To much charge for parking it should be a flat no plus tax and I got an additional charges too

It was easy to get back and forth from Disneyland by walking. It was very quiet and not a crowded hotel. The morning breakfast was good. The front staff and valet staff were very nice and the valet staff was quick and accommodating.

Out room was not cleaned well each day. Some days all they did was make the bed. They didn’t even take the trash out. Cleaning service is mostly what my stay is based on. Also it was like 30+ dollars a day to park there.

Ofelia and Yadira helped us a lot. Their service was impecable and their attitude a complete blessing.

When we came back from a long hot exhausting day. We were happy to come back to a nice fresh smelling room.

Eduarda kept our room super tidy and had fresh towels for us every day. It was a great price and super close to Disneyland, which was where we were going. Plus they had valet parking, which was super convenient because it was super hot out. The staff during breakfast was super friendly and accommodating. Overall, I think we had a great experience and when we do decide to go back to Disneyland, we will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was amazing! Room was clean! Service when we got there was perfect! Ofelia and Yadira were soo friendly and attentive in the morning! Kept the breakfast area and lobby neat and clean!!

We always choose to stay at The Holiday Inn Express on Manchester. Clean rooms and walking distance to Disney. We love the complimentary breakfast. Yadira-Maribel made us feel welcome and the meal was hot and regularly replenished. We will be back soon for another stay. 🙂

The hotel was in a great location. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. The breakfast was not bad with ample seating. My room was excellent but I chose no housekeeping since it was just me. The neighbors in the next room were noisy after midnight but a single call to the front desk dealt with it straight away.

Everything was good, rooms, clean, service good. The only thing is the breakfast food feels very processed. Eggs that are not eggs Yadira Maribel was nice

Excellent service from the beginning the boy who took our car was very kind and helpful gave us great places to go front desk help us to choose our room and breakfast was excellent Yadira and Ofelia were going out of there way to make us feel comfortable they were non stop baking and cleaning excellent people highly recommended Thank you this is our home away from home

This place gets a 5⭐️ its right across the entrance from Disneyland. Its affordable. Super clean, the beds are comfortable. The front desk and the valet are super friendly. Yadira and Ofelia did a great job with keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked. Will be booking again.

I did not like that there was only valet parking and we didn't have easy access to our vehicle. There were also no USB ports in the room.

Breakfast food was absolute trash food, everything tasted fake. Didn’t realize parking was going to $50 a night. Pool was closed and didn’t find out til I got there. Pillows were super flat

HUGE room! Just an 11 minute walk away from Disneyland! We were able to wake up early, go to Disneyland, walk back to the hotel and take a nap in the middle of the day and go again later that day. Easy because of the location! No need for a rental car! We came in through John Wayne airport and used Uber to get to the Hotel. About a 15 minute drive. Easy!

The hotel was fabulous!

Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were comfortable and met our expectations, and the location was amazing. The only downside was that the pool was under construction, which we were not informed about prior to our arrival. The breakfast was actually very good and exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Yadira and Ofelia, who made sure everything was clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. Their attention to detail and friendly service made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

OFELIA from breakfast was super awesome just like the taylor swift song!! outstanding service, she is super nice and she personally came to our table to say that the bacon was ready. she is constantly keeping the food line filled with food and was very courteous with the guest. The blind in the pent house was broken and wouldn't open.

nothing fancy in the room but spacious enough for a family of four. unfortunately our car was dinged during the required valet parking for the hotel on the first day we arrived. we were promised follow up from the parking manager but had to call several times to get a response. a claim was supposedly filed to a 3rd party vendor but we never heard back. it has been more than a month, the staff was apologetic but there was no resolution in the end to this problem.

Mukesh did an excellent job helping us secure the a hotel and conference room for out work retreat in Anaheim. This is solid hotel and within walking distance to all main attractions. The rooms also have mini kitchenettes!

Transportation to LAX was difficult. Would appreciate shuttle options or a hotel-assist on arranging transport.

We had another great stay! We bring our middle school music group of 100+ people here every year and this hotel never disappoints. Nicely appointed rooms, a great hot breakfast, walking distance to Disneyland, and a very responsive staff. Can't recommend them enough!

