Hotel Bazzoni

During my stay, I experienced a serious breach of guest privacy that I feel compelled to report publicly. Upon my arrival at reception, staff contacted another guest staying at the hotel, without my knowledge or consent, to inform them of my arrival. This individual was neither my husband nor a family member, and had absolutely no right to be informed of my whereabouts or presence. A hotel’s duty is to protect its registered guests. By alerting this individual to my arrival, staff placed me in a potentially dangerous situation. Had I been unaware, this could have had serious consequences for my safety. No individual, regardless of any prior arrangement made with staff, has the right to be informed of another guest’s arrival. This violates basic data protection principles and a fundamental duty of care. The setting is beautiful, but I cannot recommend this property until they seriously review their guest privacy and security protocols.

Ligger precis utmed strandpromenaden. Bokar man ett rum med balkong med utsikt över Comosjön blir man inte besviken. Rejäl frukost som innehåller det mesta. Lite krångligt med parkering men personalen var hjälpsam och tipsade om vart man kunde parkera gratis.

Tutto, la posizione e la vista maglificio. Personale cortese e professionale. Una permanenza stupenda.

Property needs to go under Major renovation. Everything wore out. No concept of amenities. if it was not for location very very expensive. Motels are better than this. Most basic thing, no shower pressure. No handwash. A/C thermostat buttons were not working. I have to put my duvet in covers by myself. Place felt un clean. Floor was squeaking like old house. Most buttons were not working. Who in the world put White lights in a Hotel !! Worse hotels i have been and it was very expensive what it was. Paid parking Euros 20/ per night. It looked some much nicer in pictures but in reality horrible.

The location - absolutely perfect, especially for the ferries and local restaurants.

It would be a nice Touch to be given water in the room every day, not just on arrival.

klimatyzacja nie działała, prosiłem o zmianę pokoju. Odmówiono mi, był serwisant 3 razy w pokoju, nie naprawił klimatyzacji. Przynieśli mi do pokoju 2 wiatraki, a było w nim 29 stopni. Nie dało się spać... Nie polecam. Starsza Pani na recepcji byłą opryskliwa i nie miła. W lobby również klimatyzacja nie działała, jak ktoś lubi saunę to super opcja

Location near to ferry station and views. Breakfast was good.

Excellent location, outstanding views, exceptionally helpful staff, ferry and buses right outside your door. A plethora of excellent restaurants and bars outside your door, Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna only a short trip away. The breakfast buffet was incredible, sitting in the terrace eating whilst encompassed by the mountains and lake was nothing short of surreal.

Location and view from the room were great. The front desk lady upon checking in was very nice.

When we first arrived, the air conditioning did not work and the shower door was completely off the hinge standing inside the shower. They sent someone to look, and he told us he would have someone come fix it tomorrow. Not only did nobody come, but the air conditioning issue was also never addressed. When asking the front desk for a partial refund given the circumstances, they said the best they can do is send a fan to our room. The last morning of our stay we went to the bar for coffee and were told it wasn’t open yet and could only get it from the restaurant. We went up to the restaurant and were met with very rude staff telling us no we can’t order and pay for coffee if we didn’t pay for the full breakfast. After telling them the reception sent us here, they served us reluctantly.

The location was great. Easy to move about the lake by boat or bus. Quiet area but with great restaurants and a pharmacy next to the hotel.

The beds were unfortunately hard like a rock. We all complained as it hurt in all the pressure points. We kept on waking up and it was difficult to have a good night's rest.

L’emplacement idéal, proche transports en commun et bateau. La chambre avec balcon et vue sur lac magnifique. La disponibilité du personnel. Tout parfait.

Dommage qu’il y a un seul ascenseur et pas de parking. Le petit déjeuner un peu limite.

Su ubicación. Pagando un suplemento puedes tener una habitación con vistas al lago.

Nada me gustó. Sucio, viejo, desayuno poco apetecible, enchufes q no funcionaban, mal olor en el baño, el WiFi no funcionaba..... un desastre. Nada recomendable.

Posizione e prezzo ottimi, la struttura in se richiede un grosso lavoro di ristrutturazione.

La mia camera era molto piccola. La sala colazioni ha una bellissima vista ma l'offerta é piuttosto limitata.

No hay toallas para la piscina, se pueden comprar unicamente ($10 euros) y 2 lugres gratis de parking de auto, sino un parking pago a 7 minutos caminando.

A beautiful hotel situated by the lake. Excellent breakfast, good service at the restaurant, and a wonderful atmosphere.

There is no parking available. The front desk staff were not very helpful; I had to carry my own luggage up to the room.

N26 was the golden nugget to this place. Luca, and Mano were FANTASTIC (and one older gentleman who I didn't get his name and I may be spelling them incorrectly, forgive me) they hooked it up, you HAVE to go! the room was renovated, and had a beautiful view. room 453, terrace balcony.

it felt run down, shabby, and loosely put together. the phone in the room was plugged in behind the bed that was mounted to the wall and it didn't even work. the shower head was broken and duct taped together. the pizza terrace table was made sturdy with cardboard, and it wasn't well kept. it felt dirty. the visual clutter in the common areas was insane so many posters it didn't create a relaxing vibe, it was like word vomit all over the walls. One of the guests in the pool on the top top room "penthouse" said they lost water and had to use waterbottles to wash their hair and their AC was using a bucket and it was out dated. the ONLY good thing about this place is the N26 restaurant.

