Ужин в ресторане на террасе с видом на озеро Комо - очень романтично. Завтрак на той же террасе - просто превосходный. Персонал очень приветливый, услужливый, говорит прекрасно на английском.

Soggiorno davvero indimenticabile! La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale fanno la differenza e la posizione dell’hotel è semplicemente insuperabile e ben collegata con le perle del lago, Bellagio e Varenna. Uno dei momenti più belli è sicuramente la colazione: eccezionale, rilassante e servita in una cornice mozzafiato a picco sul Lago di Como. Le uova vengono inoltre preparate al momento dalle cuoche, un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Ottimo anche il ristorante, davvero di alto livello: lo consiglio assolutamente anche per una cena romantica, un evento o un’occasione speciale. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la temperatura della stanza, ma lo staff è stato molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato a risolverlo. La camera era piccolina ma graziosa e accogliente, mentre il bagno era ampio e dotato di doccia. Nel complesso, è un hotel che consiglio vivamente a chi vuole vivere un soggiorno romantico sul Lago di Como, senza troppe pretese, in una posizione meravigliosa e con un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

The bed and pillows were a little stiff.

The location was perfect, you have a nice view of the lake. The breakfast was very nice, the execution was flawless. The is parking spots included in the price in the surroundings.

The entrance was not clearly marked but some person came and indicated where very fast. The restaurant was thought for dinner and there was really a space for a drink.

Nous avons passé une nuit à la Darsena et c’était parfait ! Parfaitement placé à Tremezzo, nous avons pu profiter des alentours à pied. Des places de parking sont disponibles dans le rue juste avant l’hôtel. La literie était très confortable, les produits de douche sentait merveilleusement bons. Et la terrasse du restaurant …un vrai rêve de commencer la journée avec cette vue ! Le petit déjeuner était absolument délicieux. Le prosecco n’était peut-être pas raisonnable de bonne heure, mais n’en reste non moins très appréciable dans un cadre si enchanteur. Le témoignage de l’attention aux détails portée par l’hôtel. Merci !

De prachtige ligging aan het meer. Het restaurant waar je je ontbijt neemt kijkt uit over het meer. De kleinschaligheid, dit is een familie hotel met een persoonlijke service.

Avrei preferito una stanza non mansarda, errore mio che non ho letto con attenzione la descrizione della camera.

Las vistas son preciosas, el desayuno riquísimo con las vistas al lago en la terraza, la ubicación perfecta, el personal muy amable y el tamaño de la habitación fenomenal.

Las ventanas de la habitación no están bien insonorizadas. Se escuchan los coches y motos y el viernes hubo una fiesta hasta las 3 de la mañana en el local de al lado y era insoportable (gente gritando y música súper alta)

Nos encantó el lugar, el hotel pequeño pero muy lindo. El restaurante pegado al lago, tenía una vista espectacular. Los dos dias de desayuno nos encantó, muy completo y sabroso. Muy buen servicio. La habitación pequeña, pero con todo lo necesario. El baño muy amplio. Un dia cenamos en el restaurante del hotel y nos gustó mucho.

No nos gustaron las camas, muy pequeñas y duras. Pero lo peor fueron las almohadas: una muy plana y la otra era como un tabique. Sería lo único que cambiaría por que nos encantó el hotel y también está super bien ubicado para agarrar el ferry

Incredible location. Excellent and helpful staff. Amazing dinner at the restaurant. The room with lake view and balcony is definitely worth the extra cost. Good indoor parking solution, even for a sports car with low clearance.

Remek a hotel fekvése, közvetlenül a vízparton. Közel van a komphoz, a parkhoz, a villa Carlottához és az éttermekhez is. A helyszíni parkolás megoldott, 5 €/nap. A hotel rendkívül tiszta, a szobánk és a fürdőszoba is igazán tágas volt. A reggelinél a tulajdonos nagyon kedves volt, igazi úriember. Ízlett az omlett, a kávé, cappuccino is. A tálalás igényes. A személyzet kedvességéért külön köszönet!

A hotel árfekvése picit magas, lehetne mérsékeltebb. Vacsorázni inkább egy közeli ristorantéba mentünk az olcsóbb árak miatt.

Es war absolut perfekt

Alles, maar bovenal het super vriendelijke personeel en de geweldige keuken.

We hadden een kamer met zicht op het meer geboekt en dat zicht was er wel maar door een heel klein raampje wat je niet voor kon zitten. Als je dat wilt moet een kamer met balkon op de eerste etage boeken.

Presence de la famille parent/enfants en continu. Pas de fausse note. Des pros.

Excellent accueil avec des conseils très utiles. Hôtel bien situé au bord du lac avec un beau panorama. Très bon petit déjeuner avec un personnel très serviable. Chambre très propre et bien agréable.

L adresse de l hôtel n est pas claire car il y a à environ 1 km le même nom de rue.

proximite de l embarcadere...un hotel posé sur le lac....une terrasse de reve....face a bellagio....personnel attentionné...un diner sur la terrasse , romantique à souhaits , la petit déjeuner ,un enchantement !

Well, there was really nothing not to like. As a holistic experience it was lovely.

