Property immaculate. Beautiful, peaceful setting. Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to main square in Sorrento. Staff were friendly and so welcoming. Pool and snack bar was convenient and reasonably priced.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Our room was spectacular and the view of the ocean and Vesuvius was so special from the balcony. The pool was great as was the parking, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We could not recommend this place enough, as soon as we left we wanted to go back. Not many places compare to this.

It’s a 15 min walk to Sorrento along a busy road which isn’t fun in the heat but Antonio was always available to book us a taxi.

Alhoewel de B&B aan een tamelijk drukke weg ligt, heb je daar in de B&B helemaal geen last van. Alle comfort was in de kamer aanwezig en de kamer was ruim genoeg. Het personeel was vriendelijk en zeer hulpvaardig. Ontbijt was goed. Privé parking is echt wel een pluspunt in Sorrento.

De prijs was iets hoger dan we gewend waren, maar dat had vooral te maken met het feit dat de Sorrento heel toeristisch is.

Un día la piscina se llenó con gente de fuera que además se duchaba con champú delante de todo el mundo. Y además había un niño menor de 14 años cuando no dejan hospedarse a estos menores. Tienen normas por tanto que no se aplican por igual. Y para dormir es algo ruidoso por las motos. Además es algo caro

Our stay was amazing. Beautiful room, view, pool and breakfast. The staff were amazing. Would totally recommend a stay here and wish we had stayed longer.

My partner and I chose to stay here due to the good reviews however our experience was quite different to many others. We did not have much engagement with the hosts and did not find them friendly. When checking out the owner did not ask how our stay was or speak to us, which is something I’d class as basic manners. Very limited plug sockets. The room was very outdated and did not represent how it was in pictures. The room itself had no natural lighting or window - just shutters and was very dark. Room however was very clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. On our last day we were told we could not drink water in the pool area we had bought from the shop outside despite it being over 30 degrees in temperature and we could only use items bought from the pool shop (which only accepts cash not card) We felt this was very unnecessary, food items we would agree with but not a bottle of water in that heat. The staff at the pool area however were very friendly and helpful. Should we return to Sorrento we would look elsewhere for accommodation.

What a beautiful authentic place to stay! Definitely a perfect Italian vibe with a beautiful pool area that was so relaxing & very clean. Room was very clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. 15-20minute walk into Sorrento square which was really lovely. The hosts were lovely, helpful & very pleasant. The croissants at breakfast were fresh & beautiful. 10 minute walk to train & bus station.

Taxis are expensive, and the bus home from Positano was chaos in the evening

It was so peaceful and quaint. A family run business , the owners and staff were fabulous. Felt very authentic and truly Italian.

El trato de la señora que atiende el desayuno y la piscina. Veníamos de Nápoles donde todo el mundo si es super amable y no nos gustó el trato. No te pone todo el desayuno a la vista. El primer día, que ibamos con prisa, no nos dijo que habia zumo ni nos dio ni queso ni jamón de York. Así no se trata a la gente. El segundo día le tuvimos que pedir las cosas. Imagino que así ahorra pero cuesta mucho la estancia para que intente ahorrarse un triste zumo.

First of all, the staff were amazing. They were all so nice and welcoming, from the receptionist, the people at the pool bar, the housekeepers, and the lovely lady who served breakfast. The breakfast was yummy and super fresh. They squeezed their own fresh orange juice, made you fresh coffee, and freshly sliced meat and cheese which was so nice. There was yogurts, fruit, eggs, pastries, and the biggest fresh tomatoes. The rooms were perfect size, the walk in shower was perfect and huge ! Wish we booked a bigger room though so we had a balcony you could sit on, but still, the room was perfect. The pool was perfect temperature and very clean. The sun beds were also really comfy, and if you order anything at the pool bar they bring it over to you which is a nice touch! There was loads of free sunbeds so never an issue trying to find one. The food at the pool bar was really nice too. Fresh bread and meats/cheeses. Massive drinks menu too. Really nice coffee. The receptionist also helped us order a taxi the morning we were leaving, which turned out to be a lot cheaper than the one we had previously tried to order. To walk into the centre of town is about a 10 min walk, so not far at all. The train station is also about 10/11 minutes away. The nicest touch was when we first checked in then went down to the pool bar to have some lunch, the owner brought over two ice cold glasses of fizz, as we had told them we were there for our honeymoon! It was the first place we were staying for the honeymoon and was just such a nice touch and made us feel really welcome. Thank you to everyone there who made our trip perfect!