Нас поселили в комнаты без балкона, с маленьким окном и ужасным запахом в комнатах. В течение 2 дней отключали свет и нужно было ходить на 7 этаж пешком. В номере давали минимальное количество шампуни на несколько дней, без кондиционера и мыла для душа. Существует запрет на пользование полотенцем гостиницы в бассейне гостиницы.

The location of the hotel is great, just off the Tremezzo ferry. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant but we enjoyed walking down the road to the local Italian restaurants. There is a nice swimming spot down from the hotel where you can get into the lake from a small park.

There was a power cut every afternoon which made leaving/getting into the room difficult. There was also only one small lift serving the side of the hotel that we were in which meant waiting a long time, especially at check out time.

Emplacement impeccable, proche de bars, restaurants et de glacier. Vue incroyable sur le lac. Petit déjeuné correct. Un peu bruyant le soir lorsqu’on dort côté lac, avec les bars et restaurants en dessous.

Il y a eu un souci d’électricité le soir ou nous avons séjourné, ce qui a été compliqué de s’endormir sans clim… mais le souci a vite était résolu, heureusement !

Parking is difficult but that seems to be a general issue in como not specific to the hotel. It wasn’t clear that our balcony wasn’t private, it was shared with other room seperated by some bushes and flowers.

hotel staff is not welcoming and dated hotel like lift, room etc. There was a power shutdown for lengthy period of time and even shutdown continued for 3 back to back days when there is heat wave outside. Not going to book this ever again

L’emplacement, face au lac, est parfait ! Nous avions pris la chambre donnant sur le lac et c’est un réel plaisir d’y prendre un verre ou de contempler la vue au matin. Également, l’espace piscine est très agréable et offre une vue magique sur le lac. Enfin, le restaurant N26 - gastronomique - est excellent et je pense l’un des meilleurs de Tremezzo. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Le prix en haute saison est assez conséquent par rapport à la qualité de l’hôtel en général. Le buffet est vraiment très moyen: tout est industriel et le personnel peut sympathique le matin ; c’est vraiment très dommage.

Only 1 lift for very big building, and also used by cleaning service personnel, so it is almost always busy.

Pas grand chose d'appréciable dans cet hôtel: établissement bruyant car donnant sur la route, une nourriture des plus médiocres au restaurant ou au petit déjeuner, un parking à 20 euros la nuit très éloigné de l' hotel, et un personnel qui ne vous donne pas la chambre que vous avez réservée, mais une autre de standing nettement inférieur...Il a fallu faire une réclamation pour que tout rentre dans l'ordre. Cet hôtel est plus un dortoir et une cantine bas de gamme, bref, une usine à touristes qu'autre chose. Franchement, je déconseille: très mauvais rapport qualité/prix!

Pas grand chose: des prix exagérés au regard des prestations franchement médiocres, que ce soit dans les chambres ou au niveau restauration.

No parking, run down and tired decor, very few amenities in the room including, working tv remote, plug sockets. Asked for a double bed and single got 3 singles, breakfast buffet is a little chaotic

Great location with ferry and bus stop on the doorstep. Free upgrade on arrival to a room with a terrace in lieu of a balcony with excellent lake views. Luggage storage room available for use following check-out for a 2 euro charge.

Hotel overall needs updating including pool area and having to buy pool towels from reception seems a bit much. Only one plug socket in the room. No kettle or tea/coffee facilities provided. Breakfast was acceptable but did not vary. Bed/ mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. Terrace is brilliant but not 100% private as expected and anyone can walk along terrace between rooms.

Parte del personal poco agradable y pocas ganas de ayudarte. Creo que el precio ha sido bastante alto por 4 noches. El buffet muy cortito y rutinario, sin ningún cambio diario. Los precios de bebidas bastante elevados, un Coca Cola 5€... Un día se olvidaron de hacer la habitación. Incluso hubo una avería eléctrica (del hotel) y estuvimos gran parte de la tarde sin luz...

Chambre mal insonorisée avec la route passante au pied et ce très gros hotel fréquenté d'américains bruyants. Accueil froid de la plupart du personnel à l'exception de Valéria. Des rénovations en cours mais pas terminées. Petite chambre, pour une famille de 3, la porte fenêtre n'ouvrait pas avec le lit d'appoint, nous avons du tout redemenager pour accéder au bacon. Petit déjeuner buffet de basse qualité. Pour un tarif de 300 euros la nuit, c'est abusé. Aucun hotel ne facture ce tarif avec une prestation aussi basse. Déçu de ne pas avoir lu les commentaires avant.

Check out time 10 am! Assumed check out time was 11 am so after a lovely breakfast found out we only had 20 minutes to check out! It was my fault so I won’t be caught making the same mistake again.

Hôtel très bien situé.

