La ubicación es insuperable: enfrente de las ruinas de Pompeya. El edificio es un palazzo hermoso y está muy bien mantenido. La habitación y el baño eran modernos. Muy limpio todo. El desayuno variado y abundante.

Jammer dat restaurant al om 18:30 sluit en de rooftop bar al om 22:00. Je moet dus naar het (zeer gezellige) centrum om te eten maar bij terugkomst geen mogelijkheid meer voor een drankje. Vroeg naar bed dus…

Massima pulizia, cortesia del personale oltre le aspettative, struttura fantastica e ben posizionata all'ingresso degli scavi archeologici. Il punto di forza, oltre a tutta la struttura molto accogliente e alle stanze molto belle e spaziose, è stata la disponibilità di tutto il personale. Ottima anche la colazione, il pranzo e la cena che la struttura offre come servizio aggiuntivo per chi lo desidera.

Nulla che non andava, anzi tutto molto ben fatto. No ho trovato nessun punto debole, sia per le stanze e sia per la pulizia offerta nelle camere e fuori le camere

Just a lovely hotel. Room was huge, massive bed and great bathroom. Super location right next to the Pompeii park. Staff friendly, and the roof terrace was an unexpected surprise. Fab breakfast too.

We stayed here for a week in July. The hotel was very clean throughout and our room was comfortable and modern. And the location was so perfect for visiting the archaeological site. We ate here nearly every night and the food was great, as was the roof top bar. However, what made our stay here so wonderful was the friendly and caring staff. When I hurt my foot visiting the site they looked after me so well. So, please stay at this hotel if visiting Pompeii. And when you do look out for Tina, Carmela and Maura. They are the most lovely of people!

Stopped here in 2018 & loved it so chose again when we revisited, staff especially Carmella and Tina were absolutely amazing, we had to check out early before breakfast and they put us a fantastic breakfast bag each. Thank you.

The hotel restaurant choice was mostly fish based, perfect for me but not for my daughter sadly.

Alles war oerfekt, toller Service, TOP Lage, ruhig und dennoch Zentral. Wir hatten auch über das Hotel 2 Vespas mieten können für einen tolle. Preis. Sie standen dann morgens schon vor dem Hotel. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Die Rühreier mit Speck werde ich definitiv vermissen.

The rooms were amazing, with great facilities and a roof top bar that looks out over the Pompeii ruins. The hotel is also a 1 minute walk from the Pompeii ruins entrance, which is great for convenience if the ruins are your reason for staying. It’s also a 15 minute walk into the main ‘new’ town or MaxiMall (if you’ve got kids that need shopping therapy after the ruins!). Breakfast was superb, and we couldn’t fault the staff - they were always friendly, helpful and just went out their way to make sure our stay was fantastic.

You couldn’t ask for a better location to see the ruins of Pompei. At first we considered staying in Naples or Sorrento and commuting by train to the city. After many hours in the hot Italian sun we sure were thankful to have our hotel just a few feet away from the exit. When that ice cold AC hits you it’s like you’ve reached an oasis in the desert lol (not kidding) The location was incredible and the rooms/staff were beyond exceptional. I had put in the notes ahead of time that my now wife and I were going to be staying while on our honeymoon. Tina and Gabriele went above and beyond welcoming us. Even upgrading us from our standard room to the suite with a jacuzzi tub. Our stay here was amazing to say the least thanks to all the kind people that helped make our stay extra special. Thanks Tina!

Siamo stati molto bene, l’hotel è accogliente con un ottimo staff veramente gentile e accogliente. La stanza e bagno fantastici. Consiglio l’aperitivo sulla terrazza panoramica.

Hotel vicinissimo a due dei tre ingressi al parco archeologico, quello in piazza Marina e quello in piazza Esedra (utile se si assiste alle rappresentazioni al Teatro grande). L'albergo è chic, pulitissimo e ottima la colazione. La camera prenotata, una matrimoniale superior, non era ancora pronta al nostro arrivo alle 15.30 e ci è stato fatto un up grade di quelli che solo gli alberghi di categoria fanno: ci è stata assegnata la junior suite con jakuzi sul terrazzo vista scavi. Sono andati oltre la carineria, quindi non posso che ringraziare lo staff per la gentilezza. Hotel moderno e funzionale. A trecento metri si trova la stazione della circumvesuviana, fermata Pompei Scavi/Villa dei Misteri, comodissima per raggiungere Napoli e la penisola Sorrentina senza utilizzare l'auto. La zona è piena di ristoranti e bar. Con una passeggiata di poco più di un km si arriva al Santuario e alla piazza centrale e alle vie dei negozietti. Spero di tornarci preso

Fantastiskt bra, mycket bra mat, jättefint rum för en familj på 4 samt mycket trevlig personal. Kommer garanterat bo här igen om vi åker tillbaka.

