Je trouve que le ménage laisse à désirer, ça n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles en terme d’entretien. Traces au sol, cheveux, serviettes non remplacées, produits non remplis… La salle de sport est toute petite et non climatisée. Parking à 15€ par jour (sinon possibilité de se garer dans la rue devant). La douche mérite une bonne rénovation.

We have had the food on previous stays but found some of it a little bland this time around.

La cena, no vale la pena pero para nada, la comida era muy básica. La ducha estaba sucia, había moho. El servicio de limpieza llamaba a la puerta muy pronto y les decías que aun no ibas a salir y les parecía mal. El horario de la piscina.

Nory ist eine ausgezeichnete Mitarbeiterin. Zuvorkommend, am Morgenbuffet stets hilfsbereit, lösungsorientiert und freundlich. So wünscht man sich als Hotelgast bedient zu werden. Sie hat unseren Aufenthalt im Radisson Blu versüsst. Einfach perfekt!

El complejo es una pasada, las habitaciones muy grandes. Me gusta que tenga el baño con el WC con puerta e igual con la ducha. En cuanto a las comidas super bien, los desayunos tenían de todo, reponían todo el rato. A nuestro parecer, echábamos de menos queso fresco para las tostadas. Las cenas muy bien, son temáticas y siempre hay algo que te pueda gustar. Mucha variedad para hacer ensaladas y comidas más ligeras. También cambiamos dos cenas por comidas en el snack bar de la piscina y genial, super buena la comida y platos muy abundantes. El personal, de 10. En cuanto a la localización, muy tranquila.

Me falla que las toallas de baño sean tan pequeñas y no se veían muy consistentes. Un día nos pusieron una rota y otro día otra con manchas, pero nos lo solucionaron pronto. Por otro lado, la luz del baño bastante insuficiente, aunque el espejo tenga luz al ser amarilla la del baño no se ve bien.

Perfect stay and great staff. They give a lot of attention to details. Our room was very spacious and on ground level, so we have direct access to the pool area, while having the privacy within our little terrace. In 10-15min walk you get to the town with lots of bars and restaurants.

Breakfast was good, but could vary more from day to day.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena para recorrer la isla, además se aparca fenomenal en la zona. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda. La zona de piscinas es fantástica. El desayuno genial, destacar la amabilidad de su personal, en particular de Nati, muy atenta siempre. Si volvemos a Lanzarote, repetiremos seguro!

As piscinas são grandes o que permite que nenhuma esteja sobrelotada e possamos estar à vontade. O hotel é localizado numa zona calma de Costa Teguise o que para nós foi bom. Os funcionários do hotel são extremamente simpáticos e eficientes. A organização é comida do buffet é excelente, ao pequeno-almoço e jantar.

Como é um hotel mais virado para o exterior, os espaços interiores de lazer não são super confortáveis, mas é apenas um pormenor.

Il posto è meraviglioso, ma quello che mi ha fatto stare meglio è stata la cordialità e gentilezza del personale. In ogni momento siamo stati seguiti e lo staff, in particolare il direttore Paul, hanno saputo aiutarci in ogni nostra richiesta. Anche quando abbiamo avuto problemi per un guasto all'aria condizionata hanno saputo aiutarci prontamente e sistemare la situazione. Torneremo al 100%

Stayed in a room that was right in front of the pool, the view was amazing. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was a really great place to stay for holiday, would definitely love to come back in future!

La comida estaba muy buena, la habitación era enorme con una cama súper cómoda y todo muy limpio. Y el personal era encantador y excepcional. Y su ubicación mejor imposible. Todo de 10.

Me hubiese gustado que tendría algo mas de musica quizá a las tardes para que mientras estes en la piscina se amenice todo un poco, aunque sea con un hilo musical en un tono tenue. Y que a la noche hubiese algún espectáculo mas o que dure un poco mas los shows. Por lo demás ninguna pega todo muy muy bien.

