Zeer goed locatie. De kamer was zeer ruim en met ruim terras maar wel gedateerd. Kamer mag renovatie ondergaan. Wel een prachtig gebouw met gratis parking met heel veel potentieel om een 5 sterren hotel te worden. Personeel was vriendelijk. Zeer goed locatie vlakbij meer van Lugano. Ontbijt was vrij basis, ik verwacht iets meer als ontbijt van een 4 sterren hotel.

Er is maar 1 laadpaal van 22kW en wij hebben jammer genoeg niet kunnen laden tijdens onze doortocht naar Italië.

Im großen und ganzen liegt das Hotel ideal um Unternehmungen zu machen. Am Pool gab es genug Liegen. Das Frühstück war gut und für jeden etwas dabei. Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden.

Hotel is wat gedateerd maar wel gezellig. Vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekend ontbijt in leuke setting, meer dan voldoende plek. Op loopafstand van centrum Lugano. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Het was te warm op de kamer, airconditioning voldeed niet. Matras met springveren lag niet bijzonder lekker.

The hotel was nice and offered a spacious room for our family of three. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the window and the small balcony. The staff were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. They were also helpful with practical matters, such as printing our Ticino Tickets. The breakfast was excellent. Free parking was available at the back of the hotel, and Lake Lugano was only a five-minute walk away.

Vi var tre på rommet og størrelsen var bra. Det var tremannsrom med dobbeltseng og sovesofa, og en liten balkong. Hotellet ligger en kort spasertur fra sjøen. Veldig hyggelig og oppmerksomt personale, som ga god hjelp og ordnet blant annet med Ticino ticket. Bra renhold, og frokosten var bra. Gratis parkering på baksiden av hotellet.

Overall we had a good stay at the hotel. The team are friendly and kind, the bed and room are comfortable enough, it is well located within the city of Lugano and within walking distance of the lake and town centre. The breakfast is very good - tasty/fresh and certainly pleasant outside on the patio. Breakfast was offered in the room rate (which is competitive). If we are passing through Lugano again then I am sure we would return. It feels the management and team really do want to make the stay pleasant for guests. The only comment I’d add is that the hotel/rooms/pool does just look a bit tired and perhaps in need of a bit of modernization … more attention to details (such as a squashed bug in room/broken bathroom cieling etc ) perhaps.