Excellent location, very dog friendly and close to a shady park for walks. Breakfast on the terrace over Lake Como was very special. Excellent food at dinner in the garden terrace was also stunning. Staff very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Not a dislike more for information but there aren’t any tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms.

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et accueillant. Le restaurant est très beau, les mets sont très bons et très bien présentés, la vue est superbe. Nous avions une chambre assez simple côté décoration mais bien fonctionnelle avec un petit balcon donnant directement au dessus du lac. L'hôtel est très bien situé : à 5 minutes à pied du ferry et de la ligne de bus.

Aucun confort , oreiller plat, lit avec ressorts dans le dos avec une chambre horrible sur la déco, sous mansarde avec une décoration digne des années 1950!

체크인 전부터 궁금한 점을 문의했을 때 호텔 피드백이 매우 친절하고 빨라서 도착 전부터 환대 받는 느낌이 좋았습니다. 리셉션에서 체크인 할 때도 정말 친절히 맞이해주었고, 주차도 편리했어요. 객실 테라스에서 바라 보는 호수 뷰는 정말 환상적이었고, 침대도 편해서 아주 잘 쉬었네요. 호텔 내 레스토랑에선 점심과 조식을 모두 먹어봤는데 직원도 친절하고 음식 맛도 훌륭했어요. 접근성 측면에서도, 트레메초 선착장 바로 옆에 호텔이 위치하고 있어서 벨라지오로 페리 타고 왕복 이동하기 정말 편리했어요! 여러모로 강력추천하는 호텔입니다!!! ^^

아쉬웠던 점은 없습니다. 좀 더 머물고 싶은 호텔이었어요.

The view was indeed wonderful, both from our room (attic) and from the restaurant below! The parking situation was a bit complicated, but the staff has a system for finding a spot nearby, which was good.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, both at reception and in the restaurant, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, set right on the lakefront, offering stunning views of the water and the charming villages across the lake. There’s also a nearby park that’s perfect for a relaxing walk or simply unwinding by the lake. The restaurant was another highlight — the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the La Darsena Menu was particularly impressive.

Wir waren eine Nacht da. Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend und direkt am See. 100m nebenan war die Haltestelle für das Schiff. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Aussicht aus dem Restaurant auf den See ist herrlich. Parkplätze gibt es kostenpflichtig und begrenzt nebenan.

Die Betten waren alt und sehr ungemütlich. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer recht staubig, daher hätten wir gerne noch Einweg-Badeschlappen vom Hotel erwartet, welche aber nicht zur Verfügung stehen. Im Zimmer hörte man die Geräusche vom Gang oder vom Zimmer nebenan sehr und das Licht des Ganges scheint ins Zimmer da die Türen nicht sehr dicht sind. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten.

The location was great: by the lake with a good restaurant overlooking the lake. It was 2 min walk from the pier, easy to get to Bellagio and Varenna. Beautiful villa Carlotta is 10 min walk. Service was great

We liked everything

Das Hotel ist direkt am See mit eigenem Bootsanleger. Unser Zimmer mit eingeschränktem Seeblick hatte ein neues Bad mit einem kleinen Balkon. Das Frühstück war gut. Der Ausblick aus dem Frühstückssaal/Restaurant war herrlich.

Gleich hinter dem Hotel geht die Durchgangsstraße vorbei.

The hotel itself has a great location with a magnificent view. The room and the bathroom were clean, however, there was constant noise from passing cars and guests in other rooms, which made it difficult to sleep throughout the night. Perhaps the situation would be better in a room with a lake view. The breakfast was delicious, there was a big choice of cheeses and ham, as well as eggs served on demand.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake so the view and the general feeling was fantastic. Their breakfast is great, you can order eggs made in different ways and there are other options. Breakfast is of a 4 star hotel. Staff seem nice and welcoming. The hotel is very close to a ferry stop and a bus stop. i see many reviews about being noisy, we didn't hear noise at all (lake side).

Nothing really. A kettle in the room to make some tea in the evening would be a nice extra.

le point fort de cet hôtel est son emplacement sur le lac le petit déjeuner est très copieux , avec possibilité de le prendre sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique la chambre est spacieuse, le personnel accueillant la réactivité du responsable pour nous changer de chambre et du coup, nous surclasser, suite à un problème technique dans la chambre que nous occupions la proximité du quai pour les excursions en bateau jusqu'à Varenna, Bellagio ou autre possibilité de parking avec forfait journalier proposé par l'hôtel

passage des voitures un peu bruyant, si on occupe une chambre coté rue. Trémezzo est un joli village, mais sans trop de bars et restaurants

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und das freundliche Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Frühstück – frisch, mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um die Umgebung bequem zu erkunden. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die Dame an der Rezeption, die ausgesprochen freundlich war. Obwohl wir bereits ausgecheckt hatten, durften wir den Parkplatz weiterhin nutzen, da wir noch eine Bootstour machen wollten – das war für uns eine große Hilfe! Wir würden dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Breakfast was delicious, everything you could want was readily available. The best part was enjoying it with the incredible lake front view. As it is a boutique hotel, there were always tables and everything felt very relaxed. The location was fantastic.

There were a couple of occasions where our television turned on without our control- potentially due to someone in an adjacent room trying to cast to their TV.