Todo, la cercanía del personal y su amabilidad sería lo primero en destacar. Pero a parte, las instalaciones, la organización, la ubicación … todo excelente

El ambiente tranquilo, las piscinas, la distribución del hotel y el trato recibido en el buffet por Cati, una trabajadora muy cercana y cariñosa con los clientes. Siempre atenta a todo, con una sonrisa y ayudando en todo lo que podía.

Faltaba limpieza al suelo de la habitación y el trato recibido por una de las trabajadoras del buffet durante el desayuno (Nory) quien al retirar los platos metía la mano en aquello que aún seguías usando, llegando uno de los días a dirigirse de forma poco correcta, preguntando de malas formas si ya sí podía llevarse los platos.

No tengo absolutamente nada malo que decir de este hotel. Las habitaciones increíbles, teníamos la suite junior y nos sorprendió, no nos esperábamos un salón dentro, la cama era muy cómoda y el baño muy espacioso y es que tenía de todo, muy muy bien!!!Las luces, todo! La terraza tiene dos tumbonas y una mesa y dos sillas, además una tendedera, estaba todo pensado. La comida del restaurante “calma”, buenísima, es que no puedo decir otra cosa que increible. Los trabajadores, a cada uno más simpático y amable que el anterior.Da gusto encontrarte con gente así! Las piscina son 24h y el gimnasio también, y eso es un puntazo!!! Se respira tranquilidad pura, me lleve un libro y en dos días me lo había leído. El buffet, tenía de todo, no era enorme, pero es que Literammete “ calidad antes de cantidad” , tenía hasta para hacerte tu propio café, con la galleta…desayuno y cena más que completos 🤞🏻. Las camareras de piso, limpiaban las habitaciones súper súper súper bien!! En un momento la tenían impecable, increíble. Sin duda repetiremos! Además, hay bastante aparcamiento por fuera, no tuvimos ningún problema para dejar el coche, y hay un supermercado cerca por si te hace falta cualquier cosa.

Lo único que podría decir y por decir algo , es que las bebidas no están incluidas en almuerzo y cena y tienes que pagarlas aparte, pero merece totalmente la pena venir a este hotel.

Le Radisson Blu à Lanzarote est un établissement que je recommande sans hésiter. L’hôtel est magnifique, propre et calme, ce qui permet de passer un séjour vraiment reposant. Le personnel est discret, toujours souriant et d’une extrême gentillesse. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très bien entretenue. La formule demi-pension est excellente : le petit déjeuner est très varié et le buffet du soir de grande qualité Le bar propose une carte de cocktails et de vins sympa. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent moment. Le personnel est exceptionnel : accueillant, chaleureux, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. On se sent vraiment bien dès l'arrivée. L'établissement est magnifique, très propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenu. Les équipements sont de grande qualité et l'ambiance est agréable et reposante. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour !

Je n'ai rencontré absolument aucun problème durant mon séjour. Tout s'est déroulé parfaitement du début à la fin. L'organisation était impeccable, les services étaient de qualité et tout a été conforme, voire supérieur, à mes attentes. C'est très appréciable de pouvoir profiter de son séjour en toute sérénité. Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation !

Alles war super, das Frühstuck war unglaublich und allgemein das ganze Hotel und die Zimmer. Personal war auch super zuvorkommend und freundlich.

El complejo del hotel es una maravilla, cuenta con varias piscinas, algunas de ellas con vistas directas al mar. La habitación era muy espaciosa y bonita, a pesar de haber cogido la más básica. La relación calidad precio es excelente, teníamos desayuno y cena incluidos por un precio buenísimo en pleno mes de junio. Tanto el buffet de desayuno como de cena tenían una gran variedad y calidad, todo estaba excelente. El personal, tanto en recepción, restaurante, como los que cruzabamos en cualquier parte del hotel eran super amables. Tienen animación por la noche, que no dura hasta demasiado tarde, porque lo que no molesta para dormir, algo que se agradece muchísimo.

