A iluminação ( candeeiros) do apartamento era desajustada, muito forte; só ao fim do segundo dia os funcionários conseguiram uma solução parcial

La relación calidad-precio. Los acabados de las habitaciones digamos que son correctos pero no se corresponden con el precio. Se paga realmente por la ubicación

Limpeza do apartamento, varanda muito espaçosa, perfeita para refeições e relax ao fim do dia. Piscinas, restaurantes e campos de jogos à disposição. Funcionarios muito atenciosos e preocupados com o bem estar dos hospedes.

Accommodations were poor inside. Shower curtain was very old and worn down. Poor quality toiletries offered for the price paid. Room needs a complete remodel to charge the price I paid.

Bright and clean apartment, plenty of space for a small family.

Localização perfeita, com duas piscinas (uma atlântica com vista mar) e acesso directo à praia. Hotel simples, limpo, sem grandes comodidades ou serviços, mas muito confortável. Recomendo vivamente para quem queira descansar e alternar comodamente entre piscina e praia.

O Hotel é confortável mas já precisa de alguma renovação, sobretudo na insonorização e nos quartos. Pequeno-Almoço é razoável e podia ser mais variado.

Localização ótima. Acesso direto para a praia.

Não existir máquina da loiça.

Staff were very helpful

Our room did not have a working TV remote or working air conditioning. We had just flown in from California and were very tired and had to move room when all we wanted to do was sleep

We love Prainha but this was our first time staying in the hotel. The lunch at the hotel was lovely. We didn't have breakfast. Staff were very helpful and great to be able to easily store luggage and changing facilities after checkout. Had two teenagers who loved the football, tennis court amd swimming pool.

I could have missed this in an email but might be worth advising that no washing machine facility provided / residents to provide dishwasher tablets and brush or cloth for washing dishes.

Leilighetene er gamle, det samme med resepsjonen og felles areal. Dette er ikke opp til 4 stjerner standard. Hotellets restauranter har hyggelig service men mat langt unna standarden i Alvor by.

Access to the beach and Atlantic pool. Air conditioning was excellent.

Personale molto cordiale, struttura tenuta benissimo anche se non più nuova. Pulizie delle camere molto attente, posizione sulla spiaggia dei Tre Hermanos stupenda! Ottimi i servizi offerti (supermercato ben fornito, piscina pulita e accesso al mare tramite ascensore)

Non farei pagare i lettini nella piscina Atlantica agli ospiti della struttura, 20 Euro ad ombrellone li trovo esagerati (se si è già ospiti della struttura)

Un complejo muy completo. El apartamento cumple correctamente. El dormitorio perfecto. La cocina dispone de los utensilios básicos, aunque quizás falta que tenga los útiles de limpieza. El salón también correcto, aunque el colchón del sofá cama es demasiado fino para ser cómodo. El complejo, con las dos piscinas, las instalaciones deportivas y el acceso a la playa son de primer nivel. La piscina atlántica es una maravilla. Y los servicios de cafetería de la playa y las piscinas son un complemento perfecto.

El sofá cama no es muy cómodo para dormir.

o quarto devia ter melhor isolamento da Luz exterior. Passa muita luz...e prejudica o sono!

Limpeza foi feita apenas 1 vez ao longo dos 6 dias de estadia. Nem sequer recolhem o lixo diariamente. Para 4 estrelas, não é aceitável. Deveriam fazer as camas diariamente e , pelo menos, recolher o lixo diariamente também.

Luminosidade que interferiu com o descanso; cozinha com electrodomésticos antigos e em más condições (frigorífico com ferrugem). Pagamento das espreguiçadeiras e toldos na piscina atlântica. Infraestruturas a necessitar de modernidade.

We loved having our own apartment within the hotel and being able to use all the facilities! The pool was great, the kids playground, the sports facilities, and the Atlantic pool and quick access to the beach. It felt like a village, we loved it! Our room was amazing, plenty of space and great views!

Ainda em renovação, mas sem nada a apontar. Seria importante uma boa manutenção e renovação nos apartamentos.

A vista e a localização do hotel são incríveis. As instalações do hotel, a piscina e a proximidade com o oceano são maravilhosas. As camas são muito confortáveis, o quarto é muito limpo e confortável.

Seria ótimo se houvesse uma esponja para lavar louça na cozinha

The two bed apartment was modern, spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. I recommend using the Uber app to call a taxi into the town, only €4 on the app but to have one called at reception it is €10. Beautiful walk down onto an amazing beach.