We had a great stay here for Disneyland. Clean, comfortable, easy walk to the parks, and a great breakfast each morning. The rooms were extremely spacious, and the extra sink made getting ready with several people much easier. Would definitely come and stay here again. And extra thank you to the breakfast crew, Yadira and Ofelia, for feeding our huge crew every day!

This is a nice hotel, and is a great location for Disneyland. The free breakfast is yummy! Milly really helped make our stay extra great when she heard we were transferring from another (not-so-good) hotel. Their pillows were especially nice, in my opinion. We will stay here again! Thanks Milly!

The hotel was very clean, the complimentary breakfast offered plenty of great options, and its location near Disneyland was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay, and it’s a great place for families with kids.

Just about 10min away from Disney's main gate, this hotel was really convenient. We had a couple of pee accidents at night from one of ly children but the housekeeper (Erika Farro) was very kind about it and fixed the problem immediately. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a bargain. It is not a fancy place but it is a very well priced place for what you get.

Really clean, amazing location for the trade show I attended at the Anaheim convention center but also perfect for Disneyland. Walkable to both locations. The room was lovely and spacious. It was noisy from the highway outside, however the hotel provides white noise machines and blackout blinds to go with the very comfy beds so sleep was not a problem!

Nice stay for 4 nights. 2 adults and 3 tweens. Easy 15 minute walk to Disney security. Good enough breakfast at 6:30am so we could make rope drop.

Another exception experience at an IHG property! They never fail. Check in was smooth and front desk girl Millie has top notch customer service skills. Room was immaculate, not one imperfection. Breakfast had great variety and the warm cinnamon rolls were fantastic! The walk to disney was super short and quick. Incredible value, located right next to Disneyland breezy 10 minute walk into the main entry gates. Well-appointed clean modern rooms. Hotel around 15 years young. Great for stay with family and 3 year old. Breakfast included with your stay. Short walk to Disney. Very convenient, you wake up, you eat and straight to Disney before the line gets too long.

Decent enough location to walk to Disneyland. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. Felt roomy enough for a family of 4. Provided breakfast. Pool and hot tub were in good condition with comfortable furniture to lounge.

Freeway noise. Had to move to the other side of the hotel which was staring into another hotel with bright white sun reflection off of their building. House cleaner did not vacuum the rooms during our stay. Other people's hair on the bathroom floor. Having to pay for parking, and also tip valet every time we needed to come or go. Great options for breakfast, but poor quality of food.

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express was perfect for my young family of five. From the valet parking to the check-in process, everything was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean and spacious, which made a big difference for traveling with kids. We also loved that the hotel is within a comfortable walking distance to the parks, making it incredibly convenient and stress-free to come and go throughout the day. More importantly, I appreciated having the option to enjoy the buffet breakfast every morning before heading out. The options were simple but great for my girls. Yadra and Ofelia were especially kind and helpful—they made sure the food was always available and the area was kept clean. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Great access to Disneyland

Breakfast - the hot options included over cooked eggs and undercooked meats so that was disappointing.

The location was good. Breakfast was ok.

The penthouse room we booked was next to i-5 and very loud. We asked for a different room. They were a bit indifferent at first and it felt like they did not appreciate our concerns but they changed the room later. However it was on a lower floor and there was noise from upstairs.

Terrible stay. Room location was on the interstate side 2nd floor. Traffic noise was awful then add in noise from the floor above. If you are looking for a hotel that provides a good night sleep, this is not the hotel for you.

Great hotel. Fantastic location, close to Disneyland. The room was clean. Beds comfortable, including pillows. They provide a sound machine if you are sensitive to sounds, but it wasn’t noisy being by the freeway. The breakfast was great, lots of selections that varied every day. The breakfast ladies were the best part of all of it. Ophelia, Yadira and Maribel were so helpful and super kind. Wonderful ladies and super hard workers. Front desk is incredibly friendly, helpful and kind as well. The pool is heated and a very nice temperature. Hot tub is helpful after a long day at Disney. Great experience, good vibes. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
