Muy céntrico y personal muy amable.

Das charmante kleine Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Seitengasse am Rande der Altstadt. Von dort lassen die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber und das Personal war unheimlich nett. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und kann auch an Tischen im Außenbereich eingenommen werden. Tagsüber kann man kostenfrei den Kaffee Automaten nutzen, Tee trinken, oder Zitronen-Orangen Wasser trinken. Unsere Fahrräder wurden sicher im Keller untergestellt.

Das sehr aufmerksame Personal. Die geschmackvoll eingerichteteten Zimmer mit Liebe zum Detail. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit regionalen Produkten war sehr vielfältig. Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt.

Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Zimmer zu klein, Dusche mit Toilette viel zu klein. Das Zimmer war zur Straße raus, kann ich keinem empfehlen der Ruhe sucht und braucht. Bis Morgens um 2:00 Uhr war Lärm in der Straße, die reinste Partymeile. Wir sind kaum zum schlafen gekommen.

Le manque d’information concernant l’arrivée avec son propre véhicule, pas de possibilité d’accéder à l’hôtel pour déposer ses valises. En plus actuellement des travaux sur la voie d’accès non indiqués.

Wir waren nur eine Übernachtung, leider. Hier könnte man es definitiv länger aushalten. Das Personal war einfach unglaublich nett und diese Lage ist einfach genial um die Innenstadt mit den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Bett war super bequem und das Frühstück (vorallem zu diesen günstigen Preis) ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sogar eigens für einem zubereitete Spiegeleier oder frische Waffeln wurden angeboten. Durch das Vergünstigungsticket für die nahe gelegene Parkgarage war auch diese preislich ok (ansonsten würde man 40€ pro 24 Std. zahlen). Super war auch, dass wir das Gepäck schon vormittags im Hotel abgeben konnten und somit keine Zeit zum flanieren verloren. Wir waren auf alle Fälle mit diesem kleinen schnuckeligen Hotel sehr zufrieden.

Výborně situovaný hotel v centru Salzburgu. Velmi příjemný personál. Vše bylo připraveno k naší spokojenosti. Krásně čistý pokoj se všemi nezbytnostmi.

I když je u ubytování uvedeno parkování, pak je zajištěno v externích parkovacích domech. Tím, že je hotel na pěší zóně s restauracemi s posezením venku, pak je do dlouhých nočních hodin slyšet hlomoz hostů restaurace.

Sehr freundlicher Chef und ebenso freundliche Mitarbeiter, die sich hervorragend um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert haben. Wir bekamen sogar ein tolles Upgrade auf ein Apartment. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und sollte unbedingt dazugebucht werden!

Lovely small hotel in good walking distance to the old town and all the sites. Good breakfast for only 12 Euros each.

Hotel liegt Fußgängerzone in unmittelbarer Nähe der Linzer Gasse. Zimmer nach hinten raus sehr ruhig und geschmackvoll frisch renoviert. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit frischen Backwaren und selbst gebackenen Kuchen.

Tutto. Albergo piccolo intimo perfettamente gestito, gradevole nella struttura. Buonissima colazione da farsi nella bella saletta interna, o d'estate all'aperto nell'antica Bergstrasse dalle belle case, silenziosa al mattino. Un albergo delizioso

The host was delightful, helpful and very kind! She was exceptional. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent and in walking distance to many of the main attractions. Perfect for our short stay in Salzburg.

Amazing place to stay in Salzburg. Perfect location. Great breakfast. Free coffee all day. Big room for three people. Staff was incredibly helpful. We loved the chairs and tables outside to sit in the morning and evening. Directly in the heart of the action. Public parking available about 6 min walk, 40 euros a day but the hotel gives you a discount ticket taking it down to 26 euros a day (2026). Would definitely recommend and go back.

I didn't mind about the noise from the street, but keep it mind that with no air con, you have to sleep with windows open during summer... and the street is pretty busy late (bars) and early (delivery trucks). So ask for a room without a streetview if you're sensitive to noise while sleeping or bring earplugs.

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance from the main city square and with many amenities close by. The breakfast was varied with many options. The bed and room were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was really small and the back door to the balcony had to be open to vent the AC unit.

I appreciated the complimentary water, tea and coffee available from 07:00 to 21:00 and not just at breakfast time. I liked the variety of breakfast choices and everything was fresh. The staff were incredible, attentive but not overbearing.

I was expecting an air conditioner in my room, but the fan worked just fine. Although I thought the location of the hotel was perfect for my chosen activities, it was a little bit difficult to find for some of the Uber drivers who were not familiar with the hotel... so maybe better signage.

Wunderbares Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, perfekte Lage. Ruhig, aber dennoch alles fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Beim Suchen des Parkplatzes hatten wir kleine Probleme, wurden aber telefonisch sehr gut zum Parkhaus gelotst. Ganz toll auch, dass man sich kostenlos Kaffee oder Tee nehmen kann und sowohl im Frühstücksraum als auch vor dem Hotel sehr schön sitzen kann.

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück mit selbstgebackenen Kuchen und Strudel. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber es handelt sich auch um ein historisches Gebäude.

Incredibly friendly staff, who were always on hand to help. They let us check in early and gave us a free upgrade on our room which was very kind. Great location right in the middle of the city.

We could hear noise from the street and the room upstairs walking around quite loudly, which didn’t bother us too much but might for others.

Staff. Location. The vibe of the hotel was very family orientated. Free tea and coffee all day, sitting out on their front area. Loved it.

Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Betten bequem. Personal sehr freundlich. Einziges Manko: Bei den straßenseitigen Zimmer ist ein Öffnen der Fenster keine Option. Dann ist es nämlich extrem laut. Vor dem Hotel befinden sich einige Lokale. Dort wird bis in die späten Nachtstunden gelärmt.

Great location! We came in on the train and took an uber to the hotel which was quick and easy. The rest of the time we were able to reach everywhere we wanted to go by foot. Carlos at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious. A great visit!

The shower was a little tight

Very nice spacious room. We had the 2 king beds and it was perfect for our first night after international flight to get nice sleep. Nice windows to look out on the tourist street area, large closet space for luggage. Safe area and good communication through messages about how to bring our car in the pedestrian area to drop our items before finding a nearby garage. The breakfast was truly wonderful! Many choices, wonderful seating area. Would recommend! We were on the top floor and did not have an noise issue from street. Nice and quiet for us even with some restaurants on street.

Shower stall is a bit small. It was a little challenging with one way streets getting there and understanding how to call hotel to lower the bollard to drive through, but it was a nice tourist area so we did enjoy less cars on the walking streets.

Sehr nettes Personal. Super Frühstück in Buffetform. Fahrräder hätte man mit dem Lift in den Keller bringen können. Wir konnten sie aber auch oben in den Eingangsbereich stellen.

Das Personal war super zuvorkommend und hat einem direkt ein familäres Gedühl gegeben! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten wirklich bequem! Die Lage war perfekt und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker :)

旧市街に近く、ロケーションがとても良いです。とても驚いたのはチェックインやアウトの時スタッフの方々が誰に対しても平等でフレンドリーで凄く感じ良かった事です。お部屋も広くて冷蔵庫や扇風機もありました。暑い日だったけど快適に過ごせました。

Cityhotel Trumer Stube is a nice little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff (especially Carlos and Marko). The breakfast they serve is fresh and exceeded our expectations. In addition, tea and coffee is available round the clock in the lobby and you can sit outside to enjoy it. The location is well suited for all who come to explore historic Salzburg, since all the major attractoins are within walking distance. At the same time, it is not noisy and not in the main pathway, while only a few steps from it - win-win.

The only minus is the vicinity of the church bells ringing early in the morning any waking us up. Maybe ask for a room away from the bell-tower if you are a light sleeper.

We loved everything about this hotel! The owners were so friendly and so welcoming! It was so easy to get around! The breakfast was amazing! We would stay here again!

All was good. Street was a bit noisy at night, but that's part of that atmosphere of a city hotel, and we chose to keep our window open.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Es gibt alles, was die allermeisten Frühstückswünsche abdeckt. Der Kaffee schmeckte hervorragend, es gab einen köstlichen selbst zubereiteten Smothie und auch eine hervorragende selbst produzierte Erdbeermarmelade. Im Angebot finden sich viele regionale Produkte. Auch das Gebäck war sehr knusprig und wohlschmeckend. Auf Wunsch gibt es auch noch zubereitete Eier nach Wahl und gute Waffeln (ich wurde leider nicht gefragt). Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, sodass "Salzburg mit wenigen Gehminuten hautnah erlebt werden kann" (Kapuzinerberg, Schloss Mirabell mit Mirabellgarten, Salzburger Dom, Festung Hohensalzburg ...). Der Rezeptionist (Herr Igor?) war besonders freundlich und bemüht. In der Nähe sind auch einige sehr gute Restaurants und Lokale, welche ein kulinarisches Verwöhnprogramm garantieren. Gerne werde ich bei Gelegenheit wieder ein Zimmer im Hotel Trumer Stube buchen, es war fast alles perfekt!

Im kleinen Badezimmer waren einige lange schwarze Haare am Boden ... Da ich das Zimmer sehr kurzfristig buchte, war vielleicht nicht mehr ausreichend Zeit um alles perfekt vorzubereiten ...

Access for unloading luggage is a little tricky as the hotel is located in pedestrian only area. A code brings down a bollard so you can drive in to unload. The shower is Very small.

Ubytování bylo v pořádku, čisté, pohodlná matrace to velmi chválím, personál velmi milý se vším poradil, snídaně vynikající, velký výběr a vše chutné, to samé káva. Poloha ubytování v centru. Určitě doporučuji.

Jediné co nás malinko zarazilo byla pak platba za parkování. Parkování je kousek od hotelu v podzemní garáži, což je v pořádku to bylo uvedené, jen jsem počítaly, že slevová kartička bude na víc. Asi by bylo dobré uvést kolik orientačně bude host za hodinu parkování platit. Je to spíš zpětná vazba, než kritika.

Alles, Personal sehr freundlich immer hilfsbereit, Sonderwünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Kaffee undTee zu jeder Zeit.

Probably the single best gym I have ever lifted in. Rooms were big and location was good. Clean and comfortable.

A little weird that the museum of change was right outside our window, but it bothered me less than I thought it would.

Alles an diesem Hotel hat mir gefallen, die Location ist perfekt, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Mein Zimmer war sehr ruhig in den Innenhof und sehr gemütlich (Bad etwas älter aber total sauber). Meine 2 Highlights waren das tolle Frühstück mit vielen selbst gemachten, teilweise veganen Optionen. Und das “Schlaf Menü “, wo man bei Bedarf Wärmflasche, Zirbenpolster etc bestellen kann. Vielen Dank and das Team und Gratulation zu so einem besonderen Ort