Tony and Maria are very friendly and take care of you- breakfast, coffee, feels like a lovely calm family stay. We liked having snacks and drinks by the pool, the authentic and clean rooms that were spacious, the staff, being surrounded by florals and lemon trees felt very ‘Italia’

Not a dislike, but just to note it is about 10 min walk from train station, and about 15 or so into town to jeep in mind with bags ferries buses etc as taxis are much too expensive. Perhaps a little sheet when you arrive telling you what to see in each direction would be helpful, but there was nothing I didnt like.

Um bom estacionamento para o carro. Quarto e hotel extremamente maltratados, jardim mal cuidado, tudo muito ruim pelo valor cobrado.

Quarto sujo, funcionários totalmente desinteressados, chuveiro não funcionava, quarto com vazamento e cheiro de mofo! Para tomar banho quando chegamos, quase nos queimamos pois não havia como regular a temperatura da água e não havia com quem reclamar!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral und lebhaft, und die Sehnenswürdigkeiten und Hafen leicht erreichbar.

Leider kamen wir erstmal nicht in die Wohnung rein. Standen 20 Minuten unten auf dem Gehweg, obwohl wir alles komuniziert hatten. Ich habe angerufen, dann hieß es, wir werden abgeholt. Wurden wir aber nicht! Am ende haben uns fremde Leute reingelassen, und wir haben die Tür selber gefunden. Es wurden sofort die Übernachtungssteuer kasiert, und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass sie unser klingeln nicht gehört hätten. Im Bad lagen viele lange schwarze Haare, und wir hatten nur eine angefangene kleine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Am nächsten morgen wurde nichts aufgefüllt. Als ich der Gastgeberin dies bezüglich geschrieben habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es ein unsichtbarer Schrank im Flur gebe. Mein Mann und ich haben viele Schränke im Flur gefunden, aber leider den Unsichtbaren mit dem Toilettenpaier nicht.

It was very homely, Marella and Tony went to great lengths to satisfy all their guests. Beautiful lemon and orange groves as the main setting. The swimming pool is exemplary and a welcome relieve from a tiring day sight seeing.

It’s a little basic but based on the price it’s good value for money.

The property was beautiful, inside and out. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. It was lovely having a pool to relax around and bar service was provided! The location was excellent, just on the outskirts of the tourist area so was quiet but very easy to walk to fantastic restaurants.

La struttura è comodissima e la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno è ottima, ci si muove facilmente a piedi verso il centro. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili ed è stato un piacere fare colazione nel verde fra i limoni e scambiare due chiacchiere con loro!

We had the Penthouse room which was lovely and big and very comfortable. Lovely big bed, armchairs, big shower with two lovely terraces. Plenty of room to keep belongings and lift access direct to room

The area in the room where the kettle and cups were was in an awkward space where it was easy to hit your head on the sloped ceiling The breakfast was lovely but because it was outside in an outdoor structure and we went in March it was quite chilly eating outside

Room was stunning, incredible for the price as well, and the couple who own it are very accommodating and lovely! Definitely would come back if staying in Sorento again!

Do quarto, da vista do quarto, do atendimento do proprietário, muito solicito e simpático e da comodidade do estacionamento.

