La habitación todo a nuevo, el resto del hotel en refacción. No comunicado con anterioridad. En la página figuraba con frigobar y TV. No proveen frigobar y y la TV sin ningún tipo de señal. ( no está funcionando fue la respuesta). La recepción no está las 24 hs

После бронирования на сайте booking.com владелец предложил сделать повторное бронирование на стороннем сайте с повторным вводом данных о моей банковской карте. На вопрос объяснить ситуацию - почему я должен повторно бронировать апартаменты - ответа не последовало. За неделю до въезда владелец в одностороннем порядке отменил моё бронирование. Считаю такое поведение неприемлемым по отношению к клиенту.

Location is very good.

Check the room size before booking. Its too small.

Room was super clean. There are signs of usage in the bathroom, like the colour of the grout in the shower, marks on the sink, but other than that, rather nice space. The room felt new and modern, it was quiet, with windowsclosed, despite tbe location being rather central and three minutes away from Romer square. The mattress was a bit soft for my tastes, but that's very subjective anyways, overall very comfortable bed. I wish the duvets were a but larger, but maybe that's because I more a lot in my sleep. There's a double curtain, so the room can get super dark during the day if needed. There was AC in the room, which was very nice. The weather was pleasant during my stay (average of 24°) so the room does get warm while you're away, but it also cools down rathwr quickly upon the arrival and the AC being turned on. There's a locker for belongings and vulnerables, a TV, the odd thing was that the tea making machine was missing, while the bottom part was in the room. all in all I was very happy with my room. I'll admit to being sceptical prior to booking, based on some reviews but they were quite not true... The reception and all the staff were so nice and I believe if there was any issue with the room it would have been solved as best as possible. oh and the front desk is open from 7-23h and the hotel is locked from 23-7,but you get a key for the "night" entry, which honestly made me feel safer overnight.

Room was on the ground floor, but that was the availability problem so not really a complaint. Perhaps protective bars on the window would make the sense of safety even grater.

I booked a Deluxe Room through Booking.com for €380 per night, expecting the advertised "spacious room offer classic-style interiors, a satellite TV and a private bathroom." Instead, this was one of my worst hotel stays ever. The Room & Amenities Extremely Cramped: There was barely a one-foot gap around the bed and zero room to store our two suitcases. Bedding: The bed only came with two small covers (one per person). Missing Features: Despite advertising satellite TV on Booking.com, there were no channels—you could only log into a personal Netflix account. There was also no phone in the room. Keys: Access was via a physical key, which had a dummy keycard attached to keep the room lights on. Bathroom Issues Damaged Facilities: The sink was visibly cracked. Broken Shower: The shower door was broken and could only close halfway. Elevator & Accessibility Tiny & Unreliable: The elevator was very small and two suitcases and one person completely maxed out the space, forcing the second person to take the stairs. We ended up using it strictly for luggage during check-in and check-out.

J’ai réservé une chambre avec 2 lits simples (Twin beds), comme indiqué clairement dans ma réservation Booking. Or, à mon arrivée, la chambre dispose uniquement d’un lit double. J’ai signalé le problème à la réception, mais on m’a répondu que toutes les chambres de l’hôtel sont équipées de la même manière et que, si cela ne me convient pas, je peux simplement annuler ma réservation.

Prima cosa la stanza è piccola e c'erano solo gli asciugamani per fare la doccia e pulire la faccia, c'era scritto che era disponibile il set di cortesia nulla ........ Inoltre hanno pulita la stanza dopo che noi l'abbiamo richiesto Secondo la colazione non ne parliamo scarsa inoltre il primo giorno non funziona nulla per fare il cappuccino ....... Ho notato che avevano la macchina per fare il caffè e altre cose nella cucina non era meglio metterla dove si faceva la colazione così una faceva da solo senza chiedere Terzo il sabato hanno chiuso nel pomeriggio e riaperto la domenica mattina, dicevano reception h 24..... L'unica cosa è che sta al centro

Bei Festen nachts auf der Straße sehr lebhaft.

Приехали на размещение было закрыто дверь никто не открыл(на двери написано что отель закрыт на ремонт) написано что можем обратится в другой отель либо отменить бронь. Было обидно что заранее не предупредили, мы пошли в другой отель там нам дали ключи что бы мы могли зайти самостоятельно (тк уже было поздно мы решили ок остаться) зашли там все в ремонте было жутко страшно. Когда поднялись на 5 этаж уже в комнате было норм. Но из-за ремонта было не комфортно и тревожно.

