As únicas tomadas da acomodação eram uma atrás da televisão e uma no banheiro. Tinha chaleira e saches de chá, porém não tinha tomada. A arrumação não eram todos os dias. O piso do banheiro era porcellanato liso, escorregadio.

Super flot , nyrenoveret lejlighed.Ligger tæt på alt. Rent, stor seng og meget skabs plads.

Excellent location - right by St Mark's Square, with plenty of restaurants & shops nearby. Rooms had A/C, which was lovely in the summer. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location but more importantly was their attention to detail and accommodating our group of eight.

The hotel was well situated in a side street and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff on arrival were warm and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable.

Coffee with breakfast was from a self service machine. Would have liked it from a professional commercial coffee machine being Italy!

ホテルの方々がとても優しく、イタリア語や英語がたどたどしい私たちにも日本語を交えて対応してくださり、とても安心しました。立地も素晴らしく、サンマルコ広場がすぐそばで、朝早くからも夜遅くまでベネチアを堪能できました。このホテルを選んで本当に良かったです。

ドライヤーの風が少し弱かったですが、ローマ、フィレンツェで泊まったホテルでも同じくらいでしたので、あまり気になりませんでした 。

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Monte Carlo. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and very good quality. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

pulizia della camera e del bagno, consigliabile disinfestazione della camera ( vi erano piccoli ragni e vermicelli ), dimensioni della camera-molto piccola, tetto basso e due travi nel tetto che lo abbassavano ulteriormente, piccole crepe lungo le cornici in stucco, letto piccolo come da descrizione, TV sintonizzata solo su 7 canali nazionali, telecomando TV altra marca senza possibilità di impostare ulteriori canali, bidet-vaso troppo vicini con difficoltà ad inserire la gamba sinistra fra i due sanitari ( tenendo presente che io sono molto magro 58 Kg immaginiamo una persona di almeno 80 Kg )

Petite chambre désuète. A besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Plancher tout croche avec odeur désagréable dans la chambre. Vue de la chambre obstruée, tapisserie qui décolle et est tachée, vieux tapis etc.

Cuando reservamos, entendí que el edificio contaba con ascensor. El problema es que el hotel tiene un anexo donde no hay ascensor y creo que ese tema no está aclarado en la publicación Tuvimos quesubir dos pisos, yo con un yeso en el brazo y mi marido con dos valijas. Supuestamente nosotros teníamos la culpa por haber elegido esa habitación

아침 조식이 잘 나왔음. 오후에도 커피랑 빵을 먹을 수 있음. 호텔 위치가 번화가 쪽이라서 안전한 느낌이 있음. 관광지랑 매우 가까워서 도보로 갈 수 있음. 바로 근처에 작은 편의점 있음

일부러 이런 침대를 놓은것 같은데 침대 매트리스가 허리 부분이 쑥 들어가 있음. 진짜 진짜 너무 불편해서 잠자기가 힘들 정도였음. 정말 최악이었음... 사장님! 인간적으로 침대 매트리스는 진짜 바꾸시죠. 호텔도 깔끔한 편인데 매트리스 때문에 점수가 10점 깍일것 같습니다. 나는 별관에서 머물렀는데 가장 위층이었음. 저녁 9시나 10시 넘어서 씻으려고 했는데 뜨거운 물이 안 나왔음(여기 후기들 보니까 그런 후기가 많았음) 조치를 요청했으나 처리는 되지 않았고. 아침이 되니 그냥 따뜻한 물 나왔음. 근데 저녁때니까 또 안나왔음. 매트리스 교체와 따뜻한 물만 나오게 하면 고객들 불편 개선이 될 것 같음.

We loved the location as it was so close to San Marco Square and you could hear the bells ringing. Restaurants all around and overall very Central for getting around. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We made the most of the breakfast offered.

We loved the hotel location and the staff. Great places to eat nearby and it's right at the centre.

The room was located away from the hotel reception. There were many stairs and a narrow corridor—with no elevator! It was very difficult to carry the luggage up.The bed was too high and shaky; we constantly felt like it was about to break apart.There was noise from a nearby church that woke us up every single night because the ringing lasted for a full ten minutes.On the positive side, the staff was very nice and helped with everything we needed.

Location was excellent. We stayed in the montecarlo hotel a long time ago. Concerned that the carpet in the room, wallpaper curtains had not changed. Really needs an upgrade. Not sure if there are better, more upgraded rooms, but our room wasn't great. Bedding was clean but the room needed refurbished. Breakfast was good.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella dependance, quindi in una struttura separata dall’hotel, ma a 2 passi dall’hotel. La camera è di dimensioni grandi per essere a 1 minuto a piedi da piazza San Marco. Pulizia e cura impeccabile.

A very cozy and classic Hotel, in the direct vicinity of St. Marks square (hardly 2mins of walking!). The staff was very attentive and helpful during our stay and the room was clean and nicely airconditioned. I was especially impressed with the sound insulation of the windows, we never noticed anything from the alleys below. An overall great stay! Note: Our room in the adjacent building, which is very close to the main building but does not offer an elevator. However, a staff member helped us with our luggage, without us needing to ask.

