Okolie hotela je asi v starostlivosti mestskej štvrte no napadané hŕby lístia z minulej jesene popri ceste pred hotelom ma dostalo a vysušený potkan niekde na chodníku bol bonus ,udržiavanie areálu hotela nič moc ,krásne miesto ,,kaplnky" so sochou Panny Márie zanedbaný bez starostlivosti no toto miesto by si zaslúžilo viac starostlivosti a úcty .

Not a friendly staff to find at this hotel, ask for an extra blanket, and was told that "you don't need it, it's summer". When ever vi arrived in the lobby not a hello or a good bye, very unusual. The breakfast is poor: molded fruit 3 days in a row, hard donut cuz they been sitting out and no variation

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The property advertises air conditioning, but it was not working. We reported this on our first day and were told that someone would come the following day to fix it or that we would be moved to another room. Neither happened. Instead, we were given a fan. Our room was on the top floor with direct sunlight, and because of the extremely hot weather in Rome, it became very uncomfortable and difficult to stay in. There were also several hygiene and bathroom issues. The bidet had visible residue left inside it when we arrived. The shower did not have a proper door, only a curtain, which caused water to flood the bathroom floor every time we showered. Unfortunately, there was no drain on the bathroom floor, so we had to use towels to collect the water ourselves. The listing also stated that toilet paper was provided, but there was none, so we had to buy it ourselves. Overall, the accommodation did not meet the standards and amenities advertised in the listing. The lack of working air conditioning, hygiene issues and the bathroom problems significantly affected our stay. I would not recommend this accommodation unless these issues are properly addressed.

Room was nice. Breakfast was good enough. Location is nice, bit far from city center but with all necessary amenities around. Maybe they can change some options for breakfast each day. They also had first aid kits.

Nel complesso il soggiorno all’Hotel Cilicia è stato positivo. Un particolare elogio va al receptionist Gaetano, molto professionale, gentile e disponibile: ci ha accolti con grande cortesia e si è dimostrato sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, anche se l’arredamento e alcuni ambienti risultano un po’ datati e avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovati. La colazione è stata sufficiente, con una scelta abbastanza varia, ma senza particolari eccellenze. La posizione è comoda per visitare Roma e, considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo, il giudizio complessivo è positivo. Con qualche intervento di rinnovamento delle camere e un piccolo miglioramento della colazione, l’hotel potrebbe fare un ulteriore salto di qualità.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Spricht und versteht gut Englisch. Das Hotel ist alt und gibt somit ein Echo der Vergangenheit wider, was seinen Charme haben kann. Aber man sieht die Zeichen der Zeit. Trotzdem sehr sympathisch.

Das Viertel indem sich das Hotel befindet ist eher ärmer und nicht so sauber und liegt zu Fuß weiter weg vom Zentrum. Aber soll eine öffentliche Anbindung geben, die ich aber nicht genutzt habe. Das Hotelzimmer hat seine Gebrauchsspuren, ist aber gepflegt und lässt einen in die Vergangenheit reisen.

La proximité des lieux cultes, nous sommes allés au Colisée à pieds depuis l'hôtel.

Lovely place, friendly yet professional staff. Excellent location. Close to shops and about a 35 min walk to the Colosseum and town center. The breakfast selection is good enough. The room was nice and spacious.

Świetna obsługa i bardzo pomocny personel. Pokoje są ładne, czyste i codziennie sprzątane, dzięki czemu pobyt był bardzo komfortowy. Hotel znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko stacji metra, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie miasta. Śniadania były smaczne, choć brakowało świeżych warzyw. Pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie i z przyjemnością wróciłabym ponownie.

Die Klimaanlage war zu kalt, die Raumluft zu feucht. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht manuell eingestellt werden, musste ausgeschaltet werden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt, Tapete und Teppich sollten erneuert werden. Der Straßenlärm war störend, durch die alten Fenster kaum gedämmt.

My colleague was initially given a room that looked more like a hospital room than a hotel room. However, today we were moved to a normal hotel room.

Das Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel war ausgezeichnet. Auch die Frühstücksräumlichkeiten waren groß und die Tische zum Frühstücken waren deshalb auch nicht gedrängt nebeneinander. Das Hotel und das Zimmer strahlen ein altehrwühridges Flair aus. Das Zimmer war ruhig und die Klimaanlage und der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer waren sehr angenehm. Diverse Autobuslinien sind zu Fuß in 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar. Bustickets kann man in jeder Tabaccheria in Rom kaufen (nicht im Autobus). Der Busfahrschein kostet nur 1,50 Euro und gilt für eine Fahrzeit von 100 Minuten. Der Fahrschein muß dann beim Einsteigen im Autobus Bus entwertet werden. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel - abseits von dem üblichen Trubel in der City von Rom.

Avrei dato 10 se la doccia fosse stata all'altezza di tutto il resto, ma era alquanto scomoda e brutta..

La struttura, tra le diverse della medesima categoria, è una delle migliori sia sotto il punto di vista dell’arredo (classico tradizionale), della pulizia, delle dotazioni (es. phon asciugacapelli grande rispetto a quelli piccoli in dotazione nella stragrande maggioranza degli hotel) e in generale del rapporto qualità-prezzo. Apprezzabile inoltre la posizione che in poco tempo permette di raggiungere, tramite mezzi pubblici, la zona di Garbatella e la metro Re di Roma.

Qualche consiglio, che comunque passa in secondo piano rispetto alla piacevole esperienza, riguarda: - dimensioni del box doccia che potrebbe essere scomodo per persone un po’ robuste; - varietà dei prodotti per la colazione un po’ esigua (ma comunque di buona qualità)

Lo mejor de todo sin duda el personal.

Al llegar no iba el aire acondicionado y aunque intentaron hacer lo imposible para que funcionara, no terminaba de enfriar bien.

Sobre todo el personal, estuvimos en dos ocasiones distintas, ya que durante dos días nos fuimos a Venecia, al volver nos tenían una habitación mucho mejor a la que tuvimos en la primera reserva. Hay varios trabajadores latinos que puedes hablar con ellos en Español y eso se agradece.

Al llegar la habitación que nos dieron no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y aunque no pararon hasta solucionarlo, no enfriaba mucho y después de 40000 pisos viendo Roma a casi 40 grados, llegar y seguir teniendo calor y sudar, no era lo mejor.

Sok hangulatos kis étterem van a hoteltől kb 10 perces sétára. Szintén a közelben van egy buszmegálló, ahonnan könnyen be lehet jutni a városközpontba. A reggelihez járó kávé és a sütemények finomak.

A zuhanyzó kényelmetlenül kicsi, mozdulni alig lehetett benne. A szoba nem volt rendesen kitakarítva, ahogy a fürdőszoba higéniája sem volt megfelelő. A friss törölközőknek kellemetlen illata volt. A svédasztalos reggeli alkalmával feltálalt ételek minősége erőteljesen az olcsó árkategóriát képviseli.

Despite being old the property was clean at least.

The air con wasn’t working and when I told the lobby they didn’t take it seriously. Was only fixed after I told booking.com to step in. The beds were small and same with the bathtub. So small that water would splash everywhere when showering and movement was hard.

A very beautiful and authentic hotel with high ceilings and a well-preserved interior and exterior that create a charming Italian atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful from check-in to departure. The breakfast was very good and perfectly appropriate for a three-star hotel.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the value for money and would gladly stay here again.