Geen ontbijtservice ivm renovatie hotel, wat ons niet vermeld was , maar wel betaald.Terug betalen is na lang aandringen beloofd, maar nog niet ontvangen. Receptie slecht bemenst! Kamer met 2 eenspersoons matrassen zat 6 cm hoogte verschil tussen. Televisie niet aangesloten, na 4 keer vragen nog steeds niet verholpen. Door de afwezigheid van de receptionist door de nachtdeur, maar door de renovatie werd je belemmerd door bouwmaterialen. Gevaarlijk voor de vluchtweg, evenals de kar op de gang met Bedlinnen e d.

Careful booking it still may not be open (at least upto 16 aug, I dont know if open yet) but taking bookings anyway (it seems) as prentended to book online for tuesday and it was allowing me to) knowing they will rebook you in thier sister hotel-they told me via a message from booking.com (which thankfully I can get emails while travelling) that there is a problem with my room-but the other hotel told me the Miramar is actually closed for renovations- so they lied! I only recieved this message while on route to the hotel from the airport with my daughter! -if it is renovations they knew well in advance and did not inform me- offer me a refund, and allow me to book where I choose or ASK if I am happy with the alternative- so you have no choice but to go to their sister hotel or be greeted with a closed hotel if you dont get the message in the two hours before you check in. Then had the cheek to write we rebooked at no extra cost!!!! And, still have not replied to my email to them in repsonse I sent 5 days ago! If you dont care about this- they put you in the hotel scala- which is fine-prob same standard, location is central town, so further from historic center but still only 10-15 mon walk and close to Undergraound- In the end all was well but this is not right did they accept my booking knowing the place will be closed during my stay? When did they know I could not stay there (obviously they didnt decide to close hotel for renovations only 2 hours before I checked in, so my problewm is not with the outcome but rather the way in which it was managed, the complete lack of customer service and the blatant lie-They should have emailed well in advance do I want refund, or to be rebooked in scala at no extra cost - not onthe day with no option, I will be looking further into this with booking.com

Only the Location.

Construction work. Elevator out of order; had to carry suitcases to the fourth and fifth floors. Tools and construction debris on the stairs and in the hallways. Shower very, very small with black mold; shower hose broken. TV didn't work.

Unfortunately the hotel was being renovated so we were sent to a different hotel. Booking.com never informed me of this. The replacement hotel was ok, but the location cease not as good as Hotel Miramar!

Location was farther away from where I wanted to be! Again I am very disappointed with Booking cons communication!

Накануне написали что готовы к встрече, а когда мы приехали на такси оказалось что отель на ремонте и надо по жареные пешком идти в другую гостиницу. Номер был бе кондиционера как было заявлено, в худшем месте и вид был на соседнюю стену. Совсем не было воздуха.

Ich kam nicht ins Miramar, weil ich am 5.8.vormittags angerufen wurde, dass wegen einer größeren Renovierung mein Zimmer in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht wurde - Hotel Scala in der Schäfergasse . Was soll das ? Das Miramar wird nicht renoviert!

Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang

Leider wurde mir erst bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt dass es wg. Bauarbeiten kein Frühstück gibt (ich habe aber eine Erstattung bekommen) und morgens vor 8 Uhr würde gebohrt.

Blir litt feil å vurdere nå. Hotellrommene var slitne, men blir renovert fra vår utreisedag. Beliggenheten er helt fantastisk og hotellet vil vi anbefale når alt er ferdig renovert. Vi var de siste gjester før renoveringen startet.

Die Klimaanlage war ein Witz. Das schlecht gedämmte Haus hatte einen Innentemperatur von über 30°C.

Gestank nach Rauch im gesamten Zimmer und im Bad Sauberkeit nicht gegeben, sogar die Zimmerwände waren überaus schmutzig und verranzt defekt: Fliesen, Badezimmertür, Waschbecken, Klobürste, Kühlschrank Föhn funktionierte nicht Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht (nach Rückfrage an der Rezeption wurde bestätigt, dass die Klimaanlage defekt ist) Frühstück nicht vorhanden wie bei Booking.com beschrieben, Begründung: Hotel ist derzeit im Umbau, davon steht nichts auf der Booking.com Seite! Hotel = Baustelle mit erheblichem Baulärm auch sonntags ab morgens sehr früh (vor 8 Uhr), Baukontainer direkt vorm Zimmerfenster, dieser wurde kontinuierlich beladen

Good room nice staff and location

The aircon was broke so I had to leave a day early and get a different hotel because the heat was too much. Effected my medical issues really was disappointing

Es war heiß an dem Wochenende und die Klimanlage war nicht funktionsfähig ( kaputt) der Kühlschrank auch. Kein Ventilator verfügbar.

Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Ab dem zweiten Tag gab es kein Frühstück mehr. Keine Informationen vorher. Wegen Bauarbeiten. Das Geld soll uns aber wohl gut geschrieben werden. Wir hatten im Zimmer eine Kakerlake. Auf dem Bett waren Haare.

They are advertising an air conditioned property which wasn't working. My stay was on some of the hottest days, as the property is on a main street, one cannot open the window and sleep well. That was very uncomfortable.

L'hotel è centralissimo consente di raggiungere qualsiasi luogo del centro a piedi. Davvero perfetta la posizione.

Purtroppo la stanza era particolarmente stretta senza climatizzazione e quindi era molto calda e la ventilazione non funzionava. Il letto era matrimoniale se fossimo stati in due sarebbe stato troppo caldo per dormire. La struttura deve essere un po' rivista c'era la lampadina del tavolo fulminata e il frigorifero non funzionava. Ho nuotato stavano già facendo dei lavori di restyling spero anche per la stanza che hanno dato a me

Cogimos este hotel porque tenía aire acondicionado, había una ola de calor en la ciudad y cancelamos nuestro hotel para coger este, exclusivamente por el aire acondicionado que anunciaba booking en su página.

Cuando llegamos no tenía aire acondicionado!!! No lo podíamos creer, no dormimos absolutamente nada, no se podía respirar el calor era horrible, ni aire ni ventilador ni ninguna facilidad por parte del personal, al día siguiente cuando reclamamos el dinero nos dieron largas y no facilitaron nada, tuvimos que irnos por la mañana y buscar otro hotel. Viajamos con niños pequeños los cuales no durmieron nada, fue una experiencia horrible.

Nothing, the overall quality of the hotel is poor and in desperate need of refurbishment.

The reason I booked at the hotel was because the hotel showed as having air con. The week I was in Germany was the heat wave so air con was the most important thing I required form the stay. When I checked in and went to my room, I immediately realised that the room was very hot. I tried to set the air con, but the control panel looked like it was from the 80's and some of the knobs were broken off the unit. I then went back down to reception and asked how do I get the room cooler. The person at reception said that the air con was faulty and that someone was on route to fix it in about an hour. I went back to the room and couldn't take the heat so decided to leave. When I got to the reception and said I want a credit and that I am leaving, they then said the rooms don't have air con. Remember they told me a repair person was on route to fix it just 5 mins earlier! Then they said I would not be refunded as it was a non-refundable booking. At this point I gave up and left to find another hotel 500m down the road that had aircon. Honestly one of the worst experiences and if you are looking for an affordable stay with clean rooms, good location and air con, try mainhaus Stadthotel Frankfurt as they were much better. I logged a complaint with Booking.com, and they tried to get a refund from the hotel, but they to were told no from the hotel. As a goodwill gesture Booking.com gave € 10.56 as clearly Hotel Miramar am Römer can't be bothered.

Good location, clean, nice rooms

Promised an AC, but it wasn‘t functioning during high season(!) (approx. +27° in the room). They mentioned this at check-in, but without offering any other compensation, unfortunately.

The hotel is in a good location and very quiet.

I went to Frankfurt during the heat wave. I understand that houses here normally don't have air conditioning, but it was too hot to stay in the room, even though the staff kindly provided me a fan.

Die Lage ist gut, nur ein paar hundert Meter von der Hauptwache Frankfurt am Main entfernt. Die beiden Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr höflich und freundlich.

Zuerst wurde mir der Schlüssel zu einem Zimmer ausgehändigt, das nicht hergerichtet und geputzt war. Mir wurde dann ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt, dessen uralte Klimaanlage bei 37 Grad Aussentemperatur nicht funktionierte, nur sehr laut brummte. Die beiden Fenster waren ungeputzt, geradezu dreckig. Ein anderes freies Zimmer stand nicht zur Verfügung.

Location is really good

First room I got didn't even have a curtain. Got a different room with a broken bed (missing leg), broken lamp and broken bathroom door. The room was overall pretty dirty and there were several hairs on the bathroom wall. Also the AC just broke right before my arrival, allegedly... The hotel staff, however, claimed that they were unable to give that in writing, so I can claim a partial refund. There are several reviews over the last months also claiming that the AC was broken...

The only positive aspects of this hotel were its excellent location, which was close to the city center, and the easy access to many good restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing due to several maintenance and communication issues: -The hotel advertised air conditioning and a refrigerator, but neither was functional. The AC only made loud noise without cooling, and the fridge was broken with a terrible smell.​ Staying or sleeping in the hotel, even at nights, were horrible in the summer. -The bathroom door was broken, the restroom door wouldn't latch, the clothes hangers were damaged, and there was no power outlet on one side of the bed. -The room required a physical key for the door (the card was only for electricity), which was quite outdated and inconvenient. -The staff for the Check-in did not speak English, which made the check-in process and communication difficult. ​Overall, the room conditions did not match the description provided on Booking.com, and I believe this property should update its information or fix their rooms' problems.