Breakfast is a classic buffet style, which was ok. Not bad in any way but could use a little more options.

Stairs up to the room - we were in the attic in the annex. Wouldn’t put us off going again but would not be suitable for anyone who wasn’t fit.

Bardzo podobała mi się dbałość o czystość oraz komfort gości. Pokój był pięknie przygotowany, codziennie sprzątano i wymieniano ręczniki oraz dodawano produkty w łazience. Dodatkowo dzięki wygłuszeniu w pokoju nie było słychać praktycznie żadnych hałasów. Materac w łóżku i poduszki bardzo wygodne. Obsługa hotelowa jest przemiła i uczynna. Do takich miejsc chce się wracać.

Confort, propreté, personnel accueillant et prévenant, petit déjeuné très bien, les chambres spacieuses et très confortable, la grande salle de bain et le gouter de l'après midi.

Dans la salle de bain manque de paterne pour les serviettes, il n'y en a que pour une serviette. Dans la chambre pas de prise à proximité du lit du coup pour quelqu'un qui a un appareil respiratoire ce n'est pas cool. Mais la réception m'a fournie gentiment une rallonge électrique.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Localização excepcional, perto do Vaporeto, do lado da Praça de São Marcos e de todos os principais pontos turísticos. O quarto incrível, café da mnhã maravilhoso. Recomendo muito.

The booking site advertised a lift, but when we got there our room was in an annex 4 flights of stairs and no lift. Apparently only a lift in the main building. The shower was over a very deep slippery bath and not easy for people our age to access, but the water pressure was good

Lugar simplesmente maravilhoso, desde a localização até a recepção do hotel. Chegamos e fomos recebidos muito bem, nem deixaram pegar as nossas malas e subiram com elas para o quarto. Lugar limpo, confortavel, cama maravilhosa, voltaria mil vezes.

立地がよかった。部屋の窓からサンマルコ広場の塔の上の部分が見えて鐘の音も聞こえ、広場まで近いです。 ホテル全体の雰囲気がよく、エレベーターがあり、泊まった部屋にはバスローブとふわふわのスリッパまであり、大変快適に過ごせました。

die Lage ist 1 A, in einer schmalen Gasse direkt am Marktplatz, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstück sehr umfangreich, die Räumlichkeiten für Frühstück oder Nachmittagstee sind typisch venezianisch und romantisch eingerichtet, Betten und Bettdecke sehr bequem, ich komme gerne wieder!

fiquei no predio anexo! excelente para famílias , com muito espaço e conforto e bem ao lado mesmo! parece mesmo a sua casa , com maquina de cafe, geladeira, sala ampla, ar condicionado! de frente para o canal com gondolas por fora assusta um pouco, pois o predio é velho,,,mas por dentro é espetacular! adoramos e se retornar ficarei novamente no memo apartamento deste predio anexo,,,,nao conheci os quarto do hotel,,,para falar algo!

Right in the heart of Venice. Easy to get to all the attractions. Staff was helpful. They had a 4-6pm coffee/tea and desserts which was so nice. We stayed in an apartment behind the hotel.

This was an excellent hotel in all respects. The location is great - very convenient to the sights and water bus. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The best thing is that the room was spacious which is not usually the case in smaller European hotels. The water pressure was great as was the supply of hot water. Air conditioning worked well which is essential in July! Bed was comfortable and the lobby was welcoming and clean. Despite being on a busy walking street, the room was quiet. We did not have breakfast there so I can't comment on that. I will say that we stayed at 3 different hotels while in Venice for various reasons that this one was by far the best. Would recommend.

Room was small, but the air conditioning was excellent - especially in the extreme heat Italy was having for July.

When we arrived we were allocated an Economy room which was very compact and not what we booked. We book a Deluxe Room which was much larger. We stayed 1 night in the smaller room and were transferred into the Deluxe Room the next day

The location was excellent for our family and the room was great and spacious. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Especially Massimo, he helped us retrieve a forgotten cell phone. Wonderful service and people.

Friendy Staff, walking distance to everywhere , buffet breakfast is good , 4pm to 6pm free tea snack and water taxi beside the hotel when checking out very convenient.

La ubicación, la limpieza de la habitación y la cama estaba cómoda

Ya me había hospedado pero no en el anexo, el hotel principal es 10/10 pero ir hasta el anexo, subir las escaleras con las maletas dos pisos, es muy pequeña la habitación. La próxima vez revisaré que me toque en el hotel principal y no en el anexo Prowue hay mucha diferencia

Hotel Montecarlo was outstanding. First, the super convenient location: just one minute a way from the St Mark’s Square. Second, the air conditioning works super well. Venice is hot and humid in summer, and not many places have air conditioning or functioning air conditioning. Third, the staff were very friendly. Fourth, the room was super clean and comfy and sound proof. Fifth, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious!
