The location was perfect it’s close to all the tourist attractions but also close to the less busy area. I liked that the beds are quite large when I was expecting something smaller. I requested a view and was given a mini terrace, which I loved and used to my advantage. I would recommend for a solo traveler! Breakfast was amazing and so were all the staff. Will be staying again if in Venice!

Shower entry was quite small. Unfortunately the rooms aren’t 100% sound proof so on my second and third night it was a little loud due to other guests something the hotel had no control over. I would suggest adding more instructions on how to enter the hotel, did get a little lost.

Breakfast was ok. Not the best but adequate. Location of the hotel was first class. Easy to get to the canal and the main square.

We were on the 4th floor and there are no lifts. The staff were very friendly and helpful and a porter carried our bags up, and down for us. Stairs still daunting after a long day walking round the city.

We absolutely 💯 loved our stay!! Its location, location! We caught a water taxi from the Train Station to Rialto Bridge, then it was a 2min easy flat walk to the front door of the Hotel. We left our bags on ground floor & the staff took them up to our room. There's stairs only, but it was no issue for us as staff helped with bags. Room was large with a great bathroom. Shutters on the windows when closed drowned out any external noises. We had great night sleeps. Awesome aircon, it was very appreciated on 36-38 degree days. Comfortable beds & pillows. Staff really lovely & helpful 10/10. Room was cleaned daily & it was spotless. Our stay was even better than a 5 star hotel!!

The hotel is rather small but extremely well located. Super clean and the staff is professional, kind and attentive. I got a room for one person, and it was rather small but well appointed and with a great view. Ill be back for sure!

Only staff and location was not bad

Every time I left the hotel, I was required to leave my room key at the reception, which was very inconvenient. I had all of my personal belongings, including cash and other valuables, in my room. Because of this policy, I never felt comfortable leaving them in the hotel, so I had to carry my cash and valuables with me every time I went out. As you know, pickpocketing is quite common in Italy, so I felt stressed and worried whenever I was walking around the city with all of my valuable belongings. This made my stay much less comfortable and caused unnecessary anxiety throughout my trip. The room itself was also very small and uncomfortable. The mattress was extremely hard, and the pillows were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Whenever I took a shower, after about five minutes the water would start pooling on the bathroom floor and overflow out of the shower area. There were also numerous tiny “little friends” visiting both my room and my bed, which was completely unacceptable. On top of that, there was a bright green light on the wall that stayed on throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep properly. The air conditioning was very weak and did not cool the room effectively. The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. The location is also good. However, the amount I paid for two nights was absolutely not justified by the quality of this hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here.

This is a small, beautiful, traditional Venetian hotel in a top location very close to Piazza San Marco and centrally located on a small canal in Calle Fabbri between two vaporetti stations. I've stayed at the hotel a number of times over period of 40 years. A bonus is that it's very easy to reach the hotel without having to heave luggage up and down Venice's numerous bridges and steps. The hotel is very quiet despite its central location and rooms are freshly decorated in traditional Venetian style with silky fabric walls, Venetian lighting etc. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are immaculately clean. Many rooms have an outlook over the canal with passing gondolas. All reception staff are friendly, professional, kind and always very helpful. I booked a room for two nights and was able to extend my stay to nine nights as staff and management made an effort to accommodate me at short notice. The hotel offers an excellent buffet breakfast with a large variety of hot and cold breakfast dishes - everything fresh, good quality and hygienically covered under lidded serving dishes. Freshly made coffee is made to order and served to guests at their table. Pleasant, helpful staff in the breakfast room and breakfast is very reasonably priced and excellent value. The Bistrot de Venise bistro restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is terrific, with a highly skilled chef producing delicious and beautifully presented traditional Venetian dishes at both lunch and dinner. A local gondolier was lunching at an adjacent table and a local business woman at another table on one occasion - locals dining is confirmation that the food is good. At dinner, the waiters are attentive without hovering and are knowledgeable with wine suggestions. I travelled throughout Italy for eight weeks and this restaurant was an eating highlight of my trip. I highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant.

The hotel doesn't have a lift but this wasn't a problem as I found that staff will assist to carry luggage to your room if required. I'm female, aged in my late 70s and had no difficulty using the stairs to the second and third floors. I also had no difficulty with carrying my carry-on size suitcase up and down stairs.

Excellent location, lovely hotel with 24 hour reception. Good air conditioning, we went for economy double which is good for a couple of nights. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación. Si ibas hacia la derecha en tres minutos estás en la Plaza de San Marcos. Si vas hacia la izquierda en cinco minutos estás en el Ponte Rialto.

Nada. No tiene ascensor y hay que subir por las escaleras. Pero esa información ya la tenía cuando reservé el hotel.

I had a one person accommodation, size of which is 10m2. This was a bit shocking. Too small. Not worth the money.

The location is excellent and the rooms are quite beautiful.

I’d probably recommend bringing your own soap, shampoo and conditioner as it wasn’t great quality. We didn’t mind the stairs but thought we should note there are steep stairs in case anyone is trying to avoid stairs in their bookings.

A charming Venetian hotel! I enjoyed opening the window and peering down at the frequent gondolas passing by and the pedestrian traffic in the alley below while sipping Prosecco from the room’s mini-fridge - a great way to pass a good time while in Venice!

There’s no elevator. Given that the reception desk is up a flight and that we were then on the fourth floor…. But the hotel’s charm and superb location more than made up for that. I would certainly elect to stay there again!

Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, bacon, vegetables, yogurt, sweets, canned fruits. Breakfast was also varied. Having both warm and varied breakfast can be quite a rarity in Italy unfortunately. Super good location. Close to everything. Made Venice feel very walkable. It seemed like everything was in 5 - 10 minutes reach. Air conditioning that is working well was a life savior. The room was also pretty/esthetically pleasing and had everything you needed. Out of the hotels in Venice I would say this is a better option considering what many others offer, which is way less. Would definitely recommend.

You have to leave the key at reception whenever you go out, which I definitely am not a big fan of. Was it a problem? No. Did it make my stay feel negative? No. I understand there are reasons for it, maybe people losing them too often or something of that sort. As an individual I prefer to feel like I can do whatever I want without too much interaction when I stay at a hotel. Just a preference.

I paid 1200 eur for 3 nights and when I was there the price for 3 nights were 500 eur

La localisation est top. Le personnel est accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est correct et l'hôtel est plutôt calme, pas trop de bruit extérieur.

La salle de bain n'est pas très bien agencée, les toilettes sont collées au lavabo, pas très pratique. Les escaliers dans l'hôtel sont très raides et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, donc pas très pratique avec des valises ou pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher.

El único inconveniente aunque para mí no lo ha sido, es que no tiene ascensor, y para una persona mayor es muy difícil hay mucha escalera y no de las más fáciles.

El hotel cumple con lo que se ve y ofrece. Es muy céntrico, cerca del puente Rialto. La habitación estuvo bien, mantiene una decoración muy vintage con lo que requiere moderno para la comodidad del huésped. Personal muy amable, siempre dispuesto a colaborar en lo que se necesite. Nos gustó mucho aunque estuvimos por poco tiempo, sin duda, regresaríamos!

The staff were very lovely and kind but there were issues that made the stay a bit uncomfortable. One issue was relating to the insects and cleanliness. I do understand it is hard to avoid some insects when you are by water. I was originally told they’re typically only in the shower but I did find a few in the room and on the bed. Two different types of bugs. The bathroom also seemed to have some mold that needed to be treated. The wood panels were clearly not dusted in a long time and some of the dust would occasionally fall onto the bed/floor. My guest and I both have allergies and this made it worse. I mentioned this and they said they would tell the cleaning staff and I had asked if this is possible to do so with items in the room as the dust would fall down regardless of how careful they’re being. Come to find out later that they didn’t clean it for the very reason that I said. The solution was to move rooms but it was later in the evening and my guest and I had plans that night as well as early the next day so there would be no time to do this; and it wasn’t as simple as just move the suitcases to another room since all of our stuff was out and would need to be packed and cleaned up. There was also a discrepancy with booking a room for 2 guests and not 1 which was resolved with paying more money for a room for two people not 1. This was my first time experiencing having a fee for two people and the original room was booked for only 1 (in error) and I was told the guest wouldn’t be allowed in that room. I requested partial refund and was offered a voucher to come back to the hotel. Not a bad location but wouldn’t go back to this hotel. See photos

Eu não esperava encontrar um hotel tão encantador. Além de estar muito bem localizado, foi fácil de achar, e a equipe foi muito atenciosa desde a chegada. O quarto parecia saído de um conto de fadas, com vista tanto para a rua quanto para o canal. Deixamos nossas malas na recepção durante o check-in e, quando retornamos, elas já estavam no quarto. O que foi uma ótima surpresa, já que o hotel não possui elevador.

Hotel świetnie położony w sercu Wenecji, pomiędzy Placem św.Marka a mostem Rialto. Doskonała obsługa w hotelu.Duży pokój, w którym oczekiwał na nas poczęstunek ( ciasteczka oraz drink ) Mimo iż hotel położony tuż przy szlaku po którym poruszaja sie turysci, było wyjątkowo cicho. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne i duży wybór z ciepłymi daniami ( jajecznica, kiełbaski )

It was a little tough to find. I would recommend maybe a sign on the front of the building. The hotel sits next to a restaurant and that’s what you see when you turn down the street.

Freundlicher Empfang und hilfsbereites Personal. Sauberes, charmantes, kleines Zimmer mit WLAN und Klimaanlage. Das historische Gebäude hat Flair mit engen Treppen, allerdings keinen Aufzug. Der Hoteleingang ist etwas versteckt in der Seitengasse, neben dem Restaurant Bistrot De Venise. Das Frühstück war lecker und gut. Das Hotel liegt zentral, wenige Gehminuten zwischen Markusplatz und Rialtobrücke an einem venezianischen Kanal. Der Fährterminal Rialto ist fußläufig etwa 3 Minuten entfernt. Im vierten Stock des Hotels gibt es eine kleine Dachterrasse mit Blick über die roten Dächer Venedigs. Das Einzelzimmer hatte sogar Fensterblick auf den Kanal, die Gondoln und über die Dächer auf den Markusturm (Campanile di San Marco). Mitternachts läutet hörbar im Markusturm die größte der fünf Glocken, die sogenannte „Marangona“.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, apesar de ser una casona antigua está muy bien restaurada y todo está impecable.. El personal es supremamente atento. El desayuno continental muy completo.. El detalle de dejar unos aperitivos, café y chocolate de cortesía en la habitación es un plus.. Hotel para volver ...

No cuenta con ascensor pero es lo común en la zona ... Los botones te ayudan a subir las maletas
