The cleanliness could be improved. The apartment was left partially dirty, with hair around the place, and the floors didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned. Also, the apartment looks newer and more modern in the pictures than it actually is.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026I really enjoyed my stay. The aparthotel was perfect and very well located, making it easy to reach most of Barcelona’s main monuments and attractions. The apartment was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The reception staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful, especially Mohamed, who was always friendly and ready to assist. There is also car parking available, and hotel guests get it at half price, which is a great advantage if you’re travelling by car. Overall, I really enjoyed the place and would definitely recommend it. Great location, comfortable apartment, and excellent staff. Definitely worth the visit!

I didn't appreciate at all what they did They stole my money because they forced me to pay 250euros more than the reservation. I am a genuis member in booking and the night was 247 euros for 4 persons, but they forced me to pay 344 euros instead. Even the woman on the reception she refuse that my parents enter the appartment because she wants more money than the original reservation. It was a shame the way that they treat us. Even when i talked to the manager who in general should resolve the pb, his answer was do a claim on booking. I definetly do not recommend this aparthotel. Take care they stole your money.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Anche se non nuovo, l'appartamento è spaziosissimo, pulito, silenzioso e fornito di tutto (perfino il bidet). La reception sempre aperta è un valore in più di sicurezza e soprattutto il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. La posizione comodissima per arrivare anche a piedi a visitare il centro della città e la zona molto tranquilla.
Il costo non è ecomico, ma comunque vale la pena spendere qualcosa in più, visti gli aspetti positivi.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Całkiem duży, czysty apartament. Spokojna okolica i dobra lokalizacja. Dobrze wyposażony. Sypialnie niezbyt jasne, małe okienka z widokiem na ścianę bloku obok ale jak ktoś lubi dłużej pospać to światło słoneczne go nie będzie budziło. Nam odpowiadało. Polecam.

We met three different members of staff during our stay, all were friendly and helpful. The apartment was a good size (travelled as friends) and the outside patio was cute. There was some noise from? lift but unable to hear it with earplugs in. We were able to use luggage room on our last day as flight not until the afternoon.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir être accueillis par une personne à la réception, alors que notre vol tardif nous a fait arriver vers 01h30 du matin. L'appartement était spacieux, très propre, la literie très confortable et l'air conditionné un havre de fraicheur ressourçant. Nous étions très bien situés géographiquement, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement à pied ou parfois en bus pour faire toutes nos visites.
En revanche, nous avons trouvé que l'appartement était très mal insonorisé entre étages. Ce n'était pas un problème en journée. Cependant, la nuit nous avons souffert des bruits qui étaient si amplifiés, que l'on entendait les moindres pas, les meubles ou objets déplacés et même les placards qui se fermaient. Nos voisins semblaient avoir une vie nocturne bien remplie, mais les matériaux (carrelage, table en verre...) n'étaient sans doute pas propices à l'isolation phonique.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026まず広くて清潔で、新しい食器洗剤、スポンジ、シャンプー、ボディソープもついてます。アパートメントタイプでめずらしく毎日簡単な清掃とベッドメイキングもしてくれます。タオル類も毎日交換してくれ、スタッフも親切で24時間対応、荷物も預かってくれます。少し小さめだけどスマートTVもある。テラスもあります。
バスルームの水が脱衣所に出てしまう。でもバスマットも毎日替えてくれるので許容範囲内かなと。あと洗濯機はついてないです。でも5分くらい歩いた所にコインランドリーもあるので困らないかと。

Air conditioning worked great. Nice water pressure in shower. Groceries right across the street. Elevator was nice.
Bathroom door didn’t close fully. Not a great smell in bathroom. Bed a little too firm for me (I like soft).

El apartahotel, bien en general, muy amplio, solo que un poco anticuado, quizas deberían renovar las instalaciones. El disponer de parking en el mismo edificio gana muchos puntos.0
Solamente que le falta un poco de reforma, manpara baño, muebles ya estropeados y falta de menaje, por lo demás muy bien...

A acomodação não foi a mesma das imagens. Ao questionar, disseram que era um problema no booking e não poderiam fazer nada. No entanto, sabemos que isso é a forma como é cadastrado. O ar-condicionado é central. Um dos quartos gelava muito mais que o outro e não havia nada que pudéssemos fazer para equilibrar.

