We had to hike to and from the water taxi spots with our luggage. Included bridges. We knew this ahead of time but it was hot and humid and I got one got a great workout. The hotel is in a lovely spot but don’t leave your phone on airplane mode if you want easy navigation around town. It’s charming but a rabbit’s warren of narrow streets and alleys

Trascurato nei particolari. Poco complianti nel risolvere i (loro!) problemi. Colazione non alla altezza per qualità e complessità. Dovrebbe essere servita alle 8 (e già mi pare un orario un po' tardo) malle alle 8:30 le uova non erano ancora disponibili. Ho ricevuto messaggi di phishing a loro nome, ma la loro risposta è stata che non era un problema loro e se volevo di provvedere io a fare denuncia alla polizia postale. Loro non si sono minimamente attivati su questo argomento. Pur avendomi risposto (al telefono quando l'ho segnalato) che altri avevano riferito lo stesso problema. Mi pare che questo non sia prendersi cura dei loro clienti.

This wonderful historic hotel was possibly the best we have ever stayed in Europe. It was clean and neat with a large room and bathroom, excellent air conditioning, quiet, and included an excellent breakfast. The staff was also kind and helpful. The location was a short 6 minute walk from St. Mark's Square.

The mattress was a little too firm for us and could have been softer.

Charmantes Hotel an einem wunderschönen Platz, hervorragende Lage. Sehr großes geräumiges Zimmer, Fenster konnte man sehr gut abdunkeln. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Venedig.

Hôtel nécessitant un rafraîchissement global. En ce qui concerne notre chambre : plafond indigne d un hôtel de ce standing : bricolage avec des feuilles de papier et peinture délabrée.

La localisation est parfaite, près de tout, assez tranquille. Le personnel est très gentil. La chambre était propre et le déjeuner du matin est très bon.

Monter au 2e étage, les marches sont croches. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, seulement pour les valises.

O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Com muitas opções e os funcionários muito solícitos. Gostei particularmente da variedade de pães e doces. Gratidão a todos. Adoramos a banheira com luzes e o chuveiro. . Quero dedicar um agradecimento muito especial à equipe de recepção. Me ajudaram em todas as demandas e necessidades em todos os momentos. Tanto no check-in quanto no check-out. A decoração da acomodação é algo que chama atenção e e torna a experiência inesquecível.

Dentro do quarto observei que os envelopes de chá eram pagos. Poderiam ser gratuitos. Um mimo para quem chega. Também sentimos falta de disponibilidade de água. Outras acomodações em nossa hospedagem ofereceram pelo uma garrafa de água para cada hospede por dia.

El hotel en general es muy acogedor y el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Una estancia muy agradable que encaja perfectamente con la experiencia de estar en Venecia.

Could do with a bit of refinement throughout. Our bathroom toilet was constantly refilling and the extraction fan would randomly turn on. Downstairs area should be a designated lobby/bar, it’s quite cluttered

The location was great. We loved the square & the little streets & the gondola ride from here. The hotel rooms were very comfortable & opening the shutters onto that view every morning was amazing. All staff were lovely & the children wanted to stay another night

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich- perfekt. Und das frühsten war sehr gut und mit großer Auswahl.

In den schönen Vorraum am Stockwerk waren seltsame Kunstwerke und Spiegel am Boden. Der sehr hübschen Balkon hat das wieder wett gemacht,

LOVED staying here! This hotel is gorgeous, quaint, charming and all around wonderful! Excellent location right in the middle of a beautiful piazza that embodies old world Venice. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming and a breath of fresh air after some not-so-friendly encounters at the public transit and water taxi stations. Our room was stunning and looked over the piazza, which was so romantic at night. Beds were comfortable, water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, and the delicious breakfast was the icing on the cake! We went on a cruise after our night's stay, and then came back to Venice for 2 more nights, and all three of us wished we stayed here for our entire Venice visit! Oh, DO NOT MISS the gelato directly across the piazza from the hotel entrance. It is perfection!

Está genial, habitación grande, limpia, con pequeña nevera, baño bien equipado. Situado en una placita tranquila rodeada de canales, a 6 min caminando de plaza de San Marcos. El desayuno en un salón coqueto y bien atendido. El personal muy agradable, en especial las dos señoras de recepción. Lo recomiendo 100%. Me sorprendió gratamente.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e sono rimasto davvero molto soddisfatto. La colazione è stata ottima, con tantissima scelta e prodotti per tutti i gusti. Il personale è stato sempre educato, gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La camera era molto bella, pulita, confortevole e ben curata. Nel complesso, un’esperienza davvero piacevole che consiglio sicuramente!

Great location lovely hotel and friendly staff. The girl on the front desk was very welcoming. Bedroom was spacious with good size bathroom. Breakfast was good.

This is a very old building so the windows in our room faced onto a patio so not loads of natural light, however we were not in the room much in the day.

We love this neighbourhood in Venice and this hotel is a great place to stay there! It's just a 25 -30 minutes walk from Stazione St. Lucia. The room quality is high considering the selected furtinure, bed, cleanliness, the linen, and silent AC as well as silence of rooms and that windos can be totally darekened at night. The only little thing at the breakfast is that I would have expected a higher quality of the juices but I can live with it as we got the room with breakfast for a reasonable price and will definitely take into consideration to stay here again for our next stay in Venice.

Would have been better if the staff indicated that the drinks in the mini bar were not free because we didnt see where it was written and we were surprised to pay an extra at the end

Room was lovely with beautiful views to the piazza. Beds were comfortable and air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast had a great variety and was very tasty. Reception staff was very helpful and gave us really good advice.

The room no view and the tv was useless

La posizione era estremamente comoda sia per visitare san Marco, che per il ponte di Rialto. Letti abbastanza comodi e bella doccia.

La colazione oltre ad essere pessima, scarna era anche di bassa qualità e il servizio era poco accogliente, la finestra della camera dava direttamente sul palazzo adiacente opprimendo la visuale.

スタッフが明るく親切に対応してくれました。朝食も美味しく食べさせてもらいました。サンマルコ広場に近く観光がしやすかったです。

扇風機が埃まみれだったので、両親が気にしていました。部屋の中に閉めると鍵がかかってしまう扉があり、気をつけなければいけませんでした。

We loved everything about this property. And Marcella from front desk went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We have received lovely dining and tours recommendations and the property is really well positioned close to all main attractions and good restaurants. We highly recommend opting for breakfast here, great food, coffee with a rare view over Santa Maria Formoza square, you are surrounded by history everywhere with a great charm and genuine italian hospitality at its best. We can't wait for our next stay at Palazzo Vitturi. Thank you!

The hotel is hundred of years old, formerly a private residence of the Vitturi family. We had frescoes in our room! It is located in a quieter area of Venice so less crowded, but easily walkable to the main sites. There was a farmers' market each morning in the piazza and a restaurant right next door. The breakfast was very good - assorted cold meats, fruits, pastries, juices, etc. - all delicious! The staff were terrific. We had many interactions with Marcella, both before and during our stay. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding just about everything! Very sweet person. Hardworking, courteous, a true asset to this property. Thank you so much for all your help. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Can't wait to go back.