La Clim fait un bruit d’aspirateur permanent et marche mal. Literie inconfortable. Pour un lit pour deux les draps même pas fait juste posés sur le lit et c’est un drap simple par personne. Hôtel très mal insonorisé vous vivez avec les voisins. Petit déjeuner passable avec du café en Thermos et salade de fruit en conserve.

What an incredible location! We were absolutely spoilt by the beautiful views, public transport right outside, incredible restaurants & walks nearby. We would return in a heartbeat. The range of restaurants were exceptional- from a delicious treat at N26 to the best omelette we’ve had at a hotel to date, there is genuinely something for everyone to enjoy! Our daughter who is 10 months old was absolutely spoilt too & nothing was ever too much for the staff. She enjoyed pasta, trout & more. The rooms were spacious, clean & couldn’t have been more ideal for a family stay. When we arrived late, the room was wonderfully cool (it was a hot evening) & we couldn’t have wished for a more comfortable night. We had a lot of fun at the pool area & it never felt too busy, even in high season which was fabulous. There were plenty of quiet areas, located above the pool with plenty of natural shade from the trees!

Είχαμε κλείσει από το Μάιο δωμάτιο και μας έδωσαν ένα δωμάτιο που όχι μόνο έβλεπε σε φωταγωγο αλλά είχε εκεί και κεντρική μονάδα κλιματισμού. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μη προσβάσιμο. Ζητήσαμε να μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο και μας είπαν ότι ήταν γεμάτο το ξενοδοχείο. Την επόμενη μέρα πρωί πρωί, φύγαμε ενώ είχαμε πληρώσει 2 μέρες. Ακόμη δεν έχουμε πάρει πίσω χρήματα. Είναι πολύ άσχημο ένα ξενοδοχείο να σου χαλάει τις διακοπές σου.

La vue

We request a room with extra bed, room was quite big but bathroom was cramp. There is a nice balcony where you can enjoy the view of Como. Reception was nice and helpful. There are a lot of facilities in this hotel but there is no on-site parking. Best one is 300m before the hotel(15euro/day). Hotel was convenient in many ways, bus stop was right next the hotel, boat stop is opposite hotel. You can go many places with out need to change the ride.

L’hôtel surf sur son emplacement, un besoin urgent d’investissement. Quand tu commences à repeindre le carrelage de la salle de bains, ça te donne le niveau général .

Lokalizacja obiektu jest idealna, w hotelu jak i okolicy jest wiele świetnych restauracji, świetne spacerniaki wzdłuż jeziora oraz nieopodal znajduje się Villa Monastero

Brak parkingu hotelowego, jednak wzdłuż drogi jest dużo parkingów miejskich (płatnych, ale w uczciwej cenie).

Beautiful balcony with lake view. Comfortable triple room. Nice and quiet for sleeping. Nice swimming pool to come back to after exploring.

There weren't any small dinner options for children. It would've been nice to have been given more recommendations at check-on - how to get around, where to eat, family friendly activities and food..

Salle de bain horrible pour se laver dans la mi baignoire à 2 étages😩

Nagyon tetszett maga a szállás, nagyon szép volt a kilátás és igazán jó volt maga az ágy is. Nem volt sor sem be, sem kijelentkezésnél, ha kérdésünk volt, válaszoltak. Közvetlen a part mellett van, mellette van közvetlen egy kisbolt, és egy étterem is. Szállásból kilépve egyik irányba 300 méterre egy gyönyörű kert van, másik irányba pedig egy csodás étteremkkel teli utca.

3 személyre foglaltuk a szállást, viszont csak 2 főre volt a szoba előkészítve. 17:30 körül érkeztünk, s ezt jeleztünk is rögtön a szállás elfoglalása után. Azonnal orvosolni is kezdték azt, de sajnos csak hajnali 3ra sikerült mindent megoldani. 17:50 körül kaptunk plusz ágyat, vékony takaróval és 1 párnával. Mikor jöttek azt intézni, kértünk tisztálkodószereket és törölközőket, hogy legyen 3-unknak is elég. 18 óra után meghozták ennek a felét is, csak a törölköző maradt el. 11kor, lefekvéskor letttem rá figyelmes, hogy lemaradt a 2. párnám és vastag takaróm sem volt, így kértem a recepción, ezt is pótolták 10 perc alatt. Viszont ami meglepő volt, hogy hajnali 3-kor az egyik férfi személyzet kopogtatott és megjelent 5 nagyméretű fehér törölközővel. Félálmomban fel sem fogtam, mi történik, elvettem tőle őket, majd ő félreérthető kézmozdulatokat csinált (elölre hátre huzigálta a karjait felém fordulva), majd 3 nem kíséretében rácsaptam az ajtót. Egy éjszakát szálltunk meg ott, és reggel jeleztem is ezt a recepción, de mintha nem értették volna a problémám. Nem értették, hogy volt ott bárki is hajnali 3kor. Ennek türkében számítottam volna valami kompenzációra vagy együttérzésre, hogy jobban érezzem magam ezek miatt a történések miatt, de ez nem történt meg.

The Ac wasnt working an it was very hot. Also something fell off the wall onto my moms head it wasnt screwed on properly an the hotel refused to take responsibility. There was also no room service and empty fridge.