Die Sauberkeit lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl die Wohnung extrem stark nach Putzmittel gerochen hat, war sie bei unserer Ankunft keineswegs sauber. Überall auf dem Boden lagen Haare, die eindeutig nicht von uns stammten, und auch insgesamt machte die Wohnung keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Möbel sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise abgenutzt. Besonders ärgerlich war außerdem der Schimmel im Badezimmer. Für den Preis, den wir für die Unterkunft bezahlt haben, ist dieser Zustand wirklich nicht akzeptabel. Hier hätten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit und Pflege erwartet.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026O Apartamento é lindo e em conformidade com o site: Moderno, luminoso e com uma linda varanda. Localização excelente assim como toda a área circundante: bons cafés dois supermercados mesmo em frente e muito perto de tudo como Sagrada Família, Praça da Catalunha arco do triunfo praia e etc. Pode se fazer quase tudo a pé mas por vezes devido ao calor optamos pelo metro que é muito perto. No geral gostamos de tudo e deixamos um elogio ao recepcionista ( penso que se chama Sérgio), pois ajudou-nos muito já, que facilitou a mudança de apartamento. No entanto, mesmo que não tivesse conseguido merecia do mesmo modo este elogio devido a sua simpatia e calor humano em geral.
No momento do check-in foi nos dado um apartamento que não correspondia às nossas expectativas. Mas quando o Sérgio chegou esse problema ficou resolvido de imediato. Foi um pouco desagradável que os cartões de entrada estivessem sempre a desmagnetizar. O recepcionista que estava mais frequentemente no hotel atribuía constantemente a culpa a nós opinando sobre o local em que devíamos guardar o cartão - No nosso bolso. Estranho... já que estamos habituados a usar cartões em outros hotéis e raramente aconteceu o mesmo. Claro que não aceitamos a opinião dele.

Dotati di aria condizionata e con una bellissima vista sulla strada. Nella stessa c'è un panificio e un supermetcato, super utili per chi preferisce mangiare in appartamento. Tutti i receptionist che abbiamo incontrato sono stati di un'estrema gentilezza e cortesia.

Localisation bruyant, quartier sale, comme presque tout Barcelone d'ailleurs, j'étais déjà venu à Barcelone plusieurs fois mais il y a bien plus de 10 ans, j'ai trouvé aujourd'hui la ville très sale. Les odeurs de la ville des égouts... l'eau du robinet qui sent la javel plus qu'une piscine Sanitaire à refaire, très vetuste avec matériau bas de gamme, même propre la salle de bain paraissait sale, rouille, baignoire usé grise au fond, petite salle de bain mal agencé