Só não dei nota 10 por dois motivos: O café da manhã não oferece muitas opções. Ainda assim, é suficiente, porém nos foi servido apenas um copo de suco de laranja (aproximadamente 200 ml). Solicitei outro, mas o pedido foi negado. O quarto é impecável — limpo, moderno e com uma vista incrível. No entanto, o colchão da cama de casal já está bastante deformado em ambos os lados.

The room was a lovely size, lots of storage space, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Breakfast was ok, continental style, pastries were lovely but you need to get there early! Lady serving was very friendly. 15 minute walk to the main town

Limited plug sockets in the room, very little space for toiletries in bathroom. We asked for glasses to have cold drinks in the room but the housekeeping kept removing them so we had to hide them!😂. I know we all have Google but a small information leaflet would be helpful about getting to the town and also about how to contact anyone if you have any issues whilst there, we hardly saw anyone and also about leaving your key on departure, we had to take ours with us as left early.

Las vistas de la habitación Vesuvio son impresionantes. El hotel es sumamente tranquilo y silencioso, perfecto para descansar. Super limpio y agradable. El staff muy atento y cálido.

My fiancé and i had a wonderful 3 night stay at Il Roseto! We were warmly greeted by Maria at check in and shown to our room. The room was spotlessly clean and cosy. There is a kettle and tea amenities as well as mini fridge and safe. Breakfast was lovely, selection of teas, freshly squeezed orange juice. With a choice of cereal, toast, pastries, fruit and boiled eggs. The grounds are absolutely lovely and its very safe and secure. Lots of cats around who are well looked after! The pool was being maintained at the time of our visit but its a lovely large space and I'm sure it will be well used in the warmer months! The hotel is about 15 mins walk to the main sorrento square but you pass many shops and restaurants on that walk. Top tip - we found it easier to get to the hotel from S'Agnello train station than Sorrento station. Only a 3 min walking difference but avoids hills! Ill Roseto gets 5 stars from us!

Worst stay, faulty electrics in the bedroom, only one socket working and advised to use the kettle on the floor, paid for a balcony which we didn’t get, paid for a triple room and my daughter had to sleep on a chaise lounge with a curtain to cover her. Raised our issues with the manger but he didn’t care. Bathroom was dirty with dead flys, radiator in bathroom leaking and not working so absolutely freezing when having a shower, heating worked on and off so bedroom was freezing. Requested a refund and now the hotel are ignoring booking.com emails that have been sent. Absolutely disgusting

Camera pulita e con tutto il necessario. Proprietari molto gentili. Ottimo il parcheggio. Bellissima la zona piscina, peccato non averla potuta utilizzare. Colazione nel giardino sotto i limoni, un pò azzardata vista la fredda stagione ma in estate deve essere molto bello.

La cortesia e la disponibilità del titolare e del personale. Ci è stata assegnata una camera di costo superiore, senza alcun supplemento, nella dèpendance, in una zona tranquilla e riservata. Nel costo era incluso anche la colazione e il parcheggio ( un vero plus a Sorrento!). Struttura con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, dotata di giardino con zona colazione e di piscina; consigliata soprattutto in un periodo mite per poter fruire di tutti i servizi. Un grazie particolare al sig.Antonino che ci ha consentito di anticipare il check-in e di parcheggiare l'auto anche dopo il check out, oltre a consigliarci una trattoria dove abbiamo gustato un ottimo pranzo a base di pesce.

The cold, dark and damp room was not welcoming. We actually checked out after one night, when we paid for two nights, that's how bad it was. Too many negative things to list. Avoid at all costs.

Los dueños fueron muy amables y correctos. Las habitaciones están muy bien, limpias, el baño tiene de todo. La cama muy cómoda. Tiene parking (algo muy importante puesto que es difícil aparcar). El desayuno está bien con opciones dulces y saladas. A una distancia adecuada del centro para ir andando.

This was a lovely hotel to spend the night. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms are very well kept. The decor is a nice mix of mid-century furniture with modern decoration. The breakfast was very nice, with the staff on hand to prepare fresh coffee.