The stuff were nice

Pretty much everything was a disappointment. Rooms old and outdated, with clear signs of degrade. Rust found on multiple areas, inside the room and across the building. Everything was very old and not well maintained. The plastic fabric of the sun loungers was dirty, with mold on the edges. Most sun loungers couldn't be adjusted (admittedly no the most serious problem). Not really a beach front, but you have to walk at least 10 minutes. Also the "beach" which is accessible through a lift and a restaurant (literally going through people sitting and eating) was unusable. Full of seaweed and dirt that the waves have brought out over weeks if not months which resulted in strong smell and full of flies. (for comparison the beach next to the hotel which you had to reach from outside was perfectly fine, so another sign of neglect.) Chairs in the room old with clear signs of wear and tear. Some balconies had chairs to allow you to sit outside, but none in our room. The hangers on the bathroom were above the toilet and not close to the bathtub. The water pressure was just ok, but low at some points presumably when other people were also using it. Also the shower head was not adjustable on hight and set very high, difficult for someone sort to take out. Equipment on the kitchen were once again old, although still functioning. The pans and pots provided weren't cleaned properly before our arrival as one pan had still oil left to it from previous occupants. Cleaning was only available 2 times in one week, with not even clear indication which those days are. The basic requirement for a 1* hotel is daily cleaning and this 4* didn't provide this, although they'll probably say something how they are "apartments" and not rooms so that's ok. The beds were very uncomfortable. There are plugs only in one side of the bed and also only one was functional. They have a safe (again very old) but you actually have to pay for it if you want to use it.

Location, quiet, calm, staff, garden, sea view, atlantico pool, both pool bars , food portions are generous.

Pools are cold, food a little pricey for the quality, limited wine selection, furniture is clean but not comfy, paint was lifting in places. Had a lovely large balcony but no outside table or sun lounges, only deck chairs .

Clean apartment on arrival however it's not cleaned very regularly throughout the stay, maybe twice weekly. Overall, pool view apartment was good, spacious. Complex is nice, good amenities for kids Staff at Pool bar wonderful, Lukas and Monica were very friendly and helpful

O check out é muito cedo. Temos indicação de que não lavam a loiça mas não fornecem qualquer material para que sejam os hóspedes a fazê-lo. Não há reciclagem.

Ho letto commenti negativi su cui non sono d'accordo. La sttuttura é pulita e curata, si tratta di un area enorme con accesso diretto a 2 piscine+alla prainha a piedi o con ascensore. L'appartamento é tutto pulito e con una dotazione in cucina seppur minima per fare tutto. C'é un supermercato a 5 min a piedi nel complesso molto fornito e la spiaggia oceanica enorme di km si raggiunge a piedi. In famiglia un un bimbo ci siami trovati bene.

Le forniture della cucina potevano almeno includere una spugnetta e il detersivo. Andarli a comprare per 2 giorni non ha molto senso anche se non era obbligatorio usare la cucina. Una lavanderia a gettoni nel complesso eviterebbe di dover andare ad alvor centro per fare una lavatrice.

Localizacao excelente. Ambiente tranquilo e familiar.

A praia de acesso direto está inutilizavel devido às algas.

Acessos à praia são maus pois o elevador só dá para uma praia que na maré cheia fica sem areal. As restantes praias os acessos são feitos por escadas e outra tem acesso por uma rampa/caminho mas não são seguras , precisam de manutenção e no aldeamento a sinalização é confusa. Na casa de banho havia bichos pequenos pretos do tipo batatas.

Gesamtes Resort sehr alt, kaputt und vieles nicht sauber (Fitnessstudio dreckig und alte/defekte Geräte; Bäder verschimmelt/Silberfische; Fassade/Wege kaputt; öffentliche Gebäude/Wege schmutzig, Türgriffe verklebt); Fotos im Netz müssen sehr alt sein, 4 Sterne sind bei Weitem nicht gerechtfertigt

Las zonas de jardín comunes, un acierto y las vistas de la piscina de abajo son fabulosas. Una estancia muy tranquila!!!! En general, todo está muy acogedor y en contacto con la naturaleza

Varios días la cala más cercana estuvo con algas pero por suerte se caminaba un poco y llegabas a la playa grande y se te olvidaba... Por otro lado, había que tener cuidado con la subida de las mareas, porque si te despistabas te llevabas una sorpresa y se mojaba todo!!!!

Chairs in balcony were broken, room only cleaned twice and one of those days was the day b4 we went home so wasn't really worthwhile. One plug beside bed not working. Need more hangers in wardrobe and also a few more hooks in apartment to hang towels, hats etc.

Bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Apartamento amplo, bem recuperado e globalmente bonito. Janelas com uma vista muito bonita.

O isolamento acústico do quarto é insuficiente face ao ruído da estrada, não permitindo o descanso desejado à noite - penso que a caixilharia deveria ser revista.

L'amabilité du personnel est à questionner. Pas de bonjour ou un sourire. Lors du nettoyage (1 seule fois) le personnel est juste passé vite fait. Le sol était colant et sale à certains endroits. Les horaires de la piscine pourraient aussi être élargis.

O pior foi a qualidade fraca e pouca variedade de opções ao pequeno-almoço, ainda para mais considerando o preço de 14€/pessoa. Sem cama de casal, poucas tomadas elétricas no quarto, sem limpeza diária, muita luz a entrar no quarto pela manhã. O aldeamento é muito grande e com poucas indicações para acesso à praia, o que torna o acesso um pouco mais difícil.