Emplacement stratégique pour visiter l’Ile , au centre permet de relier le nord et le sud en 30 ou 40 mns. Petit déjeuner classique pour un établissement de ce standing produits de qualité, frais et surtout locaux( gateaux, sauces, bananes… canariens) , ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas, vraiment un plus. Vastes espaces extérieurs apportent du confort. La taille des chambre et de leur terrasse permet d’avoir salons intérieur et extérieur. Tout est neuf et excessivement bien entretenu. Le parking est privé et gratuit. Costa Teguise est entrain de renouveler toute une partie de son front de mer en établissement de standing…il y a une dynamique qualitative dans cette ville comme à Teguise .

The hotel is beautiful, calm, clean and quiet. The selection of 4 pools and a large breakfast space meant we could enjoy a peaceful holiday. We were bed and breakfast and spent a lot of days out of the hotel so can't comment on the all inclusive options etc. The breakfast was delicious, the best we have had. Nearly all staff we saw had beaming smiles and went out of their way to ensure all guests were happy. We booked a junior suite but there wasn't much 'junior' about it, it was huge, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean every day, and well sound proofed. Our balcony/terrace area felt private.

One day we tried to join one of the activities (Thai Chi on the beach) but weren't able to as different staff sent us to different places and we never found the group/it was too late. The staff we asked seemed confused. This was a shame as it was the only day we had free to join a class. There weren't as many activities as I had expected there to be, and I would really have enjoyed to be able to join a yoga class for example. I was disappointed that the spa was shut for the first half of our stay and that you have to pay 15€ to use it. Just a minor issue - I'm not sure if this is just our judgement but there were a few times we felt slightly conscious of staff looking suspicious at us as we entered the hotel. I don't know if this is because we are younger than the average guest, or on those days we looked less formal (for example one day we had just returned from a horse riding trip) but I didn't like the way we were looked at by the evening manager on the desk. And one day when near the bottom gate and asking something to a bar staff member on the way back in, he asked if we were hotel guests and if we had our card to show. I'm not sure why a non hotel guest would be asking about a hotel Thai Chi class!

Breakfast and dinner options were great, lots of choice and changed most days during our stay. Loved that there were multiple pools and many sun loungers. There was no issue getting sun loungers the whole week. Staff were lovely and were attentive when there were several issues with our room.

The main foyer and restaurant of the hotel were lovely, however, the rest of the hotel felt out dated and in need of a renovation. The hotel was very quiet, with one hour of music 9 - 10pm each night and beyond that nothing else.

Deuxième séjour au Radisson Blu de Lanzarote, et le charme opère toujours autant. On revient ici parce qu’on sait ce qu’on y trouve : un personnel souriant, professionnel et véritablement à l’écoute, qui fait toute la différence. Le cadre est magnifique, les installations impeccables — propreté irréprochable et entretien soigné qui confirment que l’établissement prend soin de lui-même dans la durée. L’emplacement est idéal. Un hôtel où l’on revient avec plaisir, et où l’on a déjà envie de retourner en le quittant.

Todo. Y, lo que más, sus empleados. Nunca antes en un hotel me había sentido como en casa. Jean Carlos, Nati, Oliver, Tatjana, Mariam, Toñi, Álex, Patricia... Absolutamente todos. Y la comida es espectacular, incluido el menú a la carta en la comida. También agradecimos muchísimo el silencio. No hay nada peor que un hotel masificado y ruidoso.

Creo que por defecto habría que dirigirse a todos los huéspedes en español y, si no entienden, cambiar al inglés. Pero al fin y al cabo es un hotel en España, independientemente de la afluencia de huéspedes de otros países.

My husband and I had a fabulous holiday and loved this hotel. The staff are very friendly, and Nati from the restaurnat is fantastic and very welcomming and super friendly. The food is excellent for breakfast & dinner every night. There is such a big selection and something for everyone to chose from. We loved the fresh fish variety also. The hotel is very clean throughout and the entertainment is great at night. We had a Deep-tissue massage one of the days in the Wellness Centre on the property, and we highly recommend it, it was amazing.

The only issue we had was tht there was a terrible smell from the toilet and shower. We did go to complain at the front desk and somebody went to investigate. After the visit the smell was gone from the shower but it remained in the toilet for the week. We spoke to several other couples who all said the same - they all experienced the same issue with the smell in the toilets in their apartments.
