Great loacation - quiet sourroundings and close to city center as well to excavation. Clean, comfy room, extraordinary quiet air condition.

WiFi was available, but it wasn't usable - seems there is an issue witch ISP, web pages are loading infinite time. Shower cabin door was hard to open (like jammed one way).

L'accueil, le personnel, le restaurant. Tous les soirs, on a mangé à l’osteria de la nonna chérubin. Ça n'était que des produits locaux et de qualité. Le personnel nous a très bien conseillé dans nos choix de plats. Les petits déjeuner étaient superbes. On y a goûté que des pâtisseries que la nonna faisait elle-même.

El alojamiento cumple con lo que se requiere, básicamente su proximidad a la antigua Pompeya, sin lujos ni alegrías. Habitaciones bastante limpias, las camas son cómodas, los baños están bien, el desayuno es aceptable y e trato, cordial.

Todo es mejorable, pero por el precio es un establecimiento normal. Ni bueno ni malo.

Exceptional staff, especially Paul and also at the wonderful on-site Nonna restaurant, Domenic. The building is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Super showers, comfy beds, peaceful gardens all within 15 mins walk to the Pompeii archeological site and train station.

Großzügige Unterkunft. Relativ sauber.

Zimmer war ca. 150 Meter weiter weg in einem ganz anderen Haus. Entsprechend weit war auch der Parkplatz weg. Uralte Möbel im Zimmer. Man fühlt sich wie im Jahr 1950. Etwas gruselig. Das Frühstück ist absolut billig mit sehr geringer Auswahl. Man konnte die leeren Tische im Garten der Osteria zum Frühstück nicht nutzen. Der Frühstücksbereich war extrem warm. Werden wegen weiterer schlechter Erfahrungen hier definitiv nicht mehr buchen. Die vorherigen positiven Bewertungen sind absolut nicht nachvollziehbar und wir haben keine überzogenen Ansprüche.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely and had everything you need including two bathrooms. Fits 4-5 easily. Beds were great. There is on site parking. It is a 7 min walk to the ruins.

The service was excellent and the property provided a good amount of space. It was great to be able to walk to Pompei Archeological Site. Having provided breakfast was very helpful and the on site restaurant was a great place for dinner.

Tutto meraviglioso. Stanza bellissima, esterni carinissimi e personale eccezionale. Ottima la colazione. Eravamo di passaggio e abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo, ma è stata una meraviglia scoperta.

Appartment spacieux, propre et climatisation efficace dans le salon et les 2 chambres. Très appréciable ! Cuisine bien équipée, douche très appréciée avec un bon jet d'eau. Logement situé à 15 min à pied du site archéologique donc très bien situé. Personnel agréable.

Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas celui qu'on attendait : buffet assez complet mais oeufs brouillés sans goût, gâteaux pas appétissants, pains pas formidables, à regretter d'avoir payé pour ce petit déjeuner. Manque de rideaux suffisamment occultants dans les chambres car on voit la lumière des lampadaires la nuit , dommage. La déco n'est pas à notre goût, on s'attendait à autre chose d'après les photos comme un lieu chaleureux, charmants face au volcan, on s'était imaginé des moments uniques. A part la visite du site archéologique, on n'a pas été charmé.

La struttura è bella, accogliente, in un punto strategico sia per la visita agli Scavi che alla città nuova. All’interno c’è anche un ristorante dove poter pranzare o cenare e fare la colazione la mattina, colazione molto varia tra dolce e salato. Lo staff è molto professionale e simpatico. La vista dalla camera è sublime sul Vesuvio! Possono accedere gli animali di piccola taglia, infatti ho portato con me il mio pincher toy. Il parcheggio è enorme e custodito con le telecamere di sorveglianza. Tutto perfetto! Ci ritornerei e l’ho consigliato a tutti!

Beautiful air-conditioned rooms an charming property. Tons of space. A great place to relax. An ideal lay out for two sisters and their three kids sharing a space. The staff was helpful and attentive. When we were tired, there was a very pleasant restaurant on site where we could take the kids.

Communication could sometimes be difficult as many staff members did not speak or understand English. We don't speak Italian. It was a little bit far from the center of the city... about a 20 minute walk. Of course, that really wouldn't have been such a big deal except that it was 95 degrees F outside, making walks unbearable A cab to city center cost 30 euros. Also, the walk is not a pretty or particularly pleasant one.

We stayed for four nights and the room and rest if the facilities were absolutely perfect. Paul contacted us over WhatsApp to check when we were arriving and make sure we were able to check in without any issue. We spoke with him several times during our stay and he was always making sure we were okay and that we had everything we needed. This included arranging an early check-in and late check-out for us which we appreciated immensely. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a large balcony area that has an incredible view of Vesuvius. The location was also excellent for us. It was easy to get to from the Pompeii Scavi train station and only a few minutes' walk from the ruins entrance. All of the staff working there were incredibly friendly and hard-working, and always made the time to say hello whenever we were coming or going, and to ask about our plans for the day. We used the restaurant for breakfast and one of our dinners, and quality of the food was excellent. We would highly recommend staying here, and if ever we find ourselves back in Pompeii we will be checking to see if it's available.