We were blown away by the huge and gorgeous room with balcony, comfortable bed and ensuite. And you absolutely can’t get closer to the gates - after a superb breakfast we walked straight through the gates to the ruins with our pre-purchased tickets. The wonderful staff were only too happy to hold our luggage for us. Would absolutely recommend.

Staff and management were so accommodating and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Pompeii and yet when in your room it feels quiet, calm and relaxed. The air conditioning was excellent and that was important as the heat was intense. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

Perfecta ubicación para visitar el parque arqueológico. Hay restaurantes cerca en caso de no querer utilizar el del hotel que esta suficientemente bien. El personal ha sido muy amable especialmente la recepcionista y el barman del rooftop.

Todo! La decoración del hotel y de la habitación, es como estar en una casa de Pompeya. El desayuno muy delicioso. Personal muy amable. Habitación comodísima con buen aire acondicionado. Esta muy cerca de Porta Marina, una de las entradas principales en Pompeya. Hotel ideal para todos los que amamos la arqueología romana antigua!

Una piscina habría sido ideal después de días tan calurosos visitando los sitios arqueológicos........quizás una idea para el futuro? Por lo demás todo fue perfecto!

Absolutely everything. The location is perfect, the area is really quiet and safe at night and during the day just has the normal movement of tourists going to see the ruins. The breakfast was amazing, the room was always cleaned deeply every day and smelled amazing, and the staff was beyond nice and friendly.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, zaraz obok głównego wejścia do Ruin. Pokój przestronny i z tarasem. Pani przy zameldowaniu było bardzo miła i pomocna. Brawo dla niej, czuliśmy się mile przywitani. Duży plus że nie słychać nic z innych pokoi, było to dla nas bardzo ważne

Colazione non perfettamente gestita a livello di dove trovi cosa, ma nell'insieme soddisfacente.

Emplacement idéal, juste à côté d'une des entrées de Pompéi. Très bon accueil, chambre calme et spacieuse. Bouteille d'eau offerte, bouilloire, café, thé. Lits très confortables, chambre impeccable pour 2 adultes avec un enfant. La chambre et la salle de bain viennent d'être rénovées (douche à l'italienne, robinetterie moderne, WC neufs). La clim fonctionnait bien. Le petit déjeuner est très correct avec beaucoup de choix de pains, de gâteaux, sucré ou salé (jambon, fromage, saumon, oeuf), fruits, yaourts, céréales. Nous avons été très satisfaits de nos 2 nuits sur place. La chambre est très bien insonorisée. On n'entend pas trop les bruits du dehors. C'est vraiment un hôtel à conseiller. Il y a aussi des places de parking pour les clients en voiture. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est bien, mais il n'y avait pas de pizza le soir où nous nous y sommes attablés. Il y a d'autres restaurants à moins de 10 minutes à pied.

Aucun point négatif. Nous avons eu un très agréable séjour de 2 nuits à l'Hotel Vittoria.

We had a great stay at Hotel Vittoria in Pompeii. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout, which really made a difference. The room was lovely – clean, comfortable, and well presented. The location is perfect as well, just a short walk from the ruins (literally a couple of minutes at most), which made everything so easy. Overall, a really enjoyable stay — we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Pompeii.

This hotel is a hidden gem - I am very cautious writing this in my review as I don’t want it to become too popular for when I next return ! This is THE only hotel which faces the Pompeii ruins and no one knows it. If you get the right room, they have large terraces where you can sun bathe, enjoy the hot tub and enjoy some fantastic Italian food from the hotel. We recommend the Pizzas - absolutely amazing from the pizza restaurant attached to the hotel. The hotel rooms have recently been remodelled - they are really well fitted, new bathrooms and all fabulous for European standards. Now the staff are amazing and are a credit to the hotel. Carmela - the first person we met - is simply fantastic… cannot do enough for you, is a brilliant front of house greeter, and will settle / help any guest with anything they need. Similarly with Tina - simply brilliant ! Mimmo is one of the fantastic waiters and amazing at the outdoor restaurant and room service. Gabriele made sure everything is perfect at breakfast - such a brilliant buffet choice and orders of hot food. All super. Vlad managing the outdoor restaurant attached lunch time… absolutely amazing and so helpful. Could not do enough for us. Thank you ! So, again to me this is a brilliant hotel…. If you are visiting Pompeii or Vesuvius, please do not stay in Naples but enjoy the spender oh Hotel Vittoria. Thank you !!

Sicuramente la cordialità del personale e la posizione in cui si trova, essendo ai cancelli del sito archeologico. Ottime le camere come pulizia, arredamento e spazio.

Sicuramente migliorerei la colazione, allestita in maniera confusionale, non trovavo i piatti per prendere la roba le tazze, rivedrei l'utilizzo dei bicchieri di carta per le bevande calde.

