Good central location, that was the only positive.

Overpriced, functional but trying to be chic rooms, very uncomfortable beds, a lot of noise overnight, disappointing breakfast with awful coffee.

For the price of the stay, only tea bags are complimentary, you get charged for 2x coffee bags .. never have I experienced this. I’d understand if there were a coffee machine, but sadly no. They state the bar’s coffee is good. However coffee and tea are usually comp’ed.

The lobby was comfortable and stylish. The showers had great water pressure and I love the products. The bed was comfortable.

Our room was a dark dungeon with one small window overlooking an air shaft. Usually, when choosing a room - guests are always given the option to pay more or less depending on the view. In this case, there was no distinction or prior knowledge that we would be out in such a depressing room. We had no idea what time it was at any point during our stay which is terrible when dealing with jet lag. Also, the bathrooms are somewhat cheaply constructed, with a flimsy door that doesn't cover the bath so if you're tall - the water splashes everywhere and the entire bathroom floor gets soaked. It was a nice hotel but by no means a 4-star hotel. Also, I've never been in a hotel that doesn't offer a bottle of water to guests and "you can just drink from the bathroom" doesn't really cut it.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. The staff were all wonderful and very accommodating. We were put in a room with 2 twin beds and we were immediately changed into a room with a King Size bed, no questions asked.

Te envían a un parking a 800 mts teniendo uno a 200 mts. En la habitación ni un detalle, te cobran hasta el agua. En fin, deja mucho que desear para el precio que tiene.

The room was small, facing the inside of the building so we had no natural light, and we paid a fortune for our stay due to high demand. First time we stayed in this hotel a few years ago we loved it and decided to go back but the room and experience this time was significantly different.

The neighborhood was not nice. It was central (close to Gran via) but it was dirty and degraded. A sex cruising bar at the corner and cheap pensiones around. 😔

Very central, perfect for anyone who wants to be near the main shopping area. Lots of good restaurants near by. This is a modern chic hotel. Basic but cool at the same time. I really liked the reception area, staff and the size of the room. The beds were a bit hard but still comfortable. The hotel had every we needed for our one night stay and the price was very reasonable for how central and comfortable it was. The staff were also very good.

The beds could be a bit softer, otherwise we were totally happy.

Great stylish hotel in the perfect location next to Chueca. The staff were friendly, room was quiet and very big, with a comfy bed. And then a great breakfast where they will cook fried eggs to order! Will be back for sure. Lots of great restaurants and shopping closely, although the street it's on is nice and quiet.

Il y avait des travaux dans la rue de l'hôtel quand on y était et la dépose du taxi était un peu compliquée à cause de ça apparemment, nous sommes descendu deux rues à côté, puis nous avons marché Notre chambre était communicante avec celle d'à côté, l'insonorisation était donc moins bien avec la chambre d'à côté, dans notre cas cela ne nous a pas dérangé, mais cela dépend des voisins Mauvais écoulement de la baignoire

L’espace de l’entrée est grand mais pas très chaleureux et un fauteuil confortable pour la chambre .

La ubicación es espectacular a un minuto andando de Gran Vía y transporte público en la puerta,la limpieza,el personal es muy profesional. El ambiente de paz y tranquilidad que se respira Nos encantó.

La position dans une partie trés vivante de Madrid. A entre 10 et 20 mn à pied vous avez tout..les musees, prado, naval... les restos pour tous les gouts, les boutiques de Fuencaral, les parks avec certains, immenses. Un hotel parfairement géré.

Bequcoup de monde qui ne laisse pas toujours le secteut ds la propreté qu'il mérite. A ce titre le 7islas est un hotel exceptionnel qui gomme ma remarque tant on l'apprécie en y mettant un pied. Personnel à la hauteur, que ce soit au petit déjeuner, un vrai repas qui vous permert de sauter le dinner jusqu'à l'appel du taxi lors de votre départ. Bref je remets ici une couche sur la rubrique "j'aime"

la rigidità del personale , il fatto di aver aspettato 3 ore per avere una camera , anche se ero molto stanco e avevo chiesto la cortesia di anticipare il ceck in. inoltre ,avendo dovuto abbreviare il mio soggiorno di un giorno , ho chiesto la possibilità del rimbordo totale e/o parziale della tariffa ... cosa nemmeno presa in considerazione. altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è il locale adibito alle colazioni ....è in un seminterrato un po squallido

- Location was excellent especially if you like to shop. Shopping/pedestrian Street is right behind. - Spacious rooms - Spacious bathroom and toilet and shower together not separate (which is sometimes the case in Europe) - Bathroom had bidet - Toiletries were great - AC working very well . Room was airy and had sunlight. - Heard about some construction noise but I didn't hear anything and it was really quiet.

Clean and comfortable room - hotel is lovely overall and staff is professional and helpful. Right in the city centre.

This is not the hotel’s fault but there were works going on in the nearby building and it was pretty noisy. Hotel was full so we could not move room but they granted us a bit of a discount.

I loved the vibe of this hotel, every detail was carefully selected. It is a special hotel, a place with a soul. The room service was delicious, something I long for in most of my hotel stays. The staff are friendly but not extra talkative which I highly appreciate. The terrace of the penthouse is 10/10. Overall it exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back as well as recommending it. Toiletries Top Notch & very comfy pillows!

At the moment there are road works right outside the hotel, I would have appreciated a heads up when booking.

Nice and cool in room. Staff were very nice. Room was quiet (414). No view but I did not mind. The construction next door is muffled quite a bit in room 414.

Our stay happened to coincide with Pride and we appreciated being a couple streets away from the center of it all at night. Central enough otherwise to all of Madrid’s top attractions… Prado, palace, Malasana. Good selection at buffet. Room was spacious, well furnished and relaxing. Did not use gym but it looked nice and up to date.

Para llamarse 7 islas y ser de dueños canarios no vi ningún tipo de canariedad en las instalaciones, la recepción muy oscura, quizás darle más luz y esencia canaria, El toque de modernidad no está relacionado con olvidar los orígenes canarios

Como cada vez que nos alojamos en este hotel, nuestra estadía fue maravillosa. El personal es muy amable, el desayuno y las habitaciones son excelentes y la ubicación es fantástica. Un especial agradecimiento a Carlos y a Esther por ayudarnos en nuestra estadía.

Excellent emplacement, dans un quartier animé et proche des principales attractions de Madrid. Personnel accueillant et buffet du petit déjeuner très varié et de qualité.

Malheureusement il y avait des travaux dans l’ immeuble à côté de l’hôtel et le bruit par moment était un peu incommodant.

Everything. The facilities in the room were perfect. Strong hairdryer. Cover on the bidet. Beautiful products. Magnifying mirror. Bathrobes. Great lighting over the vanity. I had the feeling a female had checked everything over and ticked all the boxes for a fellow female guest. Loved our little Juliet balcony overlooking the pool and garden. We stayed in a few hotels over 4 weeks all around the same budget but this one topped the list.

Location was great, near gran via but quiet and easy to move around. Bedroom was super comfortable, amenities were great and very clean.

All was good, just one little thing I thought could be “included” was the coffee in the room, not just teas since not all guests have tea.