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The location was excellent regarding ease of finding the place and the onsite parking was wonderful. The size of the rooms for 3 people was perfect. Everything was clean and there were enough towels and good lighting. Greeting by the check-in person at the desk was helpful and friendly.
We heard noise coming from nearby rooms and the elevator, which backed onto one of the bedrooms. Some were loud enough to disturb us during the night. Also, I know I booked the place for 3 people, but the hotel said the reservation was for 2 people. I know at some point since I booked my confirmation said 3 people, but when I printed it out it said 2. This problem was sorted out but we had to pay a lot for the 3rd person on check-in. This is the second time this year that the number of guests changed in my reservation for a particular hotel. This seems to be a Booking problem, as I'm very careful when I book a reservation.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The apartment was clean, large and cool. Beds were comfortable. Great shower pressure. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful.
The terrace is lovely but there is no view. This wasn’t a big problem for us as we only stayed two nights.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Appartamento molto spazioso con 2 camere, 1 bagno, cucina e sala con divano TV e zona pranzo. Comodi i letti e buona la biancheria da letto e da bagno. Pulizia al nostro arrivo ottima, ogni mattina venivano cambiati gli asciugamani e portata via la spazzatura. Aria condizionata utilissima e perfetta. Gentile e sorridente il personale alla reception (presente h24). Comodo il parcheggio accanto alla struttura, a pagamento 25€ al giorno. La zona è tranquilla e sicura, con un forno e un supermercato proprio di fronte per la spesa. Si trova in una zona che ci ha permesso di girare tutto a piedi, a metà strada tra Sagrada Familia e Placa Catalunya.
L'appartamento che avevo visto su booking aveva un terrazzo, mentre quello assegnato no, non era possibile neppure stendere una maglietta. Non sono stata a chiedere se era possibile cambiare appartamento dato che erano stati così gentili da farmi fare il check in in anticipo (12.30), tanto per 4 giorni ci si può arrangiare. Le dotazioni della cucina erano un pochino scarne, mancava il coltello del pane e una padella grande. Pulizia delle stoviglie non molto buona.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Πρόκειται για ένα ολόκληρο κτίριο που αποτελείται από ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια. Στην είσοδο έχει reception και στο υπόγειο κλειστό parking. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ μεγάλο αποτελούμενο από 2 μεγάλα δωμάτια, χωλ, σαλόνι με τραπεζαρία, ξεχωριστή κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Γενικά είναι ένα πλήρες διαμέρισμα.
Η τιμές των καταλυμάτων στη Βαρκελώνη είναι πολύ υψηλές γενικά! Και αυτό το κατάλυμα δεν αποτελεί εξαίρεση! Πολύ ακριβό με έξτρα χρέωση ανά 7,7€ το άτομο ανά διανυκτέρευση για δημοτικό φόρο! Ξεκάθαρα σου λένε οτι στη Βαρκελώνη δε θέλουν άλλο κόσμο γιατί πραγματικά ο κόσμος Ιούλιο μήνα είναι άπειρος! Η χρέωση του παρκιγκ είναι 25€ την ημέρα και παρόλο που φεύγαμε το πρωί χρεωθήκαμε ολόκληρη την ημέρα πράγμα που με εκνεύρισε. Δεν είχε καθόλου ίντερνετ και παρόλο που το επισημάναμε δεν έγινε κάτι. Το κατάλυμα είναι μακριά από τα κύρια αξιοθέατα και θέλει περπάτημα. Η περιοχή που βρίσκεται δε μας άρεσε πολύ, είναι κοντά στην αψίδα. Θα μπορούσε να περιλαμβάνεται πρωινό στην τιμή γιατί γενικά με το πρωινό δε το έχουν τα ισπανικά μαγαζιά. Μόνο καφέ και κρουασάν σερβίρουν.

I didn't like the noise from the neighbours and the fact that the window from one of the bedrooms couldn't be looked.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Tágas, tiszta apartman, jó elhelyezkedés, gyalog elérhető a Sagrada Familia, Güell Park, gótikus negyed, a tenger. Az utcában pékség, bolt. Kedves személyzet, és ami nagyon jó, a csomagmegőrzés, ha korábban érkezel és/vagy később indul a géped.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The apartment was clean, tidy, good size. We arrived early and asked to leave our bags but were allowed to check in early. We left or bags the next day while exploring the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
If I was being very picky the kitchen was minimally stocked I.e. Just 4 sets of cutlery no spare. No oven tray, only one sauce pan, but there was enough to cook a basic meal.

Remont sufitu w łazience, przynajmniej pomalować :)

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Чудесен апартамент, много удобен за трима души. Разполагахме с една голяма и една по-малка спалня, просторен дневен тракт и отделна кухня, оборудвана с всичко необходимо. Стаите гледат към вътрешен двор, без особена гледка, но за сметка на това вечер е изключително тихо и спокойно – идеално за пълноценна почивка. Локацията е отлична – на няколко минути пеша от метростанция Arc de Triomf, с автобусни спирки наблизо. До El Born и Barri Gòtic се стига за около 20 минути приятна разходка, а Sagrada Família също е на пешеходно разстояние. Най-голямото предимство обаче е персоналът. Служителите на рецепцията бяха изключително любезни, усмихнати и отзивчиви. Пристигнахме рано и направиха всичко възможно да ни настанят веднага, което много оценихме. Определено бихме отседнали отново и с удоволствие препоръчваме това място
Единственото, което ни липсваше, бяха чаши за вино – все пак сме в страна, известна с прекрасните си вина. 😊

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Lokalizacja blisko komunikacji miejskiej, ale dzielnica nie bardzo mi się podobała. Były wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy, tylko mieszkanie już wymaga odświeżenia, zwłaszcza łazienka.
Mieszkanie jest dla 4 osób, ale zdecydowanie dla par, bo są tylko dwa łóżka.