Hotel is very nicely decorated. Rooms are luxurious with nice big bed, beautiful lightning, nice colours, good big shower, very clean and we had a beautiful terrace as well. There is free water, kettle plus coffee and tea in the room. Very friendly staff at reception and cleaning!! And at breakfast very nice ladies! Delicious omelettes. Free parking place! And above all: such a good location right at the entrance of Pompeii!!

Great location right beside the two main gates for the archaeological site and only five minutes walk from train station. About 10 mins pleasant walk to the town. Excellent customer service - extremely friendly staff. Breakfast varied and plentiful. GF options also available.

De locatie was perfect: vlak naast de ingang van het archeologische park van Pompeii. Ook vlak bij de bushalte waar de bus vanuit de luchthaven van Napels stopt en dicht bij de halte waar de bus naar de Vesuvius vertrekt en het station waar treinen naar Napels en bv. Castellammare di Stabia vertrekken. Het personeel is vriendelijk, zowel de mensen aan de receptie, de obers als de mensen van de poetsploeg. Vooral Carmela, de jongedame aan de receptie, zal ons bijblijven. Zij stond steeds klaar om ons te helpen, bv. met tips over waar we konden gaan eten. De kamer zelf was zeer ruim en licht. Het bed was aangenaam. De badkamer was ook redelijk groot en praktisch. Er was een ruime keuze bij het ontbijt. (Ook 's middags en 's avonds is het overigens mogelijk om te eten in het hotel.) Het was onze tweede keer in dit hotel en als we nog eens terugkeren naar Pompeii, zullen we hier zeker opnieuw verblijven.

Onze kamer was gelegen aan de straatkant, waardoor je (zeker overdag) wat lawaai hebt van het verkeer dat passeert. Voor ons geen probleem want wij slapen nogal vast. Als je een lichte slaper bent, kan je misschien best oordopjes meenemen of een kamer aan de andere kant van het hotel vragen.

Super beliggenhet rett ved inngang til Pompeii-ruinene og like ved jernbanestasjonen. Spisesal med dekorasjoner fra romerske villaer gjorde middagen til en opplevelse. Romslig og komfortabelt rom og bad. Ualminnelig hyggelig og hjelpsom resepsjonist. Vi måtte sjekke ut før frokost, men fikk med en bra frokostpakke.

Ontbijt zou uitgebreider mogen zijn, meer fruitsalade. Laatste dag waren erg geen broodjes of sandwiches, alleen gesneden brood. Er was telkens wel een machine kapot. Personeel deed haar best om te helpen.

Le personnel est accueillant,souriant et disponible à tout moment. La chambre supérieure était propre,le lit confortable et avec une grande salle de bain. J'avais choisi avec balcon et là surprise,le balcon est immense (environ 15 mètres),la vue à 180 degrés avec en prime les ruines de pompei bien visible,magnifique! Le petit déjeuner à volonté est copieux et divers boissons,nourriture sont proposés,sans oublier que le personnel vous prépare une omelette si vous désirez. L'hôtel est idéalement bien placé car ont peut aller faire les boutiques en ville non loin de là (12 minutes de marche environs),plusieurs restaurants sont à proximité de hôtel,l'entrée pour visiter le site archéologique est au pied du bâtiment,ainsi que le point de rdv pour nous emmener en petit bus sur le volcan vesuve,parfait. Bref,pour une première expérience c'était super agréable,je n'ai pas spécialement du négatif à partager car honnêtement ma compagne et moi avons étais conquis. Nous y reviendrons quand de nouvelles fouille archéologique seront découvert et dans le même hôtel c'est certain ;) viva italia 😊

The Hotel is in the process of being renovated and upgraded. The room we chose was fresh and modern and spacious and well appointed. The location opposite one of the entrances to the archeological park was fantastic for tours, but we hadn't appreciated it's a 20 minute walk to the modern centre of Pompeii where the shops and best restaurants are. But it felt a safe walk. Staff were very helpful.

Great to see an old building getting a new lease of life, but look forward to a better breakfast offering and a proper bar for evening drinks once the refurb is complete.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming and friendly. The room shave been recently refurbed and the decor, bathroom, in room facilities were excellent. The hotel is right beside the entrance to the historical and they have a very nice and reasonably priced outside bar beside the main square. The prices are very good value for money both for accommodation and the food

Nothing. The outside looked a bit run down on arrival however it is no different to other buildings in the area and it is also being refurbed this year.

-Good location - close to the train station, by the entrance to Pompeii sight. Not too far from the modern Pompeii if you’re walking. -Extremely supportive staff. They let us keep our luggage during the day for free. Every interaction with the staff felt like they love their job. -Nice breakfast. Not super wide selection though definitely all one needs. Everything fresh. -Nice renovated room. Spacious, comfortable bed, lots of mirrors, big shower, good lighting, good sound isolation.

The dining area is a bit dark and not that cozy.
