Flash Hotel Benidorm - Recommended Adults Only 4 Sup

We stayed there in August , fantastic good and entertainment

Rooms clean spacious and beds are massive

Location of the flash hotel is fantastic

Everything was good apart from 2 things that just took the shine off the place. 1. As we walked in the room the smell of cigarette smoke hit us, really not good and it must be imbedded in all the furnishings, even though we had the doors wide open the smell never left. 2. No glasses, not even plastic in the room, would have at least expected this in the bathroom to put your toothbrush in.

THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED IN A PERFECT LOCATION, RIGHT IN THR HEART OF BENIDORM, IT IS ADULTS ONLY, FRIENDLY AND REALLY MODERN AND CLEAN. THE FOOD IN RESTURANT WAS SUPERB, FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN IN A HOTEL WITH A BUFFET AND THE FOOD WAS PIPPING HOT. THE CHEFS CONSTANTLY CHECKED TEMPERSATURES AND FILLED UP THE TRAYS.

CANT SAY THERE WAS ANYTHING I COULD FIND FAULT WITH.

La limpieza no es su fuerte… el suelo estaba como aceitoso en la habitación y nos resbalamos y el colmo fue encontrar un trozo de excremento dentro del bidé

La relación calidad precio no es ajustada. Nevera no funcionaba, las habitaciones podían estar un poco más limpias, ascensores bastante lentos. En cuanto a buffet la comida caliente, aunque repetitiva estuvo bien, el desayuno podían poner opciones más healthy ( aguacate, jamón serrano, tostadas integrales…)

Que no hubiera niños, la situación muy céntrica y la opción de cambiar la cena por la comida también es una buena opción.

En el baño la ducha era fija en la pared, incómodo a la hora de ducharse, la bañera no tenía antideslizante y resbalaba, el wáter no disponía de escobilla, bastante antihigiénico me parece, sobre todo para el personal de limpieza ... También en los días que estuvimos la terraza ni la tocaron..

This is third year here I prefer a hotel for adults only quieter for us, plenty of choice with the food and room round the pool Staff all excellent and very helpful and friendly

Very little room cleaning,no fresh bed linen for 7 days. Have to pay 5 euros per day if you want complimentary tea/coffee in the room. Pay for hire of beach towel,pay for safe and food wasn't great. Pay for water with your dinner.

All the food was good and the service in the bars was good.

I have nothing apart from the lifts were a little slow.

We have stayed here numerous times and love the fact it is so close to everything and central. Sat are lovely and friendly & the beds are so comfortable! Great soundproofing too so you literally can’t hear anything unless your door or open to the balcony

Sun loungers have had better days....saggy and uncomfortable. Food dripping in oil at every meal time. 5EUR charge to have tea coffee mile supplies replenishment in your room. Pay for pool towels. No bath mat in room so slippy floor on exit from shower. Bath and hand towels felt old ..not fluffy. Food average. This hotel used to have good entertainment in the bar but nothing on whilst we were there. In comparison to other stays in this area I felt overcharged and underwhelmed.

Las instalaciones y decoración en general, camas cómodas pero sin embargo para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas almohadas nefastas.

Las almohadas, y que se tenga que pagar por la bebida teniendo contratado el régimen de pensión completa.

La cama y la zona. El perosnal super super amable.

El aseo estaba sucio con restos del anterior, y tuvimos que pedir que nos lo limpiaran estas cosas fastidian mucho nada más entrar en el hotel, porque te hace dudar hasta de si hna cambiado las sábanas, además esque sea veía la caca nada más abrir el wc. la suciedad del ascensor y lo mal que iba, parecía que se iba a romper cada vez que subíamos. El buffet es bastante simple y muy en dorado a ingleses. Realmente no es un hotel 4 estrella para nada, es un tres estrellas. No volveremos muy decepcionada en general básicamente porque te no es lo que pone en las fotos.

Todo el conjunto esta muy bien, en benidorm depende la ubicacion que busques, el Flash esta en el centro del ambiente nocturno buenas habitaciones de 4* comida al nivel, piscina y personal trabajador,

No depende del hotel no estar en la mejor playa por las piedras. Bufete un poco a fanta de variedad en fruta y postres comparado con otros hoteles, pero aceptable. Para los que nos gusta la sombra, faltan sombrillas en piscina.

Las instalaciones de la habitacion muy antiguas y en mal estado, marco de la puerta mal, placa de tuberia de aire al descubierto ,terraza trozo roto suelo. La limpieza segundo dia solo se hicieron camas solo, ni pasaron por la terraza.

Rookie on arrival at 2.30 am had no ceiling as you walk through door reported to reception shall get maintenence in morning go out for the morning to maintenance in room no warning white dust chalk everywhere on clothes bed floor reported again as our passports and cash lying about if we were warned we could have put away got offered a safe free of charge for rest of stay refused safe clothes hanging up covered in white dust complained again oh will get cleaner nope no cleaner cleaned our room for the duration of our stay all got done was clean towels put in i have emailed hotel twice with no reply would I go back of course but was failed on that visit

Having checked in at 5pm we got into the room which was fine. We went out for a meal and a few drinks, on returning to the room at about midnight we found a pool of water in the room, looking above it was coming from the ceiling running down the walls by the light switch, I went down to inform reception about the problem to be told nothing can be done till morning. Basically it was a death trap and the hotel didn’t care.

Location is perfect. The reception staff were amazing . Once in my room which was spotless I checked the mini fridge and it was full of old food. The reception staff were extremely apologetic and moved me immediately to another room.

La cercanía con la sierra gelada. La entrada al hotal bonita.

La decoración moderna pero ortera, la ducha con el chorro desagradable y no había jabón en el despensador. La 1ª recepcionista desagradable, Está en una zona de mucha fiesta pero tb. borrachos y hay zonas muy cercanas al hotel por donde pasas y huele a meados.

Nice size room BUT when me and my partner went out we came back to find that the hotel had given someone else our room that was still booked until the following day by me and then told there is no more space how unprofessional my smellies were gone and my phone charger also not happy at all and I had too book another hotel flash hotel basically could not care at all in theory the people they gave my room to should of had to get another hotel as the room was already mine what a joke

The way we was treated when the hotel made a mistake and gave someone else my room then told there's no space I had to book another hotel for the night at a greater cost not acceptable at all

For what we paid it was reasonable the beds were clean the food was acceptable

The bathroom needed cleaning properly the shower was broke but they did fix it promptly but it wasn't the best. The fridge didn't keep water cold that needs upgrading. When you went for either lunch or evening meal you had yo pay for your drinks that wasn't good

Very rude staff on night shift of our first night. Noise from other guests. Running up and down corridor at 3am. On man was trying to kick through his door as he was locked out. We booked this because it was adult only but will be more than happy to put up with kids next time rather than noisy neighbours

Only stayed overnight due to flight cancellation, booked for price and location and the hotel was perfect for both.