Az ágy kényelmetlen, a WC deszka kicsi, rosszul felszerelt és már sárga (régen fehér lehetett), a zuhany kicsi és a zuhanytömlő törött, oldalt ereszti a vizet, a mosdó csaptelep szorul, a víz hőmérséklete random változik a forró és a hideg között. A klíma fúj de nem ad hideget, itt tartózkodásomkor 35 fok celsius volt kint - és a szobában is.

Airco deed het niet op beide kamers die ik gehuurd had. Het was te warm, waardoor geen oog dichtgedaan. Douche kwam een pisstraal uit toen ik id avond ging douchen. Weinig geld kwijt voor 2 kamers en dat was te merken. Maar als er de website staat airco, dan moeten ze het wel doen. De nachtportier kon er iig weinig aan doen

Most of the staff was unfriendly, and despite the hot weather I requested a fan because the air conditioning wasn’t working at all. My request was completely ignored, and the staff didn’t address it in any way

Die Lage, nähe Mainufer, ist super.

Die Klimaanlage war laut und hat im Grunde nicht gekühlt. Ich befürchte, das Bett hatte Wanzen... am nächsten Morgen hatten wir beide juckende rote Flecken. Sehr unangehm!

Very good and central location, clean room, competent and friendly front desk staff.

I was there for three nights for work during a heatwave (31-35 degrees Celsius). Did not sleep well due to the heat: Noisy and not at all effective aircondition in the room. Duvet and pillows in the bed were made with synthetic fibre filling, not natural down, which made it hot, sticky and uncomfortable. Street noise with many loud sirens made opening windows for air a bad idea. Hotel guest Wifi network would benefit from an upgrade in security level. I could not use it for work. Tiny lobby with two chairs, front desk and a vending machine. I cannot speak to the breakfast as I did not try it, but be aware that the breakfast room is in the basement if this matters to you.

Great staff, very friendly and patient with me, considering I only spoke English. Grateful they spoke both German and English. Close proximity to everything such as food, sights, tours etc. Rooms are clean and has all the essentials. My first room had no curtains and staff kindly gave me a new room. Plenty of options for breakfast and even let me have a coffee to go. Will definitely be booking here the next time I'm in Frankfurt.

Air conditioning was on but wasn't really doing anything. The fridge light was on but it wasn't actually working. I bought food as I was told the next day was Corpus Christi, a public holiday and I wasn't sure if the shops would be open,but unfortunately the food had gone bad the next day.

The location is convenient.

1. I booked 2 twin beds and received 2 twin beds without any space in between, and the beds could not be separated due to both end table mounted to the wall, the beds could not be moved without causing damages. 2. The room was super hot, we tried to turn on the air, it does not seem to have Air conditioner, we had to open all windows and slept in sweat. 3. The shower is very small, its difficult to even turn around for 5'3" 130 lbs me.

Hotel mieści sie zaledwie 400 m od nabrzeża. Fajna lokalizacja. Bardzo smaczne i obfite śniadanie.

Lodowka nie dzialała tzn działało w niej tylko światło 😅 Klimatyzacja w pokoju nie dzialala. Niestety ulica na której znajduje sie hotel jest bardzo głośna i ruchliwa, więc spanie przy otwartych oknach nie wchodziło w grę. Pokoje bardzo małe ale

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Zum Römer 2 Min. zu Fuß. Sehr gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr. Lebensmittelgeschäft und unzählige Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal nett bis unverbindlich. Frühstück bei der Preislage absolut OK ( Lachs, Würstchen, Rührei, versch. Konfitüren, Käse, Aufschnitt,...).

Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig (WC Sitz lose, Waschbecken mit Riss), das ist angeblich auch geplant. Klimaanlage zeigte keine Wirkung! Die Hauptstraße vor dem Fenster ist schon laut, aber auch spannend zu beobachten wer und was so vorbeifährt. Für Autoenthusiasten kann das auch ein Erlebnis sein ;-)

Das der Fernseher streaming Dienste hatte. Das es direkt in der Innenstadt war. Es war relativ leise. Es wurde jeden tag neue Tücher gebracht sowie tee/caffee. Unser Zimmer war 514

Das die Hälfte der Lampen im Zimmer nicht funktioniert haben. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht gekühlt, dies war vorallem da unser Zimmer auf der Süd Seite war sehr schlecht. Es waren immer zwischen 25-30°C im Zimmer. Manchmal kamen komische Gerüche aus der Dusche. Man konnte durch die Wände hören.