When I first came upon the apartment and met the guy he was very nice and helpful. The lady from the breakfast too was lovely and made the best coffee in the morning too, the breakfast has a decent selection, honestly all quite good too especially the cakes. The size of the apartment was the best as it was very large and bigger than most apartments I've had.. the bedrooms were nice and the view was also not bad itself. The style of the apartment was also one of a kind and quite nice. The fact that there were two bathrooms was also great and it's only about minutes to the train station on foot and, Pompei ruins are only about 15 minutes away too and the closest market is only about 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk. Paul also helped us get a taxi to get to the main station and was very helpful.

Schönes Zimmer mit toller Dachterasse mit Blick zum Vesuv. Perfekte Lage, zum Haupteingang der Ausgrabungen von Pompei geht man zu Fuß in ca. 15 min., vom Hinterausgang in nur 5 min zurück.

Sono stata in un appartamento con 2 stanze bagni privati letti e cuscini comodi, ottima posizione, deliziosa colazione con torte fatte in casa. Molto gentili i proprietari. Mi hanno anche suggerito cosa visitare.

Ottima struttura, camera climatizzata, pulitissima e profumata, il parcheggio privato e chiuso con cancello, si lascia l'auto all'arrivo e la si riprende alla partenza, ci si muove con estrema facilita a piedi, gli scavi di Pompei sono a 10 min. stessa cosa per la stazione dei treni. Il treno per Napoli o Sorrento è disponibile ogni ora. Una passeggiata di 20 min. approfittando della piacevole temperatura serale, e si arriva in centro Città. Personale disponibile, cordiale e professionale. La Signora Lina (proprietaria) ti consiglia con eleganza e cordialità. Paolo ti accoglie con il sorriso e professionalità, sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza anche fuori dall'orario di servizio.... 😜 E poi a colazione c'è la Signora Lucia, prepara lei i dolci, come fare colazione dalla zia.... A pompei ci si va per visitare gli scavi e visitare il duomo, questa struttura è la ciliegina sulla torta. Grazie di cuore a tutti. Alla prossima.

La posizione è ottima. Da google maps non sembra, ma c'è una stradina che porta direttamente alla stazione di pompei scavi (e all'entrata di pompei) in 7 min. Sembra di essere in un'isola di tranquillità. La camera è bellissima e il balcone carinissimo per trascorrere le serate. Tutt'intorno alla struttura ci si può rilassare con dondolo e musica. Tutto super.

Luminosa, accogliente, staff amichevole, la stanza è piccina ma ha tutto sia per lavorare che per dormire (ottimi materassi, io soffro di mal di schiena e ho dormito da dio). Aria condizionata potente, doccia spaziosa e bagno carino pulito e con finestra. Fuori dalla stanza c’è un giardinetto con delle panche per prendere un po’ di sole, buona la colazione.

La posizione è un po difficile da trovare, probabilmente suggerisco di avere l’auto

Το πρωινο ηταν εξαιρετικό, με ποικιλία και κάθε μέρα διαφορετικά σπιτικά κεηκ και γλυκά. Το διαμέρισμα άνετο, μεγάλο και πολύ καθαρό και καλόγουστο.

Μου έλειψε μια μικρη εσπρεσιέρα στον εξοπλισμό. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ισόγειο, κάπως πιο χαμηλό από το επίπεδο του δρόμου, ήαν το μονο που δεν είχα καταλάβει κάνοντας την κράτηση.

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Czyste i zadbane pokoje, codziennie sprzątane. Wifi działa. Restauracja w tym samym budynku, jedzenie bardzo dobre. 15-20 min pieszo do dworca kolejowego, przystanku autobusowego, marketu czy innej restauracji. Pobyt udany bez jakichkolwiek problemów. Gorąco polecamy.

Jeden mały minus: przez 4-dniowy pobyt na śniadanie było cały czas to samo, pyszne, całkiem spory wybór ale trochę monotonne.

Der kurze Weg zur Osteria Nonna Cherubina. Vor allem die tollen selbst hergestellten Pastagerichte waren sehr lecker! Die Athmoshäre ist familiär und das Personal ist super. Und: Der Eingang zur Ausgrabungsstätte ist nur 600 Meter entfernt.

What a find. Highly recommend staying here. Easy walk into Pompei. 20-30 flat. Bonus after a long day site seeing. Don’t need to find a restaurant. Car park easy access. Train station 10 min walk for a trip to Naples. Restaurant only closed Sundays.

the living area didn’t feel communal with only a 2 seater sofa in a 2 bedroom apartment which was fine because we weren’t there much. the breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

We stayed at Relais Country House Pompei for three nights from 30 May 2026 and had a wonderful experience. Our triple room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came with a huge terrace offering stunning views of Mount Vesuvius. The room also included a safe at no extra charge, which was a nice touch. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like hotel guests and more like we were visiting old friends. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We arrived at 9:30 PM on a Saturday evening after the kitchen had closed. We asked Paul if he could recommend somewhere to get a takeaway pizza. Instead, he kindly drove us into town in his personal car, waited while our order was prepared, and brought us back to the hotel. This level of care and kindness is something we will never forget. The location is excellent—situated in a very quiet area of Pompeii, yet only about a 15 -minute walk to Pompei Scavi train station and around 20 minutes to the archaeological park. Breakfast was basic but offered plenty of choice, with something for everyone. I would like to thank Paul and everyone at Relais Country House Pompei for making our holiday so memorable. We highly recommend this beautiful place and would happily stay here again.

A gem of a place in a location that can't be beat if you are touring the Pompeii Scavi. The establishment in itself is very good - clean, comfortable rooms with great views of the Vesuvius. The restaurant is an added bonus with great food and drinks. But the absolute clincher is the ever-helpful and friendly staff who make you feel right at home. Grazie Paolo, Domenico and, of course, others whose names I couldn't get.

Perfect location if you plan to visit the ruins in Pompei or Herculaneum. Within walking distance (10-15min) to the main entrance to the Pompei excavation grounds (Porta Marina) and the railway station "Pompei Scavi" of the Circumvesuviana line just across the street from the main entrance. Our room on the upper floor of the main building was comfortable and spacious and had a balcony which afforded a fantastic view towards Capri and Mount Vesuvio.. Very convenient to have on-site a restaurant which serves Neapolitan cuisine (Osteria Nonna Cherubina, where also excellent breakfast is being served). Secure, ample parking. Contrary to our concerns, the busy Autostrada A3, which is in rather close distance to the property, turned out not to be a nuisance.

Finding the place arriving by car was a bit tricky, our navigation system pointed us into the wrong direction. The easiest is to head to the main entrance Porta Marina / railway station Pompei Scavi on "Via Villa dei Misteri", continue to follow this road, turn left into "Via Diomede" at the end of the road, cross the railroad tracks and after another ca. 50m enter the parking lot of the Osteria Nonna Cherubina at your left - and you are right there.

Great location for visiting Pompeii and getting to the station and can also walk to the MaxiMall shopping centre. Very clean and comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast excellent. Restaurant in the evening also very good. Recommended to us by friends and we were very pleased we had followed their advice.

Közel volt az autópályához, bevásárló központhoz, zöldségeshez. Jó nagy parkoló, tiszta rendezett nagy apartman 2 fürdővel 3 francia ággyal amik kényelmesek. Minden szobában légkondi, nagy hütő nagy konyhával, asztallal. Tényleg nem kell a hellyel szűkölködni. Az apartmannak van saját étterme is ahol finom olaszos kaja van barátságos személyzettel. A Pompeii romok közel vannak Nápoly fél óra Amalfi 50 perc ha nincs dugó. Amúgy ez lehet a duplája is. Mi 3 gyerekkel voltunk és innen ingáztunk jobbra-balra 5 napig. Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek.

Sehr große und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit einfacher, aber sehr schöner Ausstattung. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Geräumiger Parkplatz auch für größere Fahrzeuge. Die Ausgrabungsstätte von Pompei ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Es gab ein Buffet mit reichlich Auswahl, auch Speck, Eier, Käse und Schinken. Wir bekamen einen kostenlosen Upgrade (zu unserer Reisezeit waren außer uns nur noch ein Pärchen anwesend) und hatten einen wunderbaren großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Vesuv. Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Der Parkplatz wurde nachts abgeschlossen. Die Lage war ideal, wir hatten nur 600m zur Ausgrabungsstätte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Für das Frühstück war eine ältere Dame zuständig. Sie stand die meiste Zeit hinter einem Tresen und beobachtete uns unentwegt. Das fanden wir als unangenehm.

Accueil très chaleureux par Lina, et l’équipe, qui sont très serviables. On s’y sent bien et dans une ambiance italienne véritable ! La propreté est irréprochable, le décor fidèle aux photos. Le restaurant tenu par l’énergique et sympathique Paulo propose une cuisine typique et faite maison avec de bons produits : délicieux! Le petit déjeuner est très bien (format international) avec un petit truc en plus: les douceurs sucrées sont faites maison par Lucia… un vrai régal! L’hôtel est situé pas trop loin de l’entrée principale (Ingressa Marina)de Pompéi et aussi de la gare qui permet de se rendre notamment à Herculanum (très économique).Bref, on est heureux d’y avoir séjourné et on envisage d’y retourner…😊

Le grand parking , l’accueil et la bienveillance du personnel qui vous donne de bons conseils, une belle chambre très propre avec une grande terrasse vue sur le Vésuve, petits-déjeuners et restaurant très bien, la proximité du site des Ruines de Pompéi (10 mns à pieds) et de la gare « Scavi di Pompéi » qui vous permet de vous rendre à Naples ou Sorento , à Herculanum aussi selon les horaires mais nous y sommes allés en voiture (c’est rapide et grand parking sur place).

Rien , tout était parfait.
